本发明公开了一种海洋平台用随行漂浮电缆,包括由镀锡铜导体,在所述镀锡铜导体外包覆交联聚乙烯绝缘层,在交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包覆碳纤维编织屏蔽层、且交联聚乙烯绝缘材料与碳纤维编织屏蔽层之间填充高强度抗拉填充层,所述碳纤维编织屏蔽层外设有包裹着若干控制线芯的发泡聚乙烯填充层,在所述发泡聚乙烯填充层包覆有凯夫拉纤维编织加强层,所述凯夫拉纤维编织加强层外挤包中密度聚乙烯内护,所述中密度聚乙烯内护外挤包发泡聚乙烯护套,所述发泡聚乙烯护套外挤包中密度聚乙烯外护。本发明较传统电缆相比,具有抗风、防水、耐磨、抗拉、质量轻、环保等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,具体涉及一种海洋平台用随行漂浮电缆。
背景技术
随着海洋开发的高速发展,对海洋平台设备间的连接及随行设备控制的要求越来越高,然后普通电力电缆及控制电缆已经无法满足使用要求。这是需要解决的大问题,如何在电力传输过程中使用寿命更长、控制信号更稳定,使电缆发挥更大的功能,已成为电力行业面临的问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种海洋平台用随行漂浮电缆。
技术方案:为了达到上述目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种海洋平台用随行漂浮电缆,包括由镀锡铜导体,在所述镀锡铜导体外包覆交联聚乙烯绝缘层,在交联聚乙烯绝缘层外包覆碳纤维编织屏蔽层、且交联聚乙烯绝缘材料与碳纤维编织屏蔽层之间填充高强度抗拉填充层,所述碳纤维编织屏蔽层外设有包裹着若干控制线芯的发泡聚乙烯填充层,在所述发泡聚乙烯填充层包覆有凯夫拉纤维编织加强层,所述凯夫拉纤维编织加强层外挤包中密度聚乙烯内护,所述中密度聚乙烯内护外挤包发泡聚乙烯护套,所述发泡聚乙烯护套外挤包中密度聚乙烯外护。
其中,所述镀锡铜导体的数目为2根。
其中,所述发泡聚乙烯填充层为扇形。
其中,所述发泡聚乙烯填充层由4~6个扇形组成。
其中,所述控制线芯包括铜丝绞合成铜导体和在所述铜导体导线线芯上的绕包两层陶瓷化硅橡胶带。
其中,所述高强度抗拉填充层为聚氯乙烯。
本发明的工作原理为:导体为镀锡5类铜导体;中间两根动力线芯及扇形填充中间的控制绝缘线芯绝缘材料为交联聚乙烯绝缘,区别在于控制线芯的导体和绝缘层之间重叠绕包两层陶瓷化硅橡胶带;动力线芯成缆后(填充高强度抗拉棉绳)再编织碳纤维屏蔽,编织密度不小于90%;外侧再填充四根扇形(内含控制线芯)发泡聚乙烯填充条,再编织一层凯夫拉纤维编织加强层;然后再挤包一层中密度聚乙烯内护;再挤包一层发泡聚乙烯护套;整体外护套采用中密度聚乙烯外护套。利用阿基米德定律—液体中的物体受到向上的浮力,其浮力大小等于物体所排开的液体重量这一原理,实现电缆漂浮的目标。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,存在以下优点:
(1)本发明采用铜导体,具有优异的机械性能及导电性能;
(2)本发明采用扇形发泡聚乙烯及控制线芯组合结构,在增加电缆体积的情况下实现动力传输、信号控制合二为一的目的;
(3)本发明控制线芯外绕包两层陶瓷化硅橡胶带,可保证挤包扇形发泡填充条时控制线芯绝缘性能稳定性;
(4)本发明采用碳纤维编织屏蔽,质量轻,起到均匀电场,屏蔽干扰信号的作用;
(5)本发明采用高强度抗拉棉绳及凯夫拉纤维编织加强层,质量轻,保证电缆抗拉及抗风性能;
(6)本发明采用中密度聚乙烯内、外护套保证电缆的径向防水性能;
(7)本发明在中密度聚乙烯护套中间挤包发泡聚乙烯(发泡度90%)护套,增加电缆体积及结构稳定性;
(8)本发明采用的扇形发泡聚乙烯填充条外侧再编织一层凯夫拉纤维编织加强层,增强线缆整体抗拉性能;
(9)本发采用凯夫拉纤维编织加强层外侧挤包一层中密度聚乙烯护套,起到径向防水的功能;
(10)本发明采用中密度聚乙烯内护外侧再挤包一层发泡聚乙烯护套,再次增加电缆体积,达到电缆漂浮的目的。

1.一种海洋平台用随行漂浮电缆,其特征在于,包括镀锡铜导体(1),在所述镀锡铜导体(1)外包覆交联聚乙烯绝缘层(2),在交联聚乙烯绝缘层(2)外包覆碳纤维编织屏蔽层(4)、且交联聚乙烯绝缘层(2)与碳纤维编织屏蔽层(4)之间填充高强度抗拉填充层(3),所述碳纤维编织屏蔽层(4)外设有包裹着若干控制线芯(5)的发泡聚乙烯填充层(6),在所述发泡聚乙烯填充层(6)包覆有凯夫拉纤维编织加强层(7),所述凯夫拉纤维编织加强层(7)外挤包中密度聚乙烯内护(8),所述中密度聚乙烯内护(8)外挤包发泡聚乙烯护套(9),所述发泡聚乙烯护套(9)外挤包中密度聚乙烯外护(10)。
