Description

一种治具及具有该治具的输送装置及印刷喷墨设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及FPC板印刷技术领域,具体涉及一种治具及具有该治具的输送装置及印刷喷墨设备。
背景技术
FPC电路板称为柔性电路板,应用越来越广泛,如LED灯管及LED灯光布景一般采用FPC电路板,将许多发光二极管(LED灯珠)及电阻元件贴装在FPC电路板上,再与电源连接起来。使用的FPC板需要对其进行印刷,在对FPC板进行印刷时,会用到印刷治具。现有技术中在利用治具对FPC板印刷时,由于治具较厚,喷墨设备的喷墨头距离FPC的待印刷区距离较远,使得喷墨头不能很好的将墨印刷在FPC板上,同时在印刷过程中会利用抽负压的工序对FPC板进行抽负压工序,使FPC板能够固定在治具上,由于治具太厚,FPC板发生的变形大将导致板边发生褶皱、变形的情况,且在将治具放在印刷台面上时,治具会发生偏斜导致FPC板上下位发生不一致的情况。
实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的治具较厚导致喷墨头距离FPC的带印刷区距离较远,使得喷墨头不能很好的将墨印刷在FPC板上的缺陷,从而提供一种能够提高FPC板印刷效果的治具,及设置有该治具的输送装置及印刷喷墨设备。
一种治具包括载板,所述载板上开设有至少一放置区,用于放置待印刷物体;盖板,盖合于所述载板上,所述盖板上设有与所述待印刷物体的正面待印刷区对应设置的盖板印刷窗;所述载板和/或盖板的厚度为1-2mm。
进一步地,所述载板和所述盖板之间通过连接组件可转动连接,所述载板和所述盖板的相对转动连接端在所述载板和所述盖板盖合时,该所述相对转动连接端无缝盖合。
进一步地,所述连接组件为布基胶带。

本实施例中,为了适用于需要两面均印刷的FPC板,在上述放置区11上设有贯穿上述载板1设置的载板印刷窗12,该载板印刷窗12与FPC板的反面待印刷区对应设置,在完成对FPC板的靠近盖板印刷窗21的一面印刷工作后,将治具进行翻转,再进行对FPC板的靠近载板印刷窗12的一面进行印刷工作,实用性强,避免需要将FPC板从治具中取出再反面放入的问题,且可以在盖板2和载板1上放置多个FPC板,同时完成多个FPC板的印刷工作,工作效率高,具体而言,如图1所示,本实施例中的治具可以对应设置3对载板印刷窗和盖板印刷窗,能够同时安装3块FPC板进行印刷工作,而且在准备下一组待打印的FPC板的同时,在喷墨设备上的FPC板可以同时进行印刷工作,提高了印刷效率。
本实施例中,如图5所示,还可以通过辅助板组6将FPC板固定在盖板和载板之间,辅助板组为与盖板印刷窗21和载板印刷窗12的面积对应的两个平板体,将FPC板安装在两个平板体固定之后,再将两个盖合在一起的平板体放置在载板和盖板之间,其中在两个平板体上开设有通孔,该通孔的位置与FPC板预定喷墨的位置相对应,以用于喷墨头进行喷墨工序,设置两个平板体可以进一步提高在喷墨过程中FPC板的稳定性。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本实用新型创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种治具,其特征在于,包括
    载板(1),所述载板(1)上开设有至少一放置区(11),用于放置待印刷物体;
    盖板(2),盖合于所述载板(1)上,所述盖板(2)上设有与所述待印刷物体的正面待印刷区对应设置的盖板印刷窗(21);
    所述载板(1)和/或盖板(2)的厚度为1-2mm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的治具,其特征在于,所述载板(1)和所述盖板(2)之间通过连接组件(3)可转动连接,所述载板(1)和所述盖板(2)的相对转动连接端在所述载板(1)和所述盖板(2)盖合时,该所述相对转动连接端无缝盖合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的治具,其特征在于,所述连接组件(3)为布基胶带。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的治具,其特征在于,所述载板(1)和所述盖板(2)上分别设有嵌入所述载板(1)和所述盖板(2)上对应凹槽的相向吸附件(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的治具,其特征在于,所述吸附件(4)在靠近所述相对转动连接端(31)处,与所述对转动连接端(31)平行的设有多个,所述吸附件(4)为永磁铁。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的治具,其特征在于,所述放置区(11)上设有贯穿所述载板(1)设置的载板印刷窗(12),所述载板印刷窗(12)与所述待印刷物体的反面待印刷区对应设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的治具,其特征在于,所述载板(1)和/或盖板(2)的材料为碳纤维材质。
  8. 一种输送装置,其特征在于,包括
    基板,由传输组件带动往复输送;
    治具,固定于所述基板上,所述治具为如权利要求1-5任一项所述的治具;
    定位组件(5),固定于所述基板上,所述定位组件(5)与所述治具的边框配合设置,以将治具在所述基板上进行定位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的输送装置,其特征在于,所述治具的所述盖板(2)和所述载板(1)为矩形,所述定位组件(5)包括至少一个直角定位板组。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的输送装置,其特征在于,所述直角定位板组包括互相垂直设置的一对条形板(51),所述条形板(51)位于所述基板的边缘设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的输送装置,其特征在于,所述治具的所述盖板(2)和所述载板(1)为矩形,所述定位组件(5)包括至少两个定位销,所述定位销位于所述基板的边缘设置。
  12. 一种印刷喷墨设备,其特征在于,包括
    输送装置,所述输送装置为如权利要求8-11任一项所述的一种输送装置;
    喷墨装置,包括若干个喷墨头,所述喷墨头与所述待印刷物体的待印刷区对应设置。
