下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的单元或具有相同或类似功能的单元。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
一种连接件,所述连接件3用于从外部对回卷纱窗进行加固,所述回卷纱窗包括卷盒1和躺槽2,所述连接件3包括:
固定部32,所述固定部32用于固定在所述躺槽2上;
定位部,所述定位部用于对卷盒1进行定位;
主体部31,所述主体部31用于连接所述固定部32和所述定位部。
所述固定部32为所述主体部31向所述躺槽2方向延伸的一段,所述固定部32采用粘接、螺栓连接、插接、勾槽方式连接的至少一种连接方式固定到所述躺槽2上。
所述固定部32设有便于插接入插接位置的台阶结构321,所述固定部32内设有便于搭钩开口槽的倒钩结构322。
所述定位部包括垂直于所述主体部31的定位板33,所述定位部用于从两侧对所述卷盒1进行定位。
所述定位部包括顶部限位板,所述顶部限位板设置在所述主体部31的上部,所述顶部限位板用于对所述卷盒1进行限位。
所述顶部限位板面向所述卷盒1的一侧还设有限位筋341,所述限位筋341用于插入限位槽11。
所述连接件3还包括蘑菇头滑扣35,所述蘑菇头滑扣35用于配合预设的L形孔13,所述蘑菇头滑扣35用于将所述连接件3固定到回卷纱窗上。
一种回卷纱窗,所述回卷纱窗包括上述任意一条所述的连接件3,所述回卷纱窗包括卷盒1和与卷盒1连接的躺槽2,所述连接件3通过固定部32固定到所述躺槽2上,所述连接件3的主体部31贴靠在所述卷盒1背侧。
所述固定部32设有便于插接入插接位置的台阶结构321,所述固定部32内设有便于搭钩开口槽的倒钩结构322,所述躺槽2设有横截面为“凸”字形缺口的定位槽21,所述定位槽21配合所述固定部32,所述台阶结构321插接所述定位槽21,所述躺槽2对应所述倒钩结构322的位置处设有矩形孔22,所述倒钩结构322配合所述矩形孔22。
所述卷盒1端部还设有扣盖12,所述扣盖12设有用于嵌入所述主体部31的缺口槽。
所述卷盒1顶部还设有限位槽11,所述定位部包括顶部限位板,所述顶部限位板设置在所述主体部31的上部,所述顶部限位板用于对所述卷盒1进行限位,所述顶部限位板面向所述卷盒1的一侧还设有限位筋341,所述限位筋341用于配合插入所述限位槽11。
所述卷盒1的背部还设有L形孔13,所述连接件3还包括蘑菇头滑扣35,所述蘑菇头滑扣35用于配合预设的L形孔13,所述蘑菇头滑扣35用于将所述连接件3固定到回卷纱窗上。
所述连接件3用于从外部对回卷纱窗进行加固是指,所述连接件3不同于卷盒1两端插接所述躺槽2上的结构,所述连接件3是专门针对所述回卷纱窗进行加固的部件。
所述台阶结构321是指所述固定部32的两侧的厚度低于中部的厚度,这样便于所述固定部32插入预设的插接位置。这种厚度的降低可以是面向躺槽2一侧的,也可以是背向所述躺槽2一侧的,主要取决于插接位置的截面设计。本申请附图中就给出的是背向躺槽2一侧的降低厚度。这样的好处是尽可能的增加固定部32与躺槽2之间的接触面积,降低加工误差产生的不稳定性。
本申请中提到的方位都是指回卷纱窗安装后卷盒1在上部的情况。当然了安装的时候也会有卷盒1在一侧的情况,这种情况下,以卷盒1一侧为上,看做是上述情况的一种旋转,整体方位的描述延续上述情况。
所述卷盒1背侧是指卷盒1面向待安装面的一侧。
实施例一:从图1可以看出本身中提到的连接件3是如何与回卷纱窗进行配合的。从图1中还可以看出本申请组装完成后的整体状态。所述回卷纱窗包括卷盒1、连接所述卷盒1的躺槽2、连接所述卷盒1内纱网的下拉条。所述下拉条沿所述躺槽2预设的滑动槽上下滑动。所述回卷纱窗还包括所述连接件3,该连接件3设置在所述回卷纱窗的背部。即所述连接件3设置在所述回卷纱窗抵接安装位置的一侧。所述卷盒1两端设有扣盖12。
在本实施例中,所述连接件3包括主体部31、固定部32、定位部。其中所述主体部31分别连接所述固定部32、所述定位部。从图2-4中可以看出本申请中连接件3的结构。
所述固定部32为从所述主体部31延伸出的一块板材,所述固定部32的宽度与所述躺槽2背部的定位槽21相匹配。所述固定部32插入所述定位槽21的位置还设有台阶结构321,一方面方便了所述固定部32插入所述定位槽21,另一方面保证了所述固定部32的整体厚度保证了其与主体部31的连接强度。同时上述设置还可以是的所述固定部32插入所述定位槽21以后,二者的表面大致平齐,尽量是的所述固定部32的介入不影响所述回卷纱窗在安装的时候的背部平整度。
所述固定部32的中部还设有倒钩结构322。所述躺槽2配合所述倒钩结构322的位置还设有矩形孔22。安装时,所述固定部32插入所述定位槽21,所述倒钩结构322发生微形变,当所述固定部32插入至所述矩形孔22位置时,所述倒钩结构322在弹力作用下嵌入所述矩形孔22,利用所述倒钩结构322与所述矩形孔22之间的抵接关系防止所述固定部32脱离所述躺槽2。
所述定位部包括定位板33和顶部限位板。所述定位板33设置在所述连接件3的边侧,所述定位板33用于从侧面对所述卷盒1进行限位或者固定。由于连接件3一般设置为两个,当两侧的定位板33共同作用时,就对所述卷盒1的两侧进行的限位或者固定。尤其是当所述回卷纱窗横向安装时这种设计就更加重要。所述横向安装是指,相对于普通安装,所述回卷纱窗的方向并不竖直向上,而是朝向窗口两侧。
所述顶部限位板为从所述主体部31的顶部延伸而出的有一定弹性或者形变能力的板。所述顶部限位板用于从所述卷盒1的顶部对所述卷盒1有一定的限定作用。在本实施例中,所述顶部限位板可以看做是一块弹片,其设置在所述主体部31的顶部,有 一定的弹性。安装时,所述卷盒1可以嵌入所述顶部限位板的限定区域。为了更好地对所述卷盒1进行限位,而且保证受力均匀,所述顶部限位板与所述卷盒1有可能接触的区域,还设计成与所述卷盒1外轮廓相匹配的弧形板。为了加强所述顶部限位板对所述卷盒1的限位强度,所述顶部限位板面向所述卷盒1的一面还设有限位筋341,所述卷盒1顶部还设有配合所述限位筋341的限位槽11。所述限位筋341如图3、图4、图6所示。
实施例二:本申请实施例如图5和图6所示。本申请实施例相对于实施例一来说,直接将主体部31与所述扣盖12之间的配合替代了前述的定位板33。本市实施例中,所述扣盖12的背部设有配合所述主体部31的缺口槽。所述缺口槽并没有在图中进行指出,不过可以从图5中看出,所述主体部31嵌入所述扣盖12以后所述主体部31与所述扣盖12基本上可以保持平齐。容纳所述主体部31的位置即为缺口槽。需要指出的是,容纳所述主体部31的缺口槽与所述主体部31在水平方向上相互抵接。这是为了保证所述主体部31可以对所述扣盖12进行水平方向的限位。
本实施例与实施例一的区别还在于,所述顶部限位板的形状变化。本申请实施例中直接利用限位筋341与限位槽11进行配合,对所述卷盒1进行定位。
实施例三:本申请实施例如图7所示。本申请实施例与实施例二的区别在于,沿用实施例一的所述顶部限位板结构。
实施例四:本申请实施例如图8、图9、图10。本实施例相对于所述实施例二和实施例三的区别在于,本申请实施例中的定位部不设有顶部限位板,而用插接板36替代,对应的卷盒1上设有用于插接该插接板36的插接槽14。另外,本申请为了保证定位的牢固还设有蘑菇头滑扣35,对应的所述卷盒1还开设有L形孔13。同时,本申请由于采用了蘑菇头滑扣35的结构,所以对所述扣盖12是否与所述主体部31相配合的要求并不是十分强烈,即本实施例可以沿用实施例二和实施例三中所述主体部31与所述扣盖12的配合设计也可以沿用实施例一中所述主体部31的设置。可以想象的是,本申请实施例中所述主体部31的设计还可以为其他形式。
本申请还涉及到另外一个配件,该配件可以应用到上述任意一个实施例中。该配件应用到所述回卷纱窗中,一方面可以使得所述回卷纱窗在横躺安装的时候,所述卷盒不会下坠;另一方面还可以起到防止剐蹭的作用。
具体方案如下:所述回卷纱窗还包括插接件5,所述插接件5插接在所述躺槽上,所述插接件5设置在所述躺槽和所述卷盒之间;所述插接件5包括主板51,连接所述主板51的外挡板57;所述外挡板57设置在所述卷盒的外部,所述外挡板57抵接所述卷盒。所述主板51面向所述纱网15一侧设有倒角52,所述倒角52可以使得经过此处 的纱网15不被划伤。一般的为了保证这种效果,所述主板51相对于所述躺槽围成的内部范围更小。即,所述主板51深入所述躺槽围成的区域中。可以想象的是,所述主板51上的倒角52结构设置在所述主板51的上表面,如图13所示。
从图中还可以看出所述插接件5的底部还设有插接结构53,这部分插接结构53用于所述插接件5更好的配合所述躺槽,此外,所述插接件5还设有竖板56,所述竖板56与所述插接结构53一起插入所述躺槽中,所述竖板56设置在所述外挡板57的下方。进一步的为了配合所述躺槽结构,所述插接件5的底部还设有第一插接槽54,所述第一插接槽54用于容纳所述躺槽边缘。所述插接件5还设有第二插接槽55,所述第二插接槽55用于配合所述连接件的所述固定部,此处的第二插接槽55一方面起到避让所述固定部的作用,另一方面还可以起到辅助定位所述固定部的作用。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的结构或单元必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种连接件,其特征在于,所述连接件(3)用于从外部对回卷纱窗进行加固,所述回卷纱窗包括卷盒(1)和躺槽(2),所述连接件(3)包括:固定部(32),所述固定部(32)用于固定在所述躺槽(2)上;定位部,所述定位部用于对卷盒(1)进行定位;主体部(31),所述主体部(31)用于连接所述固定部(32)和所述定位部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述固定部(32)为所述主体部(31)向所述躺槽(2)方向延伸的一段,所述固定部(32)采用粘接、螺栓连接、插接、勾槽方式连接的至少一种连接方式固定到所述躺槽(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述固定部(32)设有便于插接入插接位置的台阶结构(321),所述固定部(32)内设有便于搭钩开口槽的倒钩结构(322)。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一条所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述定位部包括垂直于所述主体部(31)的定位板(33),所述定位部用于从两侧对所述卷盒(1)进行定位。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任意一条所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述定位部包括顶部限位板(34),所述顶部限位板(34)设置在所述主体部(31)的上部,所述顶部限位板(34)用于对所述卷盒(1)进行限位。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任意一条所述的连接件(3),其特征在于,所述顶部限位板(34)面向所述卷盒(1)的一侧还设有限位筋(341),所述限位筋(341)用于插入限位槽(11)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任意一条所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述连接件(3)还包括蘑菇头滑扣(35),所述蘑菇头滑扣(35)用于配合预设的L形孔(13),所述蘑菇头滑扣(35)用于将所述连接件(3)固定到回卷纱窗上。
  8. 一种回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述回卷纱窗包括上述权利要求1-7任意一条所述的连接件(3),所述回卷纱窗包括卷盒(1)和与卷盒(1)连接的躺槽(2),所述连接件(3)通过固定部(32)固定到所述躺槽(2)上,所述连接件(3)的主体部(31)贴靠在所述卷盒(1)背侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述固定部(32)设有便于插接入插接位置的台阶结构(321),所述固定部(32)内设有便于搭钩开口槽的倒钩结构(322),所述躺槽(2)设有横截面为“凸”字形缺口的定位槽(21),所述定位槽(21)配合所述固定部(32),所述台阶结构(321)插接所述定位槽(21),所述 躺槽(2)对应所述倒钩结构(322)的位置处设有矩形孔(22),所述倒钩结构(322)配合所述矩形孔(22)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述卷盒(1)端部还设有扣盖(12),所述扣盖(12)设有用于嵌入所述主体部(31)的缺口槽。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述卷盒(1)顶部还设有限位槽(11),所述定位部包括顶部限位板(34),所述顶部限位板(34)设置在所述主体部(31)的上部,所述顶部限位板(34)用于对所述卷盒(1)进行限位,所述顶部限位板(34)面向所述卷盒(1)的一侧还设有限位筋(341),所述限位筋(341)用于配合插入所述限位槽(11)。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述卷盒(1)的背部还设有L形孔(13),所述连接件(3)还包括蘑菇头滑扣(35),所述蘑菇头滑扣(35)用于配合预设的L形孔(13),所述蘑菇头滑扣(35)用于将所述连接件(3)固定到回卷纱窗上。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述回卷纱窗还包括插接件(5),所述插接件(5)插接在所述躺槽(2)上,所述插接件(5)设置在所述躺槽(2)和所述卷盒(1)之间;所述插接件(5)包括主板(51),连接所述主板(51)的外挡板(57);所述外挡板(57)设置在所述卷盒(1)的外部,所述外挡板(57)抵接所述卷盒(1)。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述回卷纱窗还包括插接件(5)和纱网(15),所述插接件(5)插接在所述躺槽(2)上,所述插接件(5)设置在所述躺槽(2)和所述卷盒(1)之间;所述插接件(5)包括主板(51),所述主板(51)面向所述纱网(15)一侧设有倒角(52)。
