自行车或机车的外驱电动机构 技术领域
本发明涉及自行车或机车的外驱电动机构,尤其涉及一种可对自行车或机车产生一辅助电驱动力的机构。
背景技术
自行车或机车具有轻巧便利等特点,是经常使用的主要代步工具,而为了考虑行驶油耗及人力的节省,纯人力或小排气量引擎的机车更是代步工具中的主流;然而,在实际应用时,受限于人力或小排气量引擎的输出功率不足,往往在处于重负荷(高载荷、爬陡坡)时,有输出动力不足的情形,甚至于造成车速不足或上坡倒退等危险状况发生,因此,如何改善上述轻便型交通工具在应用时所可能产生的动力不足的缺失,乃为相关业者所亟需努力的课题。
在汽车产业中,利用电力驱动电动马达配合增加汽、柴油引擎之输出功率,进而提升引擎的输出功率,是一已被广泛应用的技术手段,而单纯利用电动马达驱动之电动机车也已逐渐发展成熟,但受限于整体驱动机构的差异,将电动马达整合于二轮代步工具中并非常见;较常见的是以小型电动马达组装于自行车中,利用该自行车上的飞轮来衔接该电动马达与脚踏的动力。
公开号为TWM399051U的专利:駐車節能驅動之改良結構,其公开了一种「以离合器之驱动盘与马达连动之油电复合动力机车」新型专利案,其具有:一引擎,机械连接至一机车的传动系统;一离合器,该离合器与该引擎联结,该离合器设有一驱动盘,该驱动盘上设置一连动组件;一马达,机械连接至该机车的传动系统,该马达外接一控制单元,包含一油电切换开关,及一电动马达调速器,该控制单元电性连接该马达及该引擎,以控制该马达及该引擎作动或不作动;一蓄 电单元,与该马达及该引擎电性连接;一连动单元,将该连动组件及该马达联结。其系以离合器之驱动盘与马达连动,使引擎在行驶时,除由引擎提供行驶动能,同时透过引擎将电力回充到蓄电单元中,而马达则藉由蓄电单元所储存之电力,与引擎搭配,交互的作为机车动力的来源,而达到减少废气排放及省油之环保功效。
然而,上述此种结构于实际应用时,必须大幅更动机车原有之结构,造成设计开发难度及生产成本增加,且由于该马达系机械连接至该机车的传动系统,因此该二者无法完全分离,若该马达或机车引擎的其中之一损坏,则会造成另一动力单元运动时之阻力,因此在使用上会产生严重的缺失。
有鉴于习见之油电复合动力机车结构有上述缺点,创作人乃针对该些缺点研究改进之道,终于有本创作产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种自行车或机车的外驱电动机构,主要是在机车的非驱动轮(前轮)的支撑组件(前叉杆或避震器)上设置电动力源(电动马达),并于该非驱动轮接近该电动力源的一旁侧同轴心地结合一盘形驱动件(齿轮盘),利用一连动组件组将该电动力源的动力传递至该驱动件,以带动该非驱动轮转动,由于其实施上无需变更该自行车或机车的原有传动系统,因此可降低开发难度及生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种自行车或机车的外驱电动机构,括一个电动力源、一个盘形驱动件及一个连动组件;
所述电动力源设置在自行车或机车的非驱动轮的支撑组件上,该电动力源具有一可输出旋转动力的动力输出组件;
所述盘形驱动件同轴心地结合于该非驱动轮接近该电动力源的一侧,使该驱动件与该非驱动轮能同步枢转;
所述连动组件设置在该动力输出组件与该驱动件边缘之间,藉以传递将该电动力源输出的动力,以供经由该驱动件带动该非驱动轮转动;
所述电动力源、驱动件及连动组件外周侧包覆设置一外壳,该外壳组设于该支撑组件上;外壳由一壳座及一壳盖相对结合而成;所述外壳上设置至少一个开口,与开口适配设有透明材质制成的观察窗,观察窗固定连接或可拆卸式连接在外壳的开口上。本发明可依需要于该电动力源、驱动件及连动组件的外周侧包覆一外壳,且于该齿轮盘两侧与该外壳之间分别设有一环形平面轴承,不但可藉由两个平面轴承提升该齿轮盘的组装稳定性,亦可降低运转时之摩擦阻力。
进一步的技术方案是,电动力源为一电动马达,所述动力输出组件为一设于该电动马达输出转轴上之输出齿轮;该驱动件为一齿轮盘,该齿轮盘的一侧边缘设有侧环齿;该连动组件具有一连动轴,于该连动轴一端设有一第一齿轮,啮合于该输出齿轮,于该连动轴另一端设有一第二齿轮,啮合于该侧环齿。
进一步的技术方案为,观察窗位于连动组件处;观察窗采用聚乙烯或聚丙烯或钢化玻璃材质制成。
进一步的技术方案为,外壳由一壳座及一壳盖相对结合而成。
进一步的技术方案为,外壳内设有一支架,该支架系支撑组合该电动力源,并整合连动该连动轴。
进一步的技术方案为,驱动件两侧分别设有一环形平面轴承,两个平面轴承分别固结在壳座及壳盖内部。
进一步的技术方案为,非驱动轮为自行车或机车的前轮,且该支撑组件为自行车之前叉杆或机车的前避震器。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:无需针对自行车或机车原有之传动机构的结构进行更改,不但开发设计上较为简易,且在产生故障时,亦不会影响自行车或机车原有之行动功能。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图3所示,本发明是一种自行车或机车的外驱电动机构,包括:电动力源1、驱动件2及连动组件3等部份;其中该电动力源1系组设于一自行车或机车之非驱动轮6(可为前轮)的支撑组件5(可为自行车的前叉杆或机车的前避震器)上,且该电动力源1具有一可输出旋转动力之动力输出组件11。
在一个可行的实施例中,该电动力源1为一电动马达,而该动力输出组件11为一设于该电动马达输出转轴上之输出齿轮。
该驱动件2为一盘形体,其系经由一枢轴20同轴心地结合于该非驱动轮6接近该电动力源1一旁侧;在本实施例中,该驱动件2可为一侧边缘设有复数侧环齿21之齿轮盘,利用复数定位组件22贯穿固定于该非驱动轮6之轮毂61上接近该电动力源1一旁侧,使该驱动件2与该非驱动轮6能同步枢转。
该连动组件3系组设于该动力输出组件11与该驱动件2边缘 之间,以将该电动力源1输出之动力传递至该非驱动轮6;在本实施例中,该连动组件3具有一连动轴31,于该连动轴31一端设有一第一齿轮32,啮合于该动力输出组件11(输出齿轮),于该连动轴31另一端设有一第二齿轮33,啮合于该侧环齿21。
在实际应用时,可于该电动力源1、驱动件2及连动组件3外周侧包覆一外壳4,该外壳4可由一壳座41及一壳盖42相对结合而成;于该外壳4内可依需要设有一支架43,该支架43系可套合于该连动轴31形成支撑,且于该支架43与该连动轴31之间可设置一轴承431,藉以降低该连动轴31转动时之摩擦阻力;另于该驱动件2(齿轮盘)两侧与该外壳4之间可依需要分别设有一环形平面轴承44、45,除了可经由两个平面轴承,分别为第一平面轴承44与第二平面轴承45增加该驱动件2(齿轮盘)的支撑稳定性,更可藉以降低该连动轴31转动时之摩擦阻力。
在操作的过程中,当自行车或机车骑行遇到原有输出动力不足而有辅助动力需求之情形时,自行车或机车骑士可依需要按下预设开关导通该电动力源1(电动马达)之电源,使该电动力源1可经由该连动组件3连动该驱动件2,使该非驱动轮6随该驱动件2同步转动,藉以形成一辅助驱动轮驱动该自行车或机车。
上述结构中,由于该驱动件2(齿轮盘)直接与该动力输出组件11(输出齿轮)相连结,因此该电动力源1(电动马达)本身之高转速可直接驱动该驱动件2(齿轮盘)形成较高速的运转,可使该非驱动轮6具有较高的转速输出,以因应自行车或机车在一般负荷(轻载重、平路)时之加速行驶(如:超车)的驱动需求;同时,由于一般自行车或机车的设计大多由后轮驱动,所以衔接引擎之传动机构亦系连结于后轮,而本创作中,该电动力源1、驱动件2及连动组件3等组件系连动该非驱动轮6,因此无需针对自行车或机车原有之传动机构的结构进行更改,不但开发设计上较为简易,且在产生故障时, 亦不会影响自行车或机车原有之行动功能。壳盖42上设置至少一个开口,与开口适配设有透明材质制成的观察窗46,观察窗固定连接或可拆卸式连接在外壳的开口上。
综合以上所述,本创作自行车或机车之外驱电动机构确可达成无需变更机车原有传动设计,提升对机车驱动力之功效,实为一具新颖性及进步性之创作,爰依法提出申请新型专利;
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 自行车或机车的外驱电动机构,其特征在于,包括一个电动力源、一个盘形驱动件及一个连动组件;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自行车或机车的外驱电动机构,其特征在于,所述电动力源为一电动马达,所述动力输出组件为一设于该电动马达输出转轴上之输出齿轮;该驱动件为一齿轮盘,该齿轮盘的一侧边缘设有侧环齿;该连动组件具有一连动轴,于该连动轴一端设有一第一齿轮,啮合于该输出齿轮,于该连动轴另一端设有一第二齿轮,啮合于该侧环齿。
