또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 장착부는 슬라이더와 고정부를 포함하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 슬라이더에 대해 전면 장신구를 슬라이딩 방식으로 인입출시키면서 장착시키거나 탈거시킬 수 있어 전면 장신구의 탈거 및 장착이 쉽고 빠르게 이루어질 수 있고, 이와 더불어 옷핀 등을 이용하여 장착하는 기술에 비해 전면 장신구의 장착이 완료될 경우 좌우
회전되거나 좌우 요동 없이 고정된 상태로 그 위치를 그대로 유지할 수 있어, 가방 몸체와의 일체감을 줄 수 있는 등 가방에 대한 디자인 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 고정부는, 전면 개구, 통과공, 삽입 부재, 그리고 고정 부재를 포함하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 슬라이더를 가방 몸체의 전면에 붙박이(built-in)된 상태로 고정할 수 있어, 슬라이더 및 이에 장착되는 전면 장신구에 대해 가방 몸체와 일체감을 줄 수 있는 등 가방에 대한 디자인 효과를 더 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 가방 몸체는 겉감과 안감을 포함하고, 삽입 부재는 그 중심부가 통과공을 관통하여 안감과 겉감 사이에 구비되고, 고정 부재는 삽입 부재의 양단부를 겉감에 고정하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 슬라이더 및 이에 장착되는 전면 장신구의 하중에 의해 삽입 부재가 당겨지더라도 그 당겨지는 힘이 내구성이 상대적으로 강한 겉감에 대부분 미치는 구조여서, 슬라이더의 견고한 결합 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 전면 개구의 상단은 가방 몸체의 상단까지 형성되어 외부에 노출되는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 가방 몸체의 상단으로부터 상하 방향으로 슬라이더에 전면 장신구를 인입시켜 장착할 수 있어, 즉, 전면 장신구가 그 하중 방향으로 슬라이더에 인입되는 구조여서 사용자가 가방을 들고 다니는 중에 전면 장신구가 슬라이더로부터 인출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 슬라이더는 배면 대향 부재와 레일을 포함하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 전면 장신구를 교체하기 위해 전면 장신구를 슬라이더로부터 탈거하더라도 배면 대향 부재가 전면 개구를 덮고 있는 구조여서, 전면 장신구를 교체하는 동안 가방 몸체의 수용부에 수용된 개인적인 비밀 물품들이 전면 개구를 통해 외부에 노출되거나 외부로 빠지는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 레일을 통해 전면 장신구가 좌우 요동이나 좌우 회전 없이 원활하게 슬라이딩될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 슬라이더는 배면 대향 부재의 하단부에 가방 몸체의 수용부를 향해 돌출되게 구비되며 걸림 돌부를 더 포함하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 가방 몸체의 수용부에 수용된 물품들이 걸림 돌부를 누를 수 있어, 전면 장신구를 교체하기 위해 사용자가 전면 장신구를 슬라이더로부터 위로 인출시키는 과정에서 슬라이더가 위로 함께 딸려 올라가는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 전면 장신구는, 장신구 몸체, 장식, 그리고 인입출 돌기를 포함하는 기술구성을 제공하므로, 슬라이더에 전면 장신구의 장착이 완료될 경우 슬라이더의 레일에 인입출 돌기가 계합되고 슬라이더의 배면 대향 부재에 장신구 몸체가 밀착되면서 전면 장신구가 좌우 회전되거나 좌우 요동 없이 고정된 상태로 그 위치를 그대로 유지할 수 있어 가방 몸체와의 일체감을 줄 수 있는 등 가방에 대한 디자인 효과를 향상시킬 수 있고, 글, 그림 또는 입체물 등의 장식을 통해 가방 몸체의 전면을 장식할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전면 장신구 교체형 가방을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이고, 도 2a는 도 1의 전면 장신구 교체형 가방을 II-II 선으로 잘라 본 단면도이며, 그리고 도 2b는 도 1의 전면 장신구 교체형 가방을 III-III 선으로 잘라 본 단면도이다. 도 3은 도 1의 전면 장신구 교체형 가방 중 장착부의 슬라이더를 개략으로 나타낸 도면이고, 도 4는 도 1의 전면 장신구 교체형 가방 중 전면 장신구를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 도 1의 전면 장신구 교체형 가방의 장착부에 전면 장신구가 장착된 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이고, 도 6은 도 5의 전면 장신구가 장착부로부터 인출되어 탈거되고 있는 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다. 도 7은 도 1의 전면 장신구 교체형 가방을 개략적으로 나타낸 종단면도이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전면 장신구 교체형 가방(100)은, 도 1 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 가방 몸체(110)와, 장착부(120)와, 그리고 전면 장신구(130)를 포함한다. 이하, 도 1 내지 도 7을 계속 참조하여, 각 구성요소에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
가방 몸체(110)는, 본 발명의 전면 장신구 교체형 가방(100)의 몸체를 이루는 구성요소이다. 이러한 가방 몸체(110)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와, 물건을 넣기 위한 수용부(111)와 손잡이(112)를 가질 수 있다.
나아가, 가방 몸체(110)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 상대적으로 넓은 면적의 전면(110a)과, 상대적으로 좁은 면적의 측면(110b)을 가질 수 있다. 또한, 가방 몸체(110)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 손잡이(112)가 달린 토트백 타입(tote bag type)을 가질 수도 있고, 다른 예로 도시되지는 않았지만 어깨끈이 달린 숄더백 타입(shoulder bag type)을 가질 수도 있고, 도 다른 예로 도시되지는 않았지만 손잡이나 어깨끈이 없는 클러치백 타입(clutch bag type)을 가질 수도 있다. 나아가, 토트백 타입의 가방 몸체(110)도 사용처에 따라 캔버스용 가방, 운동용 가방, 여행용 가방 등의 가방 몸체로 매우 다양하게 사용되므로, 가방 몸체(110)의 형상은 첨부된 도면에 나타난 형상에 한정되지 않을 것이다.
또한, 가방 몸체(110)는, 일 예로 도 1 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 바닥면이 있는 타입을 가질 수도 있고, 다른 예로 도시되지는 않았지만 바닥면이 없는 타입을 가질 수도 있다.
또한, 가방 몸체(110)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 외면을 이루는 겉감과, 겉감의 내면에 고정되는 안감을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 안감은 박음질이나 접착제 등으로 겉감에 고정될 수 있다.
장착부(120)는, 전면 장신구(130)를 착탈 가능하게 연결하기 위한 구성요소이다. 이러한 장착부(120)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 가방 몸체(110)의 전면(110a)에 구비될 수 있다. 따라서, 가방 몸체(110)의 측면(110b)에 비해 상대적으로 면적이 넓어 외부에 노출이 가장 많이 되는 전면(110a)에 대해 이러한 장착부(120)가 구비될 수 있어, 이에 장착되는 전면 장신구(130)에 대해 외부 시선이 보다 집중되면서 장식 효과를 높일 수 있다. 장착부(120)에 대한 보다 상세한 내용은 후술하기로 한다.
전면 장신구(130)는, 본 발명의 가방(100)을 보다 화려하고 돋보이게 하기 위한 구성요소이다. 이러한 전면 장신구(130)는, 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 장착부(120)에 착탈 가능하게 구비될 수 있다. 전면 장신구(130)에 대한 보다 상세한 내용은 후술하기로 한다.
따라서, 이와 같은 구성요소들이 제공되므로, 가방 몸체(110)의 측면(110b)에 비해 상대적으로 면적이 넓어 외부에 노출이 가장 많이 되는 전면(110a)에 대해 이러한 전면 장신구(130)가 구비될 뿐만 아니라 착탈을 통해 여러 가지의 느낌의 전면 장신구(130), 즉 다른 모양 또는 다른 색상 등의 전면 장신구(130)로 변경시킬 수 있어, 개성이 중요시되는 현 사회에서 가방에 대한 개성 추구가 가능할 수 있다. 나아가, 전면 장신구(130)를 탈거한 후 새 것으로 교환하여 장착할 수 있어, 전면 장신구(130)를 통해 가방(100)의 전면(110a)을 청결한 상태 또는 신규한 상태로 유지할 수 있다.
이하, 도 1 내지 도 3, 도 5, 도 6을 계속 참조하여, 장착부(120)에 대해 보다 상세히 설명한다.
장착부(120)는, 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 슬라이더(S20)와 고정부(F20)를 포함할 수 있다. 슬라이더(S20)는 가방 몸체(110)의 전면(110a)에 구비될 수 있으며 전면 장신구(130)가 이에 미끄러지면서 인입출될 수 있다. 고정부(F20)는 슬라이더(S20)를 가방 몸체(110)의 전면(110a)에 고정할 수 있다.
따라서, 슬라이더(S20)에 대해 전면 장신구(130)를 슬라이딩 방식으로 인입출시키면서 장착시키거나 탈거시킬 수 있어 전면 장신구(130)의 탈거 및 장착이 쉽고 빠르게 이루어질 수 있고, 이와 더불어 옷핀 등을 이용하여 장착하는 기술에 비해 전면 장신구(130)의 장착이 완료될 경우 좌우 회전되거나 좌우 요동 없이 고정된 상태로 그 위치를 그대로 유지할 수 있어, 가방 몸체(110)와의 일체감을 줄 수 있는 등 가방(100)에 대한 디자인 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다(도 5 참조).
나아가, 고정부(F20)는, 도 2a 및 도 2b에 도시된 바와 같이, 전면 개구(F21), 통과공(F22), 삽입 부재(F23), 그리고 고정 부재(F24)를 포함할 수 있다. 전면 개구(F21)는 가방 몸체(110)의 전면(110a)에 형성될 수 있으며 슬라이더(S20)에 의해 덮일 수 있고, 통과공(F22)은 슬라이더(S20)의 가장자리부에 관통되게 형성될 있다. 삽입 부재(F23)는 통과공(F22)에 통과되도록 가방 몸체(110)의 내면에 그 선단부가 구비될 수 있고, 고정 부재(F24)는 삽입 부재(F23)가 통과공(F22)에 삽입되면 삽입 부재(F23)의 말단부를 가방 몸체(110)의 내면에 고정할 수 있다.
따라서, 슬라이더(S20)를 전면 개구(F21)를 통해 가방 몸체(110)의 전면(110a)에 붙박이(built-in)된 상태로 고정할 수 있어, 슬라이더(S20) 및 이에 장착되는 전면 장신구(130)에 대해 가방 몸체(110)와 일체감을 줄 수 있는 등 가방(100)에 대한 디자인 효과를 더 향상시킬 수 있다. 한편, 고정 부재(F24)로는 삽입 부재(F23)의 말단부를 가방 몸체(110)의 내면에 박음질로 고정할 수 있는 실 등이 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 통과공(F22)은 간격을 두고 복수개 구비될 수 있고, 삽입 부재(F23) 또한 이에 상응하는 수로 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 가방 몸체(110)가 겉감(113)과 안감(114)을 포함할 경우, 삽입 부재(F23)는 그 중심부가 통과공(F22)을 관통하여 안감(114)과 겉감(113) 사이에 구비될 수 있고, 고정 부재(F24)는 삽입 부재(F23)의 양단부를 겉감(113)에 고정할 수 있다.
따라서, 슬라이더(S20) 및 이에 장착되는 전면 장신구(130)의 하중에 의해 삽입 부재(F23)가 당겨지더라도 그 당겨지는 힘이 내구성이 상대적으로 강한 겉감(114)에 대부분 미치는 구조여서 슬라이더(S20)의 견고한 결합 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 도 1, 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 전면 개구(F21)의 상단은, 가방 몸체(110)의 상단까지 형성되어 외부에 노출될 수 있다. 따라서, 가방 몸체(110)의 상단으로부터 상하 방향으로 슬라이더(S20)에 전면 장신구(130)를 인입시켜 장착할 수 있어, 즉, 전면 장신구(130)가 그 하중 방향으로 슬라이더(S20)에 인입되는 구조여서 사용자가 가방(100)을 들고 다니는 중에 전면 장신구(130)가 슬라이더(S20)로부터 인출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 슬라이더(S20)는, 도 2a 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 배면 대향 부재(S21)와 레일(S22)을 포함할 수 있다. 배면 대향 부재(S21)는 전면 장신구(130)의 배면에 대향하며 전면 장신구(130)의 배면을 지지할 수 있고 판 형상을 가질 수 있다. 레일(S22)은, 배면 대향 부재(S21)의 좌측과 우측 가장지리 각각에 구비될 수 있으며, 전면 장신구(130)의 좌측 및 우측 가장자리 각각을 상하 방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 안내할 수 있다.
따라서, 전면 장신구(130)를 교체하기 위해 전면 장신구(130)를 슬라이더(S20)로부터 탈거하더라도 배면 대향 부재(S21)가 전면 개구(F21)를 덮고 있는 구조여서, 전면 장신구(130)를 교체하는 동안 가방 몸체(110)의 수용부(111)에 수용된 개인적인 비밀 물품들이 전면 개구(F21)를 통해 외부에 노출되거나 외부로 빠지는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 레일(S22)을 통해 전면 장신구(130)가 좌우 요동이나 좌우 회전 없이 원활하게 슬라이딩될 수 있다.
또한, 도 2a 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 레일(S22)은 전면 장신구(130)의 좌측 및 우측 가장자리 각각이 상하 방향으로 슬라이딩되도록 끼워지는 안내홈(S22a)을 가질 수 있고, 통과공(F22)은 슬라이더(S20)의 가장자리에 형성되되 안내홈(S22a)과 이격되어 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 통과공(F22)과 안내홈(S22a)이 서로 구조적으로 간섭되지 않아, 통과공(F22)에 삽입되는 삽입 부재(F23)와 안내홈(S22a)에 끼워지는 전면 장신구(130)의 가장자리부가 서로 겹치는 것을 막을 수 있다.
또한, 슬라이더(S20)는, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 걸림 돌부(S23)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 걸림 돌부(S23)는 배면 대향 부재(S21)의 하단부에 가방 몸체(110)의 수용부(111)를 향해 돌출되게 구비될 수 있다. 따라서, 가방 몸체(110)의 수용부(111)에 수용된 물품들(P10)이 걸림 돌부를 누를 수 있어, 전면 장신구(130)를 교체하기 위해 사용자가 전면 장신구(130)를 슬라이더(S20)로부터 위로 인출시키는 과정에서 슬라이더(S20)가 위로 함께 딸려 올라가는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 이러한 걸림 돌부(S23)는, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 배면 대향 부재(S21)의 하단으로 갈수록 점점 더 돌출된 경사진 형상을 가질 수 있다.
이하, 도 1, 도 2, 도 4 내지 도 6을 계속 참조하여, 전면 장신구(130)에 대해 보다 상세히 설명한다.
전면 장신구(130)는, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 장신구 몸체(131), 장식(132), 그리고 인입출 돌기(133)를 포함할 수 있다. 장신구 몸체(131)는 판 형상을 가질 수 있고 배면 대향 부재(S21)에 대향하는 배면을 가질 수 있다. 장식(132)은 장신구 몸체(131)의 전면에 구비될 수 있고, 인입출 돌기(133)는 장신구 몸체(131)의 좌측 및 우측 가장자리 각각에 돌출되게 구비될 수 있으며 레일(S22)의 안내홈(S22a)에 슬라이딩 가능하게 인입출될 수 있다. 여기서, 장식(132)은 글, 그림(도 5 참조) 또는 입체물 등의 장식일 수 있다.
따라서, 슬라이더(S20)에 전면 장신구(130)의 장착이 완료될 경우, 슬라이더(S20)의 레일(S22)에 인입출 돌기(133)가 계합되고 슬라이더(S20)의 배면 대향 부재(S21)에 장신구 몸체(131)가 밀착되면서 전면 장신구(130)가 좌우 회전되거나 좌우 요동 없이 고정된 상태로 그 위치를 그대로 유지할 수 있어 가방 몸체(110)와의 일체감을 줄 수 있는 등 가방(100)에 대한 디자인 효과를 향상시킬 수 있고, 글, 그림 또는 입체물 등의 장식(132)을 통해 가방 몸체(110)의 전면을 장식할 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 당업자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것이다.
본 발명은 전면 장신구를 교체할 수 있는 가방에 관한 것으로서 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전면 장신구 교체형 가방으로,
    수용부를 가지는 가방 몸체;
    상기 가방 몸체의 전면에 구비되는 장착부; 및
    상기 장착부에 착탈 가능하게 구비되는 전면 장신구;
    를 포함하는
    전면 장신구 교체형 가방.
  2. 제1항에서,
    상기 장착부는,
    상기 가방 몸체의 전면에 구비되며 상기 전면 장신구가 미끄러지면서 인입출되는 슬라이더; 및
    상기 슬라이더를 상기 가방 몸체의 전면에 고정하는 고정부;
    를 포함하는
    전면 장신구 교체형 가방.
  3. 슬라이더가 구비된 가방에 사용되기 위한 가방용 전면 장신구로,
    배면을 가지는 판 형상의 장신구 몸체;
    상기 장신구 몸체의 전면에 구비되는 장식; 및
    상기 장신구 몸체의 좌측 및 우측 가장자리 각각에 돌출되게 구비되며 상기 슬라이더에 슬라이딩 가능하게 인입출되기 위한 인입출 돌기;
    를 포함하는
    가방용 전면 장신구.
