Abstract

La présente invention concerne : un matériau d'ailette en aluminium qui présente une excellente hydrophilie et d'excellentes propriétés antisalissure ; un échangeur de chaleur ; et un procédé de production d'un matériau d'ailette en aluminium. Le matériau d'ailette en aluminium (10) selon l'invention comprend une plaque d'aluminium (1), une couche de revêtement hydrophobe (3) qui est formée sur la surface de la plaque d'aluminium (1), et une couche de revêtement hydrophile (4) qui est formée sur la surface de la couche de revêtement hydrophobe (3). La couche de revêtement hydrophobe (3) contient une résine acrylique (3b) et des particules de polytétrafluoroéthylène (3a) ; et au moins certaines des particules de polytétrafluoroéthylène (3a) font saillie à partir de la surface de la couche de revêtement hydrophile (4).
