具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明的实施例,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1~6所示,本发明的实施例提供的一种插扣,包括扣件1、扣身2、弹出件5、第一按扣3以及第二按扣4。
所述扣件1上设有连接部11。所述连接部11与所述扣件1的连接关系可以是一体成型、焊接、螺接、铆接等连接方式。
所述扣身2内设有容置腔21,所述扣身2上开设有与所述连接部11相匹配的插入口211,该插入口211连通所述容置腔21。
所述弹出件5固设于所述容置腔21的内壁面,所述连接部11插入所述容置腔21时,所述弹出件5与所述连接部11相抵接。具体地,所述弹出件5为一弧形弹片。
所述第一按扣3可活动地容置于所述容置腔21内并通过第一弹性件6驱动其复位。具体的,第一弹性件6可以是弹簧。
所述第二按扣4可活动地容置于所述容置腔21内并相对于所述第一按扣3相向或背向运动。所述第二按扣4通过第二弹性件7驱动其复位。具体的,第二弹性件7可以是弹簧。所述第一按扣3与所述第二按扣4围合成一扣接孔212。所述连接部11插入所述容置腔21后卡接于所述扣接孔212中。同时按下所述第一按扣3与所述第二按扣4时,所述扣接孔212的宽度增大,所述连接部11与所述扣接孔212分离,所述弹出件5驱动所述连接部11弹出所述容置腔21。所述第一按扣3与所述第二按扣4不受力时,所述第一弹性件6驱动所述第一按扣3复位,所述第二弹性件7驱动所述第二按扣4复位,所述扣接孔212的宽度复原。
该插扣使用时,连接部11插入所述容置腔21后卡接于所述扣接孔212中;扣件1和扣身2扣合。同时按下所述第一按扣3与所述第二按扣4时,所述扣接孔212的宽度增大,所述连接部11与所述扣接孔212分离,所述弹出件5驱动所述连接部11弹出所述容置腔21。扣件1和扣身2分离,操作时仅需单手同时按下第一按扣3与所述第二按扣4即可,弹出件5自动将扣件1弹出,操作更方便,实用性高。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1~3所示,该插扣的所述第一按扣3包括第一按键31和第一扣件32。所述第一扣件32包括第一滑板321、第一限位件322和第一卡接件323。具体地,第一滑板321、第一限位件322和第一卡接件323均为板状结构。所述第一滑板321活动限定于所述容置腔21内,所述第一限位件322固设于所述第一滑板321的一端,所述第一卡接件323固设于所述第一滑板321的另一端。所述第二按扣4包括第二按键41和第二扣件42。所 述第二扣件42呈倒置状地设于所述第一扣件32上,其包括第二滑板421、第二限位件422和第二卡接件423。具体地,第二滑板421、第二限位件422和第二卡接件423均为板状结构。所述第二滑板421活动限定于所述容置腔21内,所述第二限位件422固设于所述第二滑板421的一端,所述第二卡接件423固设于所述第二滑板421的另一端。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1~3所示,该插扣的所述第一限位件322、所述第二卡接件423、所述第一卡接件323和所述第二限位件422依次排列。所述第一限位件322活动限定于所述容置腔21的侧壁,所述第一按键31固设于所述第一限位件322上且贯穿所述容置腔21的侧壁。所述第二限位件422活动限定于所述容置腔21的另一侧壁,所述第二按键41固设于所述第二限位件422上且贯穿所述容置腔21的另一侧壁。所述第一弹性件6的一端连接于所述第一限位件322,另一端连接于所述第二卡接件423。所述第二弹性件7的一端连接于所述第二限位件422,另一端连接于所述第一卡接件323。所述扣接孔212由所述第一卡接件323和所述第二卡接件423围合而成。所述连接部11通过所述插入口211插入所述扣接孔212并与第一卡接件323以及所述第二卡接件423卡接。同时按下所述第一按键31和所述第二按键41时,所述第一卡接件323和所述第二卡接件423相互远离,所述扣接孔212的宽度增大,所述连接部11与所述第一卡接件323以及所述第二卡接件423分离。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1~3所示,该插扣的连接部11通过插入口211插入扣接孔212并与第一卡接件323以及第二卡接件423卡接,扣件1和扣身2卡接固定。第一弹性件6的弹力作用在第二卡接件423,第二弹性件7的弹力作用在第一卡接件323,第二卡接件423和第一卡接件323紧贴在连接部11的两侧,保持卡接状态。同时按下第一按键31和第二按键41时,第一卡接件323和第二卡接件423相互远离,连接部11与第一卡接件323和第二卡接件423分离,弹出件5弹出连接部11,扣件1和扣身2分离。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1和图5所示,该插扣的所述连接部11 的一侧设有第一卡接槽111,另一侧设有第二卡接槽112。所述第一卡接槽111和所述第二卡接槽112均具有一卡接平面1111以及一卡接斜面1112,所述卡接平面1111与所述连接部11的侧边垂直,所述卡接斜面1112与所述卡接平面1111呈夹角状。具体地,上述设置的目的是:当所述连接部11与所述第一卡接件323和所述第二卡接件423卡接后,所述扣件1受到拉力时,所述连接部11不会和所述第一卡接件323和所述第二卡接件423脱离,连接稳固。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1和图5所示,该插扣的所述第一卡接件323的内侧面上设有与所述第一卡接槽111相匹配的第一卡接凸部3231。所述第二卡接件423的内侧面上设有与所述第二卡接槽112相匹配的第二卡接凸部4231。具体地,所述连接部11插入所述扣接孔212时,其两侧压迫所述第一卡接件323和所述第二卡接件423向外侧运动,然后,所述第一卡接凸部嵌入所述第一卡接槽111,所述第二卡接凸部4231嵌入所述第二卡接槽112,所述连接部11卡接固定于所述扣接孔212中。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1所示,该插扣的所述第一限位件322的内侧面设有第一定位柱3221,所述第二卡接件423的外侧面设有第二定位柱4232,所述第一弹性件6的一端套接在所述第一定位柱3221上,另一端套接在第二定位柱4232上。所述第二限位件422的内侧面设有第三定位柱4221,所述第一卡接件323的外侧面设有第四定位柱3232,所述第二弹性件7的一端套接在所述第三定位柱4221上,另一端套接在所述第四定位柱3232上。具体地,上述设置的目的是:组装时,便于安装所述第一弹性件6和所述第二弹性件7。且所述第一弹性件6和所述第二弹性件7安装时,定位准确,使用时不移位。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图4和图6所示,该插扣的所述扣身2的两相对侧壁上分别设有第一按键孔22和第二按键孔23,所述第一按键31从所述第一按键孔22伸出,所述第一限位件322限位于所述第一按键孔22的内侧。所述第二按键41从所述第二按键孔23伸出,所述第二限位件422限位于所述第二按键孔23的内侧。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图3和图6所示,该插扣的所述扣身2包括壳体24和底盖25,所述壳体24的底部设有盖合口241,所述底盖25盖合于所述盖合口241,所述底盖25的内侧面设有安装定位柱251,所述壳体24上设有与所述安装定位柱251相匹配的定位孔242。具体地,安装时,安装定位柱251插入定位孔242,起到定位作用,组装精确。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图3和图5所示,该插扣的所述插入口211的周缘上设有导向凸块2111。所述连接部11上设有导向槽114,所述导向槽114与所述导向凸块2111相配合。具体地,所述连接部11插入所述插入口211,所述导向槽114与所述导向凸块2111相配合,起到导向的作用。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图1所示,该插扣的所述连接部11插入端的两侧均设有倒圆部113。具体地,所述倒圆部113的作用是:所述连接部11插入所述扣接孔212时阻力更小,更顺畅。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种插扣,包括:
    扣件,所述扣件上设有连接部;
    其特征在于,还包括:
    扣身,所述扣身内设有容置腔,所述扣身上开设有与所述连接部相匹配的插入口,该插入口连通所述容置腔;
    弹出件,所述弹出件固设于所述容置腔正对所述插入口的内壁面,所述连接部插入所述容置腔时,所述弹出件与所述连接部相抵接;
    第一按扣,所述第一按扣可活动地容置于所述容置腔内并通过第一弹性件驱动其复位;以及
    第二按扣,所述第二按扣可活动地容置于所述容置腔内并相对于所述第一按扣相向或背向运动;所述第二按扣通过第二弹性件驱动其复位;所述第一按扣与所述第二按扣围合成一扣接孔;所述连接部插入所述容置腔后卡接于所述扣接孔中;同时按下所述第一按扣与所述第二按扣时,所述扣接孔的宽度增大,所述连接部与所述扣接孔分离,所述弹出件驱动所述连接部弹出所述容置腔;所述第一按扣与所述第二按扣不受力时,所述第一弹性件驱动所述第一按扣复位,所述第二弹性件驱动所述第二按扣复位,所述扣接孔的宽度复原。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的插扣,其特征在于,所述第一按扣包括第一按键和第一扣件;所述第一扣件包括第一滑板、第一限位件和第一卡接件;所述第一滑板活动限定于所述容置腔内,所述第一限位件固设于所述第一滑板的一端,所述第一卡接件固设于所述第一滑板的另一端;所述第二按扣包括第二按键和第二扣件;所述第二扣件呈倒置状地设于所述第一扣件上,其包括第二滑板、第二限位件和第二卡接件;所述第二滑板活动限定于所述容置腔内,所述第二限位件固设于所述第二滑板的一端,所述第二卡接件固设于所述第二滑板的另一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的插扣,其特征在于,所述第一限位件、所述第二卡接件、所述第一卡接件和所述第二限位件依次排列;所述第一限位件活动限定于所述容置腔的侧壁,所述第一按键固设于所述第一限位件上且贯穿所述容置腔的侧壁;所述第二限位件活动限定于所述容置腔的另一侧壁,所述第二按键固设于所述第二限位件上且贯穿所述容置腔的另一侧壁;所述第一弹性件的一端连接于所述第一限位件,另一端连接于所述第二卡接件;所述第二弹性件的一端连接于所述第二限位件,另一端连接于所述第一卡接件;所述扣接孔由所述第一卡接件和所述第二卡接件围合而成;所述连接部通过所述插入口插入所述扣接孔并与第一卡接件以及所述第二卡接件卡接;同时按下所述第一按键和所述第二按键时,所述第一卡接件和所述第二卡接件相互远离,所述扣接孔的宽度增大,所述连接部与所述第一卡接件以及所述第二卡接件分离。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的插扣,其特征在于,所述连接部的一侧设有第一卡接槽,另一侧设有第二卡接槽;所述第一卡接槽和所述第二卡接槽均具有一卡接平面以及一卡接斜面,所述卡接平面与所述连接部的侧边垂直,所述卡接斜面与所述卡接平面呈夹角状。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的插扣,其特征在于,所述第一卡接件的内侧面上设有与所述第一卡接槽相匹配的第一卡接凸部;所述第二卡接件的内侧面上设有与所述第二卡接槽相匹配的第二卡接凸部。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的插扣,其特征在于,所述第一限位件的内侧面设有第一定位柱,所述第二卡接件的外侧面设有第二定位柱,所述第一弹性件的一端套接在所述第一定位柱上,另一端套接在第二定位柱上;所述第二限位件的内侧面设有第三定位柱,所述第一卡接件的外侧面设有第四定位柱,所述第二弹性件的一端套接在所述第三定位柱上,另一端套接在所述第四定位柱上。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3所述的插扣,其特征在于,所述扣身的两相对侧壁上分别设有第一按键孔和第二按键孔,所述第一按键从所述第一按键孔伸出, 所述第一限位件限位于所述第一按键孔的内侧;所述第二按键从所述第二按键孔伸出,所述第二限位件限位于所述第二按键孔的内侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1~3或5任一项所述的插扣,其特征在于,所述扣身包括壳体和底盖,所述壳体的底部设有盖合口,所述底盖盖合于所述盖合口,所述底盖的内侧面设有安装定位柱,所述壳体上设有与所述安装定位柱相匹配的定位孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的插扣,其特征在于,所述插入口的周缘上设有导向凸块;所述连接部上设有导向槽,所述导向槽与所述导向凸块相配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的插扣,其特征在于,所述连接部插入端的两侧均设有倒圆部。
