电器柜内设置有多个电器元件,为了给电器元件进行供电,需要依靠线缆将外接电源与电器元件连接,相应的,需要在柜体的侧壁或者底壁上设置穿线口,以便于线缆的穿设。
基于电器柜的使用环境考虑,多数电器柜会直接暴露于外部环境中,容易受到雨水冲刷和太阳直晒,因此,需要对穿线口进行密封处理,防止雨水进入柜体上,发生短路或者串联的风险。
目前,线缆的安装方式是:在柜体设置多个穿线口,并在每个穿线口内设置格兰头,其中格兰头具有安装孔,将连接在电器元件上的线缆的一端,穿过安装孔,伸到柜体的外面,人工拉住线缆的一端,使得伸到柜体外部的一端延伸至外接电源处,然后,在利用螺母实现格兰头的固定。
但是,为了保证线缆的稳固性,线缆与安装孔之间通常为过盈配合,在穿设线缆时,线缆与格兰头的安装之间的摩擦力较大,容易造成线缆的损伤,降低线缆的安全性。
基于上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种电器柜,对线缆的安装方 式进行了改进,降低了对线缆的损伤。
下面结合附图进行详细说明本实施例提供的电器柜。
请参考图1至图4,本发明实施例提供了电器柜,其包括柜体10以及设置在柜体10内的电器元件,柜体10的壁体上设置有便于线缆穿设的穿线口20,穿线口20内设置有支撑框架30,支撑框架30内设置有用于固定线缆的固定块40;固定块40包括第一固定块401、与第一固定块401相对设置的第二固定块402,第一固定块401具有第一固定腔,第二固定块402具有第二固定腔,第一固定腔与第二固定腔围合成固定腔,线缆设置在固定腔内。
电器柜可以包括柜体10和设置在柜体10内的电器元件,柜体10作为电器元件的承载部件,具有容纳腔,电器元件可以设置在容纳腔内,其中,柜体10可以方形,包括底板和顶板,以及用于连接顶板和底板的侧板。
柜体10的壁体上设置有便于线缆穿设在穿线口20,可以理解的,本实施例所提到壁体可以为上述描述的侧板,至于,穿线口20的设置位置,可以根据柜体10内电器元件的位置进行选择,本实施例在此不作具体的限定。另外,穿线口20的形状可以为矩形或者圆形。
鉴于,柜体10的壁体的厚度较小,不能承载用于固定线缆的固定块,因此,在穿线口20内设置有支撑框架30,支撑框架30的形状与穿线口20的形状相一致。其中,支撑框架30与穿线口20的连接方式有多种选择,比如,支撑板可以直接焊接在穿线口20上,也可以通过连接框架或者连接板固定在穿线口20上。
固定块40用于实现线缆的固定,可以包括相互分离的第一固定块401和第二固定块402,固定块40可以依靠连接框架的内壁的挤压力,实现固定块40的固定,即,固定块40的外壁与支撑框架30的内壁之间为过盈配合。其中,第一固定块401上设置有第一固定腔,第二固定块402上设置有第二固定腔,第一固定腔和第二固定腔围合成用于固定线缆的容纳腔。另外,为了降低固定块对线缆的磨损,固定块40可以采用橡胶材质。
当需要固定线缆时,首先在电器柜的壁体上开设穿线口20,将支撑框架30固定在穿线口20上,再将第一固定块401安装至支撑框架30内,使得第一固定块401的外壁与支撑框架30的内壁贴合设置,然后,将线缆放置在第一固定腔内,使线缆穿过第一固定腔伸到柜体10外,再将第二固定块402盖 设在第一固定块401上,并使支撑框架30的内壁挤压第一固定块401和第二固定块402,使线缆完全设置在由第一固定腔和第二固定腔围合的固定腔内,实现线缆的安装。
本发明实施例提供了电器柜,通过分体设置第一固定块401和第二固定块402,在穿设线缆时,可以先将线缆放置到第一固定腔中,再将第二固定块402盖设在第一固定块401上,降低线缆与固定块之间的摩擦力,进而降低对线缆的损伤,提高了线缆的安全性。
在一种可行的具体实施方式中,第一固定腔、第二固定腔内均设置有多层可剥离橡胶层,相邻的可剥离橡胶层之间通过粘结层连接,这样,使得第一固定腔和第二固定腔围合的固定腔的尺寸可以调节,可以根据线缆的直径,逐次撕下第一固定腔、第二固定腔内的可剥离橡胶层,使得固定腔的尺寸与线缆的尺寸相匹配,可以增大固定块的使用范围。
另外,相邻的可剥离橡胶层之间可以通过粘结层连接,实现相邻的可剥离橡胶层的分离,粘结层可以为双面胶或者是胶水,本实施例在此不作限定。
为了降低线缆与固定块40之间的摩擦力,可以在第一固定腔、第二固定腔的内壁上涂上润滑油,降低对线缆的磨损,提高线缆的安全性能。
在一种可行的具体实施方式中,固定块40的数量为多个,多个固定块40排列成一行或一列,便于对多个线缆进行固定。
另外,固定块40还可以呈阵列排布在支撑框架30内,即,支撑框架30内可以设置多行多列的固定块,其中,任意相邻的两列之间设置有隔板50,或者是,任意的两行之间设置有隔板50。
以任意相邻的两列之间设置有隔板50为例,对多个固定块40的排列方式进行叙述。
首先在支撑框架30内设置第一列固定块,将线缆固定第一列固定块内,其中,第一列固定块也可以包括多个固定块,每个固定块均与支撑框架30的内壁抵接;其次,在第二固定块402背离第一固定块401的侧面上设置隔板50,通过隔板50对第一列固定块进行再次的紧固;然后,将第二列固定块设置在隔板50背离第一列固定块的一侧;最后依次设置第三列固定块、第四列固定块等等。可以理解的,最后一列固定块可以与支撑框架30的内壁贴合,实现对多列固定块的固定。
本实施例,通过阵列排布在支撑框架30内的固定块40,可以对多条线缆进行固定,相对于现有技术中,每条线缆均对应一个穿线口20而言,可以减少穿线口20的设置数量,降低对柜体10的损坏。
请参考图2和图3,作为支撑框架30的一种可选的具体实施方式,支撑框架30为由第一支撑板301、第二支撑板302、第三支撑板303和第四支撑板304依次连接形成的矩形框架,其中,第一支撑板301与第三支撑板303相对设置;第一支撑板301和第三支撑板303用于挤压位于第一支撑板301和第三支撑板303之间的各固定块,以使第一固定腔与第二固定腔围合成封闭的固定腔。而第三支撑板303、第四支撑板304对各个固定块起到限位功能,避免发生固定块的晃动。
其中,支撑框架30可以为一体成型,也可以采用焊接的方式,使第一支撑板301、第二支撑板302、第三支撑板303、第四支撑板304形成一个完整的整体。
在一种可行的具体实施方式中,靠近第一支撑板301的固定块和第一支撑板301之间设置有压力调节件,压力调节件用于调节施加在各固定块上的压力。
压力调节件用于给各固定块施加在各固定块上的压力,提高各固定块的稳固性,避免发生固定块的晃动。其中,压力调节件的结构形式可以有多种选择,比如,靠近第一支撑板301的固定块与第一支撑板301之间设置紧固板,在第一支撑板301上设置螺纹孔,螺纹孔内螺接调节螺栓,调节螺栓靠近支撑板的一端穿设螺纹孔后,与紧固板抵接,通过旋紧紧固螺栓,给固定块施加沿第一支撑板301与第三支撑板303水平连线方向的作用,进一步地,提高各固定块的稳固性。
在一种可行的具体实施方式中,请参考3和图4,压力调节件包括固定板60、弹性块70、调节螺栓80;弹性块70设置在靠近第一支撑板301的固定块与第一支撑板301之间,且弹性块70上具有锥形豁口701;固定板60与第一支撑板301连接,固定板60上设置有与锥形豁口701相对的螺纹孔,调节螺栓80安装在螺纹孔内,并与锥形豁口701的侧壁相抵。
其中,固定板60沿第一支撑板301与第三支撑板303之间连接的水平连线方向延伸,其中固定板60可以均与第一支撑板301、第二支撑板302、第 四支撑板304的内壁固定连接,通过旋紧调节螺栓80,使得调节螺栓80与锥形豁口701的侧壁相抵,由于弹性块70具有一定伸缩能力,当调节螺栓80抵紧锥形豁口701的侧壁时,继续旋紧调节螺栓80,弹性块70会形成沿第一支撑板301与第三支撑板303之间连接的水平连线方向的作用力,进而调节施加在各固定块上的压力,保证了固定块的稳固性。另外,弹性块70可以采用橡胶块。橡胶块固定在第一支撑板301和靠近第一支撑板301的固定块上,避免橡胶块沿第二支撑板302、第三支撑板303的垂直连线的方向移动。
为了保证弹性块70与靠近第一支撑板301的固定块之间不产生相对位移,弹性块70与靠近第一支撑板301的固定块之间设置有压板90,压板90可以沿第二支撑板302、第三支撑板303的垂直连线的方向延伸。
在一种可行的具体实施方式中,支撑框架30与穿线口20之间设置支撑件100,支支撑件100可以增强支撑框架30与穿线口20之间连接的稳固性,或者,当支撑框架30的尺寸与穿线口20不匹配时,可以利用支撑件100可填充支撑框架30与穿线口20之间的间隙,其中,支撑件100可以为与支撑框架30的形状一致,也可以为支撑板。
作为支撑件100的一种可选的实施方式,支撑件100为套设在支撑框架30外侧的矩形框架,且支撑件100焊接在穿线口20内。这样支撑件100可以与支撑框架30贴合,对支撑框架30的整个侧壁进行支撑,提高了支撑框架30的稳固性。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语"第一"、"第二"仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有"第 一"、"第二"的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,"多个"的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电器柜,包括柜体以及设置在所述柜体内的电器元件,其特征在于,所述柜体的壁体上设置有便于线缆穿设的穿线口,所述穿线口内设置有支撑框架,所述支撑框架内设置有用于固定线缆的固定块;
    所述固定块包括第一固定块、与所述第一固定块相对设置的第二固定块,所述第一固定块具有第一固定腔,所述第二固定块具有第二固定腔,所述第一固定腔与所述第二固定腔围合成固定腔,所述线缆设置在所述固定腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电器柜,其特征在于,所述第一固定腔、所述第二固定腔内均设置有多层可剥离橡胶层,相邻的所述可剥离橡胶层之间通过粘结层连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电器柜,其特征在于,所述固定块的数量为多个,多个所述固定块排列成一行或一列。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电器柜,其特征在于,所述固定块的数量为多个,多个所述固定块呈阵列排布;
    任意相邻的两列之间设置有隔板,或,任意相邻的两行之间设置有隔板。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的电器柜,其特征在于,所述支撑框架为由第一支撑板、第二支撑板、第三支撑板和第四支撑板依次连接形成的矩形框架,其中,所述第一支撑板与所述第三支撑板相对设置;
    所述第一支撑板和所述第三支撑板用于挤压位于所述第一支撑板和所述第三支撑板之间的各所述固定块,以使所述第一固定腔与所述第二固定腔围合成封闭的固定腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电器柜,其特征在于,靠近所述第一支撑板的固定块和所述第一支撑板之间设置有压力调节件,所述压力调节件用于调节施加在各所述固定块上的压力。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电器柜,其特征在于,所述压力调节件包括固定板、弹性块、调节螺栓;
    所述弹性块设置在靠近所述第一支撑板的固定块与所述第一支撑板之间,且所述弹性块上具有锥形豁口;
    所述固定板与所述第一支撑板连接,所述固定板上设置有与所述锥形豁口相对的螺纹孔,所述调节螺栓安装在所述螺纹孔内,并与所述锥形豁口的 侧壁相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电器柜,其特征在于,所述弹性块与靠近所述第一支撑板的固定块之间设置有压板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电器柜,其特征在于,所述支撑框架与所述穿线口之间设置支撑件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电器柜,其特征在于,所述支撑件为套设在所述支撑框架外侧的矩形框架,且所述支撑件焊接在所述穿线口内。
