Description

신발용 악세서리
본 고안은 신발용 악세서리에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 신발의 끈에 착탈이 가능한 악세서리를 끼움결합 시켜 신발의 디자인에 대한 사용자의 독톡한 디자인을 추구하는 욕구를 충족시키도록 하는 신발용 악세서리에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 신발은 사람들이 걷기 위해 필수적으로 사용되는 것으로, 발을 보호하는 기능과 미끄러지는 것을 방지하는 기능 등이 있는 도구이다.
신발들 중에서 운동화의 경우, 끈이나 벨크로 파스너를 이용하여 보행 중에 발이 신발로부터 빠지지 않도록 한다.
근래 들어 신발은 발의 보호 및 기능 향상의 면을 넘어 사용자의 요구 및 용도가 다양해지면서 여러 가지의 신발이 출시되고 있다.
이를테면, 활동 시 보행용으로 많이 착용하는 단화, 각종 운동을 목적으로 사용하는 운동화, 자신만의 개성을 연출하기 위한 패션화 등에 이르기까지 오늘날 신발은 매우 다양한 형태로 개발 및 출시되고 있는 것이 현실이다.
그러나, 새로운 신발을 구매하고자 할 때에 사용자에게 있어서 경제적인 부담이될 뿐만 아니라 착용하지 않는 동안 대개 신발장에서 오랫동안 보관 및 방치됨으로 낡아서 품질이 저하되는 경우 또는 흙길이 있는 공원과 비포장도로 등을 보행하면 더러워져 세탁으로 인해 신발의 수명이 단축되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 최근의 사용자들은 신발의 디자인에 많은 부분 신경을 씀으로 신발의 디자인이 식상하게 되면 신발을 방치하거나 버리는 등의 문제점도 있다.

본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 신발의 끈에 착탈이 가능한 악세서리를 끼움결합 시켜 신발의 디자인에 대한 사용자의 독톡한 디자인을 추구하는 욕구를 충족시키도록 하는 새로운 구조의 신발용 악세서리에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위하여
신발끈에 악세서리를 착탈하는 신발용 악세서리에 있어서,
다양한 모양과 무늬로 형성되는 장식부 및
상기 신발끈에 끼워지도록 상기 장식부의 후면으로부터 돌출된 착탈부를 포함하고,
상기 착탈부는 상기 신발끈에 끼워짐으로써, 상기 장식부가 신발의 발등부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 악세서리를 제공한다.
또한, 신발끈에 악세서리를 착탈하는 신발용 악세서리에 있어서,
다양한 모양과 무늬로 형성되는 장식부,
상기 신발끈에 상기 장식부가 착탈 가능하게 체결되도록 상기 장식부의 후면에 형성되는 플레이트와 상기 플레이트의 양단을 따라 단차를 이루며 돌출되는 돌기부로 이루어진 착탈부 및
상기 신발끈에 일측이 끼워지며, 타측이 상기 착탈부와 결합되는 체결부를 포함하는 신발용 악세서리를 제공한다.
본 고안의 실시예에 따른 신발용 악세서리에 있어서, 상기 체결부는 신발의 발등부에 위치하는 판형상의 바디부, 상기 바디부의 후면으로부터 돌출되어 상기 신발끈이 삽입되는 결합구, 상기 바디부의 전면에 서로 이격되어 한 쌍으로 배치되며, 내부에 홈이 형성되고 하부에 스토퍼가 형성되어 상기 돌기부가 상기 홈으로 슬라이딩 결합되는 가이드부 및 상기 바디부의 전면 양측에 한 쌍으로 구비되어 상기 돌기부의 상단을 개방 또는 폐쇄시키는 홀더부를 포함하고, 상기 가이드부에 상기 돌출부가 슬라이딩 결합되는 경우, 상기 플레이트가 상기 스토퍼에 안착되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
본 고안의 실시예에 따른 신발용 악세서리에 있어서, 상기 홀더부는 막대형상으로 이루어지며 하단부를 파지할 수 있도록 그립부가 형성되는 메인바디부, 상기 메인바디부의 상단부에서 일방향으로 절곡되는 후크부 및 상기 그립부의 일측 및 상기 가이드부의 양측에 축 결합되어 상기 메인바디부를 회전시키는 회전부를 포함할 수 있다.
본 고안에 따른 신발용 악세서리는 신발끈에 장식부를 착탈이 가능하여 다양한 형상의 악세서리를 신발에 부착할 수 있는 효과를 가질 수 있다.
또한, 장식부의 후면에 형성된 착탈부와 신발끈에 결합된 체결부가 서로 착탈이 용이하여 신발에 간편하게 악세서리를 부착시킬 수 있는 효과를 가질 수 있다.
또한, 홀더부를 통해 착탈부와 체결부가 결합되는 경우, 스포츠와 같은 격한 운동을 하더라도 장식부가 신발로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 효과를 가질 수 있다.

도 3 및 도 5를 참조하면, 가이드부(330)는 바디부(310)의 전면에 서로 이격되어 한 쌍으로 배치되며, 내부에 홈이 형성되고 하부에 스토퍼(331)가 형성되어 돌기부(220)가 홈으로 슬라이딩 결합되게 해준다. 즉, 가이드부(330)는 반디부(310)의 전면에 길이방향으로 연장된 형상으로, 서로 일정거리로 이격되어 한 쌍의 배치된다. 그리고 돌기부(220)와 대응하는 형상으로 홈이 형성되어, 가이드부(300)에 돌기부(220)가 슬라이딩 결합되는 경우, 플레이트(210)가 스토퍼(331)에 안착됨으로써, 장식부(100')의 후면에 형성된 착탈부(200')가 체결부(300)에 결합되는 것이 가능하다.
홀더부(340)는 가이드부(330)의 일측에 각각 구비되어 돌기부(220)의 상단을 개방 또는 폐쇄시키는 역할을 한다. 이를 위해, 홀더부(340)는 메인바디부(341), 그립부(342), 후크부(343) 및 회전부(344)를 포함하고, 그립부(342)의 일측 및 가이드부(330)의 양측에 축 결합되어 메인바디부(341)를 회전시키도록 한다.
메인바디부(341)는 막대형상으로 이루어지며 하단부를 파지할 수 있도록 그립부(342)가 형성된다.
후크부(343)는 메인바디부(341)의 상단부에서 일방향으로 절곡되어 형성된다. 즉, 후크부(343)는 한 쌍으로 이루어지며 메인바디부(341)의 상단부에서 서로 마주보도록 절곡되어 형성된다.
회전부(344)는 그립부(342)의 일측 및 가이드부(330)의 양측에 축 결합되어 메인바디부(341)를 회전시킨다.
도 4 및 도 5를 참조하면, 회전부(344)는 메인바디부(341)를 회전시킴에 따라, 메인바디부(341)의 상단부에 형성된 후크부(343)가 메인바디부(341)를 따라 회전한다. 이와 같이, 회전부(344)에 위해 회전한 이후, 장식부(100')를 체결부(300)에 결합시키기 위해 돌출부(220)를 가이드부(330)에 결합시킨다. 그리고 파지하고 있던 그립부(342)를 해제하면, 메인바디부(341)는 축을 중심으로 원래 위치로 회전한다. 이때, 후크부(343)는 돌기부(220)를 폐쇄하여 착탈부(200')가 체결부(300)로부터 이탈되거나 흔들리는 것을 방지한다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 고안의 상세한 설명에서는 본 고안의 바람직한 실시 예에 관해서 설명하였으나, 이는 본 고안의 가장 양호한 실시 예를 예시적으로 설명한 것이지 본 고안을 한정하는 것은 아니다. 또한, 본 고안이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구나 본 고안의 기술사상의 범주를 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변형 및 모방이 가능함은 물론이다.
따라서, 본 고안의 권리범위는 상술한 실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니라 첨부된 특허청구범위 내에서 다양한 형태의 실시 예로 구현될 수 있다. 그리고 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자자라면 누구든지 변형 가능한 다양한 범위까지 본 고안의 청구범위 기재의 범위 내에 있는 것으로 본다.

Claims (4)

  1. 신발끈에 악세서리를 착탈하는 신발용 악세서리에 있어서,
    다양한 모양과 무늬로 형성되는 장식부; 및
    상기 신발끈에 끼워지도록 상기 장식부의 후면으로부터 돌출된 착탈부를 포함하고,
    상기 착탈부는 상기 신발끈에 끼워짐으로써, 상기 장식부가 신발의 발등부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    신발용 악세서리.
  2. 신발끈에 악세서리를 착탈하는 신발용 악세서리에 있어서,
    다양한 모양과 무늬로 형성되는 장식부;
    상기 신발끈에 상기 장식부가 착탈 가능하게 체결되도록 상기 장식부의 후면에 형성되는 플레이트와 상기 플레이트의 양단을 따라 단차를 이루며 돌출되는 돌기부로 이루어진 착탈부; 및
    상기 신발끈에 일측이 끼워지며, 타측이 상기 착탈부와 결합되는 체결부를 포함하는
    신발용 악세서리.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 체결부는
    신발의 발등부에 위치하는 판형상의 바디부;
    상기 바디부의 후면으로부터 돌출되어 상기 신발끈이 삽입되는 결합구;
    상기 바디부의 전면에 서로 이격되어 한 쌍으로 배치되며, 내부에 홈이 형성되고 하부에 스토퍼가 형성되어 상기 돌기부가 상기 홈으로 슬라이딩 결합되는 가이드부; 및
    상기 가이드부의 일측에 각각 구비되어 상기 돌기부의 상단을 개방 또는 폐쇄시키는 홀더부를 포함하고,
    상기 가이드부에 상기 돌출부가 슬라이딩 결합되는 경우, 상기 플레이트가 상기 스토퍼에 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는
    신발용 악세서리.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 홀더부는
    막대형상으로 이루어지며 하단부를 파지할 수 있도록 그립부가 형성되는 메인바디부;
    상기 메인바디부의 상단부에서 일방향으로 절곡되는 후크부; 및
    상기 그립부의 일측 및 상기 가이드부의 양측에 축 결합되어 상기 메인바디부를 회전시키는 회전부를 포함하는
    신발용 악세서리.
