Description

一种膜片自动上料装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于自动化设备技术领域,特别涉及一种膜片自动上料装置。
背景技术
带孔片材会是很多产品的组成部件,比如空气阀中用的膜片就是一种中间具有通孔的塑料件,在空气阀的生产过程中就必然会涉及膜片的上料、组装,目前常用的上料机构是采用振动盘上料的方式,此上料方式占用空间大,上料速度低。
现在的振动盘上料机构上料所需的时间与数量根本不成正比,达不到现在的快速生产的要求,而且上料机构的结构比较复杂产品的存储数量较少,安装起来比较麻烦,效率低,造成维护使用的费用与成本较高。
因此,有必要研究一种膜片自动上料装置以克服上述缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种膜片自动上料装置,通过此自动上料装置来解决现有上料数量少与效率低的问题,提高上料过程的自动化程度和上料速度。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:
本实用新型提供一种膜片自动上料装置,包括转盘、顶料机构、取料机构和驱动所述转盘旋转的旋转驱动机构,所述转盘的边缘设有多个用于放置膜片的放料架,所述膜片叠放后穿于所述放料架,所述顶料机构设于所述转盘的下方,所述顶料机构包括顶料器和驱动所述顶料器上下平移的上下驱动机构,所述顶料器的端部能够穿过所述转盘和放料架的底部顶住所述膜片;
通过所述旋转驱动机构驱动所述转盘旋转至顶料机构处,通过上下驱动机构驱动顶料器上移将膜片向上顶起,通过取料机构取出膜片。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的进一步技术方案是:
实现所述顶料器的端部能够穿过所述转盘和放料架的底部顶住所述膜片 的结构为:所述放料架的底部具有第一通孔,所述转盘具有第二通孔,所述放料架安装于转盘后,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔位置相对应。
进一步地说,所述顶出器包括至少两顶柱,所述顶柱与所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的位置相对应。
进一步地说,所述上下驱动机构驱动包括伺服电机、上安装座、下安装座和导柱,所述导柱的一端安装于所述上安装座,且另一端安装于所述下安装座,所述顶出器穿过所述上安装座的第三通孔,且下端与所述伺服电机的输出端直接连接或经过减速机连接。
进一步地说,所述取料机构为真空吸盘。

本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型包括转盘、顶料机构、取料机构和驱动转盘旋转的旋转驱动机构,转盘的边缘设有多个用于放置膜片的放料架,膜片叠放后穿于放料架,顶料机构设于所述转盘的下方,顶料机构包括顶料器和驱动顶料器上下平移的上下驱动机构,顶料器的端部能够穿过转盘和放料架的底部顶住膜片;通过旋转驱动机构驱动转盘旋转至顶料机构处,通过上下驱动机构驱动顶料器上移将膜片向上顶起,通过取料机构取出膜片,因此本实用新型与现有的技术相比较,具有以下优点:
1、本装置的安装方式简单,并大幅提升上料的产品数量,使产品的利用效率得到提高,也节省人工的操作时间,并让上料装置更加的快速与稳定;
2、本装置同时解决了现有的上料装置复杂的问题,来减少整体装置所需的制作成本与维护成本;
3、转盘能够旋转调节,可以实现一边旋转一边上料,更加的先进与快捷,而且还可以通过更放料架的料杆来控制上料的多少与种类;
再者,本实用新型的自动上料装置还可以包括吹气机构,吹气机构包括吹气管和设于吹气管的端部的出气头,出气头对准膜片,避免膜片粘连到一起,便于将相邻膜片分离;
再者,本实用新型的放料杆可以具有便于将相邻膜片分离的螺纹段,进一步便于相邻膜片的分离。

实施例:一种膜片自动上料装置,如图1到图5所示,包括转盘1、顶料 机构2、取料机构3和驱动所述转盘旋转的旋转驱动机构4,所述转盘的边缘设有多个用于放置膜片5的放料架6,所述膜片叠放后穿于所述放料架,所述顶料机构设于所述转盘的下方,所述顶料机构包括顶料器21和驱动所述顶料器上下平移的上下驱动机构22,所述顶料器的端部能够穿过所述转盘和放料架的底部顶住所述膜片;
通过所述旋转驱动机构驱动所述转盘旋转至顶料机构处,通过上下驱动机构驱动顶料器上移将膜片向上顶起,通过取料机构取出膜片。
本实施例中,上述各机构设于工作台(图未示意)。本实施例中,所述放料架设有6个,但不限于此。
如图5所示,实现所述顶料器的端部能够穿过所述转盘和放料架的底部顶住所述膜片的结构为:所述放料架的底部具有第一通孔61,所述转盘具有第二通孔11,所述放料架安装于转盘后,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔位置相对应。
如图2和图3所示,所述顶出器包括至少两顶柱211,所述顶柱与所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的位置相对应。本实施例中,所述顶柱设有两个,保证上顶膜片的稳定性。
如图2和图3所示,所述上下驱动机构驱动22包括伺服电机221、上安装座222、下安装座223和导柱224,所述导柱的一端安装于所述上安装座,且另一端安装于所述下安装座,所述顶出器穿过所述上安装座的第三通孔,且下端与所述伺服电机的输出端直接连接或经过减速机连接。本实施例中采用的是伺服电机,控制精准,当然也可以采用其它的电机,甚至是气缸。
所述取料机构为真空吸盘,但不限于此。
所述自动上料装置还包括吹气机构7,所述吹气机构包括吹气管71和设于吹气管的端部的出气头,出气头对准膜片,出气头图未示意,吹气机构外接气源。图1中的吹气管未弯折,实际为,将图1中的吹气管弯折,使出气头能够对准膜片。
如图5所示,所述放料架包括放料杆62和底座63,所述放料杆的下端与所述底座固定连接,所述底座设有第一通孔61。
所述放料杆具有便于将相邻膜片分离的螺纹段621,也包括用于保证膜片数量的光滑段。
所述转盘为气动分度转盘或电动分度转盘。此为现有技术,故不赘述,本实施例中采用的前者
如图3所示,所述顶料机构处设有支架8,所述支架设有光纤传感器(图未示意)。
本实用新型的工作原理和工作过程如下:
通过旋转驱动机构驱动转盘旋转至顶料机构处,通过上下驱动机构驱动顶柱向上穿过转盘的第一通孔和放料架的第二通孔将整叠膜片向上顶起,使得最上一膜片始终处于同一高度,然后取料机构的真空吸盘来取走最上面的一膜片,如此往复直至逐一取走整叠的膜片,然后旋转驱动机构驱动转动旋转使得下一放料架转至顶料工位,继续重复上述过程;
另外,在取料过程中,吹气机构的出气头还可以吹动膜片,使得相邻膜片便于分离。

  1. 一种膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:包括转盘(1)、顶料机构(2)、取料机构(3)和驱动所述转盘旋转的旋转驱动机构(4),所述转盘的边缘设有多个用于放置膜片(5)的放料架(6),所述膜片叠放后穿于所述放料架,所述顶料机构设于所述转盘的下方,所述顶料机构包括顶料器(21)和驱动所述顶料器上下平移的上下驱动机构(22),所述顶料器的端部能够穿过所述转盘和放料架的底部顶住所述膜片;
    通过所述旋转驱动机构驱动所述转盘旋转至顶料机构处,通过上下驱动机构驱动顶料器上移将膜片向上顶起,通过取料机构取出膜片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:实现所述顶料器的端部能够穿过所述转盘和放料架的底部顶住所述膜片的结构为:所述放料架的底部具有第一通孔(61),所述转盘具有第二通孔(11),所述放料架安装于转盘后,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔位置相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述顶出器包括至少两顶柱(211),所述顶柱与所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔的位置相对应。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的膜片自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述上下驱动机构驱动(22)包括伺服电机(221)、上安装座(222)、下安装座(223)和导柱(224),所述导柱的一端安装于所述上安装座,且另一端安装于所述下安装座,所述顶出器穿过所述上安装座的第三通孔,且下端与所述伺服电机的输出端直接连接或经过减速机连接。
