本实用新型属于焊接治具技术领域,尤其涉及到一种转轴焊接用气动夹具。
背景技术
笔记本电脑转轴包括转轴腔和设于转轴壳的内壁面的挡片,产品试产阶段是采用实心的铝合金经CNC加工,将其加工成所需的尺寸和形状,此方式加工时间长,效率低,且浪费材料,只是适合打样阶段生产少量的样品。
因此,本领域技术人员考虑,采用铝挤转轴和挡片焊接的方式加工上述产品,因此,就需要研究一款专门的装夹治具,以实现焊接过程中的转轴壳和挡片的定位。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种转轴焊接用气动夹具,结构精简,通过左、右夹持组件自动夹紧转轴实现定位,使得产品在焊接过程中始终贴紧于定位组件,焊接高温也不会使得挡片变形,保证挡片表面的平整度,提高焊接质量和产品的加工速度。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:
本实用新型提供了一种转轴焊接用气动夹具,所述转轴包括一中空的转轴腔和焊接于所述转轴腔的挡片,所述夹具包括底座、固定座、夹持组件和与所述转轴相匹配的仿形定位组件,所述夹持组件设有两组且分别为左夹持组件和右夹持组件,所述固定座安装于所述底座的上方,所述左夹持件安装于所述底座的左侧,所述右夹持件安装于所述底座的右侧,所述仿形定位组件安装于所述固定座,所述转轴套装于所述仿形定位组件;
每一所述夹持组件皆包括气缸和夹持块,所述气缸与所述夹持块连接,通过气缸驱动所述夹持块向中间靠拢将所述转轴夹紧定位。

每一所述夹持组件皆包括气缸501和夹持块502,所述气缸与所述夹持块连接,通过气缸驱动所述夹持块向中间靠拢将所述转轴夹紧定位。
所述气缸501包括外壳5011、推杆5012和复位弹簧(图未示意),定义推杆伸出的一端为前,所述外壳设有进气孔5013,所述推杆的中间位置具有凸起部,所述凸起部设有凹槽50121,所述凹槽套有密封圈(图未示意),所述密封圈与所述壳体的后部之间形成密封腔,所述推杆的前部设有所述复位弹簧。此气缸尺寸小,占用空间小,适合用于转轴的焊接治具。

使用时,未启动气缸时,夹持块远离定位组件,将挡片放置于定位套,将转轴腔放置于定位套的外周,然后启动气缸,通过气缸驱动夹持块向中间靠拢将转轴定位,进而实现转轴腔与挡片的焊接;通过左、右夹持组件,使得产品在焊接过程中始终贴紧于定位组件,焊接高温也不会使得挡片变形,保证挡片表面的平整度,提高焊接质量和产品的加工速度;焊接结束后,在复位弹簧的作用下,推动推杆后退从而带动夹持块后移将转轴松开;
夹持块可以为玻璃纤维块,既能起到夹紧定位的作用,又不会划伤产品的表面;
仿形定位夹持组件设有两组,且转轴腔放置于所述定位组件后,两转轴腔的开口相对,此结构,使得在焊接完转轴腔和挡片的一面后,将两转轴对调即可实现转轴与挡片的另一面的焊接,方便、快捷,提高焊接效率。
