Description

连接机构和可穿戴设备
本申请要求于2020年02月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为202010125195.8、申请名称为“连接机构和可穿戴设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及穿戴技术领域,特别涉及一种连接机构和可穿戴设备。
背景技术
连接机构一般是指连接于固定带之间的结构。目前,市面上大多采用蝴蝶扣、针扣或按扣等类型的连接机构来实现可穿戴设备的佩戴。然而,这些连接机构的零部件数量很多,导致连接机构的成本高,降低了可穿戴设备的产品竞争力。
发明内容
本申请提供一种连接机构和可穿戴设备,连接机构的零部件较少,能降低连接机构的成本,提高可穿戴设备的产品竞争力。
本申请所示连接机构包括盖合件、扣合件、第一结构件和第二结构件,扣合件可滑动地安装于盖合件,扣合件包括锁持部;
第一结构件的一端转动连接盖合件,第一结构件的另一端转动连接第二结构件,第二结构件包括锁持部;
当第一结构件和第二结构件通过转动收容于盖合件的内侧,且扣合件位于第一位置时,扣合件的锁持部与第二结构件的锁持部相锁持。即,连接机构处于折叠状态。
本申请所示连接机构仅包括盖合件、扣合件、第一结构件和第二结构件四个零部件,即连接机构的零部件少,且结构简单,不仅极大地简化了连接机构的结构,而且各个零部件只要采用简易的加工工艺就能进行量产,大大降低了连接结构的生产成本,有助于提高连接结构的产品竞争力。
一种实施方式中,扣合件的滑动部露出于盖合件的外侧,以便于使用者滑动扣合件,扣合件的锁持部露出于盖合件的内侧,以便于与第二结构件的锁持部相锁持。
一种实施方式中,盖合件、扣合件、第一结构件和第二结构件采用不锈钢、钛或钛合金等金属材料制成,以提高连接机构的外观精美度。
一种实施方式中,扣合件位于第二位置时,扣合件的锁持部与第二结构件的锁持部彼此解锁。此时,第二结构件可与第一结构件相对转动,第一结构件可与盖合件相对转动,以使连接机构处于展开状态。也就是说,当需要展开连接机构时,只需要将扣合件从第一位置滑动到第二位置,即可解锁扣合件的锁持部与第二结构件的锁持部。
一种实施方式中,盖合件设有收容槽,收容槽的开口位于盖合件的内表面,收容槽的凹陷方向为盖合件的内表面朝向外表面的方向。扣合件的锁持部与第二结构件的锁持部相锁持时,第一结构件和第二结构件收容于盖合件的收容槽。即,第一结构件和第二结构件不突出于盖合件的内表面,也即,第一结构件和第二结构件的内表面不突出于盖合件的内 表面,以在连接机构使用时不会局部凸起而抵持于用户的皮肤,提高用户的使用感受。
一种实施方式中,第一结构件和第二结构件的内表面与盖合件的内表面位于同一表面,在连接机构使用时增加连接机构与用户皮肤的接触面积,减小连接机构对用户皮肤的压迫感,提高用户的使用感受。
一种实施方式中,第一结构件包括平行且彼此间隔的两个连接板,两个连接板的一端均转动连接于盖合件,两个连接板的另一端均转动连接于第二结构件,扣合件的锁持部与第二结构件的锁持部相锁持时,第二结构件位于两个连接板之间,不仅提高了第一结构件与第二结构件和盖合件之间的连接稳定性,还简化了连接机构的结构。
一种实施方式中,第一结构件包括一个连接板,连接板的一端转动连接于盖合件,另一端转动连接于第二结构件,扣合件的锁持部与第二结构件的锁持部相锁持时,第二结构件位于连接板的一侧。
一种实施方式中,第一结构件还包括连接于两个连接板之间的补强板,以增加第一结构件的整体强度。第二结构件设有避让槽,第二结构件通过转动收容于盖合件的内侧时,避让槽的开口朝向盖合件;
第二结构件的锁持部与扣合件的锁持部相锁持时,补强板部分或全部收容于避让槽,不仅可在增加第一结构件的强度的同时不增加连接机构在折叠状态的厚度,还增加了第一结构件和第二结构件的连接稳定性。
一种实施方式中,连接板包括内表面,第一结构件通过转动收容于盖合件的内侧时,连接板的内表面背离盖合件;
第二结构件包括内表面,第二结构件通过转动收容于盖合件的内侧时,第二结构件的内表面背离盖合件;
第二结构件的锁持部与扣合件的锁持部相锁持时,连接板的内表面与第二结构件的内表面位于同一表面,不仅可以在连接机构使用时避免第二结构件局部突出于两个连接板的内表面,还可以增加第一结构件与第二结构件与用户的皮肤的接触面积,提高用户的使用感受。
一种实施方式中,盖合件设有滑动槽和贯通孔,滑动槽的开口位于盖合件的外表面,贯通孔的开口位于滑动槽的槽底壁,且连通盖合件的外侧和内侧,扣合件还包括固接于扣合件的锁持部一侧的滑动部,扣合件的滑动部收容于滑动槽,且可在滑动槽内滑动,扣合件的锁持部自滑动槽和贯通孔露出于盖合件的内侧,以便于与第二结构件的锁持部相锁持。
一种实施方式中,扣合件还包括限位部和与限位部固接的弹性部,限位部与锁持部固接于滑动部的同一侧,盖合件还设有限位槽,限位槽的开口位于滑动槽的槽底壁,限位部和弹性部均位于限位槽,弹性部背离限位部的一端固接于限位槽的槽侧壁,即弹性部连接于限位槽的槽侧壁与限位部之间,以将限位部限位于限位槽内。此时,限位部还可在限位槽内移动。
一种实施方式中,盖合件还设有固定孔,固定孔的开口位于限位槽的槽底壁,且固定孔连通限位槽与盖合件的内侧;
连接机构还包括紧固件,紧固件自固定孔伸入限位槽与扣合件的限位部固接;
扣合件的限位部在限位槽内移动时,紧固件在固定孔内滑动。
一种实施方式中,滑动部的外表面设有滑动标识,以便于快速识别扣合件的位置,对扣合件进行操作以解锁扣合件的锁持部与第二结构件的锁持部。
本申请所示可穿戴设备包括两个固定带和上述任一种连接机构,一个固定带与盖合件背离第一结构件的一端连接,另一个固定带与第二结构件背离第一结构件的一端连接。
本申请所示可穿戴设备采用上述任一种连接机构,连接机构的零部件少,结构简单,能有效降低可穿戴设备的生产成本,有助于提高可穿戴设备的产品竞争力。
一种实施方式中,两个固定带背离连接结构的一端彼此连接,或者,两个固定带一体成型。此时,可穿戴设备为皮带、腰带、手链、脚链、项链或戒指等可穿戴的装饰品。
一种实施方式中,固定带包括多个连接件,连接件包括外表面,盖合件的外表面局部突出形成一个或多个凸块,凸块的外表面与连接件的外表面的形状相同,以增加连接机构的盖合件与固定带的外观一致性,提高可穿戴设备的外观精美度。
一种实施方式中,扣合件的外表面与凸块的外表面的形状相同,以增加扣合件与盖合件的外观一致性,提高可穿戴设备的外观精美度。
一种实施方式中,可穿戴设备包括设备主体,两个固定带背离连接机构的一端分别连接于设备主体的相对两侧。此时,可穿戴设备为手表、智能手表、手环、智能手环、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)眼镜、AR头盔、虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)眼镜、VR头盔或电子健康检测设备等穿戴式的电子产品。
一种实施方式中,设备主体包括输入装置、输出装置以及输入装置和输出装置耦接的处理器,输入装置用于检测输入信号,处理器用于从输入装置接收输入信号,产生输出信号,并将输出信号传输到输出装置,输出装置用于输出输出信号。
其中,输入装置可以为音频传感器、光学或视觉传感器、接近传感器或其他可以用于检测输入的组件,输出装置可以为音频输出装置、视觉输出装置或触觉输出装置等可以用于提供输出的组件。
本申请所示可穿戴设备包括固定带、上述任一种连接机构和设备主体,固定带的一端与盖合件背离第一结构件的一端连接,固定带的另一端和第二结构件背离第一结构件的一端分别连接于设备主体的相对两侧,或者,固定带的一端与第二结构件背离第一结构件的一端连接,固定带的另一端与盖合件背离第一结构件的一端分别连接设备主体的相对两侧。
本申请所示可穿戴设备采用上述任一种连接机构,连接机构的零部件少,结构简单,能有效降低可穿戴设备的生产成本,有助于提高可穿戴设备的产品竞争力。

下面结合本申请实施例中的附图对本申请实施例进行描述。
请参阅图1和图2。图1是本申请一实施例提供的一种可穿戴设备100的结构示意图。图2是图1所示可穿戴设备100在另一个状态下的结构示意图。
可穿戴设备100可以为手表、智能手表、手环、智能手环、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)眼镜、AR头盔、虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)眼镜、VR头盔或电子健康检测设备等穿戴式的电子产品,也可以为皮带、腰带、手链、脚链、项链或戒指等穿戴式的装饰品。图1和图2所示实施例的可穿戴设备100以智能手表为例进行阐述。
本实施例中,可穿戴设备100可以包括两个固定带10、连接机构20和设备主体30。两个固定带10分别连接于连接机构20的相对两侧,两个固定带10远离连接结构20的一端分别连接于设备主体30的相对两侧。其中,连接机构20为折叠扣。连接机构20折叠时(图1所示状态),两个固定带10相对靠近且位置相对固定,可穿戴设备100可穿戴并贴合于用户的手腕。连接机构20展开时(图2所示状态),两个固定带10相对远离,可穿戴设备100可从用户的手腕上脱下。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,当可穿戴设备100为皮带、腰带、手链、脚链或戒指等穿戴式的装饰品时,可穿戴设备100不包括设备主体30,两个固定带10背离连接机构20的一端彼此连接,或者,两个固定带10一体成型。
请参阅图3,图3是图1和图2所示可穿戴设备100的功能框图。
一种实施方式中,可穿戴设备100可包括一个或多个输入装置102、一个或多个输出装置104和处理器106。一般来讲,输入装置102可检测各种类型的输入,并且输出装置104可提供各种类型的输出。处理器106可从输入装置102接收输入信号,并对输入信号做出相应的响应。例如,处理器106可解释从一个或多个输入装置102接收的输入信号,产生一输出信号,并将该输出信号传输到一个或多个输出装置104。输出信号可使输出装置104提供一个或多个输出。在一个或多个输入装置102处检测到的输入可用于穿戴设备100的一个或多个功能。在一些情况下,一个或多个输出装置104可经组态以提供取决于或回应于由一个或多个输入装置102检测到的输入而被操纵的输出。由一个或多个输出装置104提供的输出还可响应于由处理器106及/或相关联的配套装置执行的程序或应用程序,或由该程序或应用程序起始。
在各种实施例中,输入装置102可包括用于检测输入的任何合适的组件。输入装置102的实例包括音频传感器(例如,麦克风)、光学或视觉传感器(例如,相机、可见光传感器或不可见光传感器)、接近传感器、触碰传感器、触控屏、力传感器、机械装置(例如,表冠、开关、按钮或键)、振动传感器、方位传感器、运动传感器(例如,加速度计或速度传感器)、位置传感器(例如,全球定位系统装置)、热传感器、通讯装置(例如,有线或无线通信装置)、电阻传感器、磁传感器、电活性聚合物(electroactivepolymer,EAP)、应变计、电极等,或其一些组合。每个输入装置102可经组态以检测一个或多个特定类型的输入并提供与检测到的输入对应的信号(例如,输入信号)。例如,可将信号提供给处理器106。
输出装置104可包括用于提供输出的任何合适的组件。输出装置104的实例包括音频输出装置(例如,扬声器)、视觉输出装置(例如,灯或显示器)、触觉输出装置(例如,触觉输出装置)、通讯装置(例如,有线或无线通信装置)等,或其一些组合。每个输出装置104可经组态以接收一个或多个信号(例如,由处理器106提供的输出信号)并提供与该信号对应的输出。
处理器106可以可操作地耦接到输入装置102和输出装置104。处理器106可适用于与输入装置102和输出装置104交换信号。例如,处理器106可从输入装置102接收与输入装置102检测到的输入对应的输入信号。处理器106可解释所接收的输入信号以判定是否响应于输入信号提供及/或改变一个或多个输出。然后,处理器106可向一个或多个输出装置104发送输出信号,以根据需要提供及/或改变输出。此外,可穿戴设备100还可以包括存储器108,用于存储指令和数据。比如,存储器108可以为高速缓冲存储器。存储器108可以保存处理器106刚用过或循环使用的指令或数据。如果处理器106需要再次使用该指令或数据,可从存储器108中直接调用,避免了重复存取,减少了处理器106的等待时间,因而提高了可穿戴设备100的工作效率。
在一些实施例中,输入装置102可包括一组电极。电极可设置在可穿戴设备100的一个或多个外表面上。处理器106可监测在至少一个电极上接收的电压或信号。在一些实施例中,电极之一可永久地或可切换地耦接到装置接地。电极可用于为可穿戴设备100提供心电图(electrocardiogram,ECG)功能。例如,当可穿戴设备100的用户接触从用户接收信号的第一电极和第二电极时,可提供2导联ECG功能。作为另一实例,当可穿戴设备100的用户接触从用户接收信号的第一电极和第二电极以及将用户接地到可穿戴设备100的第三电极时,可提供3导联ECG功能。在2导联和3导联ECG两者的实施例中,使用者可将第一电极压靠在他们身体的第一部分上并将第二电极压靠在他们身体的第二部分上。取决于第三电极位于可穿戴设备100上的位置,可将第三电极压靠在第一或第二身体部分上。
接下来,为了便于区分,将两个固定带10分别命名为第一固定带10a和第二固定带10b对可穿戴设备100的具体结构进行描述。其中,第一固定带10a为位于图1和图2所示可穿戴设备100中连接机构20和设备主体30左侧的固定带10,第二固定带10b为位于图1和图2所示可穿戴设备100中连接机构20和设备主体30右侧的固定带10。第一固定带10a、连接机构20、第二固定带10b和设备主体30依次首尾连接围设呈封闭环状结构。
需要说明的是,第一固定带10的结构与第二固定带10b的结构可以相同,也可以不同,本申请对此不作具体限定。为了便于理解,本实施例以第一固定带10a和第二固定带10b的结构不同为例对可穿戴设备100的结构进行说明,其并不形成对可穿戴设备100的实际结构的限定。
请参阅图4a和图4b。图4a是图1所示可穿戴设备100中第一固定带10a的结构示意图。图4b是图4a所示第一固定带10a在另一角度下的结构示意图。
本实施例中,第一固定带10a可包括多个依次连接的连接件11。其中,连接件11可以采用不锈钢、钛或钛合金等金属材料制成,不仅能够提高第一固定带10的外观精美度,还能通过不同的表面工艺对连接件11进行处理,实现第一固定带10的外观多样化,有利于进行第一固定带10的个性化设计。可以理解的是,连接件11也可以采用塑料或其他非金属材料制成。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,第一固定带10也可以为一体成型的一体化结构,不仅可以简化第一固定带10的结构,减小第一固定带10的制造成本,还可以提高第一固定带10的整体强度。
每一连接件11均包括相背设置的外表面111和内表面112。多个连接件11的外表面111的形状可以相同,以保证第一固定带10的外观一致性,提高第一固定带10的外观精美度。每一连接件11的内表面112可以为弧形面。可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴于手腕时,连接件11的内表面112可以更好地与用户的手腕贴合,避免了连接件11可能会抵持于用户的手腕的问题,有助于提高用户佩戴可穿戴设备100时的舒适度。其中,多个连接件11是指连接件11的数量可以为两个或者大于两个。
应当理解的是,本实施例所示可穿戴设备100所采用“内”“外”等方位用词主要依据可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴于手腕时的方位进行阐述。可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴时,以靠近用户手腕为内,以远离用户手腕为外,其并不形成对可穿戴设备100于其他场景中的方位的限定。
请参阅图5a和图5b。图5a是图4a所示第一固定带10a中连接件11的结构示意图。图5b是图5a所示连接件11在另一角度下的结构示意图。
连接件11还包括连接于外表面111和内表面112之间的周面(图未标)。需要说明的是,上文所指连接件11的外表面111可以仅为连接件11的外表面111,也可以包括连接件11的外表面111和连接于外表面111和周面之间的过渡面。
其中,连接件11的周面包括相背设置的左周面113和右周面114以及连接于左周面113和右周面114之间的前周面115和后周面116,前周面115和后周面116相背设置。应当理解的是,此处所采用“左”、“右”、“前”和“后”等方位用词主要依据图5a所示的方位进行阐述,其并不形成对连接件11于其他场景中的方位的限定。
连接件11的左周面113局部突出形成第一安装部12。具体的,第一安装部12连接于左周面113的中部,且自左周面113朝背离右周面114的方向突出。第一安装部12设有通孔121。其中,第一安装部12包括与连接件11的前周面115朝向相同的前周面(图未标)和与前周面相背设置的后周面(图未标)。第一安装部12的通孔121的开口位于第一安装部12的前周面,即第一安装部12的前周面局部凹陷形成通孔121,通孔121自第一安装部12的前周面向后周面的方向延伸,且贯穿第一安装部12的后周面。
此外,第一安装部12还包括连接于第一安装部12的前周面和后周面之间的内表面(图未标)。第一安装部12的内表面与连接件11的内表面112的朝向相同,且与连接件11的内表面位于同一表面,以在可穿戴设备100佩戴于用户手腕上时,增加了连接件11与用户的手腕的贴合面积,有利于减小连接件11对用户手腕的压迫感,提高了用户的佩戴舒适度。
连接件11的右周面114局部凹陷形成安装槽117,即安装槽117的开口位于连接件11的右周面114。安装槽117自连接件11的右周面114向左周面113的方向凹陷,且贯穿连接件的内表面112。其中,安装槽117包括相对设置的两个槽侧壁(图未标),每一槽侧壁局部凹陷形成安装孔118。
接下来,为了便于理解,以两个连接件11之间的连接方式为例,对第一固定带10a中相邻两个连接件11之间的连接方式进行具体说明。
请参阅图6,图6是图4a所示第一固定带10a中相邻两个连接件11的组装结构示意图。
两个连接件11之间转动连接。具体的,一个连接件11的第一安装部12转动连接于另 一连接件11的安装槽117内。其中,第一安装部12与安装槽117之间通过生耳(图未示)实现转动连接。在组装两个连接件11时,先将生耳固定于第一安装部12的通孔(图未示),此时生耳的两个生耳头分别突出于第一安装部12的前周面和后周面。捏住两个生耳头使生耳的长度变短,再将第一安装部12伸入安装槽117,放开两个生耳头,两个生耳头分别插接于安装槽117的安装孔(图未示)内,以实现两个连接件11的组装。
本实施例所示第一固定带10中,由于相邻两个连接件11之间均转动连接,当可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴在手腕上时,相邻设置的连接件11可以依据用户手腕的形状进行适应性调整,以使第一固定带10更好地与用户的手腕贴合,提高用户的使用舒适度。此外,相邻两个连接件11之间只需要采用生耳即可实现转动连接,不需要额外的旋转机构来实现两个连接件11之间的连接,不仅节省了第一固定带10的成本,还避免了旋转机构的存在对第一固定带10的外观精美度的影响,提高了第一固定带10的美观度。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,也可以不采用生耳来实现两个连接件11之间的连接,也可以采用其他的转轴机构来实现两个连接件11之间的转动连接,本申请对此不做具体限定。
复参图4a和图4b,本实施例中,第一固定带10a还包括第一中间件15。具体的,第一中间件15位于第一固定带10a的一端,且与连接件11连接。其中,第一中间件15与连接件11的不同之处在于,第一中间件15的安装槽151的宽度小于连接件11的安装槽(图未标)的宽度。此外,第一中间件15的第一安装部转动连接于连接件11的安装槽。需要说明的是,第一中间件15与连接件11的连接方式与两个连接件11的连接方式大体相同,在此不再赘述。
多个连接件11依次首尾连接后,再与第一中间件15连接以形成第一固定带10a。其中,第一中间件15的安装槽151朝向连接机构(图未示),用以与连接机构连接。第一固定带10a中,位于远离第一中间件15一端的连接件11的第一安装部12朝向设备主体(设备主体),用以与设备主体连接。
此外,当可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴于手腕上时,第一固定带10a缠绕于用户的手腕,相邻两个连接件11之间形成第一间隙,第一中间件15与其相邻的连接件11之间形成第二间隙。即相邻两个连接件11之间相对设置的两个表面之间形成第一间隙,第一中间件15与其相邻的连接件11之间相对设置的两个表面之间形成第二间隙。也即,一个连接件11的左周面113与另一连接件11的右周面114之间形成第一间隙,第一中间件15的左周面与其相邻的连接件11的右周面之间形成第二间隙。其中,相邻两个连接件11之间形成的第一间隙的形状和尺寸大致相同,第二间隙与第一间隙的形状和尺寸大致相同,以提高第一固定带10在佩戴状态下的外观精美度。
请参阅图7a和图7b。图7a是图1所示可穿戴设备100中第二固定带10b的结构示意图。图7b是图7a所示第二固定带10b在另一角度下的结构示意图。
第二固定带10b与第一固定带10a的不同之处在于,第二固定带10包括第二中间件13。第二中间件13位于第二固定带10b的一端,第二中间件13的一端与连接件11连接,另一端与连接机构(图未示)连接。其中,第二中间件13包括相背设置的外表面131和内表面132。第二中间件13的外表面131与连接件11的外表面111可以相同,不仅保证了 第二固定带10的外观一致性,提高了第二固定带10的外观精美度,还保持了第二固定带10与第一固定带10的外观一致性,提高了可穿戴设备100的外观精美度。中间件13的内表面131为弧形面,以更好地与用户的手腕贴合,避免中间件11可能会抵持于用户的手腕的问题,有助于提高用户佩戴可穿戴设备100时的舒适度。
请参阅图8,图8是图7a所示第二固定带10b中第二中间件13的结构示意图。
第二中间件13与连接件11的不同之处在于,第二中间件13的右周面134局部突出形成第二安装部14。第二安装部14连接于中间件13的右周面134的中间区域,且自中间件13的右周面134朝背离左周面133的方向延伸。第二安装部14设有第二安装孔141。其中,第二安装部14包括与第二中间件13的前周面135朝向相同的前周面(图未标)和与前周面相背设置的后周面(图未标)。第二安装孔141的开口位于第二安装部14的前周面,即第二安装部14的前周面局部凹陷形成第二安装孔141,第二安装孔141自第二安装部14的前周面向后周面的方向延伸,且贯穿第二安装部14的后周面。
此外,第二安装部14还包括连接于第二安装部14的前周面和后周面之间的内表面(图未标),第二安装部14的内表面与第二中间件13的内表面132的朝向相同,且与第二中间件13的内表面132位于同一表面,以在可穿戴设备100佩戴于用户手腕上时,增加了第二中间件13与用户的手腕的贴合面积,有利于减小第二中间件13对用户手腕的压迫感,提高了用户的佩戴舒适度。
请参阅图9,图9是图7a所示第二固定带10b中第二中间件13与连接件11的组装结构示意图。
第二中间件13与连接件11之间转动连接。具体的,第二中间件13的第一安装部12转动连接于连接件11的安装槽117内,中间件13的第二安装部14背离连接件11。其中,第一安装部12与安装槽117之间通过生耳(图未示)实现转动连接。在组装中间件13和连接件11时,先将生耳固定于第一安装部12的第一安装孔(图未示),此时生耳的两个生耳头分别突出于第一安装部12的前周面和后周面。捏住两个生耳头使生耳的长度变短,再将第一安装部12伸入安装槽117,放开两个生耳头,两个生耳头分别插接于安装槽117的插销孔(图未示)内,以实现两个连接件11的组装。
本实施例所示第二固定带10中,由于中间件13与连接件11之间均转动连接,当可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴在手腕上时,中间件13与连接件11之间可以依据用户手腕的形状进行适应性调整,以使第二固定带10更好地与用户的手腕贴合,提高用户的使用舒适度。此外,中间件13与连接件11之间只需要采用生耳即可实现转动连接,不需要额外的旋转机构来实现中间件13与连接件11之间的连接,不仅节省了第二固定带10的成本,还避免了旋转机构的存在对第二固定带10的外观精美度的影响,提高了第二固定带10的美观度。
此外,当可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴于手腕上时,中间件13与连接件11之间形成第二间隙。即,中间件13与连接件11之间相对设置的两个表面之间形成第三间隙。也即,中间件13的左周面133与连接件11的右周面144之间形成第三间隙。其中,第三间隙与第一间隙的形状和尺寸相同,以提高第二固定带10b在穿戴状态下的外观一致性,提高第二固定带10b的外观精美度。
多个连接件11依次首尾连接后,再与第二中间件13连接以形成第二固定带10b。其 中,第二中间件13的第二安装部14朝向连接机构(图未示),用以与连接机构连接。第二固定带10b中,远离第二中间件13一端的连接件11的第一安装部12朝向设备主体(设备主体),用以与设备主体连接。
需要说明的是,在第一固定带10a和/或第二固定带10b中,多个连接件11的结构也可以不相同,以增加第一固定带10a和/或第二固定带10b的外观多样化,有助于第一固定带10a和/或第二固定带10b的个性化设计。其中,第一固定带10a和/或第二固定带10b的意思是指,仅有第一固定带10a,或者,仅有第二固定带10b,或者,第一固定带10a和第二固定带10b均有。
请参阅图1和图10,图10是图1所示可穿戴设备100中连接机构20的分解结构示意图。
连接机构20连接于第一固定带10a和第二固定带10b之间。本实施例中,连接机构20可以包括盖合件21、扣合件22、第一结构件23和第二结构件24。扣合件22可滑动地安装于盖合件21。即扣合件22与盖合件21连接,且可相对盖合件21发生滑动。第一结构件23的一端转动连接盖合件21,第一结构件23的另一端转动连接第二结构件24。其中,第一结构件23可相对盖合件21连接于盖合件21的内侧,且第二结构件24可相对第一结构件23连接于盖合件21的内侧。
请参阅图11a和图11b。图11a是图10所示连接机构20中盖合件21的结构示意图。图11b是图11a所示盖合件21在另一个角度下的结构示意图。
本实施例中,盖合件21为弧形板状结构。其中,盖合件21可以采用不锈钢、钛或钛合金等金属材料制成,以减小盖合件21与固定带之间的外观差异,提高可穿戴设备100的外观一致性。盖合件21包括相背设置的外表面211和内表面212以及连接于外表面211和内表面212之间的周面(图未标)。盖合件21的周面包括相背设置的第一周面213和第二周面214以及连接于第一周面213和第二周面214之间的第三周面215和第四周面216,第三周面215和第四周面216相背设置。应当理解的是,在本实施例中,第一周面213为盖合件21大致朝左的表面,第二周面214为盖合件21大致朝右的表面,第三周面215为盖合件21大致朝前的表面,第四周面216为盖合件21大致朝后的表面。其中,在描述连接机构20时所采用“左”、“右”、“前”和“后”等方位用词主要依据图10所示的方位进行阐述,其并不形成对连接机构20于其他场景中的方位的限定。需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,盖合件21也可以为平面板状结构,本申请对此不做具体限定。
盖合件21设有滑动槽217。具体的,滑动槽217的开口位于盖合件21的外表面211的中间区域。滑动槽217的凹陷方向为自盖合件21的外表面211向内表面212的方向,且滑动槽217贯穿第三周面215和第四周面216。其中,盖合件21的外表面211可以为弧形面,滑动槽217可以为与盖合件21的外表面211相匹配的弧形槽。
滑动槽217设有贯通孔218和限位槽219,贯通孔218和限位槽219的开口位于滑动槽217的槽底壁,且贯通孔218和限位槽219的凹陷方向为自滑动槽217的槽底壁向盖合件21的内表面212的方向。具体的,贯通孔218的开口位于滑动槽217的槽底壁的中间区域。贯通孔218贯穿盖合件21的内表面212,且连通盖合件21的外侧和内侧。应当理解的是,贯通孔218的形状并不仅限于图11a和图11b所示的方形,也可以为圆形或条形或 其他异形。
限位槽219的开口位于滑动槽217的槽底壁的边缘区域,且与贯通孔218的开口间隔设置。其中,限位槽219的槽侧壁包括相对设置的左槽侧壁和右槽侧壁。本实施例中,限位槽219有两个,两个限位槽219的开口位于滑动槽217的槽底壁的相对两端,且位于贯通孔218的开口的相对两侧。
盖合件21的外表面211还局部突出形成多个凸块25。具体的,凸块25连接于盖合件21的外表面211的边缘区域。凸块25自盖合件21的外表面211向背离内表面212的方向突出,且与前周面215和后周面216连接。凸块25包括与盖合件21的外表面211朝向相同的外表面251,凸块25的外表面251可以平行于盖合件21的外表面211。此外,凸块25的外表面251的形状与第一固定带中连接件的外表面的形状相同,以增加盖合件21与第一固定带之间的外观一致性,提高可穿戴设备100的外观精美度。其中,凸块25的外表面251还可以仅包括凸块25的外表面251,也可以包括凸块25的外表面251、连接于凸块25的外表面251与盖合件21的外表面211之间的过渡面以及连接于凸块25的外表面251和前周面215和后周面216之间的过渡面。
多个凸块25中,部分凸块25位于滑动槽217的开口的一侧,另一部分凸块25位于滑动槽217的开口的另一侧。具体的,位于滑动槽217的开口的同一侧的凸块25均匀间隔设置。其中,相邻的凸块25之间形成第四间隙。第四间隙与第一间隙的形状和尺寸相同,以提高可穿戴设备100在穿戴状态下的外观一致性,提高可穿戴设备100的外观精美度。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,盖合件21的外表面211也可以不局部突出形成凸块25,而为完整且连续的弧形面,本申请对此不作具体限定。
盖合件21的内表面212为弧形面,且平行于外表面211。当可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴于手腕上时,盖合件21的内表面212能与用户的手腕贴合,提高舒适感。其中,盖合件21的内表面212的弧度为60°-80°,以在可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴于手腕上时,盖合件21的内表面212能尽可能多地与用户的手腕贴合,有利于增加盖合件21的内表面212与手腕的接触面积,提高可穿戴设备100的佩戴舒适性。
盖合件21设有收容槽2121和固定孔2122,收容槽2121和固定孔2122的开口均位于盖合件21的内表面212。收容槽2121和固定孔2122的凹陷方向为自盖合件21的内表面212向外表面211的方向。具体的,盖合件21的收容槽2121的开口位于盖合件21的内表面212的中间区域。盖合件21的收容槽2121贯穿左周面213和右周面214,且与贯通孔218连通。其中,盖合件21的收容槽2121为弧形槽。
盖合件21的收容槽2121包括相对设置的两个槽侧壁。每一收容槽2121的槽侧壁局部凹陷形成第一转轴孔2123和第二转轴孔2124。具体的,第一转轴孔2123和第二转轴孔2124的开口分别位于收容槽2121的槽侧壁的相对两端。第一转轴孔2123和第二转轴孔2124的延伸方向均为自收容槽2121的槽侧壁朝远离收容槽2121方向。第一转轴孔2123和第二转轴孔2124均连通收容槽2121与盖合件21的外部。其中,两个第一转轴孔2123相对设置,且位于盖合件21靠近左周面213的一端。两个第二转轴孔2124相对设置,且位于盖合件21的靠近右周面214一端。应当理解的是,第一转轴孔2123和第二转轴孔2124的形状并不仅限于图11a和图11b所示的圆柱形孔状结构,也可以为方形孔状结构或条形孔状结构。
请一并参阅图12,图12是图11a所示盖合件21沿A-A方向剖开的结构示意图。本申请附图中,沿“A-A方向剖开”是指沿A-A线及A-A线两端箭头所在的平面剖开,后文中对附图的说明做相同理解。
盖合件21的固定孔2122的开口位于盖合件21的内表面212的边缘区域,且与收容槽2121的开口间隔设置。盖合件21的固定孔2122贯穿限位槽219的槽底壁,且连通限位槽219与盖合件21的内侧。即,盖合件21的固定孔2122的另一个开口位于限位槽219的槽底壁本实施例中,固定孔2122有两个。两个固定孔2122的开口位于盖合件21的内表面212相对两端,且位于收容槽2121的相对两侧。其中,固定孔2122为条形孔。
请参阅图13a和图13b。图13a是图10所示连接机构20中扣合件22的结构示意图。图13b是图13a所示扣合件22在另一角度下的结构示意图。
本实施例中,扣合件22包括滑动部221、固接于滑动部221一侧的锁持部222和限位部223以及与限位部223固接的弹性部224。其中,滑动部221、锁持部222和限位部223可一体成型,不仅可以节省组装连接件,降低扣合件22的生产成本,还有利于提高扣合件22的整体强度。此时,滑动部221、锁持部222和限位部223的材料可以为钛或钛合金等金属材料,以减小扣合件22与盖合件之间的外观差异,提高扣合件20的外观一致性。当然,滑动部221、锁持部222和限位部223也可以通过组装成型,本申请对此不作具体限定。
扣合件22的滑动部221包括相背设置的外表面225和内表面226以及连接于外表面225和内表面226之间的周面(图未标)。本实施例中,滑动部221的外表面225即为扣合件22的外表面。滑动部221的外表面225与盖合件21中凸块25的外表面251的形状相同,以减小滑动部221与盖合件21之间的外观差异,提高扣合件20的外观一致性。需要了解的是,滑动部221的外表面225可以仅包括滑动部221的外表面225,也可以包括滑动部221的外表面225和连接于滑动部221的外表面225和周面之间的过渡面。
此外,滑动部221的外表面225设有滑动标识2151。其中,滑动标识2251为箭头,箭头的指向为扣合件22的解锁方向,不仅可以标识滑动部221的位置所在,方便用户快速找到滑动部221的位置进行操作,还提示了用户需要解锁时滑动部221的操作方向,提升了用户的使用感受。当然,滑动标识2251还可以为设于滑动部221的外表面225的凸起、凹陷、微刻线、粗糙表面或抛光面等具有标识作用的结构,本申请对此不作具体限定。
扣合件22的锁持部222连接于滑动部221的内表面226的中间位置。锁持部222自滑动部221的内表面226朝背离外表面225的方向延伸。本实施例中,锁持部222为卡勾。锁持部222包括相背设置的左周面227和右周面228。锁持部222的右周面228局部凹陷形成卡持槽229。即,卡持槽229的开口位于锁持部222的右周面228。具体的,卡持槽229的开口位于右周面228的中间区域。卡持槽229自锁持部222的右周面228向左周面227的方向凹陷。
扣合件22的限位部223与锁持部222间隔设置,且连接于滑动部221的内表面226的边缘位置。限位部223自滑动部221的内表面226朝背离外表面225的方向延伸。本实施例中,限位部223为长方体结构。限位部223包括相背设置的左周面2231和右周面2232以及连接于左周面2231和右周面2232之间的内表面2233。限位部223的内表面2233局 部凹陷形成第一固定孔2234。第一固定孔2234的开口位于限位部223的内表面2233的中间区域。第一固定孔2234自限位部223的内表面2233向滑动部221的内表面226的方向凹陷。应当理解的是,第一固定孔2234的形状并不限于图13b所示的圆柱形孔,也可以为方形孔或条形孔。

限位部223的左周面2231局部凹陷形成第二固定孔2235。第二固定孔2235的开口位于限位部223的左周面2231的中间区域。第二固定孔2235的凹陷方向为自限位部223的左周面2231向右周面2232的方向。本实施例中,限位部223有两个,两个限位部223分别设置于滑动部221的内表面226的相对两端,且位于锁持部222的相对两侧。
弹性部224有两个,两个弹性部224分别安装于两个限位部223的第二固定孔2235。具体的,弹性部224的一端连接于第二固定孔2235的底壁,另一端突出于限位部223的左周面2231。本实施例中,弹性部224为弹簧。当然,弹性部224也可以为弹性泡棉或弹性胶等具有弹性的部件。
请参阅图15a和图15b。图15a是图10所示连接机构20中盖合件21与扣合件22之间的组装结构图。图15b是图15a所示组装结构在另一个角度下的结构示意图。
扣合件22的滑动部221收容于滑动槽217内,且可在滑动槽217内滑动。此时,扣合件22的滑动部221露出于盖合件21的外侧。即,滑动部221的外表面225未被遮挡。由于滑动部221的外表面225设有滑动标识(图未示),用户能方便快捷地确认滑动部221的位置所在,带动滑动部221在滑动槽217内滑动。
此外,滑动部221的外表面225平行于盖合件21的外表面211,且与凸块25的外表面251位于同一表面,以避免滑动部221与凸块25之间相对凸起或凹陷,有利于提高连接机构20的外观精美度。
扣合件22的锁持部222自滑动槽217和贯通孔218伸入盖合件21的收容槽2121。此时,扣合件22的锁持部222露出于盖合件21的内侧。其中,扣合件22的锁持部222位于盖合件21的内表面212靠近外表面211的一侧。即,扣合件22的锁持部222位于盖合件21的内表面212和外表面211之间。也即,扣合件22不突出于盖合件21的内表面212。
请一并参阅图16,图16是图15a所示组装结构沿C-C方向剖开的结构示意图。
扣合件22的限位部223和弹性部224自滑动槽217伸入限位槽219,且固定安装于限位槽219。具体的,弹性部224背离限位部223的一端固接于限位槽219的槽侧壁。其中,弹性部224突出于限位部223的左周面的一端与限位槽219的左槽侧壁固接,限位部223的右周面抵持于限位槽219的右槽侧壁,以限定限位部223在限位槽219的左槽侧壁与右槽侧壁之间的移动位移,实现对限位部223的限位。此时,连接于限位槽219的左槽侧壁和限位部223之间的弹簧可以处于自然状态,也可以处于预压缩状态。
当滑动部221在外力作用下,沿盖合件21的右周面214向左周面213的方向在滑动槽217内滑动时,限位部223在滑动部221的带动下沿限位槽219的左槽侧壁向右槽侧壁的方向移动,以压缩弹簧。当外力消失时,弹簧发生反弹,推动限位部22沿限位槽219的右槽侧壁向左槽侧壁的方向移动,滑动部221会在限位部22的带动下沿盖合件21的左周面213向右周面214的方向在滑动槽217内滑动至初始位置。
此外,限位部223的第一固定孔2234与盖合件21的固定孔2122正对。本实施例中,连接机构20还包括紧固件26。紧固件26自盖合件21的固定孔2122伸入限位槽219与扣合件22的限位部223固接。具体的,紧固件26自固定孔2122伸入限位槽219且锁紧于限位部223的第一固定孔2234,以连接扣合件22和盖合件21。当扣合件22相对盖合件21滑动时,即滑动部221在滑动槽217内移动时,紧固件26也跟随扣合件22相对盖合件21在盖合件21的固定孔2122内滑动,以保持扣合件22与盖合件21之间的连接稳定性。

第一结构件23包括平行且彼此间隔的两个连接板231以及连接于两个连接板231之间的补强板232。连接板231为与盖合件21的收容槽2121相适配的弧形板状结构。连接板231包括相背设置的外表面233和内表面234以及连接于外表面233和内表面234之间的前周面235和后周面236。连接板231的外表面233和内表面234均与盖合件21的外表面211平行。本实施例中,两个连接板231的外表面233即为第一结构件23的外表面,两个连接板231的内表面234即为第一结构件23的内表面。
连接板231的前周面235的局部凹陷形成第一转轴孔237和第二转轴孔238。第一转轴孔237和第二转轴孔238的开口位于连接板231的前周面235的相对两端。第一转轴孔237和第二转轴孔238的延伸方向均为自连接板231的前周面235向后周面236的方向。且第一转轴孔和第二转轴孔238均贯穿连接板231的后周面236。其中,两个第一转轴孔237位于两个连接板231的一端,且相对设置。两个第二转轴孔238位于两个连接板231的另一端,且相对设置。
补强板232位于连接板231的第一转轴孔237和第二转轴孔238之间,且靠近连接板231的第二转轴孔238设置。补强板232包括相背设置的外表面2321和内表面2322。补强板232的外表面2321与连接板231的外表面233位于同一表面。补强板232的内表面2322位于连接板231的内表面234和外表面233之间。即,补强板232的内表面2322不突出于连接板231的内表面234。其中,补强板232与两个连接板231一体成型,以提高第一结构件23的强度,保证补强板232的结构稳定性。此时,补强板232和两个连接板231均可采用钛或钛合金等金属材料制成,以确保第一结构件23的整体强度。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,补强板232与两个连接板231之间也可以组装成型,或者,第一连接板231也可以不包括补强板232,而由单独的一个连接板231或者两个平行且彼此间隔的连接板231形成,本申请对此不作具体限定。
请参阅图18和图19。图18是图10所示连接机构20中第二结构件24的结构示意图。图19是图18所示第二结构件24的分解结构示意图。
第二结构件24包括主体部241和锁持部242。主体部241为弧形板状结构。主体部241包括相背设置的外表面243和内表面244以及连接于外表面243和内表面244之间的前周面245和后周面246,前周面245和后周面246相背设置。本实施例中,主体部241的外表面243即为第二结构件24的外表面,主体部242的内表面244即为第二结构件24的外表面。
主体部241的外表面243和内表面244均与连接板231的外表面233平行。主体部241 的外表面243局部凹陷形成装配槽247和避让槽248。即,装配槽247和避让槽248的开口均位于主体部241的外表面243,且装配槽247和避让槽248均自主体部241的外表面243向内表面244的方向凹陷。具体的,装配槽247的开口位于主体部241的外表面243的中间区域。装配槽247贯穿主体部241的内表面244。装配槽247的槽侧壁局部突出形成凸台249,凸台249包括外表面。避让槽248的开口位于主体部241的外表面243的边缘区域,且贯穿主体部241的前周面245和后周面246。
主体部241设有第一固定孔2451和第二固定孔2452。第一固定孔2451和第二固定孔2452的开口均位于主体部241的前周面245。第一固定孔2451和第二固定孔2452的延伸方向均为自主体部241的前周面245向后周面246的方向。第一固定孔2451和第二固定孔2452贯穿主体部241的后周面246。具体的,第一固定孔2451和第二固定孔2452的开口位于主体部241的前周面245的相对两端。其中,第一固定孔2451位于避让槽248远离装配槽247的一侧,第二固定孔2452位于装配槽247远离避让槽248的一侧。
锁持部242包括相背设置的外表面2421和内表面2422以及连接于外表面2421和内表面2422之间的左周面2423和右周面2324。锁持部242的外表面2421与内表面2422平行,且均为弧形面。沿锁持部242的外表面2421向内表面2422的方向上,锁持部242的左周面2423和右周面2324之间的距离逐渐增大。即,锁持部242为楔形结构。应当理解的是,锁持部242也可以为长方体结构。
请参阅图20,图20是图18所示第二结构件24沿D-D方向剖开的结构示意图。
锁持部242固定安装于装配槽247。具体的,锁持部242安装于凸台249的外表面,且部分锁持部242突出于凸台249的侧面。此时,锁持部242的外表面2421与主体部241的外表面243位于同一表面,以提高第二结构件24的外观精美度。其中,锁持部242可以通过焊接或粘接等方式固定于凸台249。当然,锁持部242可以与主体部241一体成型,以减少锁持部242与主体部241之间的组装工序,提高第二结构件24的整体强度。此时,锁持部242和主体部241均可以采用不锈钢、钛或钛合金等金属材料制成,以确保第二结构件24的强度。
请参阅图21,图21是图10所示连接机构20中第一结构件23与第二结构件24的组装结构示意图。其中,图21是第一结构件23和第二结构件24在相对打开状态下的结构示意图。
第二结构件24与第一结构件23转动连接。即,第二结构件24与第一结构件23连接,且第二结构件24与第一结构件23之间可相对转动。本实施例中,扣合件20还包括第一转轴(图未标),第二结构件24通过第一转轴与第一结构件23转动连接。其中,第二结构件24的一端转动连接于两个连接板231的一端。具体的,第一转轴的中部位于第二结构件24中主体部241的第二固定孔(图未示),且与主体部241相对固定。第一转轴的两端分别位于两个连接板231的第一转轴孔237,且可相对两个连接板231转动,以使第二结构件24可相对第一结构件23合拢或打开。
需要说明的是,第二结构件24相对第一结构件23合拢是指第二结构件24和第一结构件23彼此远离的一端相对靠近,第二结构件24相对第一结构件23打开是指第二结构件24和第一结构件23彼此远离的一端相对远离。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,第一转轴可相对主体部231转动,而与两个连接板231相对转动,本申请对此不作具体限定,只要第二结构件24和第一结构件23之间可通过第一转轴实现相对转动即可。
请参阅图22a和图22b。图22a是图21所示组装结构在另一状态下的结构示意图。图22b是图22a所示结构在另一角度下的结构示意图。其中,图22a和图22b是第一结构件23和第二结构件23在相对合拢状态下的结构示意图。
第二结构件24朝向第一结构件23转动时,第二结构件24位于两个连接板231之间。此时,装配槽247和避让槽248的开口均朝向第一结构件23的外侧。本实施例中,避让槽248完全收容补强板232,且主体部241的第一固定孔2451露出于两个连接板231的另一端。可以理解的是,避让槽248也可以部分收容补强板232,即补强板232仅部分收容于避让槽248。
此时,两个连接板231的外表面、补强板232的外表面、主体部241的外表面和锁持部242的外表面位于同一表面。两个连接板231的内表面234和主体部241的内表面244位于同一表面,以在可穿戴设备100穿戴于用户手腕上时,避免两个连接板231的内表面234和主体部241的内表面244之间相对凸起而抵持于手腕的问题,提高用户的佩戴体验。
请参阅图23,图23是图2所示可穿戴设备100中连接机构20的结构示意图。
第一结构件23背离第二结构件24的一端转动连接盖合件21。本实施例中,连接机构30还包括两个第二转轴(图未示),第一结构件23通过两个第二转轴与盖合件21连接。其中,两个连接板231的另一端转动连接于盖合件21的一端。具体的,每一第二转轴中,部分第二转轴位于连接板231的第二转轴孔238,且与连接板231相对固定。部分第二转轴位于盖合件21的第一转轴孔2123,且可与盖合件21相对转动,以使第一结构件23可相对盖合件21连接或打开。
需要说明的是,第一结构件23可相对盖合件21连接是指第一结构件23和盖合件21彼此远离的一端相对靠近第一结构件23可相对盖合件21打开是指第一结构件23和盖合件彼此远离的一端相对远离。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,部分第二转轴可相对连接板231转动,而与盖合件21相对固定,本申请对此不作具体限定,只要第一结构件23和盖合件21之间可通过两个第一转轴实现相对转动即可。
请参阅图24a和图24b。图24a是图1所示可穿戴设备100中连接机构20的结构示意图。图24b是图24a所示连接机构20在另一个角度下的结构示意图。
当第一结构件23和第二结构件24通过转动收容于盖合件21的内侧,且扣合件22位于第一位置(即扣合件22相对盖合件21滑动至第一位置)时,扣合件22的锁持部222和第二结构件24的锁持部242相锁持。此时,第一结构件23和第二结构件24收容于盖合件21的收容槽2121,以在可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴时,避免连接机构20的内侧存在凸起抵持于用户的手腕的问题,提高用户的佩戴舒适性。其中,第一结构件23和第二结构件24收容于盖合件21的收容槽2121是指,第一结构件23和第二结构件24在厚度方向上完全收容于盖合件21的收容槽2121,即第一结构件23和第二结构件24的内表面均不突出于盖合件21的内表面212,也即,第一结构件23和第二结构件24的内表面位于盖合件21 的内表面212朝向外表面211的一侧。
其中,主体部241的第一固定孔2451露出于盖合件21的右周面214。盖合件21的内表面212、连接板的内表面234和主体部的内表面244位于同一表面,以在用户佩戴可穿戴设备100时,增大连接机构20与用户手腕的贴合面积,减少可穿戴设备100对用户手腕的压迫感,提高用户的佩戴舒适性。
此时,扣合件22的滑动部221与盖合件21的凸块25间隔设置,且与盖合件21的凸块25之间形成第五间隙。第五间隙与第四间隙的形状和尺寸相同,以在用户佩戴可穿戴设备100时,保证滑动部221与凸块25的外观一致性,提高连接机构20的外观精美度。
其中,第一结构件23和第二结构件24的内表面均背离盖合件21,且外表面均朝向盖合件21。即,连接板231的内表面234、补强板232的内表面2322和补强板241的内表面244均背离盖合件21。装配槽247和避让槽248的开口均朝向盖合件21。
请参阅图25,图25是图24a所示连接机构20沿E-E方向剖开的结构示意图。
扣合件22的锁持部222伸入装配槽247与第二结构件24的锁持部242锁持。其中,第二结构件24的锁持部242部分卡持于锁持部222的卡持槽(图未标)内,以实现连接机构20的连接。此时,扣合件22的位置为扣合件22的第一位置S1,即第一位置S1为扣合件22的锁持部222与第二结构件24的锁持部242正好彼此锁持的位置。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,扣合件24的锁持部222可以为块状卡扣,而第二结构件24的锁持部242为卡勾,第二结构件24的锁持部242伸入贯通孔218与扣合件24的锁持部222彼此锁持。扣合件24的锁持部222与第二结构件24的锁持部242之间锁持的方式有多种,在此不进行一一列举。
请参阅图26a至图26c。图26a是图25所示结构的正视图。图26b是图26a所示结构在另一个状态下的结构示意图。图26c是图26b所示结构在另一个状态下的结构示意图。
扣合件22位于第二位置S2时,扣合件22的锁持部222与第二结构件24的锁持部242彼此解锁。即,扣合件22可相对盖合件21滑动至第二位置S2,以解锁扣合件22的锁持部222与第二结构件24的锁持部242。具体的,当扣合件22在外力作用下从第一位置S1滑动至第二位置S2时,第二结构件24的锁持部242从扣合件22的锁持部222的卡持槽229中脱出,此时第一结构件23和第二结构件24可从盖合件21的收容槽2121中脱出,第一结构件23可与盖合件21相对打开,第二结构件24可与第一结构件23相对打开。也就是说,扣合件22的第二位置S2为扣合件22的锁持部222与第二结构件24的锁持部242正好脱扣的位置。需要说明的是,扣合件22相对盖合件21的可滑动范围可以恰好在第一位置S1和第二位置S2之间,也可以超过第一位置S1和第二位置S1,本申请对此不作具体限定。
在另外一些实施例中,可穿戴设备100中的输入装置102还可包括指纹识别模组,指纹识别模组可以设置于滑动部221的外表面225上,且与可穿戴设备100的处理器电连接。当用户滑动滑动部221时,指纹识别模组获取用户的指纹信息,处理器接受指纹识别模组获取的指纹信息,并对指纹信息进行比对,当且仅当指纹信息与预设指纹信息匹配成功后才可以使扣合件22相对盖合件21滑动,以实现可穿戴设备100的功能多样化,有助于实现可穿戴设备100的个性化订制,提升用户体验。
本实施例所示可穿戴设备100中,连接机构20仅包括盖合件21、扣合件22、第一结构件23和第二结构件24四个零部件,连接机构20的零部件少,且各部件的结构简单,不仅极大地简化了连接机构20的结构,而且只需要采用简易的加工工艺就能进行量产,大大了降低连接机构20的生产成本,有助于提高可穿戴设备100的产品竞争力。
请参阅图27和图28。图27是图1所示可穿戴设备100中连接机构20和固定带10之间的组装结构示意图。图28是图27所示组装结构在另一个状态下的结构示意图。
一个固定带10与盖合件21背离第一结构件23的一端连接,另一固定带10与第二结构件24背离第一结构件23的一端连接。具体的,第一固定带10a与第二结构件24背离第一结构件23的一端,第二固定带10b与盖合件21背离第一结构件23的一端连接。
本实施例中,第二结构件24背离第一结构件23的一端通过生耳(图未示)转动连接于第一固定带10a中第一中间件15的安装槽内。在进行组装时,先将生耳固定于第二结构件24的第一固定孔,此时生耳的两个生耳头分别突出于主体部的前周面和后周面。捏住两个生耳头使生耳的长度变短,再将第二结构件24背离第一结构件23的一端伸入第一中间件15的安装槽,放开两个生耳头,两个生耳头分别插接于安装槽的安装孔内,以实现第一固定带10a与第二结构件24之间的组装。
第二固定带10b的第二中间件13的第二安装部通过生耳(图未示)转动连接于盖合件21的两个第二转轴孔。在进行组装时,先将生耳固定于第二安装部的第二安装孔,此时生耳的两个生耳头分别突出于第二安装部的前周面和后周面。捏住两个生耳头使生耳的长度变短,再将第二安装部伸入盖合件21的收容槽内,放开两个生耳头,两个生耳头分别插接于两个第二转轴孔,以实现第二固定带10与盖合件21之间的组装。
本实施例中,第一固定带10a和第二固定带10b均与连接机构20的两端转动连接,可穿戴设备100穿戴于用户手腕上时,第一固定带10a和第二固定带10b可依据用户手腕的形状相对盖合件21转动以使第一固定带10a与第二固定带10b和连接机构20的连接处不会局部突出而抵持于用户的手腕,提高用户的使用舒适度。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,连接机构20可以包括第一固定带10a的第一中间件15和第二固定带10b的第二中间件13,此时第一固定带10a不包括第一中间件15,且第二固定带10b不包括第二中间件13,第一固定带10a和第二固定带10b均只包括多个首尾连接的连接件11,本申请对此不作具体限定。
复参图1和图2,两个固定带10背离连接机构20的一侧分别连接于设备主体30的相对两侧。具体的,第一固定带10和第二固定带10背离连接机构20一端的连接件11的第一安装部分别转动连接于设备主体30的相对两侧。其中,两个固定带10均可拆卸地连接于设备主体30,以便于固定带10的维修和更换。
请参阅图29和图30。图29是图1和图2所示可穿戴设备100中设备主体30的结构示意图。图30是图29所示设备主体30的分解结构示意图。
本实施例中,设备主体30为圆柱形结构。设备主体30可以包括边框31、第一盖板32和第二盖板33,第一盖板32和第二盖板33位于边框31的相对两侧。应当理解的是,上文所述圆柱形结构包括圆柱形结构和近似于圆柱形结构。近似于圆柱形结构是指在圆柱形结构的外表面可以局部凹陷或局部凸出,后文对结构的形状描述均可做相同理解。需要说 明的是,在其他实施例中,设备主体30也可以为正方体、长方体形结构、圆锥体形结构或其他异形结构。
一种实施方式中,设备主体30可包括上文所描述的一个或多个输入装置102、一个或多个输出装置104和处理器106,鉴于上文已对输入装置102、输出装置104和处理器106进行了详细描述,在此不再赘述。
边框31为圆筒状结构。边框31具有中轴线O-O,边框31相对中心轴线O-O轴对称。边框31包括相背设置的第一表面311和第二表面312。当可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴时,第一表面311背离用户的手腕,第二表面312朝向用户的手腕。第一表面311局部凹陷形成第一固定槽(图未标)。即,第一固定槽的开口位于第一表面311。第一固定槽自第一表面311向第二表面312的方向凹陷。第二表面312局部凹陷形成第二固定槽(图未标)。即第二固定槽的开口位于第二表面312。第二固定槽自第二表面312向第一表面311的方向凹陷。其中,第一固定槽和第二固定槽均为与边框31相适配的圆环形的槽体结构。
边框31还包括连接于第一表面311和第二表面312之间的外周面313。边框31的外周面313局部突出形成固定耳314,固定耳314自边框31的外周面313向背离边框31内部的方向突出。本实施例中,固定耳314有四个,四个固定耳314沿边框31的圆周方向间隔设置。具体的,两个固定耳314设于边框31的一侧,另外两个固定耳314设于边框31的另一侧。两个固定带10连接于边框31上时,每一个固定带10可通过安装于第一安装部的通孔中生耳连接于两个固定耳314之间。其中,边框31内部是指边框31靠近边框31的中心轴O-O的一侧。
第一盖板32位于边框31靠近第一表面311的一侧,且呈与边框31相适配的圆盘状结构。本实施例中,第一盖板32为显示屏。显示屏包括背离边框31的显示面,显示面用以显示时间、图标或用户的生理参数等信息。应当理解的是,在其他实施例中,第一盖板32也可以不为显示屏,而为指针式或数字式表盘等类似结构,本申请对此不作具体限定。
一种实施方式中,显示屏包括盖板和固定于盖板上的显示面板。其中,盖板可以采用玻璃等透明材料制成。显示面板可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示屏),OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示屏,AMOLED(Active-Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode,有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体)显示屏,FLED(Flex Light-Emitting Diode,柔性发光二极管)显示屏,Mini LED,Micro LED,Micro OLED,QLED(Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diodes,量子点发光二极管)等。显示面板还可以集成有触控功能,即显示面板为触控显示面板,也即显示面板既可以用作上文所述接收输入的输入装置102,又可以用作提供输出的装置104。显示面板电连接于可穿戴设备100的处理器。显示面板能够产生触控信号,并将触控信号传递给处理器。处理器接收触控信号,并根据触控信号控制设备主体30中应用软件(Application,App)的开启。比如,用户可以通过触摸或按压显示屏上的图形位置来选择打开或编辑该图形等。
请参阅图31,图31是图29所示设备主体30沿F-F方向剖开的结构示意图。
第一盖板32安装于边框31的第一固定槽315。其中,第一盖板32的边缘可以通过粘接的方式安装于边框31的第一固定槽315。应当理解的是,第一盖板32并不仅限于图6所示的2D(Dimensions,维度)显示屏,也可以为2.5D曲面屏或者3D曲面屏。
第二盖板33固定于边框31远离第一盖板32的一侧,即第二盖板33固定于边框31靠近第二表面312的一侧。具体的,第二盖板33固定于边框31的第二固定槽316。其中,第二盖板33和第一盖板32分别固定于边框31的相对两侧,且与边框31共同围设形成收容腔310,收容腔310可用于收容可穿戴设备100的处理器、电池、内存卡和扬声器等功能器件。可穿戴设备100被用户佩戴时,第一盖板32背离用户的手腕设置,第二盖板33靠近用户的手腕设置。
本实施例中,第二盖板33的周缘采用可拆卸的方式安装于第二固定槽316,以便于设备主体30内内存卡、SIM卡和扬声器等功能器件的维修和更换。此时,边框31可由钛合金或铝镁合金等金属合金材料制成,第二盖板33可由PC(聚碳酸酯,Polycarbonate)、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene copolymers)等工程塑料或者钛合金、铝镁合金等金属合金制成。当然,第二盖板33和边框31可以一体成型,或者,第二盖板33和边框31可以通过组装的方式形成一体式的结构,以提高表盘的结构稳定性。此时,边框31和第二盖板33可由金属材料制成。
本申请实施例还提供另一种可穿戴设备,本实施例所示可穿戴设备与上述实施例所示可穿戴设备的不同之处在于,固定带为一个。固定带连接于连接机构和设备主体之间,连接机构和设备主体背离固定带的一端彼此连接。具体的,固定带的一端与盖合件背离第一结构件的一端连接,固定带的另一端和第二结构件背离第一结构件的一端分别连接于设备主体的相对两侧。或者,固定带的一端与第二结构件背离第一结构件的一端连接,固定带的另一端与盖合件背离第一结构件的一端分别连接于设备主体的相对两侧。需要说明的是,本实施例所示可穿戴设备的其他结构与上述实施例所示可穿戴设备100的结构相同,在此不做过多赘述。

  1. 一种连接机构,其特征在于,包括盖合件、扣合件、第一结构件和第二结构件,所述扣合件可滑动地安装于所述盖合件,所述扣合件包括锁持部;
    所述第一结构件的一端转动连接所述盖合件,所述第一结构件的另一端转动连接所述第二结构件,所述第二结构件包括锁持部;
    当所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件通过转动收容于所述盖合件的内侧,且所述扣合件位于第一位置时,所述扣合件的锁持部与所述第二结构件的锁持部相锁持。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,所述扣合件位于第二位置时,所述扣合件的锁持部与所述第二结构件的锁持部彼此解锁。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的连接机构,其特征在于,所述盖合件设有收容槽,所述收容槽的开口位于所述盖合件的内表面,所述扣合件的锁持部与所述第二结构件的锁持部相锁持时,所述第一结构件和所述第二结构件收容于所述盖合件的收容槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接机构,其特征在于,所述第一结构件包括平行且彼此间隔的两个连接板,两个所述连接板的一端均转动连接于所述盖合件,两个所述连接板的另一端均转动连接于所述第二结构件,所述扣合件的锁持部与所述第二结构件的锁持部相锁持时,所述第二结构件位于两个所述连接板之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接机构,其特征在于,所述第一结构件还包括连接于两个所述连接板之间的补强板,所述第二结构件设有避让槽,所述第二结构件通过转动收容于所述盖合件的内侧时,所述避让槽的开口朝向所述盖合件;
    所述第二结构件的锁持部与所述扣合件的锁持部相锁持时,所述补强板部分或全部收容于所述避让槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的连接机构,其特征在于,所述连接板包括内表面,所述第一结构件通过转动收容于所述盖合件的内侧时,所述连接板的内表面背离所述盖合件;
    所述第二结构件包括内表面,所述第二结构件通过转动收容于所述盖合件的内侧时,所述第二结构件的内表面背离所述盖合件;
    所述第二结构件的锁持部与所述扣合件的锁持部相锁持时,所述连接板的内表面与所述第二结构件的内表面位于同一表面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的连接机构,其特征在于,所述盖合件设有滑动槽和贯通孔,所述滑动槽的开口位于所述盖合件的外表面,所述贯通孔的开口位于所述滑动槽的槽底壁,所述贯通孔连通所述盖合件的外侧和内侧,所述扣合件还包括固接于所述扣合件的锁持部一侧的滑动部,所述扣合件的滑动部收容于所述滑动槽,所述扣合件的锁持部自所述滑动槽和所述贯通孔露出于所述盖合件的内侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的连接机构,其特征在于,所述扣合件还包括限位部和与所述限位部固接的弹性部,所述限位部与所述锁持部固接于所述滑动部的同一侧,所述盖合件还设有限位槽,所述限位槽的开口位于所述滑动槽的槽底壁,所述限位部和所述弹性部均位于所述限位槽,所述弹性部背离所述限位部的一端固接于所述限位槽的槽侧壁。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的连接机构,其特征在于,所述滑动部的外表面设有滑动 标识。
  10. 一种可穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括两个固定带和如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的连接机构,一个所述固定带与所述盖合件背离所述第一结构件的一端连接,另一个所述固定带与所述第二结构件背离所述第一结构件的一端连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述固定带包括多个连接件,所述连接件包括外表面,所述盖合件的外表面局部突出形成一个或多个凸块,所述凸块的外表面与所述连接件的外表面的形状相同。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述扣合件的外表面与所述凸块的外表面的形状相同。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备包括设备主体,两个所述固定带背离所述连接机构的一端分别连接于所述设备主体的相对两侧。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述设备主体包括输入装置、输出装置以及与所述输入装置和所述输出装置耦接的处理器,所述输入装置用于检测输入信号,所述处理器用于从所述输入装置接收所述输入信号,产生输出信号,并将所述输出信号传输到所述输出装置,所述输出装置用于输出所述输出信号。
  15. 一种可穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括固定带、如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的连接机构和设备主体,所述固定带的一端与所述盖合件背离所述第一结构件的一端连接,所述固定带的另一端和所述第二结构件背离所述第一结构件的一端分别连接于所述设备主体的相对两侧,或者,所述固定带的一端与所述第二结构件背离所述第一结构件的一端连接,所述固定带的另一端与所述盖合件背离所述第一结构件的一端分别连接所述设备主体的相对两侧。
