Claims (7)
- 사용자 단말과의 인터페이스를 담당하는 사용자 인터페이스,회원등록을 요청하는 사용자 단말과 회원가입절차를 수행하는 회원 관리부,인증을 수행하는 외부의 인증서버와 연동하여 자산거래를 하는 사용자에 대한 인증을 수행하는 사용자 인증부,자산을 등록한 판매자 및 자산 거래를 수행한 구매자에 대하여 자산거래에 대응한 블록체인계정을 생성하는 블록체인계정 생성부,판매자의 고액의 자산에 대하여 판매 등록을 수행하고, 등록된 고액의 자산에 대하여 N개로 분할된 분할소유권에 대한 거래를 처리하며, 판매 등록 또는 분할소유권에 대한 거래 처리시에 새로운 거래자가 생성되는 경우에 상기 블록체인계정 생성부를 통해 해당 거래자에 대한 블록체인계정을 생성하고, 생성한 블록체인계정과 해당 거래자의 회원ID를 매칭한 거래이력을 생성하는 소유권거래 처리부, 그리고상기 소유권거래 처리부로부터 수신되는 거래이력을 블록체인 네트워크로 전송하여 거래이력이 해당 자산에 참여하는 노드가 공유할 수 있게 하는 블록체인 연동부를 포함하는 투명한 거래이력 관리를 가능하게 하는 자산 거래 시스템.
- 제1항에서회원으로 등록된 각 판매자와 구매자 각각에 대하여 전자지갑을 생성하여, 판매자 또는 구매자가 자신의 전자지갑을 통해 거래이력 및 보유한 분할소유권 토큰을 확인할 수 있게 하는 전자지갑 관리부를 더 포함하는 투명한 거래이력 관리를 가능하게 하는 자산 거래 시스템.
- 제1항에서상기 소유권거래 처리부는 제1 판매자가 제1 자산에 대한 판매 등록을 요청하는 경우에, 상기 제1 판매자가 요청하는 개수만큼 상기 제1 자산을 N개의 분할자산으로 분할하고, 상기 N개의 분할자산에 대해 N개의 분할소유권 토큰을 생성하며, 상기 N개의 분할소유권 토큰에 대한 정보를 상기 제1 자산에 대한 제1원장에 반영하는 투명한 거래이력 관리를 가능하게 하는 자산 거래 시스템.
- 제3항에서상기 소유권거래 처리부는 상기 제1 자산에 대한 판매 등록에 대응하여 생성한 제1 블록체인계정과, 상기 제1 판매자의 회원ID가 매칭되어 기록된 거래이력을 상기 제1 원장에 반영하는 투명한 거래이력 관리를 가능하게 하는 자산 거래 시스템.
- 제1항에서,상기 소유권거래 처리부는 판매자가 요청한 판매할 분할소유권 토큰의 개수와 금액을 포함하는 판매조건과 구매자가 요청한 구매할 분할소유권 토큰의 개수와 금액을 포함하는 구매조건이 서로 일치하는 경우에 해당 분할소유권 토큰에 대한 거래를 수행하고, 상기 수행의 결과로 구매자와 판매자 간의 거래가 완료되면 해당 거래에 대응하여 생성한 블록체인계정과 구매자의 회원ID에 매칭한 거래내역을 생성하여 해당 자산의 원장에 추가 또는 반영하는 투명한 거래이력 관리를 가능하게 하는 자산 거래 시스템.
- 제2항에서,상기 소유권거래 처리부는 판매자가 요청한 판매할 분할소유권 토큰의 개수와 금액을 포함하는 판매조건과 구매자가 요청한 구매할 분할소유권 토큰의 개수와 금액을 포함하는 구매조건이 서로 일치하는 경우에 해당 분할소유권 토큰에 대한 거래를 수행하고, 상기 수행의 결과로 구매자와 판매자 간의 거래가 완료되면 해당 거래에 대응하여 생성한 블록체인계정과 구매자의 회원ID에 매칭한 거래내역을 생성하여 해당 자산의 원장에 추가 또는 반영하는 투명한 거래이력 관리를 가능하게 하는 자산 거래 시스템.
- 제1항에서,상기 외부의 인증서버는 정부기관이나 통신사 또는 카드사에서 운용하는 인증서버인 투명한 거래이력 관리를 가능하게 하는 자산 거래 시스템.
