技术领域
本申请涉及空气处理设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于窗式空调器的安装支架及窗式空调器组件。
背景技术
相关技术中,窗式空调器的固定方式是将窗式空调器与下拉窗一起螺钉固定,防止窗式空调器掉落。该窗式空调器的安装固定方式的缺点是一旦用户觉得家里太闷,想打开窗户透气,窗式空调器将会掉落,无法实现窗户的正常开启使用。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种用于窗式空调器的安装支架,该安装支架方便了窗式空调器的安装固定、使用安全可靠,在将下拉窗向上拉起时,由于窗式空调器支撑在安装支架上,窗式空调器不会因为与下拉窗解除连接关系而发生掉落,可以实现窗户的正常开启使用。
本申请还提出了一种具有上述安装支架的窗式空调器组件。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,所述安装支架用于安装在墙体的窗口处,所述窗式空调器适于放置在所述安装支架上,所述安装支架包括:左右相对且间隔开设置的至少两个支撑架,每个所述支撑架包括沿前后方向延伸的支撑杆和连接在所述支撑杆下方的支腿,每个所述支撑杆在前后方向上具有相对的第一端和第二端,每个所述支腿的上端与对应的所述支撑杆相连,每个所述支腿的下端适于与所述墙体的外壁面抵接,每个所述支腿与对应的所述支撑杆互成角度设置;止挡件,所述止挡件位于所述支撑杆的第一端且向上延伸;第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆沿左右方向延伸,所述第一连接杆与两个所述支撑杆的第二端均相连,所述第一连接杆适于与所述窗口的内壁或窗框相连。
根据本申请实施例的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,方便了窗式空调器的安装固定,该 安装支架的结构简单、结构强度较高,将下拉窗向上拉起,安装支架可以为窗式空调器提供稳定的支撑,不会出现由于下拉窗开启时由于窗式空调器与下拉窗解除连接关系造成的窗式空调器的掉落,可以将下拉窗正常向上开启。并且,通过在至少一个支撑杆的第一端设有向上延伸的止挡件,可以更好地防止窗式空调器从安装支架上掉落,使用安全可靠。另外,由于窗式空调器安装放置在安装支架上,可以实现窗户的正常开启使用。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考附图描述根据本申请实施例的用于窗式空调器的安装支架100。
如图1和图6所示,同时结合图11-图14,根据本申请第一方面实施例的用于窗式空调器的安装支架100,安装支架100用于安装在墙体300的窗口301处,窗口301的内侧壁可以安装有窗框400,窗式空调器200适于放置在安装支架100上。
安装支架100包括:左右相对且间隔开设置的至少两个支撑架、止挡件41和第一连接杆3,每个支撑架包括沿前后方向延伸的支撑杆1和连接在支撑杆1下方的支腿2。由此,通过将安装支架100设置成包括左右相对且间隔开设置的至少两个支撑架和第一连接杆3,可以提高安装支架100的结构强度以及对窗式空调器100具有足够的支撑力度。每个支撑杆1在前后方向上具有相对的第一端和第二端,止挡件41位于支撑杆1的第一端且止挡件41向上延伸,止挡件41可以呈平板状。例如,可以仅是其中一个支撑杆1上的第一端设置上述的止挡件41,也可以是两个支撑杆1的第一端均设置上述止挡件41。每个支腿2的上端与对应的支撑杆1相连,每个支腿2的下端适于与墙体300的外壁面抵接,每个支腿2与对应的支撑杆1互成角度设置,由此使得每个支撑架形成稳定的结构。
第一连接杆3沿左右方向延伸,第一连接杆3与两个支撑杆1的第二端均相连。可选地,第一连接杆3与两个支撑杆1的第二端均通过紧固件相连,由此可以保证第一连接杆3与两个支撑杆1之间连接的可靠性。第一连接杆3适于与窗口301的底壁或窗框400相 连,通过第一连接杆3与窗口301的内壁(所述窗口301的内壁包括窗口301的底壁和侧壁)或窗框400的相连,可以将安装支架100安装固定在窗口301处。可选地,第一连接杆3可以通过紧固件(例如螺钉)与窗口301的内壁或窗框400相连。例如,第一连接杆3可以通过紧固件与窗口301的内壁相连,第一连接杆3也可以通过紧固件与窗框400相连(例如第一连接杆3通过紧固件与窗框400的横框部402相连),或者第一连接杆3可以通过紧固件与窗口301的内壁及窗框400均相连。
该安装支架100设置成上述结构,可以使得安装支架100的结构较为简单且具有较高的结构强度,使得安装支架100可以足够地支撑窗式空调器200。
需要说明的是。本申请所述的方向“前、后、左、右、上、下”均是相对于安装支架100安装在窗口301处且窗式空调器200放置在安装支架100之后,用户正对着窗式空调器200时的方向而言。
参照图11-图13,在将安装支架100安装在窗口301时,可以将第一连接杆3与窗口301的底壁位于室内的部分相连,或将第一连接杆3设在窗口301的底壁位于室内的部分且将第一连接杆3与窗框400相连,两个支撑杆1均朝向室外延伸,使得两个支撑杆1的第一端伸出至室外,两个支撑杆1可以支撑在窗口301的底壁上,每个支腿2的下端与墙体300的外壁面抵接,从而可以将安装支架100安装在窗口301处。在将安装支架100安装好之后,可以将窗式空调器200放置在安装支架100上,窗式空调器200的底面主要与两个支撑杆1接触,从而可以对窗式空调器200形成稳定的支撑。
窗口301处的下拉窗在需要使用时,将下拉窗向上拉起,窗式空调器200与下拉窗解除连接关系后,由于窗式空调器200支撑在安装支架100上,安装支架100可以为窗式空调器200提供稳定的支撑,不会出现由于下拉窗开启时由于窗式空调器200与下拉窗解除连接关系造成的窗式空调器200的掉落,可以将下拉窗正常向上开启。
并且,在该窗式空调器200放置在该安装支架100上时,支撑杆1上设置的止挡件41可以对窗式空调器200起到限位作用,例如在前后方向上窗式空调器200的外壁面可以与止挡件41抵接,从而可以更好地防止窗式空调器200从安装支架100上掉落,提高安装支架100的使用安全可靠性。
可选地,参照图1、图5、图6和图10,每个支腿2可沿相应的支撑杆1的长度方向(参照图1和图6中的前后方向)移动(该移动是指平移),在支腿2移动至设定位置时,可以通过紧固件34等锁紧件将支腿2锁定在设定位置,从而可以根据不同的墙体300的厚度前后调节支腿2,以使得支腿2的下端可以抵接在墙体300的外壁面,提高安装支架100的通用性。例如,每个支撑杆1上可以设有多个沿支撑杆1的长度方向间隔的第一锁紧孔121,每个支腿2的上端设有第二锁紧孔,在支腿2移动至不同位置时,通过锁紧件穿设于第一 锁紧孔121和第二锁紧孔,从而可以方便地实现支腿2的前后移动和锁紧。
需要说明的是,本申请所述的“多个”是指两个或两个以上。
可选地,参照图1、图3、图6和图8,每个支腿2的下端具有支撑脚21,支撑脚21与墙体300接触的表面可以为平面,从而可以增大支腿2的下端与墙体300的接触面积,提高安装支架100安装的可靠性。进一步地,上述支撑脚21上还可以设置橡胶块22,在支撑脚21与墙体300抵接时,可以通过橡胶块22与墙体300抵接,利用橡胶块22的弹性,可以使得支撑脚21与墙体300接触更为紧密。

在本申请的一些可选实施例中,至少一个支撑杆1为一体成型件,例如可以仅是其中一个支撑杆1为一体成型件,也可以两个支撑杆1均为一体成型件。由此,可以实现每个支撑杆1的长度不可调,并且可以简化支撑杆1生产工艺,且使得安装支架100的整体结构牢固可靠。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,参照图1、图2、图6和图7,至少一个支撑杆1包括前后相连的第一子支撑杆11和第二子支撑杆12,第一子支撑杆11和第二子支撑杆12均沿前后方向延伸,其中第一子支撑杆11可以与第一连接杆3相连,每个支腿2与对应的支撑杆1的第二子支撑杆12相连。例如,可以仅是其中一个支撑杆1包括前后相连的第一子支撑杆11和第二子支撑杆12,也可以是每个支撑杆1均包括前后相连的第一子支撑杆11和第二子支撑杆12。其中,第一子支撑杆11和第二子支撑杆12相对固定,例如第一子支撑杆11和第二子支撑杆12可以通过紧固件34相连,第一子支撑杆11和第二子支撑杆12也可以通过焊接连接。通过使得第一子支撑杆11和第二子支撑杆12相对固定,可以实现每个支撑杆1的长度不可调。

根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图1、图5、图6、图10和图11,每个支撑杆1与窗 式空调器200接触的面为支撑面13,至少一个支撑杆1的支撑面13为非平面结构。例如,可以仅是其中一个支撑杆1的支撑面13设置为非平面结构,也可以是每个支撑杆1的支撑面13均设置为非平面结构,窗式空调器200的底盘201具有与非平面结构的支撑面13配合的配合部2011。由此,可以增大窗式空调器200与支撑杆1的支撑面13之间的摩擦力,进一步地降低窗式空调器200的掉落风险,进一步地提高安装支架100的安全可靠性。

由此,通过滑动调节杆33,可以调节第一连接杆3的总长度,可以使得第一连接杆3的左右两端(即位于左右两侧的两个调节杆33的自由端)分别与窗口301的左右两个侧壁在左右方向上抵接,且同时第一连接杆3的左右两端与窗框的竖框部401在前后方向上抵接(参照图12),此时可以进一步地提高第一连接杆3安装固定的可靠性。并且,通过调节调节杆33的伸缩长度,可以使得第一连接杆3适应不同尺寸的窗口301,提高安装支架100的通用性。
当然,在使用安装支架100时,也可以通过调节第一连接杆3的总长度,使得第一连接杆3的左右两端(即位于左右两侧的两个调节杆33的自由端)与窗框的竖框部401在前后方向上抵接,且第一连接杆3的左右两端在左右方向上与窗口301的左右两个侧壁分别间隔开(参照图13),也可以起到提高第一连接杆3安装固定的可靠性。
另外,通过将滑动腔311的横截面和调节杆33的横截面均设置为矩形,在调节杆33相对固定杆31滑动时,可以防止调节杆33相对固定杆31转动,方便将固定杆31上的第一定位孔312和调节杆33上的第二定位孔331正对设置,从而方便了调节杆33的锁紧操作。
可选地,参照图6-图9并结合图12,固定杆31的长度方向上的两端均设有调节杆33,至少一个调节杆33的远离固定杆31的一端设有向上延伸的止抵板332,止抵板332的远离固定杆31的表面与调节杆33的远离固定杆31的端面齐平。例如,可以仅是其中一个调节杆33的远离固定杆31的一端设有向上延伸的止抵板332,也可以每个调节杆33的远离固定杆31的一端均设有向上延伸的止抵板332。由此,通过设置上述的止抵板332,在将 第一连接杆3调整至与窗口301的左右方向尺寸大体一致的时候,可以使得第一连接杆3的左右两个端面与窗口301的侧壁抵接的同时,也可以使得止抵板332与窗口301的侧壁抵接,并且第一连接杆3的左右两端在前后方向上与窗框的竖框部401抵接,可以增大第一连接杆3的左右两端与窗口301的侧壁及窗框的抵接面积,从而可以提高安装支架100的安装固定的可靠性。
例如,在图6-图9的示例中,第一连接杆3包括上述的固定杆31和两个调节杆33,两个调节杆33分别设在固定杆31的左右两端,且每个调节杆33均相对固定杆31可沿左右方向滑动,从而可以调节第一连接杆3的长度。具体地,固定杆31具有横截面为矩形的滑动腔311,每个调节杆33的横截面为矩形,每个调节杆33的至少一部分伸入至滑动腔311内且相对固定杆31沿左右方向可滑动。固定杆31的远离支撑杆1的一侧设有沿水平延伸的安装凸耳32,每个调节杆33的远离固定杆31的一端均设有向上延伸的止抵板332。
在将安装支架100安装在窗口301处时,可以将安装凸耳32通过紧固件与窗口301的底壁相连,可以省去固定杆31与窗框之间的连接结构(例如可以取消上面实施例中的第一连接杆3本身与窗框的横框部402之间的紧固件),调节调节杆33以使位于左端的调节杆33的左端面以及对应的止抵板332与窗口301的左侧壁抵接、位于右端的调节杆33的右端面以及对应的止抵板332与窗口301的右侧壁抵接,从而可以使得安装支架100可靠地安装固定在窗口301处,且可以省去固定杆31本身与窗框的横框部402之间通过紧固件相连的操作。
进一步地,参照图6和图10,每个止抵板332上可以设置固定孔3321,用户可以根据需要,使得止抵板332与窗口301的侧壁之间通过紧固件相连,或者也可以使得止抵板332与窗口301的侧壁直接抵接即可。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图1、图2、图6和图7,安装支架100包括:第二连接杆4,第二连接杆4沿左右方向延伸,第二连接杆4与两个支撑杆1的第一端均相连,止挡件41设在第二连接杆4上。由此,通过设置的第二连接杆4,可以提高安装支架100的结构强度,并且通过将止挡件41设在第二连接杆4上,方便止挡件41设在支撑杆1的第一端。
可选地,止挡件41与第二连接杆4一体成型。由此,可以简化安装支架100的加工工艺。
参照图11-图13,根据本申请第二方面实施例的窗式空调器200组件,包括:窗式空调器200和安装支架100,安装支架100为根据本申请上述第一方面实施例的用于窗式空调器的安装支架100,安装支架100用于安装在墙体300的窗口301处,窗式空调器200放置在安装支架100上。
根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器200组件,通过设置上述的安装支架100,方便了窗式空调器200的安装固定且安全可靠性较高,并且可以实现窗户的正常开启使用。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,所述安装支架用于安装在墙体的窗口处,所述窗式空调器适于放置在所述安装支架上,所述安装支架包括:
    左右相对且间隔开设置的至少两个支撑架,每个所述支撑架包括沿前后方向延伸的支撑杆和连接在所述支撑杆下方的支腿,每个所述支撑杆在前后方向上具有相对的第一端和第二端,每个所述支腿的上端与对应的所述支撑杆相连,每个所述支腿的下端适于与所述墙体的外壁面抵接,每个所述支腿与对应的所述支撑杆互成角度设置;
    止挡件,所述止挡件位于所述支撑杆的第一端且向上延伸;
    第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆沿左右方向延伸,所述第一连接杆与两个所述支撑杆的第二端均相连,所述第一连接杆适于与所述窗口的内壁或窗框相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,每个所述支撑杆的长度不可调。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,至少一个所述支撑杆为一体成型件。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,至少一个所述支撑杆包括前后相连的第一子支撑杆和第二子支撑杆,所述第一子支撑杆和所述第二子支撑杆相对固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,每个所述支撑杆与所述窗式空调器接触的面为支撑面,至少一个所述支撑杆的所述支撑面为非平面结构,所述窗式空调器的底盘具有与非平面结构的所述支撑面配合的配合部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,为非平面结构的所述支撑面包括位于不同平面的第一子支撑面和第二子支撑面,所述第一子支撑面和第二子支撑面之间通过台阶面相连,在由所述第一子支撑面至所述第二子支撑面的方向上,所述台阶面倾斜延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,所述支腿与对应的所述支撑杆之间所呈的角度不可调。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一连接杆上设有朝向室内水平延伸的安装凸耳,所述安装凸耳适于与所述窗口的底壁相连。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一连接杆适于与所述窗框的内侧壁抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一连接 杆与两个所述支撑杆的第二端均通过紧固件相连。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,所述第一连接杆包括:
    固定杆,所述固定杆适于与所述窗口的底壁相连,所述固定杆与两个所述支撑杆的第二端均相连,所述固定杆具有横截面为矩形的滑动腔,所述固定杆上形成有多个沿所述固定杆的长度方向间隔排布的第一定位孔,多个所述第一定位孔位于所述滑动腔的同一侧壁上;
    调节杆,所述调节杆设在所述固定杆的长度方向上的至少一端,所述调节杆的至少一部分伸入至所述滑动腔内且沿所述固定杆的长度方向相对所述固定杆可滑动,所述调节杆的横截面为矩形,所述调节杆上形成有多个沿所述调节杆的长度方向间隔排布的第二定位孔,多个所述第二定位孔位于所述调节杆的同一侧壁上,定位件适于穿过所述第一定位孔和所述第二定位孔以使所述调节杆相对所述固定杆固定。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,所述固定杆的长度方向上的两端均设有所述调节杆,至少一个所述调节杆的远离所述固定杆的一端设有向上延伸的止抵板,所述止抵板的远离所述固定杆的表面与所述调节杆的远离所述固定杆的端面齐平。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,所述调节杆远离所述固定杆的端面以及所述止抵板适于与所述窗口的侧壁抵接,且所述止抵板与所述窗口的侧壁适于通过紧固件相连。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,包括:第二连接杆,所述第二连接杆沿左右方向延伸,所述第二连接杆与两个所述支撑杆的第一端均相连,所述止挡件设在所述第二连接杆上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,其特征在于,所述止挡件与所述第二连接杆一体成型。
  16. 一种窗式空调器组件,其特征在于,包括:
    窗式空调器;
    安装支架,所述安装支架为根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的用于窗式空调器的安装支架,所述安装支架用于安装在墙体的窗口处,所述窗式空调器放置在所述安装支架上。
