可选地,所述横向固定件包括横向延伸件,所述横向延伸件包括延伸底板、第 一延伸侧板和第二延伸侧板,所述第一延伸侧板和第二延伸侧板分别设于所述延伸底板的相对的两侧缘,所述连接件的另一端连接于所述延伸底板。
可选地,所述连接件包括水平固定部和沿上下方向延伸的竖向支撑部,所述竖向支撑部的一端被配置为连接于窗式空调器;所述水平固定部设于所述竖向支撑部的另一端,所述水平固定部沿窗台的长度方向延伸,所述水平固定部连接于所述延伸底板,所述水平固定部与所述延伸底板的连接位置在所述横向固定件的长度方向上可调。
可选地,所述延伸底板上设有在所述横向延伸件的长度方向上间隔分布的多个第一固定连接孔,所述水平固定部上设有择一地与所述第一固定连接孔配合连接的第二固定连接孔,被配置为使所述水平固定部与所述延伸底板的连接位置在所述横向固定件的长度方向上可调。
可选地,所述第二固定连接孔为沿所述横向延伸件的长度方向延伸的长条孔。
可选地,所述连接件还包括设于所述竖向支撑部的一端的第一连接部,所述第一连接部沿室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸,所述第一连接部被配置为连接于窗式空调器。
可选地,所述第一连接部上具有在室外侧朝向室内侧的方向上依次分布的多个支撑连接位,多个所述支撑连接位被配置为择一地与窗式空调器连接。

在本申请的技术方案中,通过连接件连接支撑架和窗式空调器,当连接件设置在窗框的内侧时,连接件可对窗式空调器的进行限制,如在窗式空调器被向上抬时,连接件可拉扯窗式空调器,以防止窗式空调器被向上抬翻到室外;又如在窗式空调器被向下压时,连接件可支撑窗式空调器,以防止窗式空调器被向下压倾倒于室内。
当连接件设置在窗框的外侧时,连接件可对窗式空调器的进行限制,如在窗式空调器被向上抬时,连接件可拉扯窗式空调器,以防止窗式空调器被向上抬翻到室外;又如在窗式空调器被向下压时,连接件可拉扯窗式空调器,以防止窗式空调器被向下压倾倒于室内。
即是说,通过连接件连接支撑架和窗式空调器,不仅可防止窗式空调器被向上抬翻到室外,还可以防止窗式空调器被向下压倾倒于室内,从而可提高窗式空调器的安装稳定性。
而且,通过将连接件的另一端伸入横向延伸件内,横向延伸件的延伸侧板(第一延伸侧板和\或第二延伸侧板)可对连接件进行限位和支撑,从而可提高连接件的连接效果,以使得窗式空调器安装牢固。

本申请提出一种安装架组件100和窗式空调器组件1000,如图1-8所示,所述窗式空调器组件1000包括窗式空调器200和安装架组件100,其中,所述安装架组件100用于安装窗式空调器200。
如图1所示,所述安装架组件100安装在墙体300的窗口处,以将放置件支撑和固定在墙体300上;其中,放置件可选为窗式空调器200等,下文以窗式空调器200为例进行说明。其中,所述窗口包括窗台302,所述窗台302上设有窗框301。其中,窗台302的长度方向即为窗口的宽度方向,也即为窗框301的长度方向。
如图1、2和5所示,所述安装架组件100包括支撑架10、连接件20和室外支撑。
其中,如图1所示,所述支撑架10用于设于窗式空调器200的底部,所述支撑架10的一端安装于窗框301的内侧,所述支撑架10的另一端伸出于室外。具体的,所述支撑架10的内端(朝向室内的一端)固定安装于窗框301的内侧,外端(朝向室外的一端)伸出窗外,所述窗式空调器200放置在支撑架10上。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、内、外......),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图1和图2所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变 时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。另,下文的描述中,一般以安装架组件安装在窗口处后的姿态进行描述的。
进一步地,如图2、3、5和7所示,所述支撑架10包括用于设于所述窗式空调器200的底部的支撑板11,所述支撑板11的一端设于窗台302,另一端用于伸出于窗外。在本实施例中,如图2、3、5和7所示,所述支撑板11沿所述窗式空调器200的长度方向延伸;当然,对于其他窗式空调器200(如正方体状的窗式空调器200等)来说,所述支撑板11就不一定沿所述窗式空调器200的长度方向延伸。所以换而言之,这里想要表述的是,所述支撑板11沿窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸。
具体的,如图2、3、5和7所示,所述支撑板11包括内侧支撑部111、外侧支撑部113和中间连接部112,所述内侧支撑部111设于窗台302的上方,所述外侧支撑部113伸出于室外,所述外侧支撑部113低于所述内侧支撑部111,所述中间连接部112连接内侧支撑部111和外侧支撑部113。具体而言,所述中间连接部112倾斜设置,所述内侧支撑部111连接于中间连接部112的一端(即内端)、并向室内方向延伸,所述外侧支撑部113连接于中间连接部112的另一端(即外端)、并向室外方向延伸。在本实施例中,如图2、3、5和7所示,所述内侧支撑部111和外侧支撑部113均呈水平设置,且所述外侧支撑部113位于内侧支撑部111的下方,所述中间连接部112倾斜设置以连接内侧支撑部111和外侧支撑部113。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,所述窗式空调器200具有分隔槽201,所述分隔槽201将窗式空调器200分割成室内部分200a和室外部分200b,所述分隔槽201设于内侧支撑部111的上方,所述室外部分200b的外端设于外侧支撑部113,所述室外部分200b的内端可选地设于内侧支撑部111。所述分隔槽201用于供设于窗口处的遮挡件伸入。
具体的,所述窗式空调器200包括壳体(图未标)、以及设于壳体内的压缩机、室外侧换热器、室外侧风机、室内侧换热器及室内侧风机(图未示),其中,分隔槽201设于壳体上,所述压缩机和所述室外侧换热器、所述室外侧风机设于所述室外部分200b,所述室内侧换热器和所述室内侧风机安装于所述室内部分200a。
进一步地,如图3、5、7和8所示,所述支撑架10还包括横向固定件1,所述横向固定件1沿窗台302的长度方向延伸,所述横向固定件1用于固定于窗框301的内侧面(即窗框301的朝向室内的侧面),所述支撑板11的内端连接于横向固定件1,以将支撑板11固定。具体的,所述内侧支撑部111的内端与横向固定件1连接,所述内侧支撑部111的底部抵接于窗框301的上部。可选地,所述横向固定件1具有与窗框301的内侧面抵接的抵接面。
如此,通过设置横向固定件1以与窗框301的内侧面固定抵接,当窗式空调器200放置在支撑架10上时,窗式空调器200的室外部分200b的重力通过支撑板11传递给横向固定件1,该横向固定件1会与窗框301的内侧面抵接而对窗式空调器200进行支撑,以防止窗式空调器200翻到向室外,,从而可提高窗式空调器200的安装稳定性。而且,横向固定件1与支撑板11还可形成台阶结构,以在安装支撑架10时起到快速定位的作用。
具体的,横向固定件1设于窗式空调器200的室内部分200a的下方。
可选地,所述内侧支撑部111的内端与横向固定件1通过螺钉锁附结构连接。
在具体实施例中,所述横向固定件1的结构形式有很多,如块状、板状、或管状等。同时,所述横向固定件1可以为一体成型部件,也可以为组件。下文以横向固定件1为组件为例进行说明。
进一步地,如图3、5、7和8所示,所述横向固定件1包括横向限位件12,所述横向限位件12沿窗台302的长度方向延伸,所述横向限位件12用于抵接于窗框301的内侧面,所述支撑板11的内端连接于横向限位件12,以将支撑板11固定。
可选地,所述横向限位件12的长度与窗式空调器200的宽度(即在窗台302的长度方向上的长度)相当,即是说,所述横向限位件12的长度可略大于窗式空调器200的宽度,也可等于窗式空调器200的宽度,还可以略小于窗式空调器200的宽度。
进一步地,如图3、5、7和8所示,所述横向固定件1还包括设于横向限位件12两端的两个横向延伸件13,所述横向延伸件13沿所述窗台302的长度方向延伸,所述横向延伸件13的远离横向限位件12的一端用于与窗口的侧壁连接,以将横向限位件12和横向固定件1固定于窗框301的内侧面。如此,可保证/提高支撑架1 0的安装稳定性。
进一步地,如图3、5、7和8所示,所述横向延伸件13与横向限位件12在窗台302的长度方向上可移动配合设置,以使横向固定件1在窗台302的长度方向上的长度可调。如此,可使得支撑架10可适用于不同宽度的窗口,扩大支撑架10和安装架组件100的适用范围,提高支撑架10和安装架组件100的通用性。
进一步地,所述横向限位件12上设有在窗台302的长度方向上间隔设置的多个第一安装位,所述横向延伸件13上设有与第一安装位配合连接的第二安装位。如此,可保证横向限位件12与横向延伸件13的可靠配合。可以理解,所述第二安装位可择一地与其中一个第一安装位配合连接,以使横向固定件1在窗台302的长度方向上的长度可调。
在本实施例中,如图8所示,所述横向限位件12呈管状设置,所述横向延伸件13可滑动地安装在横向限位件12内。
进一步地,如图8所示,所述横向限位件12包括限位顶板121、第一限位侧板122、第二限位侧板123和两个限位底板124。
如图5和8所示,所述限位顶板121朝上设置。
如图8所示,所述第一限位侧板122和第二限位侧板123分别设于在限位顶板121的相对的两侧缘。可选地,所述第一安装位可设于第一限位侧板122或第二限位侧板123。
如图8所示,两个限位底板124分别设于第一限位侧板122的两端,所述限位底板124与所述限位顶板121相对设置。
所述限位顶板121、第一限位侧板122、第二限位侧板123和限位底板124之间围合形成安装空间,两个限位底板124之间形成有与安装空间连通的第一敞口125。
进一步地,如图8所示,所述第一限位侧板122的长度大于第二限位侧板123的长度,并在第一限位侧板122的两端分别形成两个超出部,所述超出部在窗台302的长度方向上凸出第一限位侧板122。可选地,所述限位底板124设于超出部。
所述限位底板124与限位顶板121在第二限位侧板123所在侧形成有与安装空间连通的第二敞口126。
其中,所述横向限位件12可选为冲压件。
如图5、6和8所示,所述横向延伸件13包括延伸底板131、第一延伸侧板132和第二延伸侧板133,所述第一延伸侧板132和第二延伸侧板133分别设于延伸底板131的相对的两侧缘。所述第一延伸侧板132和第二延伸侧板133的上侧缘形成有上开口。
所述横向延伸件13可滑动地安装在安装空间内,所述延伸底板131与限位顶板121相对设置,所述第一延伸侧板132与第一限位侧板122相邻设置,所述第二延伸侧板133与第二限位侧板123相邻设置。
如此,通过以上设置,可在横向限位件12上形成第一敞口125和第二敞口126,在冲压生产横向限位件12时,可便于设计和生产模具,从而可便于降低横向限位件12的生产难度,实现批量生产,降低生产成本、节约材料;还可以保证横向限位件12的结构强度,以保证/提高对窗式空调器200的支撑效果。
同时,通过在横向限位件12上形成第二敞口126可便于引导横向延伸件13插入到安装空间内,而且通过在横向限位件12上形成第一敞口125和第二敞口126可减小横向延伸件13与横向限位件12之间的摩擦,以便于横向延伸件13在安装空间内滑动。
此外,通过以上设置,还可以简化横向延伸件13的结构,且通过使延伸底板131与限位顶板121相对设置,还可以提高横向限位件12与横向延伸件13的连接强度。
进一步地,如图8所示,所述限位底板124与第二限位侧板123在窗台302的长度方向(即横向限位件12的长度方向)上间隔设置,以在第二限位侧板123与第二敞口126之间形成与安装空间连通的第三敞口127。如此,可减小横向延伸件13与横向限位件12之间的摩擦,以便于横向延伸件13插入到安装空间内。
此外,通过设置第一敞口125、第二敞口126和第三敞口127,便于实现开模以实现批量生产。
进一步地,所述横向限位件12为一体折弯结构。
进一步地,如图8所示,所述第一安装位为设于第一限位侧板122上并贯穿第一限位侧板122的第一连接孔1221,第一连接孔1221在窗台302的长度方向上间隔 设置有多个,所述第二安装位为设于第一延伸侧板132上并贯穿第一延伸侧板132的第二连接孔(图未标)。
紧固件(如螺钉、或销等)依次穿过其中一第一连接孔1221和第二连接孔以连接第一限位侧板122和第一延伸侧板132,以保证横向固定件1的长度稳定,由此保证支撑架10的可靠性。
可选地,所述第一限位侧板122朝向室内方向设置。所述第二限位侧板123用于与窗框301的内侧面抵接,所述限位底板124用于朝向窗台302的台面设置。可选地,所述限位底板124与窗台302的台面抵接。
进一步地,如图5-7所示,所述横向延伸件13还包括延伸安装部134,所述延伸安装部134设于所述延伸底板131的远离所述横向限位件12的一端,所述延伸安装部134用于与窗口的侧壁连接。如此,通过设置延伸安装部134可将横向延伸件13固定在窗口的侧壁上,从而可将横向固定件1固定抵接于窗框301的内侧面。
如图6所示,所述延伸安装部134包括由所述延伸底板131的远离所述横向限位件12的一端向一侧折弯延伸的延伸安装板1341,所述延伸安装板1341用于与窗口的侧壁连接。其中,延伸安装板1341用于与窗口的侧壁贴合,以用于与窗口的侧壁连接。
可选地,所述延伸安装板1341上设有连接过孔(图未标),紧固件(螺钉等)(图未标)穿过连接过孔而用于与窗口的侧壁螺纹连接。其中,所述连接过孔可选为螺纹孔,以提高连接强度和连接稳定性。
可选地,所述延伸安装板1341与延伸侧板位于延伸底板131的同一侧。
进一步地,如图6所示,所述延伸安装部134还包括设于延伸安装板1341相对的两侧缘的两个延伸加强板1342,所述延伸加强板1342设于横向延伸件13的延伸侧板的内侧或外侧。具体来说,两个延伸加强板1342分别为第一延伸加强板和第二延伸加强板,所述第一延伸加强板对应第一延伸侧板132设置,所述第二延伸加强板对应第二延伸侧板133设置,且所述第一延伸加强板设于第一延伸侧板132的内侧或外侧,和\或,所述第二延伸加强板设于第二延伸侧板133的内侧或外侧。
如此,可增强延伸安装部134的结构强度,以增强延伸安装部134与窗口的侧壁的连接稳定性。
可选地,所述延伸加强板1342设于延伸侧板的外侧。
可选地,所述延伸加强板1342与延伸侧板固定连接(如焊接、或螺纹结构连接等)。
进一步地,如图1、2和5所示,所述连接件20用于设于窗口处,所述连接件用于连接窗式空调器200和支撑架10。
在一实施例中,所述连接件20的上端(即一端)用于连接于窗式空调器200,所述连接件20的下端(即另一端)连接于支撑架10。当然,在其他实施例中,所述连接件20大致呈水平设置,所述连接件20的一端(即靠近窗式空调器200的一端)用于连接于窗式空调器200,另一端(即远离窗式空调器200的一端)连接于支撑架10上。
在具体实施时,所述连接件20既可以设置在窗框301的内侧(即朝向室内的一侧),也可以设置在窗框301的外侧(即朝向室外的一侧)。
其中,当连接件20设置在窗框301的内侧时,连接件20可对窗式空调器200的进行限制,如在窗式空调器200被向上抬时,连接件20可拉扯窗式空调器200,以防止窗式空调器200被向上抬翻到室外;又如在窗式空调器200被向下压时,连接件20可支撑窗式空调器200,以防止窗式空调器200被向下压倾倒于室内;即是说,通过设置连接件20以连接支撑架10和窗式空调器200,不仅可防止窗式空调器200被向上抬翻到室外,还可以防止窗式空调器200被向下压倾倒于室内,从而可提高窗式空调器200的安装稳定性。
其中,当连接件20设置在窗框301的外侧时,连接件20可对窗式空调器200的进行限制,如在窗式空调器200被向上抬时,连接件20可拉扯窗式空调器200,以防止窗式空调器200被向上抬翻到室外;又如在窗式空调器200被向下压时,连接件20可拉扯窗式空调器200,以防止窗式空调器200被向下压倾倒于室内;即是说,通过设置连接件20以连接支撑架10和窗式空调器200,不仅可防止窗式空调器200被向上抬翻到室外,还可以防止窗式空调器200被向下压倾倒于室内,从而可提高窗式空调器200的安装稳定性。
所以,在本申请的技术方案中,通过连接件20连接支撑架10和窗式空调器200,不仅可防止窗式空调器200被向上抬翻到室外,还可以防止窗式空调器200被向下压倾倒于室内,从而可提高窗式空调器200的安装稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述连接件20设置在窗框301的内侧。如此,可使连接件20只需在室内安装,且具有较大的安装空间,从而可便于安装连接件20。
具体的,所述连接件20的下端(即另一端)连接于所述横向延伸件13。
进一步地,如图1、2、5和6所示,所述连接件20的上端(即一端)用于连接于窗式空调器200的侧部。具体的,所述连接件20的上端(即一端)用于设于窗式空调器200的一侧,以使所述连接件20的上端(即一端)用于连接于窗式空调器200的侧部。如此,不仅可以增大连接件20的安装空间,还可以增大连接件20与窗式空调器200的作用力臂,从而可提高窗式空调器200的安装稳定性。当然,于其他实施例中,所述连接件20的上端(即一端)也可以连接于窗式空调器200的底部,或者,所述连接件20的上端(即一端)也可以既连接于窗式空调器200的底部,又连接在窗式空调器200的侧部。
进一步地,所述连接件20具有在窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向上依次分布的多个(大于或等于两个)支撑连接位,多个所述支撑连接位用于择一地与窗式空调器200连接。可以理解,所述窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向,即为所述支撑架10的一端朝向另一端的方向,即为支撑架10的长度方向。
如此,可使得窗式空调器200在安放在支撑架10上时,可朝室内或室外(即在支撑架10的长度方向上)(适当地)移动,从而可以根据窗式空调器200的重力分布情况等来调整窗式空调器200在支撑架10的长度方向上的位置,以保证/提高窗式空调器200的安装稳定性。此外,还可以根据不同窗式空调器200的长度来调整窗式空调器200在支撑架10的长度方向上的位置,以保证不同窗式空调器200的安装稳定性,以使连接件20适用不同长度的窗式空调器200。
进一步地,如图1、2、5和6所示,所述连接件20上设有支撑连接孔2311,所述支撑连接孔2311为沿窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸的长条孔,所述支撑连接孔2311限定出多个所述支撑连接位。其中,所述窗式空调器200上 设有与所述支撑连接孔2311配合连接的预设连接位202。具体的,所述预设连接位202可以为但不限于螺纹连接孔、或螺柱等。
如此,通过长条孔来形成多个所述支撑连接位,可便于支撑连接位与预设连接位202对位,以便于安装。
当然,于其他实施例中,所述多个支撑连接位也可通过其他方式形成,如所述连接件20的上设有在窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向上依次间隔分布的多个连接孔,以限定出多个支撑连接位,等等。
在本实施例中,所述预设连接位202设于窗式空调器200的侧部,以使得所述连接件20的上端(即一端)连接于窗式空调器200的侧部。
在本实施例中,多个所述支撑连接位设于连接件20的上端(即一端)。当然,于其他实施例中,如连接件20大致呈水平设置的实施例中,多个所述支撑连接位设于支撑件的靠近窗式空调器200的一端。
以下结合连接件的具体形状进行说明,在一实施例中,如图1、2、5和6所示,所述连接件20包括第一连接部和与第一连接部连接的第二连接部,所述第二连接部用于连接于所述安装架组件100(具体为支撑架10);所述第一连接部沿窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸,所述第一连接部用于连接于窗式空调器200。如此,通过设置沿窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸的第二连接件,以用于与窗式空调器200连接,可便于增大连接件20与窗式空调器200的作用力臂,以提高窗式空调器200的安装稳定性。
进一步地,所述第二连接部包括沿上下方向延伸的竖向支撑部,所述第一连接部设于所述竖向支撑部的一端,所述竖向支撑部通过所述第一连接部与窗式空调器200连接;所述竖向支撑部的另一端连接于支撑架10。如此,通过设置竖向支撑部可使连接件20能够连接到支撑架10上。
可选地,所述竖向支撑部为板状,即所述竖向支撑部为竖向支撑板232,所述第一连接部为板状,即所述第一连接部为水平连接板231。即是说,如图1、2、5和6所示,所述连接件20包括沿上下方向延伸的竖向支撑板232和设于所述竖向支撑板232上端的水平连接板231,所述水平连接板231沿窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸,所述水平连接板231用于与窗式空调器200连接,所 述竖向支撑板232的下端连接于所述支撑架10。
如此,可以简化连接件的结构,便于其与其他部件连接。
可选地,所述水平连接板231的侧面与窗式空调器200的侧部贴合,以便于使所述连接件20连接于窗式空调器200的侧部。
进一步地,如图1-3和5所示,所述第一连接部(具体为水平连接板231)向远离所述窗框301的方向延伸。如此,一方面可增大连接件20与窗式空调器200的作用力臂,从而可提高窗式空调器200的安装稳定性,另一方面也可使连接件20具有较大的安装空间,以方便安装。
当然,所述第一连接部(具体为水平连接板231)也可朝室外延伸,如此,水平连接板231可穿过窗框301而伸向室外。
需要指出的是,当连接件20设置在窗框301外时,使所述第一连接部(具体为水平连接板231)向远离所述窗框301的方向延伸,也可增大连接件20与窗式空调器200的作用力臂、及使连接件20具有较大的安装空间。
当然,在其他实施例中,所述竖向支撑部和第一连接部也可设置为其他形状,如柱状或管状等。
进一步地,如图1、2、5和6所示,多个所述支撑连接位设于第一连接部(具体为水平连接板231)。
具体的,所述支撑连接孔2311设于第一连接部(具体为水平连接板231),以形成多个所述支撑连接位;或者,所述第一连接部(具体为水平连接板231)上设有在窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向上依次间隔分布的多个连接孔,以限定出多个支撑连接位。
进一步地,所述第二连接部还包括设于所述竖向支撑部另一端的水平固定部,所述水平固定部沿窗台302的长度方向延伸,所述水平固定部用于连接于所述支撑架10。
具体的,所述水平固定部为板状,即水平固定部为水平固定板233;即是说,如图1、2、5和6所示,所述连接件20还包括设于所述竖向支撑板232下端的水平固定板233,水平固定板233沿所述窗台302的长度方向延伸,所述水平固定板233连接于所述支撑架10。可选地,所述水平固定板233由竖向支撑板232下端朝所 述竖向支撑板232的一侧折弯形成。
如此,通过在竖向支撑板部(具体为竖向支撑板232)的下端设置水平固定部(具体为水平固定板233),可便于使连接件20连接于支撑架10,并可保证连接件20与支撑架10的连接强度。可以理解,于其他实施例中,也可直接将连接件20的下端焊接于支撑架10。
当然,在其他实施例中,所述水平固定部也可设置为其他形状,如柱状或管状等。
在本实施例中,如图1、2、5和6所示,所述水平固定部(具体为水平固定板233)向远离所述横向限位件12的方向延伸。以提高支撑效果。
在本实施例中,所述水平固定部(具体为水平固定板233)连接于横向延伸件13。
进一步地,如图1、2、5和6所示,所述连接件20为板状结构。如此,可简化连接件20的结构。
具体的,所述竖向支撑板232和水平连接板231处于共面(即共板),水平固定板233向一侧延伸。如此,当窗式空调器被抬起或被下压时,水平连接板231和竖向支撑板232可提供更大的拉扯或支撑作用,从而可提高连接件20的作用。
进一步地,所述连接件20相对于横向固定件1(具体为横向延伸件13)在所述横向固定件1(具体为横向延伸件13)的长度方向上可移动设置,以使所述连接件20另一端(具体为水平固定部)与横向固定件1(具体为横向延伸件13)的连接位置在横向延伸件13的长度方向上可调,以可以适用不同宽度的窗式空调器200;并结合横向延伸件13的可移动特点,可适用不同类型的窗口;进而可提高安装架组件100的适用性。
具体的,所述水平固定部(具体为水平固定板233)连接于横向延伸件13(具体为延伸底板131)。其中,连接件20可从横向延伸件13的上开口伸入横向延伸件13内,而使水平固定部(具体为水平固定板233)连接于延伸底板131。
如此,通过将连接件20(具体为水平固定部)伸入横向延伸件13内,横向延伸件13的延伸侧板(第一延伸侧板和\或第二延伸侧板)可对连接件20进行限位和支撑,从而可提高连接件20的连接效果,以使得窗式空调器200安装牢固。
进一步地,如图3-8所示,所述延伸底板131上设有在所述横向延伸件13的长度方向上间隔分布的多个(即大于或等于两个)第一固定连接孔1311,所述水平固定部(具体为水平固定板233)上设有与所述第一固定连接孔1311配合连接的第二固定连接孔2331。如此,第二固定连接孔2331可择一地与第一固定连接孔1311连接,以使水平固定板233与延伸底板131的连接位置在所述横向延伸件13的长度方向上可调。
具体的,紧固件(如螺钉、或销等)依次穿过第一固定连接孔1311和第二固定连接孔2331以连接水平固定板233与延伸底板131,以保证连接件20的可靠性。
进一步地,如图4和6所示,所述第二固定连接孔2331为沿所述横向延伸件13的长度方向延伸的长条孔。如此,可提高第一固定连接孔1311和第二固定连接孔2331的对位范围,从而可实现小距离地移动连接件20,以能够更好地使连接件20与窗式空调器200的侧部连接。
在本实施例中,第二固定连接孔2331可择一选择连接两个第一固定连接孔1311,以提高水平固定板233与延伸底板131的连接强度,以提高连接件20的连接稳定性。
进一步地,如图3和5所示,所述连接件20设置有两个,以分别设于所述窗式空调器200的两侧。在本实施例中,两个所述连接件20分别安装于两个横向延伸件13上。
进一步地,如图8所示,所述第二延伸侧板133上设有辅助连接孔1331,所述辅助连接孔1331可用于与所述第一连接孔1221配合连接。如此,可使任意一个横向延伸件13既可以插设于横向限位件12的一端,又可以插设于横向限位件12的另一端,从而可提高横向延伸件13使用的便捷性。此外,当第一延伸侧板132上的连接结构(如第二连接孔)损伤时,还可通过第二延伸侧板133与横向限位件12等连接,从而便于提高横向延伸件13的使用寿命;或者,可使第一延伸侧板132与第二延伸侧板133交替使用,以提高横向延伸件13的使用寿命。
当然,在其他实施例中,所述水平固定部(具体为水平固定板233)也可与横向延伸件13的第一延伸侧板132或第二延伸侧板133连接,此方案中,可选地,所述竖向支撑板232和水平固定板233共面(即共板),水平连接板231向该板的 一侧延伸,水平固定板233与第一延伸侧板132或第二延伸侧板133连接。
当然,在其他实施例中,所述连接件20也可设置为其他形状,如所述连接件包括第二连接部和沿窗式空调器200的室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸的第一连接部,第二连接部(即水平固定部)与第一连接部相交,以使连接件(大致)呈L型,第一连接部靠近窗式空调器设置,以与窗式空调器200连接,第二连接部(即水平固定部)连接于所述支撑架10。
当然,在其他实施例中,所述连接件20也可连接在支撑架10的其他位置,如可使连接件20连接在横向限位件12上,或者,也可使连接件20连接在支撑板上。
进一步地,如图1和2所示,所述室外支撑安装在所述支撑架10上,所述室外支撑用于支撑在墙体300上,以提高对窗式空调器200的安装可靠性。
具体的,所述室外支撑为室外斜支撑30。如图1和2所示,所述室外斜支撑30的上端(即一端)与支撑架10连接,所述室外斜支撑30的下端(即另一端)止抵于墙体300。具体的,所述室外斜支撑30的上端与支撑板11连接。
如此,通过设置室外斜支撑30对支撑板11、支撑架10进行支撑,可提高安装架组件100的安装稳定性,从而可提高对窗式空调器200的安装可靠性。
具体而言,如图1和2所示,所述室外斜支撑30的上端与外侧支撑部113连接。进一步地,如图1和2所示,所述室外斜支撑30的下端设有支撑脚40,以用于与墙体300抵接。所述支撑脚40包括旋转件和阻尼件,所述旋转件具有转动连接位,以可转动地连接在室外斜支撑30的下端,所述旋转件具有用于朝向墙体300的阻力作用面,所述阻尼件设于所述阻力作用面,所述阻尼件用于与墙体300抵接。
如此,旋转件可以将室外斜支撑30与阻尼件连接在一起,旋转件可以相对墙体300进行转动,由此可以使支撑脚40适于与墙体300进行不同倾斜角度的配合。当窗式空调器200放置在安装架组件100上时,安装架组件100可以通过室外斜支撑30将压力传递至旋转件和阻尼件,阻尼件与墙体300紧密地贴合在一起。由于阻尼件具有较高的摩擦系数,由此可以使支撑脚40与墙体300之间具有较大的摩擦力,从而可以使支撑脚40牢固地止抵在墙体300上,可以使室外斜支撑30与墙体300之间的配合结构更加牢固。
可选地,所述阻尼件的止抵在墙体300的表面为非光滑面,如此可增大支撑脚40与墙体300之间的摩擦力。
进一步地,如图1和2所示,所述转动连接位(具体为旋转轴线)靠近/偏向所述旋转件的上端设置。如此,一方面可以将压力更好的传递给支撑脚40,从而可使支撑脚40更牢固地抵接在墙面上,以提高支撑脚40的固定稳定性;另一方面,在安装时,在自身重力的作用下,可使得支撑脚40的阻力作用面和阻尼件42自然地朝向墙体300,从而可降低安装难度。
在本实施例中,所述转动连接位设于所述旋转件的上端。
进一步地,如图5和7所示,所述支撑板11在所述窗台302的长度方向/窗式空调器200的宽度方向上设有两个,所述室外斜支撑30对应设有两个。如此,可提高对窗式空调器200的支撑稳定性。
进一步地,如图5和7所示,所述支撑架10还包括横向连接板14,所述横向连接板14连接两个所述支撑板11。如此,可提高支撑架10的支撑能力。
如图5和7所示,所述横向连接板14设于外侧支撑部113的远离所述窗框301的一端。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种安装架组件,被配置为安装窗式空调器,其中,所述安装架组件包括:
    支撑架,所述支撑架包括支撑板和被配置为固定于窗框的内侧面的横向固定件,所述横向固定件沿窗台的长度方向延伸,所述支撑板一端连接于所述横向固定件,另一端被配置为伸出于室外;
    所述横向固定件包括横向延伸件,所述横向延伸件包括延伸底板、第一延伸侧板和第二延伸侧板,所述第一延伸侧板和第二延伸侧板分别设于所述延伸底板的相对的两侧缘;
    室外支撑,所述室外支撑安装在所述支撑架上,所述室外支撑被配置为支撑在墙体上;以及
    连接件,所述连接件的一端被配置为连接于窗式空调器,所述连接件的另一端设于所述横向延伸件内,且所述连接件的另一端连接于所述延伸底板。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安装架组件,其中,所述连接件包括水平固定部和沿上下方向延伸的竖向支撑部,所述竖向支撑部的一端与窗式空调器连接;所述水平固定部设于所述竖向支撑部的另一端,所述水平固定部沿窗台的长度方向延伸,所述水平固定部连接于所述延伸底板。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的安装架组件,其中,所述连接件还包括设于所述竖向支撑部的一端的第一连接部,所述第一连接部沿室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸,所述竖向支撑部通过所述第一连接部与窗式空调器连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的安装架组件,其中,所述第一连接部上具有在室外侧朝向室内侧的方向上依次分布的多个支撑连接位,多个所述支撑连接位被配置为择一地与窗式空调器连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的安装架组件,其中,所述第一连接部上设有支撑连接孔,所述支撑连接孔为沿室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸的 长条孔,所述支撑连接孔限定出多个所述支撑连接位。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的安装架组件,其中,所述竖向支撑部为竖向支撑板,所述水平固定部为水平固定板,所述第一连接部为水平连接板。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的安装架组件,其中,所述竖向支撑板与所述水平连接板共面。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的安装架组件,其中,所述横向延伸件被配置为与窗口的侧壁连接,所述横向延伸件还包括设于所述延伸底板一端的延伸安装板,所述延伸安装板向所述延伸底板的一侧延伸,所述延伸安装板被配置为与窗口的侧壁连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的安装架组件,其中,所述横向固定件还包括被配置为抵接于所述窗框的内侧面的横向限位件,所述横向延伸件设有两个,两个所述横向延伸件分别设于所述横向限位件的两端,所述横向延伸件与所述横向限位件在窗台的长度方向上可移动配合设置,被配置为使所述横向固定件在窗台的长度方向上的长度可调。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的安装架组件,其中,所述横向限位件包括限位顶板、第一限位侧板、第二限位侧板和两个限位底板,所述第一限位侧板和所述第二限位侧板分别设于在限位顶板的相对的两侧缘;两个所述限位底板分别设于所述第一限位侧板的两端,所述限位底板与所述限位顶板相对设置,所述横向延伸件可滑动地插接在所述横向限位件的安装空间内,被配置为使所述横向延伸件与横向限位件在窗台的长度方向上可移动配合设置,所述延伸底板与所述限位顶板相对设置。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的安装架组件,其中,所述第一限位侧板的长度大于所述第二限位侧板的长度,所述限位底板与所述限位顶板在第二限位侧板所在侧形成有与所述安装空间连通的敞口。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的安装架组件,其中,所述限位底板与所述第 二限位侧板在窗台的长度方向上间隔设置。
  13. 一种安装架组件,被配置为安装窗式空调器,其中,所述安装架组件包括:
    支撑架,所述支撑架包括支撑板和被配置为固定于窗框的内侧面的横向固定件,所述横向固定件沿窗台的长度方向延伸,所述支撑板一端连接于所述横向固定件,另一端被配置为伸出于室外;
    室外支撑,所述室外支撑安装在所述支撑架上,所述室外支撑被配置为支撑在墙体上;以及
    连接件,所述连接件的一端被配置为连接于窗式空调器,所述连接件的另一端连接于所述横向固定件,所述连接件的另一端与所述横向固定件的连接位置在所述横向固定件的长度方向上可调。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的安装架组件,其中,所述横向固定件包括横向延伸件,所述横向延伸件包括延伸底板、第一延伸侧板和第二延伸侧板,所述第一延伸侧板和第二延伸侧板分别设于所述延伸底板的相对的两侧缘,所述连接件的另一端连接于所述延伸底板。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的安装架组件,其中,所述连接件包括水平固定部和沿上下方向延伸的竖向支撑部,所述竖向支撑部的一端被配置为连接于窗式空调器;所述水平固定部设于所述竖向支撑部的另一端,所述水平固定部沿窗台的长度方向延伸,所述水平固定部连接于所述延伸底板,所述水平固定部与所述延伸底板的连接位置在所述横向固定件的长度方向上可调。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的安装架组件,其中,所述延伸底板上设有在所述横向延伸件的长度方向上间隔分布的多个第一固定连接孔,所述水平固定部上设有择一地与所述第一固定连接孔配合连接的第二固定连接孔,被配置为使所述水平固定部与所述延伸底板的连接位置在所述横向固定件的长度方向上可调。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的安装架组件,其中,所述第二固定连接孔为 沿所述横向延伸件的长度方向延伸的长条孔。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的安装架组件,其中,所述连接件还包括设于所述竖向支撑部的一端的第一连接部,所述第一连接部沿室外侧朝向室内侧的方向延伸,所述第一连接部被配置为连接于窗式空调器。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的安装架组件,其中,所述第一连接部上具有在室外侧朝向室内侧的方向上依次分布的多个支撑连接位,多个所述支撑连接位被配置为择一地与窗式空调器连接。
  20. 一种窗式空调器组件,其中,包括:
    安装架组件,所述安装架组件被配置为安装在墙体的窗口处;所述安装架组件包括支撑架、室外支撑和连接件,所述支撑架包括支撑板和被配置为固定于窗框的内侧面的横向固定件,所述横向固定件沿窗台的长度方向延伸,所述支撑板一端连接于所述横向固定件,另一端被配置为伸出于室外;所述横向固定件包括横向延伸件,所述横向延伸件包括延伸底板、第一延伸侧板和第二延伸侧板,所述第一延伸侧板和第二延伸侧板分别设于所述延伸底板的相对的两侧缘;所述室外支撑安装在所述支撑架上,所述室外支撑被配置为支撑在墙体上;所述连接件的一端被配置为连接于窗式空调器,所述连接件的另一端设于所述横向延伸件内,且所述连接件的另一端连接于所述延伸底板;以及
    窗式空调器,所述窗式空调器安装于所述安装架组件。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的窗式空调器组件,其中,所述连接件的上端连接于窗式空调器的侧部;和/或,
    所述窗式空调器具有分隔槽,所述分隔槽将窗式空调器分割成室内部分和室外部分,所述分隔槽被配置为供设于窗口处的遮挡件伸入。
