智能冰箱内可设置专属存储区域来存储特殊人群的隔夜菜等菜品,专属存储区域可设置为密封的存储隔间或存储抽屉。
专属存储区域内可设置菜品检测模块,检测专属存储区域内是否存放有菜品。其中,检测模块可以是光谱分析检测模块或重力感应模块等检测模块。
具体的,可先查询是否获取到特殊人群菜品放入冰箱的提醒通知信息,在获取到这个存放提醒信息后,再控制专属存储区域内的菜品检测模块开始工作,以检测专属存储区域内是否已存放有特殊人群菜品。
S6若是,获取特殊人群菜品的菜品信息以及推荐的最低存储温度信息;
S8将专属存储区域的存储温度调节为推荐的最低存储温度。
当检测专属存储区域内已存放有特殊人群菜品时,先去获取特殊人群菜品的菜品信息,然后根据这个菜品信息,去查询获取与菜品信息匹配的推荐的最低存储温度信息;最终,调节专属存储区域的实际存储温度,直至温度达到推荐的最低存储温度。
其中,获取到特殊人群菜品的菜品信息后,可与本地数据库或云端数据库进行通信连接,在数据库中查询相应的推荐的最低存储温度。特殊人群菜品的菜品信息可以是菜品中所有食材信息,或者是菜品的烹饪方式及所有食材信息的组合信息。
本实施例中的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法,智能冰箱中设置专属存储区域来存储特殊人群的隔夜菜等菜品,通过在获取到特殊人群菜品存放入冰箱的提醒通知后,先检测专属存储区域是否已存放有菜品;在检测到特殊人群菜品已存放于专属存储区域后,获取特殊人群菜品的菜品信息以及与之对应的推荐的最低存储温度信息,最终将专属存储区域的实际存储温度调节为推荐的最低存储温度,以尽量长时间地存储特殊人群菜品、保证菜品的新鲜度或口感。
进一步的,对于步骤S2,所述方法具体包括:
获取预设的菜品含水量比例阈值w;
获取已存储菜品的含水量比例数值;
当已存储菜品的含水量比例数值超过预设阈值w时,获取用户对特殊人群菜品的确认信息;
将用户对特殊人群菜品的确认信息另存为特殊人群菜品存放提醒信息。
考虑到特殊人群一般为病人或婴幼儿等人群,特殊人群的日常饮食中往往有大量水分含量较高的菜品,如粥煲汤羹、奶制品辅食等,可以通过检测存入菜品的含水量等数据来初步判断放入菜品是否是特殊人群菜品。
具体的,可先获取预设的菜品含水量比例阈值w,再获取检测到当前已存储菜品的实际含水量比例数值;当判断出实际含水量比例数值超过预设阈值w时,去查询是否接受到用户对菜品是特殊人群菜品的确认信息,如果接受到此确认信息,则将用户的确认信息作为特殊人群菜品存放提醒信息进行保存,作为下一个动作步骤的触发信息。
其中,获取预设的菜品含水量比例阈值w的途径不限,可以是用户提前预设的,也可以是与本地数据库或云端数据库进行通信连接后,通过查询获得。
进一步的,在步骤S4之后,所述方法还包括:
若是,对所述专属存储区域进行抽真空密封。
此外,在菜品放入专属存储区域后,可通过抽真空模块,对专属存储区域进行抽真空密封;由此,专属存储区域与冰箱其他存储空间隔离,可轻松实现其内部控温,以对菜品实际存储温度精准调控,同时菜品散发的气味也不会溢出至冰箱其他存储空间导致食物串味。
进一步的,对于步骤S6,所述方法具体包括:
获取特殊人群菜品的菜品信息;
根据菜品信息,与云端数据库连接通信,获取推荐的最低存储温度信息。
具体的,为获得相对较佳的食材推荐存储温度,可与云端数据库进行通信连接,以获得较为准确的推荐的最低存储温度。
进一步的,在步骤S8之后,所述方法还包括:
控制杀菌模块,每隔时间段T1对特殊人群菜品进行定时杀菌。
具体的,为防止菜品长时间存储后细菌滋生,在对菜品进行控温冷藏后,还可控制冰箱内的杀菌模块对菜品进行定时杀菌,杀菌的时间间隔T1时长不限,可以是按照4小时或8小时的时间间隔进行定时杀菌。杀菌模块形式不限,可以是红外杀菌模块或PEF杀菌模块等。
进一步的,在步骤S8之后,所述方法还包括:
S91获取特殊人群菜品的推荐存储湿度数据;
S93控制湿度控制模块,将专属存储区域的存储湿度调节为推荐存储湿度。
具体的,菜品的存储空间内还可设置湿度控制模块,根据查询获取到的推荐湿度数据,可控制湿度控制模块工作,以将菜品的实际存储湿度调节至较佳范围,从而保证菜品的口感和新鲜度。
进一步的,在步骤S8之后,所述方法还包括:
控制菜品新鲜度检测模块对特殊人群菜品的新鲜度进行检测;
将检测到的菜品新鲜度信息发送至用户移动终端。
具体的,在获取到用户需要将菜品取出食用时,还可先检测菜品的新鲜度,将新鲜度信息发送至用户移动终端,以便用户获知菜品是否适合继续食用;其中,菜品新鲜度检测模块类型不限,可以是亚硝酸盐检测模块、细菌检测模块、气味检测模块或光谱检测模块等等。
进一步的,在步骤S8之后,所述方法还包括:
获取特殊人群菜品的重量信息;
根据菜品重量信息及菜品信息,获取推荐的存储时长;
将推荐存储时长发送至用户移动终端。
为防止菜品长时间存储导致菜品不新鲜不适宜食用的情况,还可提前预估菜品适宜存储的时长;具体的,按照菜品的烹饪方式或食材信息等菜品信息,结合菜品的实际重量,查询当前菜品推荐的存储时长;在获取到推荐存储时长后将相关提示信息发送给用户,以便用户及时取出菜品并食用,避免出现食物浪费。
进一步的,在步骤S8之后,所述方法还包括:
根据特殊人群菜品的烹饪方式及食材信息,获取匹配的二次加工方式;
将二次加工方式发送至用户移动终端。
为方便用户二次食用菜品,还可根据菜品的烹饪方式及食材信息等菜品信息去查询并获取当前存储菜品较为推荐的二次加工方式,并及时发送给用户,以提高用户二次食用菜品时的口感。
进一步的,在步骤S8之后,所述方法还包括:
获取用户的身体健康参数;
获取冰箱内的现有食材信息;
根据所述身体健康参数及所述现有食材信息,获取推荐的菜谱信息并发送至用户移动终端。
为协助对用户的健康进行管理,还可获取用户的健康指标,通过食补的方式帮助用户改进饮食习惯,提升用户健康水平。
具体的,可通过与体检设备等进行通信,先获取用户身体参数与健康指标等,了解用户的健康情况;再结合冰箱内的现有食材信息,在本地数据库或云端数据库查询推荐的菜谱信息,并发送给用户,以便用户根据身体状况与现有食材,合理调整食谱与日常饮食。
如图2所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种冰箱,包括储器和处理器,所述存储器存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如上任意一项所述的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法中的步骤,也就是说,实现所述冰箱菜品存储与管理方法中任意一个技术方案中的步骤。
本发明实施例还提供了一种存储介质,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如上任意一项所述的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法中的步骤,也就是说,实现所述冰箱菜品存储与管理方法中任意一个技术方案中的步骤。
为方便理解,以下对冰箱菜品存储与管理方法的示例进行具体描述:
如图1所示,本实施例中,冰箱菜品存储与管理方法用于判断冰箱内密封的专属存储区域是否放入特殊人群食用的菜品,以协助用户对特殊人群菜品按照特定条件进行存储,从而保证特殊人群的饮食卫生与健康。智能冰箱内设有专属存储区域,用于放置隔夜菜等菜品,专属存储区域可设置为密封的存储隔间或存储抽屉。
具体的,可先查询是否获取到特殊人群菜品放入冰箱的提醒通知信息,在获取到这个存放提醒信息后,再控制专属存储区域内的菜品检测模块开始工作,以检测专属存储区域内是否已存放有特殊人群菜品。
特殊人群的日常饮食中往往有大量水分含量较高的菜品,可以通过检测存入菜品的含水量等数据来初步判断放入菜品是否是特殊人群菜品;具体的,可先获取预设的菜品含水量比例阈值w,当获取到的当前已存储菜品的实际含水量比例数值超过预设阈值w时,去查询是否接受到用户对菜品是特殊人群菜品的确认信息,并将此确认信息作为特殊人群菜品存放提醒信息进行保存,作为下一个动作步骤的触发信息。
在专属存储区域内的菜品检测模块检测到专属存储区域内已存放有特殊人群菜品时,获取特殊人群菜品的菜品信息,与云端数据库连接通信,查询并获取与菜品信息匹配的推荐的最低存储温度信息;然后,调节专属存储区域的实际存储温度,直至温度达到推荐的最低存储温度。
同时,可通过抽真空模块,对专属存储区域进行抽真空密封,以将专属存储区域与冰箱其他存储空间隔离。
为防止菜品长时间存储后细菌滋生,在对菜品进行控温冷藏后,还可控制冰箱内的杀菌模块对菜品进行定时杀菌。
菜品的存储空间内还可设置湿度控制模块,根据查询获取到的推荐湿度数据,可控制湿度控制模块工作,以将菜品的实际存储湿度调节至较佳范围。
同时,还可先检测菜品的新鲜度,将新鲜度信息发送至用户移动终端,以便用户获知菜品是否适合继续食用。
为防止菜品长时间存储导致菜品不新鲜不适宜食用的情况,可按照菜品的烹饪方式或食材信息等菜品信息,结合菜品的实际重量,查询当前菜品推荐的存储时长。
为方便用户二次食用菜品,还可根据菜品的烹饪方式及食材信息等菜品信息去查询并获取当前存储菜品较为推荐的二次加工方式,并发送给用户。
此外,还可先与体检设备等进行通信,来获取用户身体参数与健康指标等,结合冰箱内的现有食材信息,查询推荐的菜谱信息并发送给用户,以便用户合理调整食谱与日常饮食。
综上,本发明提供的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法、冰箱及存储介质,智能冰箱中设置专属存储区域来存储特殊人群的隔夜菜等菜品,通过在获取到特殊人群菜品存放入冰箱的提醒通知后,先检测专属存储区域是否已存放有菜品;在检测到特殊人群菜品已存放于专属存储区 域后,获取特殊人群菜品的菜品信息以及与之对应的推荐的最低存储温度信息,最终将专属存储区域的实际存储温度调节为推荐的最低存储温度,以尽量长时间地存储特殊人群菜品、保证菜品的新鲜度或口感。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (12)
- 一种冰箱菜品存储与管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:获取特殊人群菜品存放提醒信息;检测特殊人群菜品是否放置于冰箱内密封的专属存储区域中;若是,获取特殊人群菜品的菜品信息以及推荐的最低存储温度信息;将专属存储区域的存储温度调节为推荐的最低存储温度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法,其特征在于,步骤“获取特殊人群菜品存放提醒信息”具体包括:获取预设的菜品含水量比例阈值w;获取已存储菜品的含水量比例数值;当已存储菜品的含水量比例数值超过预设阈值w时,获取用户对特殊人群菜品的确认信息;将用户对特殊人群菜品的确认信息另存为特殊人群菜品存放提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法,其特征在于,在步骤“检测特殊人群菜品是否放置于冰箱内密封的专属存储区域中”之后,所述方法还包括:若是,对所述专属存储区域进行抽真空密封。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法,其特征在于,步骤“若是,获取特殊人群菜品的菜品信息以及推荐的最低存储温度信息”具体包括:获取特殊人群菜品的菜品信息;根据菜品信息,与云端数据库连接通信,获取相应的推荐的最低存储温度信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法,其特征在于,在步骤“将专属存储区域的存储温度调节为推荐的最低存储温度”之后,所述方法还包括:控制杀菌模块,每隔时间段T1对特殊人群菜品进行定时杀菌。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法,其特征在于,在步骤“将专属存储区域的存储温度调节为推荐的最低存储温度”之后,所述方法还包括:获取特殊人群菜品的推荐存储湿度数据;控制湿度控制模块,将专属存储区域的存储湿度调节为推荐存储湿度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法,其特征在于,在步骤“将专属存储区域的存储温度调节为推荐的最低存储温度”之后,所述方法还包括:控制菜品新鲜度检测模块对特殊人群菜品的新鲜度进行检测;将检测到的菜品新鲜度信息发送至用户移动终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱菜品存储与管理方法,其特征在于,在步骤“将专属存储区域的存储温度调节为推荐的最低存储温度”之后,所述方法还包括:获取特殊人群菜品的重量信息;根据菜品重量信息及菜品信息,获取推荐的存储时长;将推荐存储时长发送至用户移动终端。
