Description

可固定的细胞培养组件 技术领域
本申请涉及细胞培养技术领域,尤其地涉及一种细胞培养袋的固定组件。
背景技术
细胞培养袋在培养细胞时是一次性的装置,进行细胞培养时,需要将细胞液、培养液、营养液等液体或气体注入细胞培养袋内或从培养袋内抽出,并将细胞培养袋置于生物摇床上,通过生物摇床的摇摆促进细胞培养;生物摇床通常包括摇床机体和设于机体上的托盘。现有的细胞培养袋没有与托盘固定的连接装置,而是直接将培养袋置于托盘上,在托盘上设置有压杆或压块等部件,通过将细胞培养袋的边缘压住固定在托盘上,避免细胞培养袋的滑动。当对培养袋充气时,培养袋鼓起,培养袋底部和托盘的接触面仍然会有部分悬空。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于克服现有细胞培养袋无法与摇床可拆式固定连接,导致细胞培养袋底部和托盘的接触面仍然会有部分悬空的问题,提供一种可固定的细胞培养组件,包括细胞培养袋和生物摇床;所述生物摇床包括机体和设于机体上的托盘;所述细胞培养袋包括封闭袋体和设于封闭袋体下端的用于与托盘连接的固定组件;
所述固定组件包括底片、夹头和旋紧帽;所述底片与封闭袋体固定连接;所述夹头包括垂直固定于底片下端的螺纹柱及设于螺纹柱下端的多个弹性夹爪;多个弹性夹爪之间设有间距,且多个弹性夹爪排列为空心圆台状;所述旋紧帽为上下贯通结构,其包括与螺 纹柱配合的螺纹管段和设于螺纹管段一端的用于锁紧弹性夹爪的锥管段;
所述托盘上端面设有凹槽,所述凹槽底部竖直设有与夹头配合的夹杆。
进一步,所述弹性夹爪有三个或四个,沿所述螺纹柱周向均匀布置;多个弹性夹爪的下端相聚拢并在中部预留有供所述夹杆通过的开口。
进一步,所述螺纹柱为空心。
进一步,所述凹槽深度大于或等于所述固定组件的高度。
进一步,所述封闭袋体是由单块袋片折弯后热压形成的一个封闭袋腔或由两块袋片层叠后热压形成的一个封闭袋腔。
本申请的有益效果是:通过在生物摇床的托盘上设置夹杆,并在细胞培养袋上设置与夹杆夹持配合的固定组件,实现了细胞培养袋与托盘的快速固定和分离,托盘摆动时细胞培养袋不会滑动,细胞培养效率更高,损失更小,且对托盘改进较小,可适用于市场上大多数生物摇床,降低了摇床更换成本,易于推广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作进一步的详细描述。
如图1~6所示的可固定的细胞培养组件,包括细胞培养袋和生物摇床;生物摇床包括机体和设于机体上的托盘5,生物摇床可以是市场上直接购买获得,只需要对托盘5进行相应改进即可,比如,生物摇床可以是公开号为CN107365692A的中国发明专利所述的结构;细胞培养袋包括封闭袋体1和设于封闭袋体1下端的用于与托盘5连接的固定组件。
固定组件包括底片2、夹头3和旋紧帽4;托盘5上端面设有凹槽6,本实施例中凹槽6如图5所示设置有2个,固定组件的数量与凹槽6数量保持一致,当然凹槽6优选为呈三点式设计三个,这样细胞培养袋会被固定的更牢固;凹槽6底部竖直设有与夹头3配合的夹杆7;底片2与封闭袋体1固定连接;夹头3包括垂直固定于底片2下端的螺纹柱3.1及设于螺纹柱3.1下端的多个弹性夹爪3.2;为了细胞培养袋固定的更紧,避免其晃动,螺纹柱3.1可设置为空心以便于夹杆7插入螺纹柱3.1内,因此螺纹柱3.1内的空心优选为直径大于或等于夹杆7直径的竖直空腔。多个弹性夹爪3.2之间设有间距,且多个弹性夹爪3.2排列为空心圆台状;弹性夹爪3.2有三个或四个,弹性夹爪3.2的结构如图1或3或4所示,本实施例中弹性夹爪3.2为四个,四个弹性夹爪3.2沿螺纹柱3.1周向均匀布置;多个弹性夹爪3.2的下端相聚拢并在中部预留有供夹杆7通过的开口,弹性夹爪3.2优选为塑料材质或橡胶材质,具有一定的塑性;如图3所示,当受到由外至内的挤压时,即受到旋 紧帽4的挤压,弹性夹爪3.2收拢实现对夹杆7的夹紧;旋紧帽4为上下贯通结构,其包括与螺纹柱3.1配合的螺纹管段4.1和设于螺纹管段4.1一端的用于锁紧弹性夹爪3.2的锥管段4.2。固定时,如图6所示,首先将旋紧帽4套设在夹杆7外,再将夹头3套设在夹杆7上且夹头3处于旋紧帽4内,转动旋紧帽4使其不断上移并逐渐将夹头3夹紧,最终旋紧帽4将夹头3夹紧,夹头3将夹杆7夹紧后为如图6所示的状态,此时,细胞培养袋通过固定组件固定在托盘5上。
为了使细胞培养袋平放,凹槽6深度应该大于或等于固定组件的高度,从而细胞培养袋通过固定组件固定在托盘5上后,细胞培养袋的固定组件处不会朝上顶起,当托盘5摇晃时,细胞培养袋内的液体可平顺的流动,利于细胞培养。另外,凹槽6的槽口应该设置的便于工具或手指进入凹槽6内,以便转动旋紧帽4。托盘5与生物摇床的机体是可分离式连接的,因此本实施例的细胞培养组件实际上只需要对现有的托盘5进行改进,并将固定组件的底片2粘贴或焊接固定在现有的细胞培养袋上即可,这种改进大大降低了用户更换产品所需的成本,只需要购买相应的固定组件和托盘5即可。
本实施例中封闭袋体1可以是由单块袋片折弯后热压形成的一个封闭袋腔,也可以是由两块袋片层叠后热压形成的一个封闭袋腔。当由单块袋片热压成型时,其属于小体积细胞培养袋,只需要一个固定组件即可。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种可固定的细胞培养组件,包括细胞培养袋和生物摇床;所述生物摇床包括机体和设于机体上的托盘(5);其特征在于:所述细胞培养袋包括封闭袋体(1)和设于封闭袋体(1)下端的用于与托盘(5)连接的固定组件;
    所述固定组件包括底片(2)、夹头(3)和旋紧帽(4);所述底片(2)与封闭袋体(1)固定连接;所述夹头(3)包括垂直固定于底片(2)下端的螺纹柱(3.1)及设于螺纹柱(3.1)下端的多个弹性夹爪(3.2);多个弹性夹爪(3.2)之间设有间距,且多个弹性夹爪(3.2)排列为空心圆台状;所述旋紧帽(4)为上下贯通结构,其包括与螺纹柱(3.1)配合的螺纹管段(4.1)和设于螺纹管段(4.1)一端的用于锁紧弹性夹爪(3.2)的锥管段(4.2);
    所述托盘(5)上端面设有凹槽(6),所述凹槽(6)底部竖直设有与夹头(3)配合的夹杆(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可固定的细胞培养组件,其特征在于:所述弹性夹爪(3.2)有三个或四个,沿所述螺纹柱(3.1)周向均匀布置;多个弹性夹爪(3.2)的下端相聚拢并在中部预留有供所述夹杆(7)通过的开口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可固定的细胞培养组件,其特征在于:所述螺纹柱(3.1)为空心。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可固定的细胞培养组件,其特征在于:所述凹槽(6)深度大于或等于所述固定组件的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可固定的细胞培养组件,其特征在于:所述封闭袋体(1)是由单块袋片折弯后热压形成的一个封闭袋腔或由两块袋片层叠后热压形成的一个封闭袋腔。
