Claims (15)
- 一种推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述推车包括车架,所述拉手组件包括:滑轨,所述滑轨沿所述车架的行进方向延伸且设于所述车架下部;滑块,所述滑块可滑动地设置在所述滑轨上;拉手,所述拉手在收纳所述车架下部的收纳位置和拉出位置之间可运动,其中所述拉手包括杆部和把手部,所述把手部设于所述杆部的第一端,所述杆部的第二端与所述滑块可枢转相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,还包括定位组件,所述定位组件设于所述滑块和所述杆部之间,以使所述杆部相对于所述滑块在多个不同的枢转角度上进行定位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述定位组件包括:第一枢转部,所述第一枢转部设于所述滑块上且内部限定有第一枢转槽,所述第一枢转槽的底壁设有第一配合齿;第二枢转部,所述第二枢转部设于所述杆部的所述第二端上,所述第二枢转部和所述第一枢转部可相对转动的连接;锁止齿轮,所述锁止齿轮的一端设有第二配合齿,所述第一配合齿和所述第二配合齿可彼此啮合;第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件用于对所述锁止齿轮施加朝向所述第一配合齿的预紧力。
- 根据权利要求3所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述第一配合齿和所述第二配合齿朝向彼此凸出,且所述第一配合齿和所述第二配合齿均形成为环形齿圈结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述第二枢转部可套设在所述第一枢转部的外部,所述第二枢转部内限定有第二枢转槽,所述锁止齿轮的远离所述第二配合齿的一端与所述第二枢转槽固定相连。
- 根据权利要求5所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述第二枢转槽内设有:中心安装柱,所述锁止齿轮上设有套装孔,所述套装孔套装在所述中心安装柱上;多个定位筋,多个所述定位筋围绕所述中心安装柱的周向呈放射状布置,所述锁止齿轮的上设有多个朝向所述定位筋延伸的定位边板,相邻两个所述定位边板之间限定出定位槽,多个所述定位筋一一配合在多个所述定位槽内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,至少一个所述定位边板上设有阶梯槽,所述第二枢转槽的周壁上至少设有一个定位块,所述阶梯槽与所述定位块配合定位。
- 根据权利要求3所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述第二枢转部通过套管安装在所述杆部的所述第二端,所述套管与所述第二枢转部一体成型。
- 根据权利要求2~8中任一项所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述杆部包括两个,两个所述杆部彼此间隔开设置在所述把手部上,所述定位组件包括两个且分别用于将两个所述杆部连接在所述滑块上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述车架还包括横杆,所述横杆与所述滑轨彼此垂直,所述横杆上设有放置部,所述拉手位于所述收纳位置时,所述把手部支撑在所述放置部上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述放置部形成为勾状结构,且所述放置部包括两个且沿所述横杆的长度方向间隔开设置。
- 根据权利要求10所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,还包括锁止结构,所述锁止结构设于所述把手部内且在所述拉手位于所述收纳位置时,所述锁止结构与所述放置部配合以限制所述拉手的移动自由度。
- 根据权利要求12所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述把手部内限定出容纳腔,所述锁止结构包括:主体部,所述主体部设于所述容纳腔内,且所述主体部在所述容纳腔内可移动;按钮部,所述按钮部连接在所述主体部上,所述按钮部伸出所述容纳腔;卡勾部,所述卡勾部连接在所述主体部上,所述把手部上设有通孔,在所述主体部在所述容纳腔内移动时,所述卡勾部可经所述通孔伸出或缩回所述容纳腔;第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件设于所述容纳腔内且用于对所述主体部施加使所述卡勾部伸出所述容纳腔的预紧力。
- 根据权利要求13所述的推车的拉手组件,其特征在于,所述锁止结构还包括止抵部,所述止抵部连接在所述主体部上,所述第二弹性件的两端分别止抵在所述止抵部和所述容纳腔的内壁之间。
- 一种推车,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1~14中任一项所述的推车的拉手组件。
