风管式室内机的加湿装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调部件,尤其是一种加湿装置,具体的说是一种风管式室内机的加湿装置。
背景技术
为了更好的提高人们使用舒适度,风管式空调已逐步引入了加湿功能。但是,目前的加湿结构大都是室内机的内部设置加湿模块。此举不仅增加了结构的复杂性,提高了生产成本,而且,也不便于维护,因此,需要尽快加以改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种风管式室内机的加湿装置,其结构简单,安装方便,可以直接拼接到现有的风管式空调的室内机上,极大的降低了生产成本,且方便维护,有利于推广。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种风管式室内机的加湿装置,包括加湿片组件和水盘组件;

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的风管式室内机的加湿装置,其特征是:所述上水盘上端的角部分别设有内外贯通的溢水孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的风管式室内机的加湿装置,其特征是:所述上水盘的两端分别通过支架I与所述下水盘相连。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的风管式室内机的加湿装置,其特征是:还包括导风板,该导风板的横截面为钝角V形,其长度与所述下水盘的开敞侧相当,使该导风板的上侧壁安装在所述下水盘的开敞侧,其下侧壁悬空的位于所述导流板的前上方。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的风管式室内机的加湿装置,其特征是:所述进水管上设有浮子开关组件;该浮子开关组件安装在所述上水盘内,与所述加湿片组件分别位于所述上水盘的两端;所述导风板的上侧壁为台阶状,其低端与所述加湿片组件处于同侧,其高端与所述浮子开关组件同侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的风管式室内机的加湿装置,其特征是:还包括外壳;该外壳由底板、顶板、侧板和外面板连接而成,该前面板上设有开口;所述下水盘安装在所述底板上,使所述开口与所述加湿片组件相对应;所述外壳与所述室内机的机壳相连。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的风管式室内机的加湿装置,其特征是:还包括进水封板;该进水封板为短板状,其中部与所述下水盘的右端相连,其底端与所述底板相连;所述下水盘的左端通过支架II与所述底板相连;所述进水管穿装在所述进水封板上,使其一端与所述浮子开关组件相连,另一端连接外部水源。
