도 1은 일 실시예에 따른 온라인 판매 중개 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 1을 참고하면, 판매자가 판매자 단말(300)을 통해 관리 서버(100)와 통신하여 온라인으로 상품을 등록하고, 무인 판매기(200)를 방문해 상품을 안치하는 과정이 개시되어 있다.
먼저 관리 서버(100)는 판매자 단말(300)로부터 판매 상품에 대한 정보를 수신하여 판매 상품을 등록한다. 보다 구체적으로는, 판매자 단말(300)은 인증 카메라 어플리케이션으로 촬영된 상품 사진을 관리 서버(100)로 전송(101)한다. 관리 서버(100)는 사진을 수신한 후에, 판매자 단말(300)이 미리 등록된 기기인지 여부를 판단해 판매자 단말(300)을 인증하고, 카드 인증, 계좌번호 인증, 생체 인증 중 적어도 하나의 방식을 사용하여 판매자를 인증해 최종적으로 판매 상품을 등록(103)한다.
관리 서버(100)는 판매자 단말(300)로부터 여러 무인 판매기들 중 하나가 판매자에 의해 선택되었음을 나타내는 정보, 즉 판매자가 선택한 무인 판매기에 대한 정보를 수신(105)한다. 관리 서버(100)는 해당 무인 판매기(200)에 일정 시간 내에 상품이 입고되지 않는 경우에는 예약이 취소되며 패널티가 발생할 수 있음을 판매자 단말(300)로 알릴 수 있다.
관리 서버(100)는 해당 무인 판매기의 이용 가능 전시함 리스트를 판매자 단말(300)로 전송하고(107), 판매자 단말(300)은 판매자가 선택한 전시함 정보를 관리 서버(100)로 전송(109)한다. 관리 서버(100)는 등록된 판매 상품 및 선택된 전시함을 판매자에 대해 맵핑하여 예약 정보를 생성하고, 해당 상품을 전시 예정 처리한다(111).
관리 서버(100)는 무인 판매기(200)로 선택된 전시함 정보를 전송(113)하고 해당 전시함을 다른 사용자가 이용하지 못하도록 전시 예정으로 상태 변경한다(115). 전시함 독점을 막기 위해 온라인 전시 예약은 1개만 가능하도록 설정할 수도 있다. 이 때 관리 서버(100)는 판매자 단말(300)로도 예약 완료 알림을 전송하고 전시 방법 등 알림을 전송할 수 있다.

무인 판매기(200)는 관리 서버(100)로부터 무인 판매기(200)에 대해 판매자의 예약 내역이 있음을 수신하는 경우, 선택된 전시함의 도어(door)를 오픈할 수 있다.
판매자는 무인 판매기(200)에 해당 상품을 안치(130)한다. 즉, 판매자는 도어가 오픈된 전시함 내에 상품을 안치할 수 있고, 안치 후 해당 도어를 닫을 수 있다. 구현에 따라, 무인 판매기(200)는 상품 안치 후 미리 정해진 시간이 경과하거나 판매자의 안치 완료가 있으면 도어를 닫을 수 있다.
무인 판매기(200)는 도어가 닫힌 경우, 상품이 안치되었음을 관리 서버(100)로 전송할 수 있다.
관리 서버(100)는 무인 판매기(200)로부터 상품이 안치되었음을 수신(131)하는 경우, 선택된 전시함 내의 카메라가 상품을 촬영하도록 카메라를 제어(133)한다.

<온라인 구매 중개 방법>
도 3은 일 실시예에 따른 온라인 구매 중개 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 3을 참고하면, 일 실시예에 따른 관리 서버(100)는 무인 판매기(200) 및 구매자 단말(400)과 통신하며 온라인 구매를 중개한다. 구매자는 온라인 사이트에서 오프라인 전시 제품 확인하고 구매를 선택한다. 관리 서버(100)는 구매자가 선택한 상품을 전시중인 무인 판매기 정보를 구매자 단말(400)로 전송한다(301). 이 때 직접 무인 판매기를 방문해야 한다는 알림 페이지도 함께 제공될 수 있다. 구매자는 내용을 확인하고 관리 서버(100)에서 결제를 진행하고(303), 결제가 완료되면 관리 서버(100)는 결제 완료 알림을 구매자 단말(400)로 전송(305)한다. 이 때 관리 서버(100)는 구매자 단말(400)로 다른 사용자가 해당 전시함을 이용할 수 있도록 일정 시간 내에 상품을 수거할 것을 독려할 수 있다.
관리 서버(100)는 구매자가 선택한 상품 및 무인 판매기 정보를 구매자에 대해 맵핑하여 구매 정보를 생성하고, 해당 상품을 판매 완료 처리하고 판매자에게 전송한다(307). 관리 서버(100)는 무인 판매기(200)로 구매 정보를 전송(309)하고, 해당 전시함을 판매 완료로 상태 변경한다(311).
구매자가 해당 무인 판매기(200)를 방문하여 온라인 구매 상품 찾아가기를 선택(320)하면, 무인 판매기(200)는 구매자를 QR 코드 인증 방식 또는 휴대폰 인증 방식 중 적어도 한 방식을 사용하여 구매자를 인증하고, 관리 서버(100)로 구매 내역 확인을 요청(321)한다. 관리 서버는 구매 정보를 검색(323)하여 존재하면 구매 내역 있음을 무인 판매기(200)로 전송(325)한다. 관리 서버(100)는 구매 내역이 없는 경우 무인 판매기(200)를 통해 구매자에게 구매 내역이 존재하지 않는다고 알릴 수 있고, 구매 내역이 있으나 무인 판매기(200)가 아닌 다른 무인 판매기인 경우에는 해당 상품이 있는 무인 판매기에 대한 정보를 알릴 수 있다.

이후 판매자는 판매자 단말(300)을 이용하여 관리 서버(100)로 판매자 정보를 전송(520)하며, 관리 서버(100)는 판매자가 회원인지 여부를 확인하고, 비회원이라면 회원 가입을 진행할 수 있고, 비회원으로 진행한다면 판매자 단말(300)로부터 이름, 전화번호, 계좌번호, 반품시 필요한 주소 등에 대한 판매자 정보를 추가로 수신하여 저장할 수 있다. 관리 서버(100)는 이 때 판매자가 블랙리스트인지 여부를 확인할 수 있고, 블랙리스트인 경우에는 무인 판매기(200)를 통해 알림 후 종료를 유도할 수 있다.
이후 관리 서버(100)는 판매자 단말(300)로부터 판매 상품 정보를 수신하여 저장(523)한다. 판매 상품 정보는 상품명, 상품 설명을 포함할 수 있고, 관리 서버(100)는 이 때 무인 판매기(200)의 기기 고유번호도 판매자 단말(300)로부터 수신한다. 다시 말해, 관리 서버(100)는 판매 상품을 등록할 수 있다. 그리고, 관리 서버(110)는 판매자 단말(300)로 등록번호를 발급(525)한다.
무인 판매기(200)에서, 판매자가 등록번호를 입력(526)하면, 무인 판매기는 입력받은 등록번호를 관리 서버로 전송(527)할 수 있다. 관리 서버(100)는 무인 판매기로부터 수신한 등록번호를 이용하여 판매자의 판매 상품 정보를 검색하고(528), 판매 상품 정보를 무인 판매기(200)로 전송(529)할 수 있다.
판매자가 무인 판매기(200)에서 전시함을 선택하고, 무인 판매기(200)에 상품을 안치(530)하면, 무인 판매기(200)는 관리 서버(100)로 상품이 안치되었다고 전송(531)한다. 관리 서버(100)는 선택된 전시함 내의 카메라가 상품을 촬영하도록 카메라를 제어(533)하고, 상품을 촬영한 영상을 무인 판매기(200)로부터 수신(535)하면 이를 기초로 등록된 판매 상품과 안치된 상품 사이의 일치성 여부를 확인하고 일치한다면 판매 가능 여부를 판단(537)한다. 판매 불가능한 경우에는 다른 제품 투입, 판매 불가 상품 등의 안내 메시지를 무인 판매기(200)를 통해 판매자에게 제공한다. 관리 서버(100)는 일치성 여부 및 판매 가능에 대해 판단한 결과를 무인 판매기(200)로 전송(539)한다.
도 6a 및 도 6b는 일 실시예에 따른 오프라인 판매 중개시 무인 판매기 화면을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 6a 및 도 6b를 참고하면, 도 5에 기재된 일실시예에 따른 오프라인 판매 중개 방법이 진행되는 동안 무인 판매기의 화면이 도시된다. 도 6a를 참고하면, 610은 무인 판매기의 기본 화면을 나타낸다. 이는 도 4에서 설명한 기본 화면(410)과 같다. 판매자가 무인 판매기의 기본 화면에서 판매하기를 선택하면, 관리 서버는 이용 가능 전시함을 판단하고 존재하면 620a를 나타낸다. QR코드 사용 불가자를 위한 URL도 동시에 제공하여 판매자 단말과 관리 서버 간의 통신을 통해 판매 상품 등록이 진행된다. 이후 다음을 누르면, 무인 판매기 화면은 630으로 넘어간다. 무인 판매기 기기 고유번호가 나타나며, 판매자는 판매자 단말에서 회원여부 등 확인 후, 무인 판매기 기기 고유번호, 상품명, 상품설명 등 판매 상품 정보를 기재하여 상품을 등록하면, 관리 서버가 등록번호를 판매자 단말로 전송한다.
무인 판매기 화면 640에서, 판매자가 등록번호를 무인 판매기에 입력하면, 무인 판매기는 입력받은 등록번호를 관리 서버로 전송할 수 있다. 관리 서버는 무인 판매기로부터 수신한 등록번호를 이용하여 판매자의 판매 상품 정보를 검색하고, 판매 상품 정보를 무인 판매기로 전송할 수 있다. 무인 판매기는 관리 서버로부터 판매 상품 정보를 수신하면 무인 판매기 화면 650에서 판매 제품에 관한 정보가 나타난다. 판매자가 확인 후 예를 선택하면 무인 판매기 화면은 660으로 넘어가서, 오프라인 판매자가 무인 판매기에 상품을 안치할 전시함을 선택하게 된다. 이후 선택된 전시함이 열리면 판매자는 상품을 안치하고, 관리 서버에서 등록된 상품과의 일치성 여부 판단, 판매 가능 여부 판단 후 판매가 가능하면 해당 무인 판매기에서 판매가 개시된다.
도 6b는 도 6a와 마찬가지로 도 5에서의 일실시예에 따른 오프라인 판매 중개 과정에서의 무인 판매기 화면을 도시하지만, 상품 등록 과정에서 일부 차이가 있는 다른 실시예의 경우의 무인 판매기 화면을 도시한다. 도 6a의 610과 같은 기본 화면에서 판매하기를 누른 경우 도 6a의 620a가 아닌, 620b가 나타난다. 휴대폰 번호 인증 후 블랙리스트가 아니라면 화면은 도 6a의 630이 아닌, 도 6b의 633, 636으로 진행된다. 633이 나타난 후 판매자는 판매자 단말로 전송된 링크를 통해 판매자 단말에서 상품 등록을 진행한다. 판매자는 무인 판매기 기기 점포명, 상품명, 상품설명 등 판매 상품 정보를 기재하여 상품을 등록하면, 관리 서버가 QR코드 또는 등록번호를 무인 판매기로 전송한다. 판매자가 이전 화면인 633에서 QR코드 등록을 선택하면 무인 판매기 화면에 636이 나타나고, 판매자는 판매자 단말에서 수신했던 QR코드를 통해 상품을 등록한다. 그러면 무인 판매기는 도 6a의 650이 나타나 판매자는 판매 정보를 확인하고 이후 과정은 도 6a에서와 동일하게 진행된다. 단, QR코드 사용이 불가능한 판매자는 도 6a에서와 같이 640 화면이 나타나 상품등록번호를 입력하여 650으로 넘어갈 수도 있다.
<오프라인 구매 중개 방법>
도 7은 일 실시예에 따른 오프라인 구매 중개 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 7을 참고하면, 구매자가 무인 판매기(200)를 방문해 상품을 구매하는 것을 중개하는 흐름을 도시한다. 구매자가 무인 판매기(200)에서 상세 정보 확인 후 구매하기를 선택(710)하면, 관리 서버(100)는 무인 판매기에서 전시중인 상품 리스트를 무인 판매기(200)를 통해 구매자에게 알려준다. 판매자가 무인 판매기(200)에서 특정 상품을 선택하면(720), 무인 판매기(200)는 관리 서버(100)로 구매자가 선택한 상품이 무엇인지를 전송(721)하고, 관리 서버(100)는 선택된 특정 상품에 대한 정보를 무인 판매기(200)를 통해 구매자에게 알린다(723). 그리고 관리 서버(100)는 해당 상품의 상태를 온라인 구매 불가로 변경(725)하고, 무인 판매기를 통해 결제를 진행한다(727). 단 상품 상태를 온라인 구매 불가로 변경(725)하는 시점은 구매자가 무인 판매기에서 구매하기를 선택하는 시점, 무인 판매기에서 특정 상품을 조회하는 시점, 또는 무인 판매기에서 특정 상품의 구매 버튼을 누른 시점일 수도 있다. 결제가 완료되면 관리 서버(100)는 구매자 단말(400)로 결제 완료 알림 및 구매 확인증을 SMS 등으로 전송(729)한다. 구매 확인증에는 반품 안내 및 반품 신청 버튼이 제공된다.
이후 무인 판매기(200)로부터 구매자가 상품을 수거(730)해가면, 상품이 수거되었음을 무인 판매기(200)로부터 관리 서버(100)가 수신하여 전시함 내의 카메라를 제어(733)하고, 전시함을 촬영한 영상을 전송받는다(735). 관리 서버(100)는 전송받은 영상으로부터 상품 수거 여부를 판단하고, 수거된 경우에는 해당 상품 수거 완료 처리하고 판매자에게 판매 완료 알림을 전송하며, 해당 전시함을 반품 가능 시간 동안 추가 사용 금지 처리(737)하고 판단 결과를 무인 판매기(200)로 전송한다. 그리고 관리 서버(100)는 추후 구매 확정 조건이 발생하면 판매자에게 대금을 지급(741)하여 거래가 완료된다.
도 8은 일 실시예에 따른 오프라인 구매 중개시 무인 판매기 화면을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 8을 참고하면, 도 7에 기재된 일실시예에 따른 오프라인 구매 중개 방법이 진행되는 동안 무인 판매기의 화면이 도시된다. 810은 도 4 및 도 6a에서 설명한 바와 동일하게, 무인 판매기의 기본 화면을 도시한다. 오프라인 구매자가 무인 판매기를 방문하여 기본 화면(810)에서 상세 정보 확인 후 구매하기를 선택하면 820으로 넘어간다. 820에서는 해당 무인 판매기에서 판매중인 상품을 전시한다. 구매자가 상품을 선택하면, 830에서 선택된 특정 상품에 대한 정보를 보여준다. 830에서 판매자가 구매버튼을 누르면 840에서 결제를 위한 단계가 진행된다. 결제 과정에서 구매자의 전화번호가 입력되며, 이를 통해 구매 후 구매 확인증이 구매자 단말로 전송된다. 결제가 완료된 후에는 도 7에서 설명한 바와 같이 진행된다.
<반품 중개 방법>
도 9는 일 실시예에 따른 반품 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
도 9를 참고하면, 구매자가 반품 가능 시간 내에 반품하여 무인 판매기를 통해 반품하는 경우의 흐름도가 도시된다. 구매자는 무인 판매기(200)를 방문하여 반품하기를 선택하고, 무인 판매기(200)는 구매자 단말(400)에서 구매 확인증에서 프로세스를 진행하도록 유도한다(910). 구매자가 구매자 단말(400)에서 구매 확인증 내의 반품하기를 선택(920)하면, 관리 서버(100)로 반품 가능 여부 문의가 접수된다(921). 관리 서버(100)는 반품 가능 시간을 확인하여 구매 미확정 상태이고, 기기 반품 가능 시간 이내인 경우 구매자 단말(400)과의 통신을 통해 반품을 진행한다(923). 구매자가 구매자 단말(400)에서 안내를 확인하고, 반품할 상품을 선택하고 사유를 기재하고 환불 계좌 정보를 작성 후 반품 신청을 선택하면 구매자 단말에 QR코드 및 반품코드가 제공된다. 구매자는 QR코드 또는 휴대폰 번호와 반품 코드를 무인 판매기(200)에 인식(930)하고, 무인 판매기(200)는 관리 서버(100)로 구매 내역 확인을 요청(931)한다. 관리 서버(100)는 구매 정보 검색(933) 후 구매자 정보, 상품 정보, 기존의 전시함 정보 등에 대한 구매 내역을 무인 판매기(200)로 전송(935)한다. 이후 무인 판매기(200)에 상품이 안치되면(940), 관리 서버(100)로 상품 안치되었다고 전송되고(941) 관리 서버는 안치된 전시함 내의 카메라를 제어(943)하여 촬영 영상을 수신(945)한다. 수신한 영상을 기반으로 관리 서버(100)는 판매되었던 상품과 안치된 상품 간의 일치성 여부를 확인하고, 일치한다면 구매자 계좌로 금액을 전송하고, 해당 상품의 상태를 반품 및 판매 가능으로 변경하고 이를 판매자에게 전송(947)한다. 일치하지 않는 경우에는 다른 제품 투입, 판매 불가 상품 등 안내 메시지를 무인 판매기(200)를 통해 구매자에게 알린다. 반품 처리된 경우에는 환불한 구매자 정보 및 환불 내역 등에 대한 환불 관련 정보를 저장한다. 최종 결과는 무인 판매기(200)로 전송(949)되고, 구매자 단말(400)로도 전송된다(951).
도 10은 일 실시예에 따른 반품시 무인 판매기 화면을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 10을 참고하면, 도 9에 기재된 일실시예에 따른 반품 중개 방법이 진행되는 동안 무인 판매기의 화면이 도시된다. 1010은 앞에서 설명한 바와 같이 무인 판매기의 기본 화면이다. 구매자가 무인 판매기를 방문하여 반품하기를 선택하면, 1020 화면이 도시된다. 구매자가 진행하기를 선택하면 1030으로 넘어가고, 구매자는 구매자 단말에서 구매 확인증에서 반품하기를 선택하고 신청서를 작성한다. 신청서 작성하면 구매자 단말에 QR코드 또는 반품코드가 나타나고, QR코드 이용이 가능한 구매자는 1030 화면에서 QR코드를 리더기에 비추면 1050으로 넘어간다. QR코드 이용이 불가능한 구매자는 화면을 클릭하여 1040 화면이 나타나면 이 때 휴대폰 번호와 반품코드를 입력하여 1050 화면으로 넘어갈 수도 있다. 구매자는 1050 화면에서 구매자 정보 및 상품 정보를 확인하고, 반품하기를 선택하면 도 9에서 설명한 바와 같이 무인 판매기에 구매자가 반품할 상품을 안치하고, 판매했던 상품과 안치된 상품이 일치하면 반품이 완료된다.
<무인 판매기 구조>
도 11은 일 실시예에 따른 무인 판매기를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 11을 참고하면, 앞에서 설명한 일실시예에 따른 온라인 판매, 구매, 반품 등을 중개하는 방법에서 이용되는 무인 판매기를 설명하는 도면이다. 1110은 일 실시 예에 따른 무인 판매기를 그림으로 표현한 것이다. 도시되어 있듯이, 무인 판매기는 개인 간 비대면 거래에 있어 상품들을 전시하는 전시함을 여러 개 포함하고 있다. 또한, 무인 판매기는 디스플레이, 스피커, 감지 센서, 감시 카메라, QR 코드 리더기, 신용 카드 리더기 등을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 무인 판매기는 컨트롤러와 통신부를 포함할 수 있다. 컨트롤러는 상술한 무인 판매기 동작을 수행할 수 있고, 통신부는 무인 판매기(200)가 관리 서버(100)와 통신하게 끔 할 수 있다. 통신부는 예를 들어 이동 통신 모듈, 와이파이 모듈 등을 포함할 수 있으나 이에 제한되지 않는다.
디스플레이는 상품 전시 및 상품 구매에 관한 항목들을 표시할 수 있다. 해당 항목들은 도 2를 통해 설명하였으므로, 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
컨트롤러는 표시된 항목들 중 제1 판매자가 제1 항목(즉, 도 2를 통해 설명한 예약 상품 전시 항목)을 선택하는 경우, 온라인 판매 예약된 제1 상품에 대한 제1 전시 절차를 수행할 수 있고, 제2 판매자가 제2 항목을 선택하는 경우, 제2 상품의 판매에 대한 제2 전시 절차를 수행할 수 있다.
제1 전시 절차에서, 컨트롤러는 제1 판매자에 대한 판매 예약 확인 절차를 수행하고, 판매 예약 확인 절차에 따라 제1 판매자의 예약 내역이 있는 경우 복수의 전시함 중 예약된 제1 전시함의 도어가 오픈 되도록 하며, 해당 도어가 제1 판매자에 의해 닫힌 경우 제1 상품이 제1 전시함 내에 안치되었음을 통신부를 통해 관리 서버로 전송할 수 있다. 컨트롤러는 관리 서버로부터 제1 상품에 대한 판매 가능 결과를 상기 통신부를 통해 수신할 수 있다. 제1 전시 절차에 대해선 도 1 내지 도 2에 대한 설명이 적용될 수 있어, 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
제2 전시 절차에서, 컨트롤러는 통신부를 통해 판매 신청 정보를 관리 서버로 전송하고, 관리 서버로부터 이용 가능 전시함이 있음을 나타내는 정보를 통신부를 통해 수신하는 경우, 제2 판매자에게 상품 등록을 요청할 수 있다. 컨트롤러는 제2 판매자의 상품 등록에 따라 발급된 등록 번호를 제2 판매자부터 입력받는 경우, 해당 등록 번호를 통신부를 통해 상기 관리 서버로 전송할 수 있다. 컨트롤러는 관리 서버로부터 등록 번호에 맵핑된 상품 정보를 수신하는 경우, 제2 판매자에 의해 선택된 제2 전시함의 도어가 오픈되도록 할 수 있다. 컨트롤러는 제2 전시함의 도어가 제2 판매자에 의해 닫힌 경우, 제2 상품이 제2 전시함 내에 안치되었음을 통신부를 통해 관리 서버로 전송하고, 관리 서버로부터 제2 상품에 대한 판매 가능 결과를 통신부를 통해 수신할 수 있다. 제2 전시 절차에 대해선 도 5 내지 도 6b에 대한 설명이 적용될 수 있어 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
디스플레이에 표시된 항목들 중 제1 구매자가 제3 항목(즉, 온라인 구매 상품 찾아가기 항목)을 선택한 경우, 컨트롤러는 제1 구매자에 대한 구매 예약 확인 절차를 수행하고, 구매 예약 확인 절차에 따라 제1 구매자가 제1 상품에 대한 구매 예약 내역이 있음을 관리 서버로부터 수신하는 경우, 상술한 제1 전시함의 도어를 오픈하도록 한다. 컨트롤러는 제1 전시함의 도어가 제1 구매자에 의해 닫힌 경우 제1 상품을 제1 구매자가 수거했음을 통신부를 통해 관리 서버로 전송할 수 있다. 컨트롤러는 관리 서버로부터 제1 전시함이 미리 정해진 시간 동안 이용되지 못하도록 하는 명령을 통신부를 통해 수신할 수 있다. 제3 항목이 선택되었을 때의 컨트롤러의 동작에 대해선 도 3 내지 도 4에 대한 설명이 적용될 수 있어 상세한 설명을 생략한다.

도 12a 및 도 12b는 일 실시예에 따른 무인 판매기의 전시함을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 12a 및 도 12b를 참고하면, 도 11의 무인 판매기 내의 복수의 전시함 중 한 전시함의 일례가 도시되어 있다. 도 12a의 1210은 일실시예에 따른 전시함을 측면에서 바라본 도면이고, 도 12b의 1220은 일실시예에 따른 전시함을 정면에서 바라본 도면이다. 전시함 내부에 전시 제품 확인용 카메라가 설치되어 있어, 판매, 구매, 반품 중개에 있어 안치된 상품을 촬영하거나, 상품이 수거되었는지를 확인하기 위해 촬영할 때 사용될 수 있다.
실시예에 따른 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령은 실시예를 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(magnetic media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체(optical media), 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다. 상기된 하드웨어 장치는 실시예의 동작을 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.

    복수의 전시함;
    상품 전시 및 상품 구매에 관한 항목들을 표시하는 디스플레이;
    통신부; 및
    상기 표시된 항목들 중 제1 판매자가 제1 항목을 선택하는 경우, 온라인 판매 예약된 제1 상품에 대한 제1 전시 절차를 수행하고, 제2 판매자가 제2 항목을 선택하는 경우, 제2 상품의 판매에 대한 제2 전시 절차를 수행하는 컨트롤러
    를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 전시 절차에서, 상기 컨트롤러는,

    상기 통신부를 통해 판매 신청 정보를 상기 관리 서버로 전송하고, 상기 관리 서버로부터 이용 가능 전시함이 있음을 나타내는 정보를 상기 통신부를 통해 수신하는 경우, 상기 제2 판매자에게 상품 등록을 요청하며, 상기 상품 등록에 따라 발급된 등록 번호를 상기 제2 판매자부터 입력받는 경우, 상기 등록 번호를 상기 통신부를 통해 상기 관리 서버로 전송하고, 상기 관리 서버로부터 상기 등록 번호에 맵핑된 상품 정보를 수신하는 경우, 상기 제2 판매자에 의해 선택된 제2 전시함의 도어가 오픈되도록 하며, 상기 제2 전시함의 도어가 닫힌 경우, 상기 제2 상품이 상기 제2 전시함 내에 안치되었음을 상기 통신부를 통해 상기 관리 서버로 전송하고, 상기 관리 서버로부터 상기 제2 상품에 대한 판매 가능 결과를 상기 통신부를 통해 수신하는,
    무인 판매기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 컨트롤러는,
    상기 디스플레이에 표시된 항목들 중 제1 구매자가 제3 항목을 선택한 경우, 상기 제1 구매자에 대한 구매 예약 확인 절차를 수행하고, 상기 구매 예약 확인 절차에 따라 상기 제1 구매자가 상기 제1 상품에 대한 구매 예약 내역이 있음을 상기 관리 서버로부터 수신하는 경우, 상기 제1 전시함의 도어를 오픈하도록 하며, 상기 도어가 상기 제1 구매자에 의해 닫힌 경우 상기 제1 상품을 상기 제1 구매자가 수거했음을 상기 통신부를 통해 상기 관리 서버로 전송하고, 상기 관리 서버로부터 상기 제1 전시함이 미리 정해진 시간 동안 이용되지 못하도록 하는 명령을 상기 통신부를 통해 수신하는,
    무인 판매기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 컨트롤러는,
    상기 디스플레이에 표시된 항목들 중 제2 구매자가 제4 항목을 선택한 경우, 상기 관리 서버에 상기 제4 항목이 선택되었음을 통지하여 상기 관리 서버로부터 상기 무인 판매기에서 전시 중인 상품들의 리스트를 수신하고 상기 수신된 리스트를 상기 디스플레이에 표시하며, 상기 표시된 리스트에서 상기 제2 구매자가 상기 제2 상품을 선택한 경우, 상기 제2 상품이 선택되었음을 상기 관리 서버로 통지하고, 상기 제2 상품에 대한 결제가 완료되는 경우 상기 제2 전시함의 도어가 오픈되도록 하며, 상기 제2 전시함의 도어가 상기 제2 구매자에 의해 닫힌 경우, 상기 제2 상품을 상기 제2 구매자가 수거했음을 상기 통신부를 통해 상기 관리 서버로 전송하고, 상기 관리 서버로부터 상기 제2 전시함이 미리 정해진 시간 동안 이용되지 못하도록 하는 명령을 상기 통신부를 통해 수신하는,
    무인 판매기.
  4. 관리 서버에 의해 수행되는 온라인 판매 중개 방법에 있어서,
    판매자 단말로부터 판매 상품에 대한 정보를 수신하여 상기 판매 상품을 등록하는 단계;
    상기 판매자 단말로부터 여러 무인 판매기들 중 하나가 판매자에 의해 선택되었음을 나타내는 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 선택된 무인 판매기의 이용 가능 전시함 리스트를 상기 판매자 단말로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 이용 가능 전시함 리스트에서 선택된 전시함에 대한 정보를 상기 판매자 단말로부터 수신하고, 상기 등록된 판매 상품 및 상기 선택된 전시함을 상기 판매자에 대해 맵핑하여 예약 정보를 생성하는 단계;
    상기 선택된 전시함에 대한 정보를 상기 무인 판매기로 전송하는 단계 -상기 무인 판매기에서 상기 선택된 전시함은 다른 사용자가 이용하지 못하도록 상태 변경됨-;
    상기 무인 판매기로부터 상기 판매자의 예약 내역 확인 요청을 수신하고 상기 예약 내역 확인 요청에 따라 상기 예약 정보가 검색되는 경우, 상기 판매자의 예약 내역이 있음을 상기 무인 판매기로 알리는 단계;
    상기 선택된 전시함에 상품이 안치되었음을 상기 무인 판매기로부터 수신하는 경우, 상기 선택된 전시함 내의 카메라가 상기 상품을 촬영하도록 상기 카메라를 제어하는 단계;
    상기 상품을 촬영하여 생성된 영상을 상기 무인 판매기로부터 수신하고, 상기 수신된 영상을 기초로 상기 등록된 판매 상품과 상기 상품 사이의 일치성 여부를 확인하는 단계;
    상기 등록된 판매 상품과 상기 상품 사이의 일치성이 있는 경우, 상기 수신된 영상을 기초로 상기 등록된 판매 상품이 판매 가능한지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
    상기 판단 결과를 상기 무인 판매기로 전송하는 단계
    를 포함하는,
    온라인 판매 중개 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    구매자가 온라인 사이트에서 선택한 상품을 전시중인 무인 판매기 정보를 상기 구매자에게 전송하는 단계;
    상기 구매자가 결제를 완료하면 결제완료 알림을 상기 구매자에게 전송하고, 해당 상품의 상태를 판매 완료로 변경하고 판매자에게 알림을 전송하는 단계;
    상기 구매자가 선택한 상품 및 상기 무인 판매기 정보를 상기 구매자에 대해 맵핑하여 구매 정보를 생성하는 단계; 및
    상기 구매 정보를 상기 무인 판매기로 전송하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는,
    온라인 판매 중개 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 무인 판매기로부터 상기 구매자의 구매 내역 확인 요청을 수신하고 상기 구매 내역 확인 요청에 따라 상기 구매 정보가 검색되는 경우, 상기 구매자의 구매 내역이 있음을 상기 무인 판매기로 알리는 단계;
    상기 상품이 수거되었음을 상기 무인 판매기로부터 수신하는 경우, 상기 상품의 전시함 내 카메라가 수거 여부를 촬영하도록 상기 카메라를 제어하는 단계;
    상기 상품을 촬영하여 생성된 영상을 상기 무인 판매기로부터 수신하는 단계 - 상기 상품이 수거된 경우, 상기 무인 판매기에서 상기 전시함은 반품 가능 시간 동안 다른 사용자가 이용하지 못하도록 상태 변경됨-; 및
    구매 확정 조건이 발생하는 경우 판매자에게 대금을 지급하는 단계;

    온라인 판매 중개 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 판매 상품을 등록하는 단계는,
    상기 판매자 단말로부터 인증 카메라 어플리케이션으로 촬영된 사진을 수신하여 상기 판매자 단말이 미리 등록된 기기인지를 판단하는 기기 인증 단계; 및
    상기 판매자 단말과 통신하며 카드 인증, 계좌번호 인증, 생체 인증 중 적어도 하나의 방식을 사용하여 상기 판매자를 인증하는 단계
    를 포함하는,
    온라인 판매 중개 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 무인 판매기는,
    상기 관리 서버로 예약 내역 확인 요청 전 QR 코드 인증 방식 또는 휴대폰 인증 방식 중 적어도 한 방식을 사용하여 상기 판매자를 인증하는,
    온라인 판매 중개 방법.
  9. 관리 서버에 의해 수행되는 오프라인 판매 중개 방법에 있어서,
    판매자가 방문한 무인 판매기로부터 판매 신청 정보를 수신하여 상기 무인 판매기의 이용 가능 전시함 존재 여부를 상기 무인 판매기로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 이용 가능 전시함이 존재하는 경우, 상기 무인 판매기를 통해 상기 판매자에게 판매 상품 등록을 요청하고 판매자 단말로부터 판매자 정보를 수신하여 저장하는 단계;
    상기 판매자가 회원인지 여부를 확인하고, 비회원이라면 판매자 단말로부터 판매자 정보를 추가로 수신하여 저장하는 단계;
    상기 판매자 단말로부터 판매 상품 정보를 수신해 저장하고, 등록번호를 발급하는 단계;
    상기 등록번호를 상기 무인 판매기로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 무인 판매기에서 전시함이 선택된 후, 상기 선택된 전시함에 상품이 안치되었음을 상기 무인 판매기로부터 수신하는 경우, 상기 선택된 전시함 내의 카메라가 상기 상품을 촬영하도록 상기 카메라를 제어하는 단계;
    상기 상품을 촬영하여 생성된 영상을 상기 무인 판매기로부터 수신하고, 상기 수신된 영상을 기초로 상기 등록된 판매 상품과 상기 상품 사이의 일치성 여부를 확인하는 단계;
    상기 등록된 판매 상품과 상기 상품 사이의 일치성이 있는 경우, 상기 수신된 영상을 기초로 상기 등록된 판매 상품이 판매 가능한지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
    상기 판단 결과를 상기 무인 판매기로 전송하는 단계
    를 포함하는,

  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    구매자가 방문한 무인 판매기에서 전시중인 상품 리스트를 상기 무인 판매기로 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 구매자가 상기 리스트 중 특정 상품을 선택하면, 상기 특정 상품의 정보를 상기 무인 판매기를 통해 상기 구매자에게 제공하고, 상기 특정 상품의 상태를 온라인 구매 불가로 변경하는 단계
    를 더 포함하는,
    오프라인 판매 중개 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 구매자가 상기 무인 판매기에서 결제를 완료한 후 상기 상품이 수거되었음을 상기 무인 판매기로부터 수신하는 경우, 상기 상품의 전시함 내 카메라가 수거 여부를 촬영하도록 상기 카메라를 제어하는 단계;
    상기 상품을 촬영하여 생성된 영상을 상기 무인 판매기로부터 수신하고, 상기 상품이 수거된 경우, 상기 전시함을 반품 가능 시간 동안 추가 사용 금지로 상태를 변경하는 단계; 및
    구매 확정 조건이 발생하는 경우 판매자에게 대금을 지급하는 단계;

  12. 제10항에 있어서,
    상기 판매자가 회원인지 여부를 확인하는 단계는,
    상기 판매자가 블랙리스트인지 여부를 확인하는 단계; 및
    상기 판매자가 블랙리스트인 경우에는 알림 후 종료를 유도하는 단계
