一种缩标炉,包括机壳(1)、水平设置的用于输送待缩标瓶子的输送装置(2)及用于给瓶子缩标的蒸汽装置,机壳(1)的前后设置有供输送装置(2)通过的缺口(3),蒸汽装置包括设置在机壳(1)内且位于输送装置(2)两侧的出蒸汽管(4),出蒸汽管(4)上设置有若干出气孔(6),各出蒸汽管(4)上的若干出气孔(6)排列成至少一排且朝向输送装置(2),输送装置(2)的两侧且位于出蒸汽管(4)的下方分别竖直设置有一蒸汽挡板(5),蒸汽挡板(5)的上端面低于出气孔(6)的高度。通过设置蒸汽挡板,从而蒸汽从出气孔喷出后,能直接喷到瓶子的标上,混乱气流能被蒸汽挡板挡住,从而能使得瓶子的缩标效果更好。

Description

一种缩标炉 技术领域
本实用新型属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种缩标炉。
背景技术
缩标炉广泛应用于大桶和小瓶装矿泉水、纯净水、乳制品饮料等食品饮料行业,现有的缩标炉使得缩标的效果不好,在缩标过程,因为是处在一个相对密闭的空间,高温蒸汽在该空间内会产生一个混乱的热流,缩标会产生很大的影响。因此有必要提出一种缩标效果好的缩标炉。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有缩标炉所存在的上述问题,而提出一种缩标效果好的缩标炉。
一种缩标炉,其特征在于,它包括机壳、水平设置的用于输送待缩标瓶子的输送装置及用于给瓶子缩标的蒸汽装置,机壳的前后设置有供输送装置通过的缺口,所述的蒸汽装置包括设置在机壳内且位于输送装置两侧的出蒸汽管,出蒸汽管上设置有若干出气孔,各出蒸汽管上的若干出气孔排列成至少一排且朝向输送装置,所述的输送装置的两侧且位于出蒸汽管的下方分别竖直设置有一蒸汽挡板,蒸汽挡板的上端面低于出气孔的高度。
蒸汽挡板的上端面低于出气孔的高度,高于瓶子上的标的底部高度。
设置蒸汽挡板,从而蒸汽从出气孔喷出后,能直接喷到瓶子的标上,混乱气流能被蒸汽挡板挡住,从而能使得瓶子的缩标效果更好。
优选的,所述的输送装置包括支架、水平设置在支架上的若干转辊及套设在转辊上的皮带,通过电机与其中一转辊连接驱动该转辊旋转,皮带被带动跟着转动从而能平稳输送瓶子。
优选的,所述的蒸汽装置还包括蒸汽产生装置,上述的出蒸汽管的一端封闭,另一端设置有开口,该端为开口端,蒸汽产生装置通过一气管与出蒸汽管的开口端对接。
蒸汽产生装置为现有的设备,如可以蒸汽锅炉,在此不作详述。
蒸汽产生装置产生的蒸汽通过气管到达出蒸汽管,然后从出蒸汽管上的出气孔喷到输送带上的待缩标的瓶子上进行缩标。
优选的,所述的机壳与输送线输送方向相垂直的两侧部上各设置有两个窗口,窗口上均对应的设置窗门。设置窗从而在缩边过程,当机壳内出现问题时,可以方便的进行处理。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型设置了蒸汽挡板,从而蒸汽从出气孔喷出后,能直接喷到瓶子的标上,混乱气流能被蒸汽挡板挡住,从而能使得瓶子的缩标效果更好。

具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1及图2所示,本实用新型提出的一种缩标炉,它包括机壳1、水平设置的用于输送待缩标瓶子的输送装置2及用于给 瓶子缩标的蒸汽装置。
机壳1的前后设置有供输送装置2通过的缺口3,所述的蒸汽装置包括设置在机壳1内且位于输送装置2两侧的出蒸汽管4,出蒸汽管4上设置有若干出气孔6,各出蒸汽管4上的若干出气孔6排列成至少一排且朝向输送装置2,所述的输送装置2的两侧且位于出蒸汽管4的下方分别竖直设置有一蒸汽挡板5,蒸汽挡板5的上端面低于出气孔6的高度。
蒸汽挡板5的上端面低于出气孔6的高度,高于瓶子上的标的底部高度。
设置蒸汽挡板5,从而蒸汽从出气孔6喷出后,能直接喷到瓶子的标上,混乱气流能被蒸汽挡板5挡住,从而能使得瓶子的缩标效果更好。
输送装置2(图中只为示意)包括支架、水平设置在支架上的若干转辊及套设在转辊上的皮带,通过电机与其中一转辊连接驱动该转辊旋转,皮带被带动跟着转动从而能平稳输送瓶子。
蒸汽装置还包括蒸汽产生装置,上述的出蒸汽管4的一端封闭,另一端设置有开口,该端为开口端,蒸汽产生装置通过一气管与出蒸汽管4的开口端对接。
蒸汽产生装置为现有的设备,如可以蒸汽锅炉,在此不作详述。
蒸汽产生装置产生的蒸汽通过气管到达出蒸汽管4,然后从出蒸汽管4上的出气孔6喷到输送带上的待缩标的瓶子上进行缩标。
机壳1与输送线输送方向相垂直的两侧部上各设置有两个窗口7,窗口7上均对应的设置窗门。设置窗从而在缩边过程,当机壳1内出现问题时,可以方便的进行处理。
本实用新型设置了蒸汽挡板5,从而蒸汽从出气孔6喷出后,能直接喷到瓶子的标上,混乱气流能被蒸汽挡板5挡住,从而能 使得瓶子的缩标效果更好。
应该理解,在本实用新型的权利要求书、说明书中,所有“包括……”均应理解为开放式的含义,也就是其含义等同于“至少含有……”,而不应理解为封闭式的含义,即其含义不应该理解为“仅包含……”。

  1. 一种缩标炉,其特征在于,它包括机壳、水平设置的用于输送待缩标瓶子的输送装置及用于给瓶子缩标的蒸汽装置,机壳的前后设置有供输送装置通过的缺口,所述的蒸汽装置包括设置在机壳内且位于输送装置两侧的出蒸汽管,出蒸汽管上设置有若干出气孔,各出蒸汽管上的若干出气孔排列成至少一排且朝向输送装置,所述的输送装置的两侧且位于出蒸汽管的下方分别竖直设置有一蒸汽挡板,蒸汽挡板的上端面低于出气孔的高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种缩标炉,其特征在于,所述的输送装置包括支架、水平设置在支架上的若干转辊及套设在转辊上的皮带,通过电机与其中一转辊连接驱动该转辊旋转,皮带被带动跟着转动从而能平稳输送瓶子。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种缩标炉,其特征在于,所述的蒸汽装置还包括蒸汽产生装置,上述的出蒸汽管的一端封闭,另一端设置有开口,该端为开口端,蒸汽产生装置通过一气管与出蒸汽管的开口端对接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种缩标炉,其特征在于,所述的机壳与输送线输送方向相垂直的两侧部上各设置有两个窗口,窗口上均对应的设置窗门。
