工作原理:在使用时,该发明通过驱动电机2带动驱动管3转动,使得驱动管3通过活动槽5带动滑动杆6以驱动管3为转轴转动,且固定杆4通过支撑杆16和支撑架18固定在搅拌罐1的内壁,从而使得当滑动杆6带动驱动块7转动时,会使得驱动块7配合驱动槽8带动滑动杆6在活动槽5的内壁上下往复移动,从而使得滑动杆6在以驱动管3为转轴转动的同时上下往复移动,使得滑动杆6通过连接杆10带动固定板11以驱动管3为转轴转动的同时上下往复移动,且连接杆10通过固定板11和伸缩组件12带动毛刷固定板13和毛刷14以驱动管3为转轴转动的同时上下往复移动,通过伸缩组件12使得在驱动管3转动时,并在离心力的作用下会使得伸缩组件12拉长,并使得毛刷固定板13和毛刷14在转动时与搅拌罐1的内壁紧贴,从而使得毛刷14可以对搅拌罐1内壁进行清扫,且通过毛刷14在转动的同时并上下往复移动,使得可以通过毛刷14对搅拌罐1内壁清扫的更彻底,从而起到便于清理搅拌罐1内壁的目的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饲料生产线,包括搅拌罐(1),其特征在于:所述搅拌罐(1)的顶部固定连接有驱动电机(2),所述驱动电机(2)的输出轴贯穿并延伸至搅拌罐(1)的内部,所述驱动电机(2)输出轴的底部固定连接有驱动管(3),所述驱动管(3)的内壁活动设有固定杆(4),所述驱动管(3)的表面开设有活动槽(5),所述活动槽(5)的表面活动连接有滑动杆(6),所述滑动杆(6)靠近固定杆(4)的一端通过轴承转动连接有驱动块(7),所述固定杆(4)的表面开设有驱动槽(8),所述驱动槽(8)的内壁与驱动块(7)的表面滑动连接,所述滑动杆(6)远离驱动块(7)的一端固定连接有滑动块(9),所述滑动块(9)远离滑动杆(6)的一端固定连接有连接杆(10),所述连接杆(10)远离滑动块(9)的一端固定连接有固定板(11),所述固定板(11)远离连接杆(10)的一端固定设有伸缩组件(12),所述伸缩组件(12)远离固定板(11)的一端固定连接有毛刷固定板(13),所述毛刷固定板(13)远离伸缩组件(12)的一端固定连接有毛刷(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产线,其特征在于:所述驱动管(3)为内部中空结构,且活动槽(5)的内部与驱动管(3)的内部相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产线,其特征在于:所述搅拌罐(1)的底部固定连接有出料口(15),所述出料口(15)相对应搅拌罐(1)位置的内壁固定连接有支撑架(18),且支撑架(18)的顶部固定连接有支撑杆(16),所述支撑杆(16)固定连接在固定杆(4)的底部,所述搅拌罐(1)的顶部固定连接有进料口(17)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产线,其特征在于:所述活动槽(5)的数量为两个,且两个活动槽(5)关于驱动管(3)中点的竖直轴线为对称轴对称设置在活动槽(5)的表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产线,其特征在于:所述连接杆(10)的数量为四个,且每两个连接杆(10)为一组,每组两个所述连接杆(10)以滑动块(9)中点的水平轴线为对称轴对称设置在滑动块(9)和固定板(11)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产线,其特征在于:所述伸缩组件(12)包括活塞杆(1201),所述活塞杆(1201)固定连接在毛刷固定板(13)的一端,所述活塞杆(1201)远离毛刷固定板(13)的一端活动连接有活塞缸(1204),且活塞杆(1201)贯穿并延伸至活塞缸(1204)的内部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种饲料生产线,其特征在于:所述活塞缸(1204)的内壁活动连接有活塞(1202),所述活塞(1202)固定连接在活塞杆(1201)远离毛刷固定板(13)的一端,所述活塞(1202)的直径与活塞缸(1204)的内径相等。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种饲料生产线,其特征在于:所述活塞(1202)远离活塞杆(1201)的一端固定连接有阻尼弹簧(1203),且阻尼弹簧(1203)固定连接在活塞缸(1204)的内壁。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产线,其特征在于:所述固定杆(4)表面的顶部和底部均分别通过轴承转动连接在驱动管(3)的内壁。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料生产线,其特征在于:所述驱动槽(8)为弧形滑槽,且驱动槽(8)的大小与驱动块(7)的大小相等。
