一种转轴焊接用夹具,包括底座(20)、固定座(30)、夹持组件和与转轴相匹配的仿形定位组件(40),夹持组件设有两组且分别为左夹持组件(50)和右夹持组件(60),左夹持件安装于底座的左侧,右夹持件安装于底座的右侧,仿形定位组件安装于固定座,转轴套装于仿形定位组件;每一夹持组件皆包括手动肘夹(501)、支撑块(502)、导柱(503)和夹持块(504),支撑块安装于底座,导柱穿过支撑块的上部,且其一端与手动肘夹连接,另一端与夹持块连接,通过手动肘夹驱动夹持块向中间靠拢将所述转轴定位。该夹具结构精简,通过左、右夹持组件,使得产品在焊接过程中始终贴紧于定位组件,焊接高温也不会使得挡片变形,保证挡片表面的平整度,提高焊接质量和产品的加工速度。

Description

一种转轴焊接用夹具 技术领域
本实用新型属于焊接治具技术领域,尤其涉及到一种转轴焊接用夹具。
背景技术
笔记本电脑转轴包括转轴腔和设于转轴壳的内壁面的挡片,产品试产阶段是采用实心的铝合金经CNC加工,将其加工成所需的尺寸和形状,此方式加工时间长,效率低,且浪费材料,只是适合打样阶段生产少量的样品。
因此,本领域技术人员考虑,采用铝挤转轴和挡片焊接的方式加工上述产品,因此,就需要研究一款专门的装夹治具,以实现焊接过程中的转轴壳和挡片的定位。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种转轴焊接用夹具,结构精简,通过左、右夹持组件,使得产品在焊接过程中始终贴紧于定位组件,焊接高温也不会使得挡片变形,保证挡片表面的平整度,提高焊接质量和产品的加工速度。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:
本实用新型提供了一种转轴焊接用夹具,所述转轴包括一中空的转轴腔和焊接于所述转轴腔的挡片,所述夹具包括底座、固定座、夹持组件和与所述转轴相匹配的仿形定位组件,所述夹持组件设有两组且分别为左夹持组件和右夹持组件,所述固定座安装于所述底座的上方,所述左夹持件安装于所述底座的左侧,所述右夹持件安装于所述底座的右侧,所述仿形定位组件安装于所述固定座,所述转轴套装于所述仿形定位组件;
每一所述夹持组件皆包括手动肘夹、支撑块、导柱和夹持块,所述支撑块安装于所述底座,所述导柱穿过所述支撑块的上部,且其一端与所述手动肘夹连接,另一端与所述夹持块连接,通过手动肘夹驱动所述夹持块向中间靠拢将所述转轴定位。
进一步地说,所述仿形定位组件包括定位柱和设于所述定位柱外周的定位套,所述定位套套于所述定位柱之后插入所述固定座设有的定位孔,所述定位柱的上端高出于所述定位套的上表面。
进一步地说,所述定位孔为从所述固定座的上表面延伸至下表面的通孔,所述定位组件插入所述定位孔后,所述底座对所述定位组件形成下限位。
进一步地说,所述夹持块为玻璃纤维块。
进一步地说,定义所述左夹持组件的夹持块为左定位块,所述左夹持块的夹持面向外延伸形成用于提高夹持力的夹持凸起。
进一步地说,所述底座与所述固定座之间为可拆卸连接。

再者,本实用新型的夹持块可以为玻璃纤维块,既能起到夹紧定位的作用,又不会划伤产品的表面;
再者,本实用新型的仿形定位夹持组件设有两组,且转轴腔放置于所述定位组件后,两转轴腔的开口相对,此结构,使得在焊接完转轴腔和挡片的一面后,将两转轴对调即可实现转轴与挡片的另一面的焊接,方便、快捷,提高焊接效率。

每一所述夹持组件皆包括手动肘夹501、支撑块502、导柱503和夹持块504,所述支撑块安装于所述底座,所述导柱穿过所述支撑块的上部,且其一端与所述手动肘夹连接,另一端与所述夹持块连接,通过手动肘夹驱动所述夹持块向中间靠拢将所述转轴定位。手动肘夹为现有技术,工作原理故不赘述。
本实施例中,所述仿形定位组件包括定位柱401和设于所述定位柱外周 的定位套402,所述定位套套于所述定位柱之后插入所述固定座设有的定位孔301,所述定位柱的上端高出于所述定位套的上表面。
所述定位孔为从所述固定座的上表面延伸至下表面的通孔,所述定位组件插入所述定位孔后,所述底座对所述定位组件形成下限位。
所述夹持块为玻璃纤维块,既能起到夹紧定位的作用,又不会划伤产品的表面。
定义所述左夹持组件的夹持块为左定位块,所述左夹持块的夹持面向外延伸形成用于提高夹持力的夹持凸起5041。
所述底座与所述固定座之间为可拆卸连接,通过更换固定座,能对不同型号的转轴进行定位,通用性强。
所述仿形定位夹持组件设有两组,且所述转轴腔放置于所述定位组件后,两转轴腔的开口相对。此设计,使得在焊接完转轴腔和挡片的一面后,将两转轴对调即可实现转轴与挡片的另一面的焊接。
本实用新型的工作原理和工作过程如下:
使用时,扳动手动肘夹,使得夹持块远离定位组件,将挡片放置于定位套,将转轴腔放置于定位套的外周,然后用手扳动手动肘夹,通过手动肘夹驱动夹持块向中间靠拢将转轴定位,进而实现转轴腔与挡片的焊接;通过左、右夹持组件,使得产品在焊接过程中始终贴紧于定位组件,焊接高温也不会使得挡片变形,保证挡片表面的平整度,提高焊接质量和产品的加工速度;
夹持块可以为玻璃纤维块,既能起到夹紧定位的作用,又不会划伤产品的表面;
仿形定位夹持组件设有两组,且转轴腔放置于所述定位组件后,两转轴腔的开口相对,此结构,使得在焊接完转轴腔和挡片的一面后,将两转轴对调即可实现转轴与挡片的另一面的焊接,方便、快捷,提高焊接效率。

  1. 一种转轴焊接用夹具,其特征在于:所述转轴(10)包括一中空的转轴腔(101)和焊接于所述转轴腔的挡片(102),所述夹具包括底座(20)、固定座(30)、夹持组件和与所述转轴相匹配的仿形定位组件(40),所述夹持组件设有两组且分别为左夹持组件(50)和右夹持组件(60),所述固定座安装于所述底座的上方,所述左夹持件安装于所述底座的左侧,所述右夹持件安装于所述底座的右侧,所述仿形定位组件安装于所述固定座,所述转轴套装于所述仿形定位组件;
    每一所述夹持组件皆包括手动肘夹(501)、支撑块(502)、导柱(503)和夹持块(504),所述支撑块安装于所述底座,所述导柱穿过所述支撑块的上部,且其一端与所述手动肘夹连接,另一端与所述夹持块连接,通过手动肘夹驱动所述夹持块向中间靠拢将所述转轴定位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴焊接用夹具,其特征在于:所述仿形定位组件包括定位柱(401)和设于所述定位柱外周的定位套(402),所述定位套套于所述定位柱之后插入所述固定座设有的定位孔(301),所述定位柱的上端高出于所述定位套的上表面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转轴焊接用夹具,其特征在于:所述定位孔为从所述固定座的上表面延伸至下表面的通孔,所述定位组件插入所述定位孔后,所述底座对所述定位组件形成下限位。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴焊接用夹具,其特征在于:所述夹持块为玻璃纤维块。
