Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to a joint structure having a reinforcing portion and a method for manufacturing the joint structure.
- an aircraft wing in which a stringer is attached to an outer plate is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the outer plate is formed in a flat plate shape, and the stringers are joined so as to project from the surface of the flat plate-shaped outer plate.
- the joint structure of the present disclosure is a joint structure having a reinforcing portion formed by joining a composite material and a reinforcing material via an adhesive, and the composite material is formed by laminating a plurality of fiber sheets.
- the plate portion and the raised portion formed by further laminating the fiber sheet on the plate portion are included, and the surface of the plate portion and the raised portion is covered with a single fiber sheet.
- the reinforcing portion includes the raised portion and the reinforcing material adhered to the raised portion via an adhesive, and has a first boundary between the plate portion and the raised portion and the raised portion.
- the second boundary between the portion and the reinforcing material is at a different position in the in-plane direction of the laminating interface of the fiber sheets to be laminated.
- the method for producing a bonded structure of the present disclosure includes a plate portion formed by laminating a plurality of fiber sheets, and a raised portion formed by further laminating the fiber sheet on the plate portion.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing the joint structure according to the first embodiment.
- FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the joint structure according to the first embodiment.
- FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a laminated structure of the joined structure according to the first embodiment.
