近年来,远程医疗行业蓬勃发展,而远程会诊作为一种能够更合理分配医疗资源的技术手段被广泛应用。随着互联网技术的进步,远程会诊技术从依托于传真和电话等实现,逐渐地转变为基于互联网的实时的面对面诊疗的远程会议系统。
另外,互联网技术的发展实现了对病人诊疗信息和行政管理信息进行数字化地收集、存储、处理、提取及传输的医院系统。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供了一种用于远程会诊的方法、一种会诊终端、一种会诊服务器、一种存储有计算机程序的计算机可读存储介质以及一种交互方法。
根据本公开的第一方面,提供了一种用于远程会诊的方法。该方法包括:接收用于控制会诊设备的控制信息;以及向会诊服务器发送控制信息,以便该会诊服务器基于该控制信息控制会诊设备。
在本公开的实施例中,会诊设备包括用于再现多媒体数据的再现装置,控制所述会诊设备包括以下至少一项:控制再现装置的再现内容;以及控制再现装置的再现参数。

如前所述,远程会诊系统可以基于互联网实时面对面地实现。医院系统可以对病人诊疗信息和行政管理信息进行数字化地采集和处理,例如通过智慧医院系统。然而,远程会诊系统不涉及对系统中的设备进行实时控制,且不与医院系统进行实时数据传输,导致了会诊效率低,成本高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提出了一种用于远程会诊的方法。该方法可以实现对系统中的会诊设备的实时控制,并与医院系统进行实时的数据传输,从而提高会诊效率,降低成本。

在本公开的实施例中,会诊服务器110可以包括控制服务器1110和媒体服务器1120。控制服务器1110与媒体服务器1120通信连接。媒体服务器1120可以是流媒体服务器,用于存储和处理音频数据和视频数据。该视频数据可以为高分辨率(例如,720P、1080P、4k等)视频数据,以为远程会诊提供高清晰度的画面。在本公开的实施例中,会诊服务器110的管理和交互方式可以采用专利申请号为2019109279037的交互方法和交互系统。
在本公开的实施例中,会诊终端130与会诊服务器110通信连接,并经由会诊服务器110控制会诊设备120。在本公开的实施例中,会诊设备120和会诊终端130均与会诊服务器110通信连接,例如,基于MQTT协议和/或HTTP协议。会诊终端130可以是固定的终端或移动的终端。当会诊终端130是移动的终端时,会诊终端可以是智能电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、平板电脑(例如APPLE公司的iPad)、膝上型电脑、笔记本电脑等。会诊终端130可以在提供远程会诊系统100时由供应商统一提供,也可以单独购买和配置并接入远程会诊系统100。附加地,参与会诊的医生可以通使用自己的智能终端作为会诊终端130接入远程会诊系统100。在本公开的实施例中,仅仅为了描述的目的,对于会诊终端130 a而言,会诊设备120 a是本地会诊设备,会诊设备120 b是远程会诊设备。对于会诊终端130 b而言,会诊设备120 b是本地会诊设备,会诊设备120 a是远程会诊设备。

如图3和图4所示,控制界面还包括缩放图标。可以通过对缩放图标的操作来控制指定摄像头的焦距。例如,选定我的摄像头图标,通过对缩放图标的点击、持续按压或拖动等操作来增加或减小我的会诊设备120a的摄像头的焦距。
附加地,尽管图3和图4未示出,但控制界面还可以包括麦克风启用图标和禁用图标。可以通过对麦克风启用图标或禁用图标进行操作(例如,点击)来启用或禁用指定的麦克风。与指定摄像头的方法类似,通过选定麦克风的图标来指定麦克风。
另外,会诊终端的控制界面还包括文字信息交互图标。可以通过对文字信息交互图标的操作,来在指定显示屏上显示文字信息。下面参考图5 来对此操作进行详细的描述。
图5示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的会诊管理终端130的控制界面。如图5所示,在用户对选中文字信息交互图标进行操作(例如,点击)之后,控制界面显示弹出窗口。然后,可以通过选择弹出窗口中显示的预设文字信息的选项,在对应的显示屏上显示该文字信息。在本公开的实施例中,预设文字信息包括“请安静,听不清专家说话了”、“把电子病例分享一下”和“专家还未结束上一个会诊,请大家稍等”等。当通过点击选中“把电子病例分享一下”预设文字信息时,可以将该预设文字信息在对应的显示屏上显示。在本公开的实施例中,对应的显示屏可以是选定的会诊医生所对应的显示屏或者远程会诊系统中的所有会诊设备的显示屏。另外,该文字信息可以在对应的显示屏的附加显示屏上显示。附加显示屏不与显示屏图标对应。附加显示屏大小可以由所显示的文字信息决定,也可以是固定的。附加显示屏的位置可以是移动的,例如从显示屏的左边移动到显示屏的右边。附加显示屏的位置也可以是固定的,例如,在显示屏的中间位置。在附加显示屏上显示的内容可以覆盖分屏上显示的内容。
附加地,会诊终端的控制界面还包括视频分享图标。可以通过对视频分享图标的操作,来在所有会诊设备的显示屏上显示同一视频源内容。下面参考图6来对此操作进行详细的描述。
图6示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的会诊管理终端130的控制界面。如图6所示,在用户通选中(例如,通过点击操作)视频分享图标之后,控制界面显示弹出窗口。然后,可以选择(例如,通过点击操作)弹出窗口中显示的视频源的选项,以在所有会诊设备的显示屏上显示该视频源。在本公开的实施例中,视频源的选项与控制界面上的视频源的图标一一对应。例如,通过点击选中视频1的选项时,将视频1在所有显示屏上显示。
附加地,在本公开的实施例中,用于远程会诊的方法还包括从会诊服务器接收会诊信息。具体地,会诊终端130通过通信协议从会诊服务器110接收会诊信息。在本公开的实施例中,会诊信息包括但不限于会诊设备状态数据、会诊数据、医生数据和病人数据。在本公开的实施例中,会诊服 务器110(例如,控制服务器1110)与数字化的医院系统通信连接,以从医院系统获取会诊数据、医生数据和病人数据,从而提高远程会诊的效率,降低成本。
在本公开的实施例中,用于远程会诊的方法还包括显示会诊信息。在图3和图4所示的控制界面中示出了会诊设备状态数据。如上所述,视频1可以是与李医生对应的会诊设备120的摄像头和麦克风获取的多媒体数据。在本公开的实施例中,在与李医生对应的会诊设备120的摄像头和麦克风不能正常工作时,视频1的图标显示为灰色。在视频源的图标为灰色时,该视频源不能被拖动,不能被显示。另外,会诊任务列表界面上还示出了会诊数据。会诊数据包括但不限于会诊任务的预约Id、病症、所处时段、会诊类型、会诊开始时间、接诊和需方信息、会诊日期、会诊任务状态、病人Id、接诊会诊地点、需方会诊地点、病人名称、联系电话等。
图7示出了根据本公开的实施例的会诊管理终端130的会诊任务列表界面。图7所示的会诊任务列表界面示出了会诊名称、会诊地点、病人病症、会诊任务状态以及会诊类别。在本公开的实施例中,病人可以在医院预约远程会诊,数字化医院系统(未示出)根据预约生成远程会诊的会诊任务。然后通过会诊服务器110(例如,控制服务器1110)将会诊任务数据以及相关的会诊数据提供给会诊管理终端130。会诊任务状态包括已完成、未开始、待处理、进行中、已取消和已过期。会诊类别包括普通会诊和急诊。在会诊为急诊时,在会诊任务列表界面上的对应的会议任务图标上显示急诊标记。在会诊任务列表界面上显示会诊数据,可以使医生随时查看会诊信息并合理安排会诊时间,从而提高远程会诊的效率和可操作性。
另外,医生可以在会诊任务列表切换待处理会诊标签页和我的会诊标签页。在两个标签页中选择日期,从而查看该日期的待处理会诊任务或全部会诊任务。
在本公开的实施例中,医生可以通过点击会诊任务列表界面上的会诊任务图标来切换到会诊详情界面,从而在会诊详情界面上查看与该会诊对应的医生和病人的数据。
图8示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的会诊管理终端的会诊详情界面。图8示出了会诊未开始时的会诊详情界面。在该会诊详情界面上示出了会诊医生数据和病人数据。在本公开的实施例中,医生的数据包括医生Id、医生名称、职称、医院Id、医院名称、性别、头像和电话号码等。病人数据包括病人Id、病人编码、病人姓名、性别、证件类型、证件号、出生日期、年龄、电话和病历信息等。病历信息包括该病人全部的病历和检查报告。例如,病例信息包括病历Id、病历编号、病历名称、病情描述、检查类型、导入方式、文件Id、文件名称和文件路径等。在本实施例中,医生可以通过点击病历图标来查看或保存该病历的详细信息。另外,医生可以通过点击返回图标来切换到会诊详情界面。
类似地,图9示出了根据本公开的另一些实施例的会诊管理终端的会诊详情界面。图9示出了会诊进行中时的会诊详情界面。与图8类似,在该会诊详情界面上示出了会诊医生数据和病人数据,在此不再赘述。另外,医生可以通过左右滑动的操作来切换到正在进行的会诊的控制界面。
在本公开的实施例中,远程会诊的方法还包括向会诊服务器110发送会诊请求。在本公开的实施例中,会诊服务器110基于获取的远程会诊的挂号信息,建立会诊任务。远程会诊的挂号信息可以是会诊服务器110从医院智慧系统获取的。会诊终端130a向会诊服务器110发起会诊请求。会诊服务器110基于会诊请求建立会诊空间并向会诊设备120发布会诊空间建立信息。响应于会诊空间建立信息,该会诊设备120可以登陆会诊空间。响应于会诊设备登录会诊空间,会诊服务器110还发布会诊建立成功信息。另外,用于远程会诊的方法还包括从会诊服务器接收会诊建立成功信息,以及响应于会诊建立成功信息通知用户会诊开始。下面参照图8和图9,对其进行详细描述。
医生可以通过点击图8所示的会诊详情界面上的发起会诊图标,控制服务器1110基于获取的远程会诊的挂号信息,建立会诊任务。会诊终端130a向会诊服务器110发起会诊请求。在接收到该会诊请求的情况下,会诊服务器110建立会诊空间。具体地,响应于该会诊请求,控制媒体服务 器1120建立会诊空间。否则,继续等待会诊请求。在会诊空间建立的情况下,会诊服务器110向会诊设备120发布会诊空间建立信息。具体地,媒体服务器1120通过例如HTTP协议向控制服务器1110发送会诊空间建立信息,然后控制服务器1110通过例如MQTT协议向会诊设备120发布会诊空间建立信息。否则,继续等待会诊空间建立信息。在接收到会诊空间建立信息后,对应的会诊设备120可以登录该会诊空间。在会诊设备120成功登录会诊空间的情况下,该控制服务器1110(例如,通过MQTT)向会诊管理终端130发布远程会诊的启动信息。然后,该会诊管理终端130通知用户会诊开始。例如,通过更新会诊状态信息,将会诊详情界面中的发起会诊图标可变为返回会诊图标,并显示当前会诊的持续时间,如图9所示。用户可以通过点击该返回会诊图标,将用户界面切换为如图3或图4所示的控制界面。另外,在本公开的实施例中,在会诊管理终端130a的状态信息可以(例如,通过MQTT协议)发送给会诊服务器110。在本公开的实施例中,会诊管理终端130a的状态包括上线、离线和忙线等。
在本公开的实施例中,用于远程会诊的方法还包括用户注册、用户登录、用户权限管理和用户信息编辑。医生可以在登录界面,通过选中(例如,点击)相应的图标,然后在文本输入框内输入用户名(例如,医生编号)、密码等信息进行用户注册、用户登录、用户权限管理和用户信息编辑等操作。
在本公开的实施例中,用于远程会诊的方法还包括向本地会诊设备发送初始化配置信息以初始化该本地会诊设备。在本公开的实施例中,会诊管理终端130a可以通过会诊设备配置界面(未示出)对会诊设备120a的关机时间、服务器地址等进行设置。
图10是根据本公开的一些实施例的会诊终端130的示意图。如图10所示,会诊终端130可包括一个或多个处理器1010,以及与处理器1010耦接的存储器1020。在本公开的实施例中,存储器1020可以是计算机可读存储介质。会诊终端130还可以包括与处理器1010和存储器1020耦接的 I/O设备1030。在存储器1020中存储有计算机程序指令。该计算机程序指令在被处理器1010执行时,使得该会诊终端130执行参照图2至图9所描述的方法。
图11示出了根据本公开的实施例的一种用于远程会诊的方法M1100的流程图。在本公开的实施例中,该方法可以被如图1所示的远程会诊系统100中的会诊服务器110执行。
在步骤S1110,从会诊终端接收用于控制会诊设备的控制信息。在本公开的实施例中,会诊服务器110从会诊终端130a接收用于控制会诊设备120的控制信息。在步骤S1120,基于控制信息控制会诊设备。在本公开的实施例中,会诊服务器110基于控制信息控制会诊设备120。会诊终端130a执行步骤S210和步骤S220。
另外,会诊方法M1100还可以包括:建立会诊任务;从会诊终端130接收对应于会诊任务的会诊请求;基于所述会诊请求,建立会诊空间;向会诊设备120发布会诊空间建立信息,以便会诊设备120登陆会诊空间;响应于会诊设备登录会诊空间,向会诊终端130a发送会诊建立成功信息以开始会诊。在本公开的实施例中,通过控制服务器1110建立会诊任务。通过控制服务器从会诊终端130接收会诊请求。响应于会诊请求,通过控制服务器1110控制媒体服务器1120建述会诊空间。然后,响应于会诊空间的建立,通过控制服务器1110向会诊设备120发布会诊空间建立信息。响应于会诊设备120登录会诊空间,通过控制服务器1110向会诊终端130a发送会诊建立成功信息。上述方法M1100已在上文参照图2至图9进行了详细的描述,在此不再赘述。
图12示出了根据本公开的一些实施例的会诊服务器110的示意图。如图12所示,会诊服务器110可包括一个或多个处理器1210,以及与处理器1210耦接的存储器1220。会诊服务器110还可以包括与处理器1210和存储器1220耦接的I/O设备1230。存储器1220存储的计算机程序指令在被处理器1210执行时,使得该服务器110执行参照图2至图11所描述的方法。
另外,本公开还提供了一种交互方法。下面参照图13来对该交互方法进行描述。
图13示出了根据本公开的实施例的一种交互方法M1300的流程图。在步骤S1310,显示用户界面,其中,用户界面包括对应于视频源的视频源图标和对应于会诊设备的显示屏的显示屏图标。在步骤S1320,响应于对视频源图标的用户操作,在与用户操作相关的显示屏图标中显示对应的视频源的描述。在本公开的实施例中,用户操作包括将视频源图标拖动到分屏布局图标中的屏幕区域。
另外,在用户界面(例如,控制界面)包括文字信息交互图标,会诊设备包括与显示屏图标对应的显示屏和不与显示屏图标对应的附加显示屏的情况下,交互方法M1300还可以包括:响应于用户对文字信息交互图标的选择操作,显示弹出窗口,该弹出窗口具有预设文字信息;以及响应于用户对于弹出窗口中的预设文字信息的选择,将选择的预设文字信息发送到会诊设备120的附加显示屏。
另外,在用户界面(例如,控制界面)包括视频分享图标的情况下,交互方法M1300还可以包括响应于用户对视频分享图标的选择,显示弹出窗口,该弹出窗口具有对应于视频源的选项;以及响应于用户对弹出窗口中的选项的选择,在所有的会诊设备上显示选择的视频源。
上述交互方法M1300已在上文参照图2至图11进行了详细的描述,在此不再赘述。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种用于远程会诊的方法,包括:
    接收用于控制所述会诊设备的控制信息;以及
    向会诊服务器发送所述控制信息,以便所述会诊服务器基于所述控制信息控制所述会诊设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述会诊设备包括用于再现多媒体数据的再现装置,控制所述会诊设备包括以下至少一项:
    控制所述再现装置的再现内容;以及
    控制所述再现装置的再现参数。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述再现参数包括以下至少一项:分屏布局、亮度、对比度以及音量。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述分屏布局包括分屏的数量、分屏的尺寸以及分屏的相对位置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,控制所述再现装置的再现内容包括独立控制所述各分屏的显示内容。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述会诊设备进一步包括成像装置和声音获取装置,控制所述会诊设备包括以下至少一项:
    调整所述成像装置的成像方向;
    调整所述成像装置的成像焦距;以及
    启用或禁用所述声音获取装置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,接收用于控制所述会诊设备的控制信息包括通过用户界面来获取所述控制信息。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,进一步包括:
    从所述会诊服务器接收会诊信息;以及
    显示所述会诊信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述会诊信息包括以下至少一项:会诊设备状态数据、会诊数据、医生数据和病人数据。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,进一步包括:
    向所述会诊服务器发送会诊请求,其中,所述会诊服务器被配置为基于所述会诊请求建立会诊空间并向所述会诊设备发布会诊空间建立信息,所述会诊设备被配置为响应于所述会诊空间建立信息,登陆所述会诊空间,所述会诊服务器还被配置为响应于所述会诊设备登录所述会诊空间,发布会诊建立成功信息;
    从所述会诊服务器接收所述会诊建立成功信息;以及
    响应于所述会诊建立成功信息通知用户会诊开始。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,进一步包括以下会诊操作中的至少一项:用户注册、用户登录、用户权限管理和用户信息编辑。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述会诊设备包括本地会诊设备和远程会诊设备,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    向所述本地会诊设备发送初始化配置信息以初始化所述本地会诊设备。
  13. 一种会诊终端,包括:
    处理器;以及
    存储有计算机程序的存储器,
    其中,当所述计算机程序由所述处理器执行时使得所述会诊终端实施根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的方法。
  14. 一种存储有计算机程序的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机程序在由处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种用于远程会诊的方法,包括:
    从会诊终端接收用于控制所述会诊设备的控制信息;以及
    基于所述控制信息控制所述会诊设备。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述会诊设备包括用于再现多媒体数据的再现装置,控制所述会诊设备包括以下至少一项:
    控制所述再现装置的再现内容;以及
    控制所述再现装置的再现参数。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述再现参数包括以下至少一项:分屏布局、亮度、对比度以及音量。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述分屏布局包括分屏的数量、分屏的尺寸以及分屏的相对位置。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,控制所述再现装置的再现内容包括独立控制所述各分屏的显示内容。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,所述会诊设备进一步包括成像装置和声音获取装置,控制所述会诊设备包括以下至少一项:
    调整所述成像装置的成像方向;
    调整所述成像装置的成像焦距;以及
    启用或禁用所述声音获取装置。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,进一步包括:
    建立会诊任务;
    从所述会诊终端接收对应于所述会诊任务的会诊请求;
    基于所述会诊请求,建立会诊空间;
    向所述会诊设备发布会诊空间建立信息,以便所述会诊设备登陆所述会诊空间;以及
    响应于所述会诊设备登录所述会诊空间,向所述会诊终端发送会诊建立成功信息以开始会诊。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中:
    建立会诊任务包括:
    通过控制服务器建立所述会诊任务;
    从所述会诊终端接收对应于所述会诊任务的会诊请求包括:
    通过控制服务器从所述会诊终端接收所述会诊请求;
    向所述会诊设备发布会诊空间建立信息包括:
    响应于所述会诊请求,通过所述控制服务器控制媒体服务器建立所述会诊空间;以及
    响应于所述会诊空间的建立,通过所述控制服务器向所述会诊设备发布会诊空间建立信息;以及
    响应于所述会诊设备登录所述会诊空间,向所述会诊终端发送会诊建 立成功信息以开始会诊包括:
    响应于所述会诊设备登录所述会诊空间,通过所述控制服务器向所述会诊终端发送所述会诊建立成功信息。
  23. 一种会诊服务器,包括:
    处理器;以及
    存储有计算机程序的存储器,
    其中,当所述计算机程序由所述处理器执行时使得所述会诊服务器实施根据权利要求15-22中任一项所述的方法。
  24. 一种存储有计算机程序的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机程序在由处理器执行时实施根据权利要求15-22中任一项所述的方法。
  25. 一种交互方法,包括:
    显示用户界面,其中,所述用户界面包括对应于视频源的视频源图标和对应于会诊设备的显示屏的显示屏图标;以及
    响应于对所述视频源图标的用户操作,在与所述用户操作相关的所述显示屏图标中显示对应的视频源的描述。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述显示屏图标包括分屏布局图标。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其中,所述分屏布局图标包括以下至少一项:全屏图标、画中画图标、二分屏图标、三分屏图标和四分屏图标。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述视频源的信息包括视频源的描述。
  29. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其中,所述用户操作包括将所述视频源图标拖动到所述分屏布局图标中的屏幕区域。
  30. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述用户界面还包括文字信息交互图标以及所述会诊设备包括与所述显示屏图标对应的显示屏和不与所述显示屏图标对应的附加显示屏,所述方法进一步包括:
    响应于用户对所述文字信息交互图标的选择操作,显示弹出窗口,其 中,所述弹出窗口具有预设文字信息;以及
    响应于所述用户对于所述弹出窗口中的预设文字信息的选择,将选择的预设文字信息发送到所述会诊设备的所述附加显示屏。
  31. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述用户界面还包括视频分享图标,所述方法进一步包括:
    响应于用户对所述视频分享图标的选择,显示弹出窗口,其中,所述弹出窗口具有对应于视频源的选项;以及
    响应于所述用户对所述弹出窗口中的所述选项的选择,在所有的所述会诊设备上显示选择的所述视频源。
