Abstract

【課題】　従来、髪を束ねる所作は、幼児、及び低学年女子において、保護者、又は関係者が、手作業で行っていた。従って、幼稚園、小学校等に出かける際、外出等の際には、時間制約があって、多々困るのが現状である。これらの所作が速やかにできる髪・毛束ね具が要望されている。 【解決手段】　本発明は、ゴム等の束ね体を係止し得る部位を備えた移動体と、移動体が外嵌される部位、及び孔を備えたケーシングと、ケーシングと移動体に取付けた動作体と、　ケーシングの孔に抜き差しできる髪の毛、紐、糸を係止できる引掛けを備えた冶具と、でなる髪・毛束ね具である。頭髪の束ねの迅速化と、何人でもできる特徴がある。

Description

髪・毛束ね具
　本発明は、ゴム、線材、紐等の束ね体により、人間の毛髪、動物の毛、紐、糸を束ねる髪・毛束ね具（髪・毛、紐、糸束ね具）に関する。
　従来、髪を束ねる所作は、幼児、及び低学年女子において、保護者、又は関係者が、手作業で行っていた。従って、幼稚園や、小学校等に出かける際、また外出等の際には、時間制約があるので、多々困るのが現状である。また近年、ペットの犬、猫など、動物の毛のスタイリングを行う人が増えており、その中で動物の毛を束ねることもある。従って、これらの所作が速やかにできる髪・毛束ね具が要望される状況となった。このような髪・毛束ね具により、視界が広く確保されること、移動、運動、作業時等に髪・毛が邪魔にならないこと、及び／又は使用者の美観や清潔感の向上、などの効果が期待できる。
　そこで、この要望に応え得る髪・毛束ね具(髪束)に関しての先行文献を挙げてみる。
　ＷО２０１６－２０４０３３号公報では、少数本の頭髪束の編み込みや複雑で細かい編み込みを容易に行う髪編み具であって、頭髪に先端部を差し込んで貫通させる編み棒、及び編み込まれた頭髪束を連結し、かつ紐状部材と締付け部材を備えたリード部材でなり、紐状部材を二つ折りにし、環状部を形成する。環状部を頭髪束に通した状態で、締付け部材で、編み込まれた環状部に頭髪束を締付ける構造である。即ち、三つ編みを簡易に、かつスムーズに形成することである。
　前記文献（１）は、少数本の頭髪束の編み込みや複雑で細かい編み込みを容易に行う髪編み具であって、頭髪に三つ編みを簡易に、かつスムーズに形成することである。この文献（１）は、前述の如く、頭髪に三つ編みを簡易に、かつスムーズに形成することに留まる。
　従って、頭髪を纏めることは可能であるが、本発明の如く、髪を束ねることに関しては、原則として、利用できない考えであると思われる。
　そこで、本発明は、幼児、及び低学年女子において、保護者、又は関係者が、手作業で行っていた所作を、補助できる髪・毛束ね具を提供する。幼児だけでなく、病気などで短髪になり、髪飾り等がつけにくい人にも用いることができる。また、人間に限らず、犬や猫などの、行動制約ができないペットにも、速やかに取り付け可能である。
　従来は、例えば、髪の毛（頭髪）や動物の毛を束ねるのは、主として、手作業による所作であった。これに鑑み、本発明は、この手作業の所作を、提案する髪・毛束ね具と、ゴム、線材、紐等の束ね体により、簡略化し（原則として、無くし）、頭髪や動物の毛等を束ねる作業を速やかに、かつ容易にすることを意図する。
　請求項１の発明は、
　ゴム、紐、又は糸の束ね体を係止し得る部位を備えた移動体と、
　この移動体が外嵌される部位、及び孔を備えたケーシングと、
　このケーシングと移動体の間に設けた動作体と、
　ケーシングの孔に抜き差しできる頭髪、動物の毛、紐、又は糸を束ね得る束ね部を備えた冶具と、
　でなる髪・毛束ね具である。
　従って、従来の手作業の所作を、髪・毛束ね具と、ゴム、線材、又は紐等の束ね体により、簡略化し（原則として、無くし）、束ねる作業を速やかに、かつ容易にできる。
　請求項２の発明は、
　動作体は、スプリング、引抜き・押込み具、又は歯車手段の何れかとした髪・毛束ね具である。
　従って、請求項１の特徴を達成できることと、この達成に最適な動作体の提供である。
　請求項３の発明は、
　動作体は、ケーシングと移動体に介在し、この移動体の前進後退を司る構成とした髪・毛束ね具である。
　従って、請求項１の特徴を達成できることと、この達成に最適な動作体の提供である。
　請求項４の発明は、
　移動体は、動作体の伸長又は前進で、ケーシングの先端位置に移動し得るとともに、移動体の移動に伴って、束ね体は移動し、頭髪、動物の毛、紐、又は糸を束ね可能とする構成とした髪・毛束ね具である。
　従って、請求項１の特徴を達成できることと、この達成に最適な移動体の提供である。
　請求項５の発明は、
　束ね部に頭髪、動物の毛、紐、又は糸を束ねた状態で、冶具を、孔から引き抜いた際に、束ね体で、頭髪、動物の毛、紐、又は糸を束ね可能とする構成とした髪・毛束ね具である。
　従って、請求項１の特徴を達成できることと、この達成に最適な冶具の提供である。
　請求項６の発明では、
　移動体とケーシングの対峙面に、第一カム面をそれぞれ形成し、移動体とケーシングの間に操作体を備え、この操作体の、移動体及びケーシングとの対峙面に、第二カム面をそれぞれ形成し、この第二カム面は、第一カム面を押圧可能であって、この押圧を介して、移動体を前進可能とする構成とした髪・毛束ね具である。
　従って、請求項１の特徴を達成できることと、この達成に最適な移動体とケーシングの提供である。
　請求項７の発明では、
　操作体は、移動体を押圧して前進した際に、動作体を伸長し、この伸長解除で、動作体が復帰可能とした髪・毛束ね具である。
　従って、請求項１の特徴を達成できることと、この達成に最適な動作体と移動体の提供である。

　以下、本発明の好ましい、第一実施例～第三実施例を、順に説明する。しかし、この各図面と、各図面に基づく説明は、本発明の好ましい一例であって、この説明と各図面に限定されない。従って、発明の趣旨の範囲において構成の一部を変更する構造とか、同じ特徴と効果を達成できる構造、等は、本発明の範疇である。
　先ず図１～図６に示した第一実施例を説明するが、共通する部品(構造)とか、特徴等は割愛する。１は移動体で、この移動体１は管体である。この移動体１の前進方向に向かった先端１ａの反対側、即ち、後端１ｂには、外側に拡開するテーパ形状の対の一方・他方第一カム面１００ａ1、１００ｂ１を備える。また、先端１ａは、後述する束ね体を押し出す役割を担う。
　図中３は、ケーシングで、このケーシング３には、ゴム、線材、紐等の輪・紐・糸状形態であって、いずれも管体の、頭髪Ｈ１（毛、飾り、紐等）を縛り得る束ね体２を掛け止める部位３００ａ、及び移動体１が外嵌される部位３００ｂでなる細径の本体部３００と、この本体部３００より太径の持ち手３０１を備える。このケーシング３には後述する冶具が差し込まれる貫通形式の孔３０２を開設する。この孔３０２には、必要により、冶具を一定位置に止めるストッパ部３０３を備える。このストッパ部３０３を設けることで、冶具のケーシング３からの突出長さが決められる。そして、ケーシング３の持ち手３０１の内端３０１ａには、外側に拡開するテーパ形状の対の一方・他方第一カム面３００ａ１、３００ｂ１を備える。尚、好ましくは、部位１００には、束ね体２に設けた飾り（図示しない）の基端部を差し入れ可能な一条～数条の解放部を有するガイド溝３０４を備える。
　５は、図１～図６で示してある第一実施例で採用する操作体であり、一方操作体５ａと、この一方操作体５ａに対峙する他方操作体５ｂの組み合わせとなっている。一方操作体５ａの対峙面５ａ１に、対の一方第二カム面５００ａ１、５００ａ２を備える。また、一方操作体５ａと対峙する他方操作体５ｂの対峙面５ｂ１に、対の他方第二カム面５００ｂ１、５００ｂ２を備える。そして、この一方操作体５ａと、他方操作体５ｂの間には、この一方操作体５ａと他方操作体５ｂの連繋と、動きを規制する係止手段６を備える。この例では、係止手段６は、突起６ａと長溝６ｂからなるが、限定されない。この係止手段６を利用して、一方操作体５ａと他方操作体５ｂが、移動体１とケーシング３に設けた一方第一カム面１００ａ１、３００ａ１と、他方第一カム面１００ｂ１、３００ｂ１の間を、例えば、上下方向(図１において)にスムーズに動き、かつこの動きで、移動体１の前進(ケーシング３の部位３００ｂを移動する)、又は後退(ケーシング３の部位３００ｂを復帰)が図れる(前後動を可能とする)。
　そして、この一例では、一方操作体５ａと他方操作体５ｂは、それぞれの脚部５ａ２と脚部５ｂ２の縦方向(移動体１のスライド方向「図１において左右方向」と直交する方向「図１において上下方向」)の組み込み構造であって、かつ一方側の対の脚部５ａ２間には、一方側の一つの脚部５ｂ２が差込み支持される形態であり、また他方側の一つの脚部５ａ２には、他方側の対の脚部５ｂ２が外嵌される形態で支持されており、この支持及び係止手段６により、一方操作体５ａと他方操作体５ｂがスムーズに動作可能とする。さらに図示しないが、一方操作体５ａと他方操作体５ｂは添設形態で移動する構造とか、図示しないが、一方操作体５ａと他方操作体５ｂは添設形態で、かつ、前記直交方向において、添設形態が互い違いとなる構造でも可能である。
　例えば、一方側となる、一方第一カム面１００ａ１と、一方第一カム面３００ａ１の間を、一方操作体５ａ（図中の上側の操作体５ａ）の一方第二カム面５００ａ１と一方第二カム面５００ａ２が下がり移動する（移動対峙側で、図中で下側に移動する）。また、他方側となる、他方第一カム面１００ｂ１と、他方第一カム面３００ｂ１の間を、他方操作体５ｂ（図中の下側操作体５ｂ）の他方第二カム面５００ｂ１と他方第二カム面５００ｂ２が上がり移動する（移動対峙側で、図中で上側に移動する）。
　これにより、移動体１が、ケーシング３の本体部３００を矢視Ｘ方向に進み（図1の向かって、左方向に移動し）、かつ本体部３００の先端（部位３００ａ）に捲装した束ね体２を、この本体部３００より頭髪Ｈ１に移す所作をする（図３、図４と、図１２（ロ）参照）。
　図中７は、動作体であり、例えば、スプリング７００とし、持ち手３０１と移動体１との間に連繋(掛け止係止)されており、移動体１が本体部３００を前進（図１の向かって左方向に移動）した際に伸長し、例えば、この伸長後に、移動体１が本体部３００を後退（図１の向かって右方向に移動）することで復元する(元の位置に戻る)。尚、図示しないが、スプリング７００に代替して、油圧機構、歯車機構等の構造的なものも採用できる。
　また、図中８は、冶具であり、持ち手を兼ねた本体８００と、この本体８００の先端に設けた束ね部８０１であり、前記ケーシング３の貫通孔３０２に差入れた際に、冶具８は、ストッパ部３０３により所定の位置に止る構造とすることと、その束ね部８０１は、貫通孔３０２の差入れ側とは反対側に、突出する。さらに、束ね部８０１の切欠き(頭髪を掬い取る空間)箇所が、ケーシング３の孔３０２に引っ掛からない位置関係で、孔３０２に差入れられる。この例では、孔３０２の空間形状と、本体８００の外形とが、相似形に形成されている。
　この第一実施例における使用(所作)を説明すると、補助者は、移動体が後退限(使用前の状態)にある状態で、部位３００ａに束ね体２を取り付ける。続いて、操作体５を操作し、一方操作体５ａと他方操作体５ｂを近付ける(一方操作体５ａと他方操作体５ｂを押す所作をする)。前述した、一方・他方第二カム面５００ａ１・５００ｂ１による移動体１の一方・他方第一カム面１００ａ１・１００ｂ１の押圧所作によって、この移動体１が前進し、かつスプリング７００を伸長し、かつケーシング３の部位３００ａにある束ね体２を、頭髪Ｈ１に移す。即ち、頭髪Ｈ１は、束ね体２、例えば一例では、ゴムで束ねられる。
　次に第二実施例を示した図８～図１０では、操作体５が、スプリング７００を兼用する構造であって、このスプリング７００を、ケーシング３の持ち手３０１と移動体１との間に連繋する。従って、スプリング７００の押圧操作で、移動体１が前進し、押圧解除で、スプリング７００の復帰と、移動体１の復帰ができ、最初の状態に戻る。また、移動体１の前進限で、部位３００ａからの束ね体２の取り外しが図れる。その他は、前述の第一実施例に準ずる。
　また、第三実施例を示した図１１では、第二実施例のスプリング７００の形態を他の構造としたものであり、第二実施例に準ずるので説明は省略する。尚、スプリング７００の関係は第一実施例に準ずる。
　図１２～１６等に示した図を参考として、頭髪Ｈ１に基づいて、使用の一例を説明すると、冶具８の本体８００を保持し、束ね部８０１を、他の手で保持したケーシング３の孔３０２の後ろ側開口から差込み（図１２参照）、この束ね部８０１が所定の位置に至ると、孔３０２のストッパ部３０３に、冶具８の被ストッパ部８０２が接触して停止する。束ね部８０１は、本体部３００の開口部（孔３０２）の円内に収まる寸法とすることで、後述する、頭髪Ｈ１を掬った束ね部８０１をスムーズに、孔３０２内に導入できる。そして、この差込み状態では、束ね部８０１は、（図１３）の前段階である。即ち、束ね部８０１は、孔３０２から突出し、最先端に位置することと、差込み終端である。従って、誰でもが、冶具８の最適な差込み状態で、かつ頭髪Ｈ１を束ね部８０１にスムーズに差込み可能となる。例えば、頭髪Ｈ１を、束ね部８０１で束ねた状態であり、（図１３）を参照されたい。
　そこで、続いて、束ね部８０１に、頭髪Ｈ１を差込み（掬い入れ）得る特徴がある。その後は、頭髪Ｈ１を掬った束ね部８０１が、孔３０２を通って戻るように、治具８を引くとともに、束ね部８０１が、本体部３００の開口部に引っ掛からないように注意することが必要である。即ち、束ね部８０１の位置を確認しながら、孔３０２に引入れることが望ましい。引入れ状態の最終であり、例えば、（図１４）を参照されたい。
　引入れが終了したら、治具８は頭髪Ｈ１から外し、例えば、（図１５）の如く、操作体５を押圧して移動体１を前進させる。すると、掬われた頭髪Ｈ１に束ね体２が移動し、かつ頭髪Ｈ１の束ねが終了する状態である。図４参照。
　また、本発明の髪・毛束ね具は、（図１６）に示した犬を初めとして、ペットの動物に適用することもできる。更に、生物の髪・毛に限らず、任意の細長い物体を複数本束ねる用途に広く適用可能であることは言うまでもない。
　図示しないが、頭髪Ｈ１を、髪・毛束ね具を利用し、簡易、かつスムーズに束ねる動作が行える。

Claims (7)

  1. 　ゴム、紐、又は糸の束ね体を係止し得る部位を備えた移動体と、
    　この移動体が外嵌される部位、及び孔を備えたケーシングと、
    　このケーシングと前記移動体の間に設けた動作体と、
    　前記ケーシングの前記孔に抜き差しできる頭髪、動物の毛、紐、又は糸を束ね得る束ね部を備えた冶具と、
    　でなる髪・毛束ね具。
  2. 　前記動作体は、スプリング、引抜き・押込み具、又は歯車手段の何れかとした請求項１に記載の髪・毛束ね具。
  3. 　前記動作体は、前記ケーシングと前記移動体に介在し、この移動体の前進後退を司る構成とした請求項１に記載の髪・毛束ね具。
  4. 　前記移動体は、前記動作体の伸長又は前進で、前記ケーシングの先端位置に移動し得るとともに、この移動体の移動に伴って、前記束ね体は移動し、前記頭髪、動物の毛、紐、又は糸を束ね可能とする構成とした請求項１に記載の髪・毛束ね具。
  5. 　前記束ね部に前記頭髪、動物の毛、紐、又は糸を束ねた状態で、前記冶具を、前記孔から引き抜いた際に、前記束ね体で、前記頭髪、動物の毛、紐、又は糸を束ね可能とする構成とした請求項１に記載の髪・毛束ね具。
  6. 　前記移動体と前記ケーシングの対峙面に、第一カム面をそれぞれ形成し、前記移動体と前記ケーシングの間に操作体を備え、この操作体の、前記移動体及び前記ケーシングとの対峙面に、第二カム面をそれぞれ形成し、この第二カム面は、前記第一カム面を押圧可能であって、この押圧を介して、前記移動体を前進可能とする構成とした請求項１に記載の髪・毛束ね具。
  7. 　前記操作体は、前記移動体を押圧して前進させた際に、前記動作体を伸長し、この伸長解除で、前記動作体が復帰可能とした請求項６に記載の髪・毛束ね具。
