예를 들어, 걸림부(120)는, 도 3 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 삽입 돌기(121)와 걸림 돌기(122)를 포함할 수 있다. 삽입 돌기(121)는 장신구(D10)에 돌출되게 구비될 수 있고, 걸림 돌기(122)는 삽입 돌기(121)의 말단부에 벤딩된 형태로 구비될 수 있다. 따라서, 후술할 잠금부(130)의 잠금 부재(133)가 삽입 돌기(121) 측으로 이동될 경우 벤딩(bending)된 걸림 돌기(122)가 잠금 부재(133)에 걸리는 방식으로 장신구(D10)를 록킹될 수 있다.
잠금부(130)는, 걸림부(120)와 함께 장신구(D10)를 록킹시키기 위한 구성요소이다. 이러한 잠금부(130)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 수용부(112)의 일부에 구비될 수 있으며, 도 3 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 장신구(D10)가 일면 개방부(111)에 놓인 상태에서 걸림부(120)를 고정하거나(도 3 참조) 그 고정을 해제할 수 있다(도 4 참조).
따라서, 이와 같은 구성요소들이 제공되므로, 장신구(D10)의 걸림부(120)가 베이스 부재(110)에 놓일 경우 잠금부(130)에 의해 고정되거나 그 고정이 해제될 수 있어, 이러한 착탈을 통해 여러 가지의 느낌의 장신구(D10), 즉 다른 모양 또는 다른 색상 등의 장신구(D10)로 변경시킬 수 있어, 개성이 중요시되는 현 사회에서 개성 추구가 가능할 수 있다. 나아가, 장신구(D10)를 탈거한 후 새 것으로 교환하여 장착할 수 있어, 장신구(D10)를 청결한 상태 또는 신규한 상태로 유지할 수 있다.
이하, 도 2 내지 도 4를 계속 참조하여, 잠금부(130)에 대해 보다 상세히 설명한다.
잠금부(130)는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 메인 슬리이딩홀(main sliding hole)(131), 메인 삽입홀(main insertion hole)(132), 잠금 부재(locking member)(133), 그리고 노브(knob)(134)를 포함할 수 있다. 메인 슬라이딩홀(131)은 베이스 부재(110)의 타면[일면 개방부(111)에 대향하는 면]에 형성될 수 있다. 메인 삽입홀(132)은, 베이스 부재(110)의 타면에 형성될 수 있고, 메인 슬라이딩홀(131)과 간격을 두고 형성될 수 있으며, 그리고 이에 걸림 돌기(122)가 삽입될 수 있다. 잠금 부재(133)는, 수용부(112)의 일부에 수용될 수 있고, 좌우 슬라이딩 가능하게 구비될 수 있으며, 그리고 메인 삽입홀(132)에 삽입된 걸림 돌기(122)가 빠지지 않도록 걸림 돌기(122)를 선택적으로 록킹할(잠글) 수 있다. 노브(134)는, 베이스 부재(110)의 외면에 그 일단부가 노출될 수 있고 그 타단부가 메인 슬라이딩홀(131)을 통해 잠금 부재(133)에 고정될 수 있으며, 사용자가 이를 잡고 잠금 부재(133)를 좌우 이동시킬 수 있다.
따라서, 장신구(D10)가 장착되는 과정을 살펴보면, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자가 장신구(D10)를 일면 개방부(111)에 놓은 상태에서 일면 개방부(111)를 향해 장신구(D10)를 가압할 경우, 장신구(D10)의 걸림 돌기(122)가 메인 삽입홀(132)에 삽입됨과 더불어 걸림 돌기(122)가 잠금 부재(133)에 의해 록킹되도록 잠금 부재(133)가 삽입 돌기(121)를 향하도록 슬라이딩 되면서 장신구(D10)가 장착될 수 있다. 또한, 장신구(D10)가 탈거되는 과정을 살펴보면, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자가 노브(134)를 잡고 잠금 부재(133)를 삽입 돌기(121)에서 멀어지는 방향으로 슬라이딩 시키면서 걸림 돌기(122)가 잠금 부재(133)로부터 해제되면서 장신구(D10)가 탈거될 수 있다.
이와 더불어, 잠금부(130)는, 도 3 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 탄성체(135)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 탄성체(135)는. 잠금 부재(133)와 베이스 부재(110)의 내부의 측면 사이에 구비될 수 있으며 잠금 부재(133)에 잠기는 방향으로 탄성력을 가할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 탄성체(135)로는 코일 스프링 등이 사용될 수 있다. 따라서, 탄성체(135)의 탄성력 보다 큰 외력을 노브(134)에 가하지 않는 이상, 탄성력에 의해 잠금 부재(133)의 록킹 상태는 지속적으로 유지될 수 있다.
또한, 잠금부(130)는, 도 2 및 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 빠짐 방지부(136)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 빠짐 방지부(136)는 잠금 부재(133)를 수용부(112)에 빠지지 않게 구속시킬 수 있다.
예를 들어, 빠짐 방지부(136)는, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 고정 브라켓(136a)과 이탈 방지 커버(136b)를 포함할 수 있다. 고정 브라켓(136a)은, 잠금 부재(133)와 베이스 부재(110)의 타면 사이에 구비될 수 있고, 베이스 부재(110)의 타면에 접착제 등으로 고정될 수 있으며, 그리고 노브(134)의 이동과 걸림부(120)의 삽입이 방해되지 않도록 메인 슬라이딩홀(131)과 메인 삽입홀(132)을 노출시키는 홀 노출부(L10)를 가질 수 있다. 이탈 방지 커버(136b)는, 고정 브라켓(136a)에 착탈 가능하게 고정될 수 있고, 수용부(112)의 일부에 수용된 잠금 부재(133)를 덮을 수 있으며, 그리고 걸림부(120)의 삽입이 방해되지 않도록 메인 삽입홀(132)에 상응하는 보조 삽입부(P10)를 가질 수 있다. 따라서, 잠금 부재(133)는 고정 브라켓(136a)과 이탈 방지 커버(136b) 사이에 빠지지 않게 구속될 수 있다.
또한, 이탈 방지 커버(136b)는, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 체결부(C30)를 통해 고정 브라켓(136a)에 고정될 수 있다. 체결부(C30)는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 너트공(C31), 통과공(C32), 그리고 체결 볼트(C33)를 포함할 수 있다. 너트공(C31)은 고정 브라켓(136a)에 형성될 수 있고, 통과공(C32)은 너트공(C31)에 상응하도록 이탈 방지 커버(136b)에 형성될 수 있으며, 그리고 체결 볼트(C33)는 통과공(C32)을 통해 삽입되며 너트공(C31)에 나사 체결될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 장신구 착탈 장치(100)를 통해 착탈되는 장신구(D10)는, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 장식 부재(D11)와 제2 장식 부재(D12)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 장식 부재(D11)는 수용부(112)의 타부에 구비될 수 있고, 제2 장식 부재(D12)는 걸림부(120)를 가지고 제1 장식 부재(D11) 위에 놓일 수 있으며 제1 장식 부재(D11)의 일부를 외부에 노출시킬 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 장식 부재(D12)에는 다양한 형상(예를 들면, 나비 등의 형상)의 노출공(T10)을 가질 수 있으며, 이를 통해 제1 장식 부재(D11)의 일부가 그 형상으로 외부에 노출될 수 있다. 나아가, 제1 장식 부재(D11)는 섬유 재질로 이루어질 수 있고, 제2 장식 부재(D12)는 금속 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
이하, 도 5를 참조하여, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 가방(200)에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
도 5는 도 1의 장신구 착탈 장치가 가방에 구비된 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 가방(200)은, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 가방 몸체(210)와, 이의 외면에 구비되는 상술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 장신구 착탈 장치(100)를 포함할 수 있다. 특히, 베이스 부재(110)는 가방 몸체(210)의 외면에 구비될 수 있다.
따라서, 착탈을 통해 여러 가지의 느낌의 장신구(D10), 즉 다른 모양 또는 다른 색상 등의 장신구(D10)로 변경할 수 있어, 개성이 중요시되는 현 사회에서 가방(200)에 대한 개성 추구가 가능할 수 있다. 나아가, 장신구(D10)를 탈거한 후 새 것으로 교환하여 장착할 수 있어, 장신구(D10)를 통해 가방(200)을 대체적으로 청결한 상태 또는 신규한 상태로 유지할 수 있다.
가방 몸체(210)는, 본 발명의 가방(200)의 몸체를 이루는 구성요소이다. 이러한 가방 몸체(210)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와, 물건을 넣기 위한 상부 개방부(211)와 물건 수납부(미도시)를 가질 수 있다.
나아가, 가방 몸체(210)는, 일 예로 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 손잡이(213)가 달린 토트백 타입(tote bag type)을 가질 수도 있고, 다른 예로 도시되지는 않았지만 어깨끈이 달린 숄더백 타입(shoulder bag type)을 가질 수도 있고, 또 다른 예로 도시되지는 않았지만 손잡이나 어깨끈이 없는 클러치백 타입(clutch bag type)을 가질 수도 있다. 나아가, 토트백 타입의 가방 몸체(210)도 사용처에 따라 캔버스용 가방, 운동용 가방, 여행용 가방 등의 가방 몸체로 매우 다양하게 사용되므로, 가방 몸체(210)의 형상은 첨부된 도면에 나타난 형상에 한정되지 않을 것이다. 또한, 가방 몸체(210)는, 일 예로 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 바닥면이 있는 타입을 가질 수도 있고, 다른 예로 도시되지는 않았지만 바닥면이 없는 타입을 가질 수도 있다.
또한, 베이스 부재(110)는, 도 1 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 연결 브라켓(B10)과 힌지(H10)를 통해 가방 몸체(210)의 외면에 회전 가능하게 구비될 수 있다. 따라서, 상술한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 장신구 착탈 장치(100)는 플랩(flap)(240) 등을 착탈시키기 위한 용도로 사용될 수도 있을 것이다. 참고로, 플랩(240)은 가방 몸체(210)의 상부 개방부(211)의 벌어짐을 방지하기 위한 용도 등으로 사용된다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 당업자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것이다.
본 발명은 가방에 관한 것으로서 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 장신구를 교체 가능하게 하기 위한 장신구 착탈 장치로,
    일면 개방부와 수용부를 가지는 베이스 부재;
    상기 장신구에 돌출되게 구비되는 걸림부; 및
    상기 수용부의 일부에 구비되며 상기 장신구가 상기 일면 개방부에 놓인 상태에서 상기 걸림부를 고정하거나 그 고정을 해제하는 잠금부;
    를 포함하는
    장신구 착탈 장치.
  2. 제1항에서,
    상기 잠금부는,
    상기 베이스 부재의 타면에 형성되는 메인 슬라이딩홀;
    상기 베이스 부재의 타면에 형성되고 상기 메인 슬라이딩홀과 간격을 두고 형성되며 상기 걸림부가 삽입되는 메인 삽입홀;
    상기 수용부의 일부에 수용되고 좌우 슬라이딩 가능하게 구비되며 상기 메인 삽입홀에 삽입된 상기 걸림부가 빠지지 않도록 상기 걸림부를 선택적으로 잠그는 잠금 부재; 및
    상기 베이스 부재의 외면에 일단부가 노출되고 타단부가 상기 메인 슬라이딩홀을 통해 상기 잠금 부재에 고정되며 상기 잠금 부재를 좌우 이동시키는 노브;
    를 포함하는
    장신구 착탈 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항의 장신구 착탈 장치를 포함하는 가방으로,
    가방 몸체를 포함하고,
    상기 베이스 부재는
    상기 가방 몸체의 외면에 구비되는
    가방.
