一种便捷安装的回卷纱窗 技术领域
本申请涉及建筑领域,尤其涉及一种便捷安装的回卷纱窗。
背景技术
由于回卷纱窗的优点突出,越来越多的人喜欢在窗口位置安装回卷纱窗了。不过由于回卷纱窗的高度不能很好地适应窗口的高度,需要请专业人士丈量和安装才可以使用。这种形式的回卷纱窗安装方式费时费力,不能很好地适应当下网购的需求,而且随着疫情的发展无接触购物和无接触设备的需求会越来越高,所以急需一种能够解决该问题的方案。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,即提供一种便捷安装的回卷纱窗,所述回卷纱窗包括滑框和卷盒,所述滑框连接所述卷盒,所述滑框还包括连接件,所述连接件设置在所述滑框上,所述连接件和所述滑框连接。
进一步的,所述连接件包括连接部所述连接部设有用于插接所述滑框的第一凸起。
进一步的,所述连接件还设有外板、连接所述外板的连接部,所述连接部设有用于插接所述滑框的第一凸起。
进一步的,所述滑框上设有多个所述连接件。
进一步的,所述连接件还包括调节块,所述调节件用于调节连接有所述连接件的所述滑框的总长度。
进一步的,所述滑框的外侧设有横截面为凹形的第一槽口,所述第一凸起的横截面为配合所述第一槽口的凸形。
进一步的,所述连接部还设有插接凸起,所述插接凸起插接所述调节块和所述滑框,所述滑框插接到所述插接凸起和所述外板之间。
进一步的,所述调节块设有穿孔,所述穿孔用于插接所述插接凸起。
本申请的回卷纱窗通过设置连接件实现了滑框长度可调,大大增加了回卷纱窗适应窗口的能力,而且安装简单、方便、快捷,即使尺寸稍有偏差也可以通过后期调整进行安装,调节过程简单,不需要专业人士客户自己即可实现安装,适应时代潮流,尤其适应当下疫情期间的无接触购物方式。

一种便捷安装的回卷纱窗,所述回卷纱窗包括滑框2和卷盒1,所述滑框2连接所述卷盒1,所述滑框2还包括连接件,所述连接件还设有调节块35,所述连接件设置在所述滑框2上,所述连接件、所述调节块35和所述滑框2依次连接。
所述连接件3包括连接部32所述连接部32设有用于插接所述滑框2的第一凸起34。
所述连接件2还设有外板31、连接所述外板31的连接部32,所述连接部32设有用于插接所述滑框2的第一凸起34。
所述滑框2上设有多个所述连接件3。
所述连接件3还包括调节块35,所述调节件35用于调节连接有所述连接件2的所述滑框2的总长度。
所述连接件包括外板31、连接所述外板31的连接部32,所述连接部32设有用于插接所述滑框2的第一凸起34。
所述滑框2的外侧设有横截面为凹形的第一槽口21,所述第一凸起34的横截面为配合所述第一槽口21的凸形。
所述连接部32还设有插接凸起33,所述插接凸起33插接所述调节块35和所述滑框2,所述滑框2插接到所述插接凸起33和所述外板31之间。
所述调节块35设有穿孔36,所述穿孔36用于插接所述插接凸起33。
所述连接件、所述调节块35和所述滑框2依次连接,是指所述连接件套接所述调节块35以后插接到所述滑框2上。可以想象的是,所述连接件也是可以直接插接到所述滑框2上的。这种情况是当需要去掉所有的调节块35才能达到调节效果的时候的状态。
从图2和图3可以看出,所述滑框2是插接到所述连接件上的。所述连接件上的所述插接凸起33配合所述外板31共同对插接的所述滑框2进行定位。所述插接凸起33与所述外板31之间的空隙用于插接所述滑框2。所述插接凸起33为多个,对应的设置在所述调节块35上的穿孔36也设有多个,如图中的这种设置可以使得所述调节块35更好的定位和配合,避免了其在横向上的窜动。由于所述滑框2本身的情况,所述滑框2内部还会有下拉条的上下滑动。如果所述调节块35的定位不能很好的起作用,那么会导致调节块35的窜动,从而增加故障率。所以本申请在所述调节块35的两端均设置有所述插接凸起33和相互配合的所述穿孔36。
设置有第一槽口21的一侧是面向所述回卷纱窗待安装面的一侧。该第一槽口21中可以设置密封装置。从图中看出所述外板31的设置避开了设有第一槽口21的一侧,方便了安装。
所述连接件的上下均设有所述插接凸起33,即所述连接部32的上下均设有插接凸起33。所以所述连接件的上下两侧都可以通过调节所述调节块35的数量进行所述滑框2的长度调节。这种方式在保证安装强度的前提下,尽可能的增加了可调节长度。

  1. 一种便捷安装的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述回卷纱窗包括滑框(2)和卷盒(1),所述滑框(2)连接所述卷盒(1),所述滑框(2)还包括连接件(3),所述连接件(3)设置在所述滑框(2)上,所述连接件(3)和所述滑框(2)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述连接件(3)包括连接部(32)所述连接部(32)设有用于插接所述滑框(2)的第一凸起(34)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述连接件(2)还设有外板(31)、连接所述外板(31)的连接部(32),所述连接部(32)设有用于插接所述滑框(2)的第一凸起(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述滑框(2)上设有多个所述连接件(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一条所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述连接件(3)还包括调节块(35),所述调节件(35)用于调节连接有所述连接件(2)的所述滑框(2)的总长度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述滑框(2)的外侧设有横截面为凹形的第一槽口(21),所述第一凸起(34)的横截面为配合所述第一槽口(21)的凸形。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述连接部(32)还设有插接凸起(33),所述插接凸起(33)插接所述调节块(35)和所述滑框(2),所述滑框(2)插接到所述插接凸起(33)和所述外板(31)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的回卷纱窗,其特征在于,所述调节块(35)设有穿孔(36),所述穿孔(36)用于插接所述插接凸起(33)。
