Abstract

Câble sous-marin blindé non métallique. Le câble sous-marin comprend un câble central constitué d'une ou de plusieurs unités électriques, de couches de blindage et d'une couche de revêtement externe ; les couches de blindage sont torsadées à l'extérieur du câble central ; la couche de revêtement externe est emmanchée sur l'extérieur des couches de blindage ; chaque couche de blindage est formée par toronnage d'une pluralité d'éléments blindés non métalliques circulaires ou plats et/ou d'une pluralité de fils métalliques blindés ; lorsque l'élément blindé non métallique est circulaire, l'élément blindé non métallique est constitué d'une tige non métallique et d'une gaine externe extrudée et revêtue sur l'extérieur de la tige non métallique, ou est composé d'un corps de tige central composé d'une pluralité de tiges non métalliques empilées, et d'une gaine externe extrudée et revêtue sur l'extérieur du corps de tige central ; et lorsque l'élément blindé non métallique est plat, l'élément blindé non métallique est composé d'une pluralité de tiges non métalliques et d'une gaine externe extrudée et revêtue sur l'extérieur. Selon la présente invention, les problèmes dus à un important poids de câble sous-marin et à une grande force de pose et de montage verticaux sous une grande profondeur d'eau sont résolus, un poids de câble sous-marin plus léger est obtenu tandis que la performance mécanique des câbles sous-marins profonds est assurée, et la sécurité de la construction et du fonctionnement des câbles sous-marins est facilitée.
