- 一种膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:包括转盘(1)、顶料机构(2)、取料机构(3)和驱动所述转盘旋转的旋转驱动机构(4),所述转盘的边缘设有多个用于放置膜片(5)的放料架(6),所述膜片叠放后穿于所述放料架,所述顶料机构设于所述转盘的下方,所述顶料机构包括顶料器(21)和驱动所述顶料器上下平移的上下驱动机构(22),所述顶料器的端部能够穿过所述转盘和放料架的底部顶住所述膜片;通过所述旋转驱动机构驱动所述转盘旋转至顶料机构处,通过上下驱动机构驱动顶料器上移将膜片向上顶起,通过取料机构取出膜片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:实现所述顶料器的端部能够穿过所述转盘和放料架的底部顶住所述膜片的结构为:所述放料架的底部具有第一通孔(61),所述转盘具有第二通孔(11),所述放料架安装于转盘后,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔位置相对应。
- 根据权利要求2所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述顶出器包括至少两顶柱(211),所述顶柱与所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的位置相对应。
- 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述上下驱动机构驱动(22)包括伺服电机(221)、上安装座(222)、下安装座(223)和导柱(224),所述导柱的一端安装于所述上安装座,且另一端安装于所述下安装座,所述顶出器穿过所述上安装座的第三通孔,且下端与所述伺服电机的输出端直接连接或经过减速机连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述取料机构为真空吸盘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述自动上料装置还包括吹气机构(7),所述吹气机构包括吹气管(71)和设于吹气管的端部的出气头,出气头对准膜片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述放料架包括放料杆(62)和底座(63),所述放料杆的下端与所述底座固定连接,所述底座设有第一通孔(61)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述放料杆具有便于将相邻膜片分离的螺纹段(621)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述转盘为气动分度转盘或电动分度转盘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述顶料机构处设有支架(8),所述支架设有光纤传感器。
