与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明提出一种马鞍式窗式空调器,在长度可调节的连接部分上设置锁紧组件,锁紧组件包括锁套、锁芯、推扭及齿条,锁套设于位于外侧的室内连接箱或室外连接箱上,齿条设于位于内侧的室外连接箱或室内连接箱 上,推扭与锁芯连接、用于推动锁芯运动。当锁芯与锁套卡接锁紧时,室内连接箱和室外连接箱之间可以相对运动,以使连接部分的长度伸长或缩短;当锁芯与锁套分离时,室内连接箱和室外连接箱之间不能够相背运动,只能够在外力作用下相向运动,实现连接部分的锁紧。该锁紧组件结构简单、易于操作。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖”、“横”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
本发明公开一种马鞍式窗式空调器,参照图1和图2,包括室内部分200、室外部分100及连接部分300,连接部分300用于将室内部分200和室外部分100连接在一起,室内部分200位于室内侧,室外部分100位于室外侧。连接部分300将室内部分200与室外部分100分离,有效的降低了室内噪音。并且,室内部分200和室外部分100位于连接部分300的同一侧,当窗式空调器安装完成后,连接部分300坐落在窗口上,室内部分200和室外部分100分别位于窗口的下方,避免遮挡阳光,提高用户舒适度。
连接部分300包括相互套设的室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320,室内连接箱310与室内部分200连接,室外连接箱320与室外部分100连接,室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320之间设有滑动件,室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320沿滑动件往复运动,实现连接部分300的长度可调节,以便于安装。本实施例滑动件设于室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320的左右两侧,当然,在其他实施例中滑动件也可以设于室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320的上下两侧。
马鞍式窗式空调器的安装步骤为:
将连接部分300拉伸至最长尺寸;
将马鞍式窗式空调器放置于窗口上,连接部分300与窗框抵接,室内部分200位于室内侧,室外部分100位于室外侧;
缩短连接部分300尺寸,使室内部分200与室内侧墙壁抵靠,室外部分100与室外侧墙壁抵靠。
室内连接箱310可以位于室外连接箱320的外侧,也可以位于室外连接箱320的内侧,作为一种优选实施例,将室内连接箱310设于室外连接箱320的外侧,这样当窗式空调器安装完成后,用户从室内来看,不容易看到室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320之间的滑动件,使产品更加美观。
滑动件有两种实现方式,第一种:参照图2和图9,滑动件采用市面上能够采购到的成品滑轨330,滑轨330的一侧与室内连接箱310的内侧壁固定连接,滑轨330的另一侧与室外连接箱320的外侧壁固定连接,拖拽室内部分200或室外部分100,即可使室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320沿滑轨330产生相对移动,以调节连接部分300的长度;第二种:滑动件包括导槽和沿导槽往复运动的导轨(未图示),导槽固定设于室内连接箱310的内侧壁,导轨固定设于室外连接箱320的外侧壁,拖拽室内部分200或室外部分100,即可使导轨沿导槽滑动,进而使室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320之间产生相对移动,以调节连接部分300的长度。本实施例滑动件采用滑轨330。
室内连接箱310的外侧通过螺钉或插接等方式固定设有装饰罩340,装饰罩340通过螺钉或焊接等方式与室内部分200固定连接,装饰罩340将室内连接箱310、室外连接箱320及滑动件等部件遮挡,使产品更加美观。
马鞍式窗式空调器还包括锁紧组件400,参照图2至图4,其中图2中为了便于理解锁紧组件400与连接部分300之间的配合结构,将推扭410从通孔341中脱离、同时表示出锁芯430与齿条450的配合。锁紧组件400包括锁套420、锁芯430、推扭410及齿条450;锁套420设于位于外侧的室内连接箱310或室外连接箱320上,其上设有锁421孔;齿条450设于位于内侧的室外连接箱320或室内连接箱310上;推扭410与锁芯430连接、用于推动锁芯430运动;锁芯430上设有锁柱431,锁柱431与锁孔421卡接锁紧。当锁柱431与锁孔421卡接锁紧时,定义此状态为锁紧组件400的锁紧状态,参照图12,锁芯430与齿条450分离,室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320之间可以相对运动,以使连接部分300伸长或缩短;当锁柱431与锁孔 421分离时,定义此状态为锁紧组件400的自由状态,参照图13,锁芯430与齿条450卡接,室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320之间不能够相背运动,只能够在外力作用下相向运动,也即,此时连接部分300不能够伸长,只能够在外力作用下缩短,实现连接部分400的锁紧。
当室内连接箱310设于室外连接箱320的外侧时,锁套420与室内连接箱310连接,齿条450与室外连接箱320连接;当室内连接箱310设于室外连接箱320的内侧时,锁套420与室外连接箱320连接,齿条450与室内连接箱310连接。本实施例以室内连接箱310位于室外连接箱320的外侧为例进行阐述。
锁芯430的结构示意图参照图4和图7,其中,图7中锁芯430的侧视图为从齿条卡接部第二端4332观察的方向,锁芯430包括锁柱431和分设于锁柱431上下两端的推扭连接部432和齿条卡接部433,推扭连接部432用于与推扭410连接,齿条卡接部433用于与齿条450卡接。本实施例中,推扭连接部432为平板状结构,其上设有开口4321,用于与推扭410卡接。齿条卡接部433包括齿条卡接部第一端4331和齿条卡接部第二端4332,齿条卡接部第一端4331为圆柱体结构,其用于与齿条450卡接;齿条卡接部第二端4332也为圆柱体结构,其用于与锁套420适配。
推扭410的结构示意图参照图4和图8,推扭410包括手推部411和插接部412。手推部411为平板状结构,供用户手推使用。优选的,手推部411的上表面上设有多条间隔设置的突筋,以增大摩擦力,便于用于操作。插接部412的自由端部设有卡勾4121,插接部412插设于开口4321内,卡勾4121与开口4321卡接,以将推扭410与锁芯430连接为一体。
装饰罩340的上表面设有通孔431,安装锁紧组件400时,锁芯430位于装饰罩340的内侧,推扭连接部432上的开口4321与通孔341正对,插接部412穿过通孔341,卡勾4121与开口4321卡接,手推部411位于装饰罩340的外侧,参照图10和图11。优选地,手推部411的下表面与装饰罩340的外表面贴合,推扭连接部432的上表面与装饰罩340的内表面贴合,推动手推部411时,手推部411带动锁芯430沿着装饰罩340滑动,使整体运动机构更加稳固、不易晃动。
作为一种优选实施例,开口4321的数量为两个,插接部412也对应设置为两个,使推扭410与锁芯430之间的连接更加可靠、运动更加平稳。
作为一种优选实施例,参照图11,卡勾4121的下端面与锁套420的上表面抵接,这样,锁套420对推扭410起到一定的承接作用,避免推扭410受力按压后向下产生位移,而使得装饰罩340受力变形、影响锁紧组件400运动的顺畅性。
锁套420的结构示意图参照图3至图6,其中,图8中锁套420的侧视图为从靠近锁孔421的一侧观察的方向,锁套420还包括与锁孔421连通的锁芯容置腔422,当锁柱431与锁孔421卡接锁紧时,齿条卡接部第二端4332置于锁芯容置腔422内。具体的,锁套420通过螺钉固定安装至室内连接箱310的外侧面上,室内连接箱310上设有供锁芯容置腔422穿入的开口’(未标示),锁芯容置腔422穿过该开口’。锁柱431位于开口’处,通过推扭410的推动使锁柱431与锁孔421卡接或分离。齿条卡接部433位于室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320之间。
作为一种优选实施例,锁芯容置腔422内设有弹簧440,当锁柱431与锁孔421之间的配合关系由卡接状态转变为分离状态时,弹簧440对锁芯430起到复位作用。此外,锁紧组件400处于自由状态时,参照图13,在弹簧400的作用下,齿条卡接部第一端4331始终保持与齿条450卡接的状态。
齿条450通过螺钉固定安装至室外连接箱320的上表面上,齿条450沿室外连接箱的长度方向(也即连接部分的长度方向L)布置,齿条450具有多个依次布置的锯齿451,每个锯齿451包括止挡部4511和弧形部4512,弧形部4512相较于止挡部4511更靠近室外部分100,当锁紧组件400处于自由状态时,齿条卡接部第一端4331与止挡部4511抵靠,这样,连接部分300不能够再伸长,也即室内连接箱310和室外连接箱320之间不能够相背运动。当有外力作用于室内连接箱310或室外连接箱320上驱使二者相向运动时,齿条卡接部第一端4331沿着弧形部4512朝远离止挡部4511的方向运动,使连接部分300的长度缩短
作为一种优选实施例,齿条卡接部第一端4331上设有平面部4333,平面部4333与止挡部4511抵靠,使锁芯130与齿条450卡接时连接更加可靠稳固。
锁紧组件400具有两个,沿连接部分的宽度方向W间隔布置,有助于提高可靠性。
安装马鞍式窗式空调器时,步骤如下:
推动推扭410,使锁套420和锁芯430处于锁紧状态,齿条卡接部第一端4331与齿条450分离,将连接部分300拉伸至最长尺寸;
推动推扭410,使锁套420和锁芯430处于自由状态,齿条卡接部第一端4331与齿条450抵靠,将窗式空调器搬至窗台上;
在弹簧440的作用下连接部分300不能够再伸长,根据窗台尺寸将连接部分300缩短到合适尺寸即可,安装完成。锁紧组件400使得安装完成后的窗式空调器不容易晃动、可靠性强。
室外连接箱320靠近室外部分100的一端设有翻边321,翻边321通过螺钉与室外部分100固定连接。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种马鞍式窗式空调器,包括位于室内侧的室内部分、位于室外侧的室外部分、及设于所述室内部分和所述室外部分之间的连接部分,其中,
    所述连接部分包括相互套设的室内连接箱和室外连接箱,所述室内连接箱与所述室内部分连接,所述室外连接箱与所述室外部分连接,所述室内连接箱和所述室外连接箱相对运动;
    所述马鞍式窗式空调器还包括锁紧组件,其包括:
    锁套,其设于位于外侧的所述室内连接箱或所述室外连接箱上,所述锁套上设有锁孔;
    锁芯,其上设有锁柱,所述锁柱与所述锁孔卡接锁紧;
    推扭,其与所述锁芯连接,用于推动所述锁芯运动;
    齿条,其设于位于内侧的所述室外连接箱或所述室内连接箱上;
    当所述锁柱与所述锁孔卡接锁紧时,所述锁芯与所述齿条分离;
    当所述锁柱与所述锁孔分离时,所述锁芯与所述齿条卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的马鞍式窗式空调器,其中,
    所述锁芯还包括分设于所述锁柱两端的推扭连接部和齿条卡接部,所述推扭连接部与所述推扭连接,所述齿条卡接部与所述齿条卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的马鞍式窗式空调器,其中,
    所述推扭连接部上设有开口;
    所述推扭包括手推部和插接部,所述插接部的自由端部设有卡勾,所述插接部插设于所述开口内、所述卡勾与所述开口卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的马鞍式窗式空调器,其中,
    所述卡勾与所述锁套抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的马鞍式窗式空调器,其中,
    所述齿条卡接部上具有平面部,所述平面部与所述齿条抵靠。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的马鞍式窗式空调器,其中,
    所述齿条具有多个依次布置的锯齿,每个所述锯齿包括止挡部和弧形部,所述平面部与所述止挡部抵靠。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的马鞍式窗式空调器,其中,
    所述锁套还包括与所述锁孔连通的锁芯容置腔,当所述锁柱与所述锁孔卡接锁紧时,所述齿条卡接部的一端置于所述锁芯容置腔内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的马鞍式窗式空调器,其中,
    所述锁芯容置腔内还设有弹簧。
  9. 根据权利要求3-8中任一项所述的马鞍式窗式空调器,其中,
    所述连接部分还包括装饰罩,所述装饰罩与所述室内部分连接,其上设有通孔,所述插接部穿过所述通孔与所述开口卡接,所述手推部位于所述装饰罩的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的马鞍式窗式空调器,其中,
    所述锁紧组件具有两个,沿所述连接部分的宽度方向间隔布置。
