Description

一种链条机链条导向结构 技术领域
本发明涉及链条机技术领域,尤其涉及一种链条机链条导向结构。
背景技术
链条机的导向结构由机架、托条和头架三部分组成,托条位于机架上端,链条压于托条上。托条对链条起到导向作用,同时与链条的链片侧壁相抵以限制链条的水平偏移。因此,托条的平直度以及稳定性对链条的精准运行起到重要作用。如申请号为201020598871.5,名称为一种链条输送机链条的上导轨安装结构的专利,其通过在导轨上设置上端收口的导轨安装槽,以限制上导轨的偏移。该导轨安装结构中上导轨需从导轨安装槽水平侧装入,二者之间存有间隙,上导轨在水平和竖直方向仍有一定幅值的偏移,影响链条工作过程中的直线性。
在现有技术中,对单个链条定位、导向已经十分困难,如果要对两条链条进行定位和导向就更加困难,目前市场上还没有十分有效的技术手段对两条链条进行十分稳定的定位和导向的结构。
技术问题
本发明提供了一种链条机链条导向结构能对两条链条进行稳定定位和导向。
技术解决方案
为了达到所述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种链条机链条导向结构,包括机架、托条和头架,所述托条位于所述机架上侧,所述头架位于所述机架两侧端部,所述机架的长度方向上设有安置所述托条的导槽;对所述机架在垂直于长度方向上截取横截面,所述托条侧面与所述导槽的内壁贴合并在所述横截面上形成贴合线,所述贴合线向所述托条一侧延伸并向外倾斜一个角度A,0<A<90°。
双链条的载重大,链条对托条的压力使得托条形变的幅度远大于单根链条对托条的压力,托条向两侧的形变体积会变的更大,现有的单根链条的结构无法容置形变的量。采用本技术方案能有效的容置形变后的托条,就是托条受力后会均匀的向前后侧上形变,采用90°导槽,形变体积会溢向导槽外部,导槽会失去对导条的限制,导致导条在回复的时候会被导槽侧壁的摩擦力卡主,导致链条运行的时候不平稳。采用大于90°的导槽,导条的涨开的体积无法释放,会直接作用在导槽支架上,使得机架的使用寿命缩短。偏向90°时链条运行的更加稳定,偏向0°时链条的载重更大。
作为优选,所述托条上安置有至少两根链条,通过在所述托条上设置导条来限制所述链条。
作为优选,所述机架包括主板和侧板,所述侧板上设有加强筋。导槽采用的折弯形式配合两个侧板上的加强筋折弯形式,使得机架三面都有加强结构,使得整个机架的结构强度变大,至少能配合两条链条的重载链条机。
作为优选,所述侧板的长度方向上设置有两排开孔,两排所述开孔对称分布在所述加强筋两侧。
作为优选,所述侧板的自由端与所述贴合线中部的平直段垂直设置。
作为优选,所述导槽与所述侧板之间具有包含在所述主板内侧的承台结构,所述承台结构、所述导槽和所述侧板相互配合形成支撑空间。
作为优选,所述头架端部设有凸块,所述凸块位于所述支撑空间内限制所述导槽的形状和所述侧板的形状和方向。
作为优选,所述头架包括嵌在所述机架内侧的承台结构。
作为优选,所述头架上设有端块,所述端块与所述托条端部相抵。

有益效果
综上,与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:从导槽上端安装托条,降低了安装难度,同时便于更换检修;导槽为上宽下窄的结构,因此托条与机架侧壁能够始终保持紧密接触,有效容置大载荷下的托条的变形,避免托条的水平偏移与扭曲变形,使得链条能够平稳运行;同时,托条具有较大的上端面,可设置不止一个导条与链条,提高了其承载能力,且能够保证多个链条运行的稳定性。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图中实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,该链条机链条导向结构包括机架1、托条2和头架3。托条2位于机架1上侧,头架3位于机架1端部,托条2上安装有链条4,头架3上设有转轴34,链条4由托条2上侧向两端延伸,并绕过转轴34在机架1下端形成封闭的循环链条。机架1上设有导槽11,托条2与导槽11形状互补,安装状态下,托条2与导槽11的侧壁111贴合接触,头架3将托条2的两端固定卡合。,在垂直于机架1的延伸方向(长度方向)取横截面,托条2侧面与导槽11的内壁111贴合并在横截面上形成贴合线5,贴合线5包括中部的平直段51和两侧的倾斜段52,平直段51位于机架1和托条2之间,倾斜段52由平直段51端部向托条2一侧延伸时向外倾斜,即导槽11为上宽下窄的结构。倾斜段52的倾斜角度优选为45<A<60°,可有效容置大载荷下的托条2的变形,使得链条能够平稳运行。在托条2的重力或在托条2的重力与链条4共同作用下,托条2与侧壁111可保持紧密贴合,以避免托条2产生水平偏移或扭曲变形。
安装时,从导槽11上部放入托条2,然后再通过头架3卡合,安装便捷,同时易于更换检修。由于托条2具有较大的上端面,可设置多个导条21与链条4,因此链条4机的承载能力强,且能够保证多个链条4运行的稳定性。本实施例中,托条2上端设有两个相互平行的导条21,导条21上承载有链条4。链条4的链片位于导条21水平侧,链条4的芯轴架在导条21上端。两链条4运行过程中作用在托条2上的力矩被托条2与导槽11侧壁111接触面抵消,以保证其运行过程中的稳定性。
本实施例中,侧壁111与托条2的侧面22均为对称的倾斜平面,侧面22与至少部分侧壁111贴合接触。同样的,侧壁111与侧面22可为弧形面,可为对称或非对称结构。托条2下端与底面112接触,同样的,托条2下端与底面112之间可具有一定间隙,以适应在重物作用下的托条2的变形。
如图3所示,机架1为钣金结构,包括主板12和上侧板13两侧的侧板13,导槽11为主板12上向下钣金弯折形成的槽。侧板13与主板12垂直并形成开口朝下的U形结构,侧板13上设有加强筋131。加强筋131为侧板13上向机架1内侧弯折形成的凹槽,加强筋131上侧和下侧对称设有多个预制开孔132,用以连接设置其他部件,开孔132沿机架1延伸方向均布设置。
侧板13的自由端133与贴合线5中部的平直段51垂直设置。导槽11与侧板13之间具有包含在主板12内侧的承台结构31,承台结构31、导槽11和侧板13相互配合形成支撑空间14。头架3端部设有凸块32,凸块32位于支撑空间14内限制所述导槽11和侧板13的形状和方向,避免机架1尤其是侧板13的自由边13变形,其提高了结构的整体强度,因而无需对侧板的自由边13做加强筋处理,简化了生产工序。
如图4所示,头架3端部包括嵌在机架1内侧的承台结构31,承台结构31为头架3端部的凸出结构,承台结构31端部设有与机架1端部相抵的台阶面35。加强筋131上设有安装孔1311,承台结构31与机架1之间螺丝连接。承台结构31上设有与加强筋131嵌合的槽311,以限制二者垂向相对移动。头架3端部设有两个插入支撑空间14的凸块32,以承载机架1,同时限制钣金件的凹槽侧壁111的变形。凸块32可为立方体块,也可为一端与侧板13接触、另一端与凹槽侧壁111接触的楔形体。
头架3上设有端块33,端块33与托条2端部相抵。端块33与托条2及其上的导条21端面形状相同,二者端面齐平,一方面限制了托条2的移动,同时起到导条21与转轴34之间的过渡作用。安装时,将托条2放置在导槽11内,头架3嵌入机架1,端块33与托条2端部相抵并螺丝固定头架3与机架1。端块33延伸至导槽11上侧,即主板12夹在端块33与凸块32之间,以限制机架的移动。
