参照说明书附图1、3、4和图5,该实施例的一种室内单臂吊运机,包括主机座23,所述主机座23顶端固定设有电机22以及吊运机构,所述吊运机构设在电机22前侧;
所述吊运机构包括主机座套管24,所述主机座套管24固定设在主机座23顶端,所述主机座套管24顶部设有顶管21,所述顶管21延伸入主机座套管24内部,所述顶管21顶端固定设有千斤螺杆19,所述千斤螺杆19外端设有千斤螺母18,所述千斤螺母18与千斤螺杆19通过螺纹相连接,所述千斤螺母18顶端固定设有主杆9,所述主杆9外端套设有旋转杆7,所述旋转杆7底端设有推力轴承16,所述推力轴承16底端设有夹紧器17,所述推力轴承16以及夹紧器17均套设在主杆9外端,所述旋转杆7与夹紧器17通过推力轴承16活动连接,所述主杆9顶部设有顶帽套管8并延伸入顶帽套管8内部,所述旋转杆7外端设有调节螺杆10,所述调节螺杆10一端设有拉杆套管11并延伸入拉杆套管11内部,所述旋转杆7前端设有可调吊臂套管12,所述可调吊臂套管12一端设在调节螺杆10底部,所述可调吊臂套管12另一端与拉杆套管11相连接,所述电机22上设有吊绳3,所述吊绳3一端固定设有吊钩26,所述吊钩26设在可调吊臂套管12底部。
进一步地,所述顶帽套管8以及主机座套管24上均设有快卸保险销25,所述顶帽套管8上的快卸保险销25贯穿顶帽套管8和主杆9,所述主机座套管24上的快卸保险销25贯穿主机座套管24和顶管21,当吊重物后,旋转杆7以主杆9为圆心旋转一定的角度,顶帽套管8上的快卸保险销25的目的防止主杆9与旋转杆7同步旋转而带动千斤螺母18旋转,防止产生松动而倒杆,主机座套管24上的快卸保险销25主要目的是安装机架紧固千斤螺母18时,防止顶管21与千斤螺母18一起旋转,达到拧紧千斤螺母18的目的。
进一步地,所述顶管21外端固定设有提手20,所述提手20设在主机座套管24顶部。
进一步地,所述旋转杆7内壁上镶嵌有两个耐磨胶套6,两个所述耐磨胶套6均套设在主杆9外端,防止旋转杆7旋转时与主杆9的摩擦,避免损伤主杆9。
进一步地,所述可调吊臂套管12外端固定设有行程开关13,所述旋转杆7外端固定设有第一滑轮,所述可调吊臂套管12另一端固定设有第二滑轮,所述吊绳3绕过第一滑轮以及第二滑轮,所述吊绳3设在拉杆套管11顶部。
进一步地,所述可调吊臂套管12另一端通过活动铰座设有限位圈14,所述限位圈14设在行程开关13与第二滑轮之间,所述限位圈14设在吊绳3外侧。
进一步地,所述调节螺杆10与旋转杆7、可调吊臂套管12一端与旋转杆7以及可调吊臂套管12另一端与拉杆套管11均通过活动铰座铰接。
进一步地,所述夹紧器17上通过螺纹连接有夹紧器锁紧螺杆15,所述夹紧器锁紧螺杆15采用细牙结构,可以不用工具徒手拧紧和拧松夹紧器17,达到快速装卸、调整的目的。
实施场景具体为:本发明在组装时,将顶管21插入主机座23上的主机座套管24内部,然后利用快卸保险销25将主机座套管24与顶管21锁定,将主杆9上的千斤螺母18旋紧在千斤螺杆19上,完成顶管21与主杆9的组装,然后将夹紧器17、推力轴承16以及旋转杆7套设在主杆9上并移动旋转杆7至合适高度,然后拧紧夹紧器17上的夹紧器锁紧螺杆15使得夹紧器17与主杆9固紧,完成旋转杆7与主杆9的组装,然后再将顶帽套管8套设在主杆9顶端并使用快卸保险销25将顶帽套管8与主杆9固定,然后将电机22上的吊绳3绕过旋转杆7上的第一滑轮以及可调吊臂套管12上的第二滑轮并穿过限位圈14,从而完成本发明的组装,不需要使用工具就可以完成组装,达到快速装卸、调整的目的,该实施方式具体解决了现有公开的吊运机,其不足之处需要使用工具进行拆装,费时费力,并且工作人员劳动强度大的问题。
参照说明书附图1和2,该实施例的一种室内单臂吊运机,所述顶帽套管8顶端固定设 有弹簧钢板4,所述弹簧钢板4顶端设有顶板主橡胶块1以及两个顶板副橡胶块2,所述顶板主橡胶块1设在两个顶板副橡胶块2之间,两个所述顶板副橡胶块2和顶板主橡胶块1均通过多个反爪螺母5与弹簧钢板4固定连接。
实施场景具体为:实际使用时,顶板主橡胶块1与顶板副橡胶块2与室内天花板接触,同时在弹簧钢板4的作用力下,始终保持一个力度作用在主杆上,使得本发明与天花板保持强大的摩擦力,并且在顶升主杆9时,主杆9挤压弹簧钢板4,弹簧钢板4挤压顶板主橡胶块1和顶板副橡胶块2,使得顶板主橡胶块1和顶板副橡胶块2之间的反爪螺母5上的尖锐的螺杆头露出直接紧紧抠住天花板,进而提高了本发明的稳定性,该实施方式具体解决了现有的吊运机容易发生倒杆的问题。
工作原理:
参照说明书附图1、3、4和图5,本发明在组装时,将顶管21插入主机座23上的主机座套管24内部,然后利用快卸保险销25锁定,将主杆9上的千斤螺母18旋紧在千斤螺杆19上,然后将夹紧器17、推力轴承16以及旋转杆7套设在主杆9上并移动旋转杆7至合适高度,然后拧紧夹紧器锁紧螺杆15使得夹紧器17与主杆9固紧,然后再将顶帽套管8套设在主杆9顶端并使用快卸保险销25固定,然后将电机22上的吊绳3绕过旋转杆7上的第一滑轮以及可调吊臂套管12上的第二滑轮并穿过限位圈14,从而完成本发明的组装,不需要使用工具就可以完成组装,达到快速装卸、调整的目的;
参照说明书附图1和2,顶板主橡胶块1与顶板副橡胶块2与室内天花板接触,同时在弹簧钢板4的作用力下,使得本发明与天花板保持强大的摩擦力。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种室内单臂吊运机,包括主机座(23),其特征在于:所述主机座(23)顶端固定设有电机(22)以及吊运机构,所述吊运机构设在电机(22)前侧;
    所述吊运机构包括主机座套管(24),所述主机座套管(24)固定设在主机座(23)顶端,所述主机座套管(24)顶部设有顶管(21),所述顶管(21)延伸入主机座套管(24)内部,所述顶管(21)顶端固定设有千斤螺杆(19),所述千斤螺杆(19)外端设有千斤螺母(18),所述千斤螺母(18)与千斤螺杆(19)通过螺纹相连接,所述千斤螺母(18)顶端固定设有主杆(9),所述主杆(9)外端套设有旋转杆(7),所述旋转杆(7)底端设有推力轴承(16),所述推力轴承(16)底端设有夹紧器(17),所述推力轴承(16)以及夹紧器(17)均套设在主杆(9)外端,所述旋转杆(7)与夹紧器(17)通过推力轴承(16)活动连接,所述主杆(9)顶部设有顶帽套管(8)并延伸入顶帽套管(8)内部,所述旋转杆(7)外端设有调节螺杆(10),所述调节螺杆(10)一端设有拉杆套管(11)并延伸入拉杆套管(11)内部,所述旋转杆(7)前端设有可调吊臂套管(12),所述可调吊臂套管(12)一端设在调节螺杆(10)底部,所述可调吊臂套管(12)另一端与拉杆套管(11)相连接,所述电机(22)上设有吊绳(3),所述吊绳(3)一端固定设有吊钩(26),所述吊钩(26)设在可调吊臂套管(12)底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内单臂吊运机,其特征在于:所述顶帽套管(8)顶端固定设有弹簧钢板(4),所述弹簧钢板(4)顶端设有顶板主橡胶块(1)以及两个顶板副橡胶块(2),所述顶板主橡胶块(1)设在两个顶板副橡胶块(2)之间,两个所述顶板副橡胶块(2)和顶板主橡胶块(1)均通过多个反爪螺母(5)与弹簧钢板(4)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内单臂吊运机,其特征在于:所述顶帽套管(8)以及主机座套管(24)上均设有快卸保险销(25),所述顶帽套管(8)上的快卸保险销(25)贯穿顶帽套管(8)和主杆(9),所述主机座套管(24)上的快卸保险销(25)贯穿主机座套管(24)和顶管(21)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内单臂吊运机,其特征在于:所述顶管(21)外端固定设有提手(20),所述提手(20)设在主机座套管(24)顶部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内单臂吊运机,其特征在于:所述旋转杆(7)内壁上镶嵌有两个耐磨胶套(6),两个所述耐磨胶套(6)均套设在主杆(9)外端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内单臂吊运机,其特征在于:所述可调吊臂套管(12)外端固定设有行程开关(13),所述旋转杆(7)外端固定设有第一滑轮,所述可调吊臂套管(12)另一端固定设有第二滑轮,所述吊绳(3)绕过第一滑轮以及第二滑轮,所述吊绳(3)设在拉杆套管(11)顶部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种室内单臂吊运机,其特征在于:所述可调吊臂套管(12)另一端通过活动铰座设有限位圈(14),所述限位圈(14)设在行程开关(13)与第二滑轮之间,所述限位圈(14)设在吊绳(3)外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内单臂吊运机,其特征在于:所述调节螺杆(10)与旋转杆(7)、可调吊臂套管(12)一端与旋转杆(7)以及可调吊臂套管(12)另一端与拉杆套管(11)均通过活动铰座铰接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内单臂吊运机,其特征在于:所述夹紧器(17)上通过螺纹连接有夹紧器锁紧螺杆(15),所述夹紧器锁紧螺杆(15)采用细牙结构。
