11.当使用钢丝绳连接管筒时,将钢丝绳穿入管筒,将管筒深入输送带内段压扁成扁筒稳定链带边段,扁筒稳定链带边段与连接驱动链段分体连接或为一体式,扁筒稳定链带边段将扁筒内钢丝绳压卡在扁筒稳定链带边段内形成扁管稳定链带边器,扁管稳定链带边器设置在输送带的一侧或两侧,当两侧设置扁管稳定链带边器时,扁筒外钢丝绳横向设置在输送带内,扁筒外钢丝绳两端设有扁筒内钢丝绳或一端设有扁筒内钢丝绳,扁筒外钢丝绳两端的扁筒内钢丝绳分别设置在左扁管稳定链带边器和右扁管稳定链带边器内,左扁管稳定链带边器和右扁管稳定链带边器压卡拉紧钢丝绳,使扁管卡紧钢丝绳的同时降低了输送带的厚度,连接驱动链段与驱动链连接或连接驱动链段通过链连接输送带件与驱动链连接形成纬向管筒折弯件胶链带,链连接输送带件与连接驱动链段分体连接或为一体式,滚子链穿轴与连接驱动链段分体连接或为一体式,当滚子链穿轴与连接驱动链段为一体式时,滚子链穿轴穿连链滚筒、滚子链挡板形成纬向管筒折弯件胶链带,该发明增加了运输带的纬向强度,使用链条带动扁管结构运输带输送物料,改变了皮带无纬向抗拉抗撕裂件的缺陷,避免了用滚筒靠摩擦力驱动输送带运输物料,对运输带的张紧力的损坏,避免了因张紧力过大、皮带跑偏等造成皮带撕裂、断带等重大事故,提高了纬向管筒折弯件胶链带运输承载物料的强度,提高了使用价值、使用寿命,使纬向管筒折弯件胶链带易成槽,输料过程中不撒料、不跑偏、抗撕裂,效率高,环保性能高。
12.避免了因皮带伸缩量大,经常造成驱动滚筒与从动滚筒的位置需要调整配合,皮带张或紧后才能继续工作的缺陷,避免了因皮带过度拉紧断裂造成的严重停产事故,避免了因皮带张紧力过大在电机启动皮带旋转时导致电机烧坏等停产故障的发生,改变了皮带边缘无筋,受斜拉、受温度变化等影响,使皮带变形经常跑偏、撕裂、打滑、断裂的结构,避免了使用现场经常维修更换皮带造成的严重的人力物力浪费,提高了生产效率,减少了环境污染,改变了穿条式运输带由于穿条在运输带的中部穿过,故必须把运输带做得比较厚的结构,减轻了运输带的重量,降低了成本,不需要穿条式运输带必须采用特制模具及特殊生产工艺才能将横穿条铸造在胶带内的复杂制造,减少了制造的模具费用高、制造工艺复杂等成本,节约了材料、人工和时间,提高了制作效率,改变了用销轴穿接两个U型件连接输送带驱动链的复杂结构,将输送带与驱动链贴紧连接,避免了连接部结构复杂、体积大,连接结构占用空间大等问题,改变了输送带与驱动链连接处距离过大、部件繁杂的结构,减少了驱动链带动输送带输送物料的运行阻力,降低了制作成本、减少了易损件及维修量,提高了扣侧边胶链带的使用价值及使用寿命。
带侧边贴链胶链带还具备以下有益效果:
(1)避免了靠滑动摩擦驱动皮带远程运输,因超大拉力及重载,导致皮带崩裂,剧烈甩动的皮带将周围的设施、设备、电缆、水管严重损坏、停产等重大故障的发生。
(2)改变了皮带纬线两端无承拉结构,只有经线承拉,导致皮带整体强度差,使皮带易伸缩、跑偏、撕裂的不良结构,通过皮带两边钢性驱动链带动皮带运输,大大提高了皮带抗撕裂抗拉强度。
(3)由于该发明不是靠张紧力摩擦驱动,传输过程当中不存在超大张力,故不会出现因张紧力过大断带的问题,因此不需要电感应捕捉器,不会出现电感应器捕捉到断带信息后,断带信号传递给捕捉断带器,启动捕捉断带装置在传递信号后才启动捕捉器的时间差内,断带已将许多设施设备打坏,已造成人员伤亡等的重大事故。
(4)由于不需要张紧摩擦力驱动,驱动链连接输送带输送物料装置的运输带,在遇到低洼地时,运输带随洼地地形下垂,不会出现带面绷紧上飘的故障,避免了因皮带上飘造成的重大事故。
(5)当现场长距离运输时,可在驱动链下部加驱动齿轮驱动长带运输,改变了多部皮带机相互搭接转运,使多台皮带输送机增加了动力消耗及布置空间的不良结构,节约了井下硐室等设施投资;
(6)因是钢链驱动,运输带不会因热胀冷缩、强力拉等过度伸缩,因此可以不使用体积庞大结构复杂的储带装置,节约了成本,减少了维修量。
(7)因使用钢链驱动,本运输带不打滑、不跑偏、不断带,同样运输量可以将输送带做的比旧式皮带轻薄,将滚筒直径做小,减少了驱动电机功率消耗,降低了成本。
(8)因是驱动链扣齿轮传动,故本输送带不会出现皮带从滚筒一侧向另一侧位移跑偏,免去了皮带防跑偏装置的设置,从结构原理上确保了不跑偏、不打滑,降低了投资成本及对防跑偏的维修维护工作。
(9)改变了因皮带绷得特别紧,在强力转弯轮推动下,皮带只能转十几度弯,强行转弯易使皮带跑偏、侧翻、断裂的不良结构,因驱动链由齿轮驱动,驱动链不需大力张紧,因此链驱动输送带易转弯,适应能力强。
(10)避免了上下搭接的皮带输送机搭接转弯运输,搭接处占用空间大、安装复杂、维修量大、既费工费时又增加了成本的损耗。
(11)改变了穿条式运输带由于穿条在运输带的中部穿过,故必须把运输带做得比较厚的结 构,避免了穿条式运输带必须采用特制的模具及特殊的生产工艺才能将横穿条铸造在胶带内,制造模具费用高、制造工艺复杂,耗材、耗工、耗时量大,效率低的问题。
(12)避免了在输送带上设置输送带边沿凸出件与驱动链连接,输送带边沿凸出件结构复杂、制造成本高、制造难度大的问题,提高了制造效率、节约了制造成本。
(13)滚子链拐角板将输送带与驱动链牢固连接,驱动链驱动输料稳定性强不伸缩、不打滑、不跑偏。
(14)带边抗拉件与经纬网连接或带边抗拉件与纵向拉筋连接或带边抗拉件与横向拉筋连接,使运输带实现了经向纬向均设有抗拉结构,使本发明运输带抗撕裂能力强,抗拉强度大。
(15)环形链与输送带通过钉扣连接或通过螺钉连接或通过穿线连接或通过卡扣连接或通过粘贴连接或通过扣槽连接或通过销连接或通过铸胶连接或通过拉链连接或通过拉链拉锁连接或通过螺杆螺母连接,使环形链与输送带牢固连接,该变了环形链连接刮板,刮板通过滑动摩擦将托料板上的物料转运的结构,消除了滑动摩擦阻力对环形链的损伤,避免了刮板刮带回程料的不良结构,使环形链运输物料实现了不撒料、无滑动摩擦损伤,工作噪音小,输送效率高。
(16)扣滚子链板和滚子链拐角件分体连接或为一体式,滚子链拐角件与链连接输送带件分体连接或为一体式,滚子链拐角件与固定链节轴胶带分体连接或为一体式,滚子链拐角件设置在固定链节轴胶带上部或滚子链拐角件设置在固定链节轴胶带下部或滚子链拐角件设置在固定链节轴胶带中部,滚子链拐角件与固定链节轴胶带通过钉扣连接或通过螺钉连接或通过穿线连接或通过卡连接或通过粘贴连接或通过扣槽连接或通过销连接或通过铸胶连接或通过拉链连接或通过拉链拉锁连接或通过螺杆螺母连接,滚子链拐角件在驱动链拉动固定链节轴胶带运输物料时,防止链连接输送带件与链连接输送带件之间的皮带被撕裂变形,提高了运输带的结构强度。
(17)预设固定件上表面设有厚胶面,带面平整耐用,增大了舌板扣环形链件对固定链节轴胶带的提拉面积,防止了舌板扣环形链件对固定链节轴胶带带边的局部提拉损伤,提高了扣侧边胶链带的使用寿命。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带侧边贴链胶链带,其特征在于:穿链带件包括金属穿链带件或塑料穿链带件或陶瓷穿链带件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带侧边贴链胶链带,其特征在于:输送带设有放置侧边扣带件槽或槽孔,侧边扣带件槽内设置侧边扣带件或设置侧边扣带件与固定扣链轮轴件,侧边扣带件槽使带侧边贴链胶链带带面平整,侧边扣带件包括扣带槽凸或扣带板或扣带条,当使用扣带槽凸时,扣带槽凸卡在输送带上,当使用扣带板时,扣带板设置在输送带侧边的上侧或下侧或中部,当扣带板固定在输送带下部时,输送带的上表面为平面,当扣带板固定在输送带上部时,输送带的下表面为平面。
