进一步的,所述外呼取消按键由按压次数控制,所述按压次数的计算间隔为两次电梯轿厢在该楼层停留的间隔,同一个用户的所述按压次数为两次时,且按照顺序一次为按压外呼梯按钮,另一次为按压外呼取消按键时,表示取消呼梯,这里的外呼取消按键可以为非同一组电梯上的外呼取消按键,当同一用户在同一楼层的另一组;当外呼梯按钮被按压后,非同一用户可以直接按压一次外呼取消按键,可直接取消呼梯,当呼梯的乘客不准备乘坐电梯,却又没有取消呼梯时,此时经过电梯的其他非乘坐电梯的人员,可以直接通过按压外呼取消按键取消呼梯,有效避免在没有用户需要使用电梯的楼层停靠的情况。
进一步的,所述通过指纹登记的用户的目标到达楼层号为隐性显示,所述非指纹登记用户的目标到达楼层号为显性显示,可以有效保 护指纹登记用户的实际到达楼层的信息,有效提高指纹登记用户的安全性。
进一步的,所述内取消模块的生效条件为轿厢内所有同一楼层的指纹登记用户实际目标楼层与系统记录停靠楼层同时发生改变,指纹登记用户的实际到达楼层为系统默认,但是当该用户想要去其他楼层时,可以手动选择楼层号,此时,当轿厢内同一目标楼层的用户均手动选择其他楼层后,隐性显示的目标楼层则在此次被取消停靠,实现对没有乘客下梯的楼层取消停靠,有效降低了对电梯内其他人员的时间的影响。
进一步的,所述内取消模块的生效条件还可以为非指纹登记用户的偶数次按压同一个内呼梯按钮,对于非指纹登记用户,在内呼梯按钮亮起的状态下,再按压一次该内呼梯按钮即可取消,有效避免因用户按错而导致在不是乘客的目标楼层停靠的可能性。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案可以通过将指纹识别面板嵌入到呼梯按钮中,可兼容原来的结构设计,不再需要在外部安装另外的指纹识别装置,指纹登记用户通过在外呼进行指纹识别乘梯用户后,该用户不需要在轿厢内进行再次登记操作,使得进梯过程更加有序,电梯乘客堵在电梯门处的概率有效降低,有效降低乘客被电梯门夹到的概率,同时对于非指纹登记用户,电梯仍然按照现有的乘梯管理系统运行,并且通过内取消模块和呼梯取消模块,有效避免在没有用户需要使用电梯的楼层停靠的情况,有效降低对电梯内其他人员的时间的影响。
(2)主动登记模块的指纹登记形式为:用户在物业处通过指纹采集器主动向指纹登记系统中录入指纹信息和常用的目标楼层号,自识别登记模块的指纹登记形式为:在一周内被指纹识别装置捕捉到同一指纹超过N次,且N次的实际到达楼层号稳定,即90%以上的到达的楼层号为同一楼层号,且默认该楼层号为目标楼层号。通过两种形式登记的均会被本外呼系统默认为指纹登记用户,使其具有在轿厢外按压外呼梯按钮后,进入到轿厢内时,不需要再次按压内呼梯按钮进行楼层的选择,本外呼系统可以直接默认其到达目标楼层号,使得进梯过程更加有序,电梯乘客堵在电梯门处的概率有效降低,有效降低乘客被电梯门夹到的概率,提高安全性。
(3)N次至少需要在不同的4天内完成,且4≤N≤7。有效保正通过自识别登记模块成为指纹登记的用户为本楼住户,或附近人员,或者为常与本楼往来的人员,有效提高通过该方式的安全性,对于本楼层的实际用户也是一种安全保障。
(4)外呼系统还包括下梯行为记录模块,下梯行为记录模块与指纹识别装置信号连接,通过下梯行为记录模块,可以记录指纹登记用户的在从高楼层至低楼层时,常下梯的楼层号,进而可以记录该楼层号作为默认的下梯目标楼层,使其在下梯时,进入轿厢后同样不需要按压楼层号。
(5)下梯行为记录模块通过信息采集单元、信息存储单元以及信息分析单元实现对用户从高楼层至低楼层的下梯信息的采集、存储与分析,通过信息采集单元、信息存储单元以及信息分析单元可以使得对于指纹登记用户的下梯楼层的判断更加准确,降低出错几率,提高本外呼系统的用户体验的满意度。
(6)外呼面板表面设置有呼梯取消模块,呼梯取消模块包括设置在外呼面板表面的带有指纹识别面板的外呼取消按键,外呼取消按键通过乘梯管理系统与另一组电梯上的外呼取消按键信号连接,对于非登记用户可以通过外呼取消按键可以取消对呼梯,当用户在进行呼梯后,决定不乘坐电梯时,在没有其他等待乘客的情况下,可以取消呼梯,使得电梯在本楼层不再停靠,有效避免电梯停靠却无等待乘客的情况,从而可以有效降低对轿厢内其他人员的时间的影响,同时使得同一用户可以在就近的电梯上取消另一组电梯的呼梯,有效避免乘客乘坐其他电梯后,未能及时取消另一组电梯呼梯的情况。

实施例1:
请参阅图1,一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,包括同一楼层的多组电梯、乘梯管理系统、指纹识别装置和指纹登记系统,乘梯管理系统、同一楼层的多组电梯、指纹识别装置和指纹登记系统两两之间电性连接,且指纹识别装置安装在电梯上,指纹识别装置包括外识别模块和内取消模块,内取消模块的生效条件为轿厢内所有同一楼层的指纹登记用户实际目标楼层与系统记录停靠楼层同时发生改变,指纹登记用户的实际到达楼层为系统默认,但是当该用户想要去其他楼层时,可以手动选择楼层号,此时,当轿厢内同一目标楼层的用户均手动选择其他楼层后,隐性显示的目标楼层则在此次被取消停靠,实现对没有乘客下梯的楼层取消停靠,有效降低了对电梯内其他人员的时间的影响;内取消模块的生效条件还可以为非指纹登记用户的偶数次按压同一个内呼梯按钮22,对于非指纹登记用户,在内呼梯按钮22亮起的状态下,再按压一次该内呼梯按钮22 即可取消,有效避免因用户按错而导致在不是乘客的目标楼层停靠的可能性。
请参阅图2-3,外识别模块包括安装在电梯一侧墙壁上的外呼面板1,外呼面板1上安装有两个外呼梯按钮21,内取消模块包括安装在电梯轿厢内壁的内呼面板11,内呼面板11上安装有多个内呼梯按钮22,外呼梯按钮21和内呼梯按钮22表面均安装有指纹识别面板3,指纹登记系统,指纹登记系统包括主动登记模块和自识别登记模块,主动登记模块的指纹登记形式为:用户在物业处通过指纹采集器主动向指纹登记系统中录入指纹信息和常用的目标楼层号,自识别登记模块的指纹登记形式为:在一周内被指纹识别装置捕捉到同一指纹超过N次,且N次的实际到达楼层号稳定,即90%以上的到达的楼层号为同一楼层号,且默认该楼层号为目标楼层号。通过两种形式登记的均会被本外呼系统默认为指纹登记用户,使其具有在轿厢外按压外呼梯按钮21后,进入到轿厢内时,不需要再次按压内呼梯按钮22进行楼层的选择,本外呼系统可以直接默认其到达目标楼层号,使得进梯过程更加有序,电梯乘客堵在电梯门处的概率有效降低,有效降低乘客被电梯门夹到的概率,提高安全性,N次至少需要在不同的4天内完成,且4≤N≤7。有效保正通过自识别登记模块成为指纹登记的用户为本楼住户,或附近人员,或者为常与本楼往来的人员,有效提高通过该方式的安全性,对于本楼层的实际用户也是一种安全保障。

通过指纹登记的用户的目标到达楼层号为隐性显示,非指纹登记用户的目标到达楼层号为显性显示,可以有效保护指纹登记用户的实际到达楼层的信息,有效提高指纹登记用户的安全性,非指纹登记的显性显示,可以有效提醒乘客已经被选择的楼层号,可以有效避免后进的乘客重复按压内呼梯按钮22,一方面可以延长内呼梯按钮22使用寿命,另一方面有效避免在进梯时,用户堵在电梯口的现象。
可以通过将指纹识别面板嵌入到呼梯按钮中,指纹登记用户通过在外呼进行指纹识别乘梯用户后,该用户不需要在轿厢内进行再次登记操作,使得进梯过程更加有序,电梯乘客堵在电梯门处的概率有效降低,有效降低乘客被电梯门夹到的概率,并且直接将识别输入面板嵌入新的产品可兼容原来的结构设计,不再需要在外部安装另外的指纹识别装置,同时对于非指纹登记用户,电梯仍然按照现有的乘梯管理系统运行,并且通过轿厢内的内取消模块,当指纹登记用户手动按压非目标楼层号时,即默认取消本次目标楼层的停靠,通过电梯外的呼梯取消模块,用户可以在电梯外取消呼梯,内外互相作用,有效避免在没有用户需要使用电梯的楼层停靠的情况,有效降低了对电梯内其他人员的时间的影响。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,包括同一楼层的多组电梯、乘梯管理系统、指纹识别装置和指纹登记系统,其特征在于:所述乘梯管理系统、同一楼层的多组电梯、指纹识别装置和指纹登记系统两两之间电性连接,且指纹识别装置安装在电梯上,所述指纹识别装置包括外识别模块和内取消模块,所述外识别模块包括安装在电梯一侧墙壁上的外呼面板(1),所述外呼面板(1)上安装有两个外呼梯按钮(21),所述内取消模块包括安装在电梯轿厢内壁的内呼面板(11),所述内呼面板(11)上安装有多个内呼梯按钮(22),所述外呼梯按钮(21)和内呼梯按钮(22)表面均安装有指纹识别面板(3),所述指纹登记系统,所述指纹登记系统包括主动登记模块和自识别登记模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,其特征在于:所述主动登记模块的指纹登记形式为:用户在物业处通过指纹采集器主动向指纹登记系统中录入指纹信息和常用的目标楼层号,所述自识别登记模块的指纹登记形式为:在一周内被指纹识别装置捕捉到同一指纹超过N次,且N次的实际到达楼层号稳定,即90%以上的到达的楼层号为同一楼层号,且默认该楼层号为目标楼层号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,其特征在于:所述N次至少需要在不同的4天内完成,且4≤N≤7。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,其特征在于:所述外呼系统还包括下梯行为记录模块,所述下梯行为记录模块与指纹识别装置信号连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,其特征在于:所述下梯行为记录模块通过信息采集单元、信息存储单元以及信息分析单元实现对用户从高楼层至低楼层的下梯信息的采集、存储与分析。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,其特征在于:所述外呼面板(1)表面设置有呼梯取消模块,所述呼梯取消模块包括设置在外呼面板(1)表面的带有指纹识别面板(3)的外呼取消按键(4),所述外呼取消按键(4)通过乘梯管理系统与另一组电梯上的外呼取消按键(4)信号连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,其特征在于:所述外呼取消按键(4)由按压次数控制,所述按压次数的计算间隔为两次电梯轿厢在该楼层停留的间隔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,其特征在于:所述通过指纹登记的用户的目标到达楼层号为隐性显示,所述非指纹登记用户的目标到达楼层号为显性显示。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,其特征在于:所述内取消模块的生效条件为轿厢内所有同一楼层的指纹登记用户实际目标楼层与系统记录停靠楼层同时发生改变。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种采用指纹技术实现电梯楼层自动登记的外呼系统,其特征在于:所述内取消模块的生效条件还可以为非指纹登记用户的偶数次按压同一个内呼梯按钮(22)。
