进一步地,料盒输送平台210的底部设置有料盒滑动限位柱211,料盒输送滑板230的底部设置有料盒滑动限位挡块231,料盒输送平台210上开设有料盒滑动避位槽212,料盒滑动限位挡块穿设于料盒滑动避位槽,且料盒滑动限位挡块与料盒滑动限位柱相对齐;料盒滑动限位柱的表面设置有硅胶防撞弹性层;如此,能对料盒输送滑板230的滑动位置进行限定,使得料盒输送滑板230输送精度更高;同时,通过设置硅胶防撞弹性层,从而能够对料盒滑动限位柱起到防撞作用,由此防止料盒滑动限位柱在实际加工操作中被损坏,使得整体的使用寿命得到提高。
请再次参阅图3,料盒输送机构200还包括多个料盒输送限位卡板250,各料盒输送限位卡板间隔设置于料盒输送滑板上,相邻两个料盒输送限位卡板之间设置有料盒限位区232,各料盒限位区上开设有料盒固定避位孔233,料盒固定避位孔位于料盒限位区的中心位置处;在一个料盒输送限位卡板中,料盒输送限位卡板250包括料盒限位横条251及料盒限位凸块252,料盒限位凸块垂直设置于料盒限位横条的一端。
需要说明的是,空置的高分子面板储料盒通过人工或对应的机械手设备放置在料盒限位区232上,通过各料盒输送限位卡板250分别对对应的高分子面板储料盒进行限位固定,使得高分子面板储料盒能够在料盒限位区上保持稳定;具体的,料盒输送限位卡板250通过料盒限位横条251及料盒限位凸块252对高分子面板储料盒的相邻两侧面件位置限定,由此能够方式高分子面板储料盒在输送过程中发生位置偏移。当高分子面板储料盒放置完成后,此时,高分子面板储料盒的物料避空孔13与料盒固定避位孔233相对齐,由此能够提高高分子面板储料盒的放置精度,使得整体的输送操作的精度更高;完成高分子面板储料盒的放置操作后,通过料盒输送驱动件240带动料盒输送滑板230进行滑动,从而将料盒输送滑板230上的高分子面板储料盒输送至料盒搬运机构300处。
为了进一步提高高分子面板储料盒的输送稳定性,使得高分子面板储料盒能够在输送过程中压紧固定在料盒输送滑板230上,同时,能够方便高分子面板储料盒的取放操作,料盒输送机构200还包括多个料盒输送限位组件260,各料盒输送限位组件一一对应与各料盒输送限位卡板连接,且各料盒输送限位组件呈“一”字型设置于料盒输送滑板上;在一个料盒输送限位组件中,料盒输送限位组件260包括料盒输送限位侧板261及料盒输送限位弹片262,料盒输送限位侧板与料盒限位横条远离料盒限位凸块的一端连接,料盒输送限位弹片倾斜设置于料盒输送限位侧板的顶部,料盒输送限位弹片上设置有料盒限位卡接部,料盒限位卡接部位于料盒限位区的上方;
需要说明的是,当高分子面板储料盒放置在对应的料盒限位区232上时,料盒输送限位侧板261对高分子面板储料盒的一侧面进行抵持,从而能够进一步对高分子面板储料盒进行 位置限定,此时,料盒输送限位弹片262的料盒限位卡接部位于高分子面板储料盒的搬运凹槽14内,且料盒输送限位弹片262具有的一定的弹性力,如此,能够通过料盒输送限位弹片262的料盒限位卡接部对高分子面板储料盒的搬运凹槽14进行压紧固定,使得高分子面板储料盒能够压紧固定在料盒限位区上,同时,当需要将高分子面板储料盒取走时,由于料盒输送限位弹片262具有弹性,如此,能够便于高分子面板储料盒的取走搬运操作,且料盒输送限位弹片262能够在弹性力的作用完成复位,使得整体生产加工操作更加便捷。
请再次参阅图1,料盒输送限位组件260还包括料盒输送限位凸柱263,料盒输送限位凸柱为橡胶弹性柱,料盒输送限位凸柱设置于料盒固定避位孔上,且料盒输送限位凸柱的一端延伸至料盒固定避位孔外。在本实施例中,料盒输送限位凸柱为圆柱体结构。
需要说明的是,通过在料盒固定避位孔上设置料盒输送限位凸柱263,且料盒固定避位孔与高分子面板储料盒的物料避空孔13相对齐,从而能够通过料盒输送限位凸柱263穿过高分子面板储料盒的物料避空孔13,由此通过料盒输送限位凸柱263对高分子面板储料盒进行固定,使得高分子面板储料盒在输送过程中不会发生位置偏移。

请再次参阅图4,料盒搬运横移驱动件330包括料盒搬运横移驱动部331及料盒搬运横移驱动丝杆332,料盒搬运横移驱动部设置于料盒搬运固定横板上,料盒搬运横移驱动丝杆转动设置于料盒搬运固定横板上,料盒搬运横移驱动部与料盒搬运横移驱动丝杆连接,料盒搬运横移板与料盒搬运横移驱动丝杆连接。在本实施例中,料盒搬运横移驱动部为电机。

请再次参阅图4,料盒搬运升降驱动件包括料盒搬运升降气缸及料盒搬运升降导轨,料盒搬运升降气缸与料盒搬运升降滑板连接,料盒搬运升降导轨设置于料盒搬运横移板上,且料盒搬运升降滑板上开设有料盒搬运升降卡槽,料盒搬运升降卡槽与料盒搬运升降导轨卡接。

请再次参阅图7,料盒码垛承载装置620还包括料盒码垛承载加强块624,料盒码垛承载加强块分别与料盒码垛承载升降板及料盒码垛承载基座连接,料盒码垛承载加强块的横截面为等边三角形结构;在本实施例中,料盒码垛承载加强块设置有多个,各料盒码垛承载加强块相互平行设置。
需要说明的是,通过设置料盒码垛承载加强块624,从而能够提高整体的结构强度,使得码垛的承载力得到提高。
为了便于码垛完成后,操作人员能够通过叉车将码垛好的高分子面板储料盒搬运走,且能够使得叉车的搬运部能够顺利延伸至料盒码垛承载基座622上,料盒码垛承载基座622上开设有第一料盒码垛取料滑槽622b及第二料盒码垛取料滑槽622c,第一料盒码垛取料滑槽与第二料盒码垛取料滑槽分别位于料盒码垛放置区的两侧。在本实施例中,第一料盒码垛取料滑槽与第二料盒码垛取料滑槽相平行设置。
需要说明的是,通过设置第一料盒码垛取料滑槽622b及第二料盒码垛取料滑槽622c,使得叉车的搬运部能够沿着第一料盒码垛取料滑槽622b及第二料盒码垛取料滑槽622c延伸至料盒码垛承载基座622上,由此将码垛完成后高分子面板储料盒组托起并搬运走。
请再次参阅图7,料盒码垛升降装置630包括料盒码垛升降驱动件631、料盒码垛升降丝杆632、料盒码垛升降安装块633及料盒码垛升降限位传感器634,料盒码垛升降驱动件设置 于料盒码垛支撑板上,料盒码垛升降安装块设置于料盒码垛支撑板的顶部,料盒码垛升降丝杆的一端与料盒码垛升降安装块连接,料盒码垛升降丝杆的另一端与料盒码垛升降驱动件连接,料盒码垛升降驱动件用于带动料盒码垛升降丝杆相对料盒码垛支撑板进行转动,料盒码垛升降限位传感器设置于料盒码垛支撑板的底部,且料盒码垛升降限位传感器与料盒码垛承载升降限位挡块相对齐,所述料盒码垛升降丝杆632与所述料盒码垛承载升降板621连接。在本实施例中,料盒码垛升降驱动件为升降气缸,料盒码垛升降限位传感器为接近开关。
需要说明的是,在进行料盒码垛操作时,料盒码垛升降驱动件631通过带动料盒码垛升降丝杆632进行旋转,从而能够不断地对料盒码垛承载升降板的高度进行调节,使得料盒码垛承载基座622能够在码垛操作时不断地调节高度位置,使得码垛加工操作的精度更高。
请再次参阅图7,料盒码垛限位装置640包括料盒码垛定位柱641、料盒码垛支撑圆环642、料盒码垛支撑弹性凸柱643及料盒码垛连接条644,料盒码垛定位柱641垂直设置于料盒码垛承载基座622上,且料盒码垛定位柱位于料盒码垛放置区的中心位置处,料盒码垛支撑圆环套置于料盒码垛定位柱上,料盒码垛支撑弹性凸柱分别与料盒码垛支撑圆环及料盒码垛承载基座连接,料盒码垛连接条分别与料盒码垛支撑圆环的内侧壁及料盒码垛定位柱的外侧壁连接。在本实施例中,料盒码垛定位柱为圆柱体结构。
需要说明的是,料盒码垛定位柱641用于对高分子面板储料盒的位置进行限定,使得各高分子面板储料盒能够堆叠在一起,且不会发生位置偏移。具体的,当高分子面板储料盒放置在料盒码垛承载基座622上时,首先料盒码垛定位柱641与高分子面板储料盒的物料避空孔13相对齐,如此,使得高分子面板储料盒能够穿过料盒码垛定位柱641并下落至料盒码垛支撑圆环642上,由此通过料盒码垛支撑圆环642对高分子面板储料盒进行承载。由于料盒码垛支撑圆环642与料盒码垛承载基座622之间连接有料盒码垛支撑弹性凸柱643,如此,能够提高料盒码垛支撑圆环642的支撑力,同时,使得料盒码垛支撑圆环642与料盒码垛承载基座622之间具有一定的空隙,从而使得工人能够采用叉车搬运的方式将堆叠好的高分子面板储料盒搬离,由此使得整体的自动化程度更高,从而提高生产加工的效率。通过设置料盒码垛连接条644,从而能够提高整体的结构强度,使得料盒码垛支撑圆环642的支撑力更高。
一实施方式中,料盒码垛支撑弹性凸柱设置有多个,各料盒码垛支撑弹性凸柱围绕料盒码垛定位柱呈环形分布;如此,能够提高整体的结构强度,使得整体结构更加紧凑;又如,料盒码垛连接条设置有多个,各料盒码垛连接条围绕料盒码垛定位柱呈环形分布;如此,能够提高整体的结构强度,使得整体结构更加紧凑。
请再次参阅图7,料盒码垛限位装置640还包括料盒码垛导正组件645,料盒码垛导正组件645包括第一料盒码垛限位卡板645a及第二料盒码垛限位卡板645b,第一料盒码垛限位卡板与第二料盒码垛限位卡板分别设置于料盒码垛承载基座的两个对角,且第一料盒码垛限位卡板与第二料盒码垛限位卡板相平行设置;第一料盒码垛限位卡板与第二料盒码垛限位卡 板上分别开设有料盒码垛限位卡槽。在本实施例中,第一料盒码垛限位卡板的横截面为“L”字型结构,第二料盒码垛限位卡板的横截面为“L”字型结构。
需要说明的是,通过设置第一料盒码垛限位卡板645a及第二料盒码垛限位卡板645b,从而能够使得高分子面板储料盒在下落时不会发生位置偏移,具体的,第一料盒码垛限位卡板645a及第二料盒码垛限位卡板645b通过料盒码垛限位卡槽对高分子面板储料盒的两个对角进行限定,从而使得高分子面板储料盒在下落时不会发生位置偏移。
请再次参阅图7,料盒码垛导正组件645还包括多个料盒码垛导正硅胶条645c,各料盒码垛导正硅胶条分别与料盒码垛定位柱的外侧壁连接,且各料盒码垛导正硅胶条分别与料盒码垛承载基座相垂直设置;在一个料盒码垛导正硅胶条中,料盒码垛导正硅胶条的横截面为矩形结构。
需要说明的是,通过在料盒码垛定位柱的外侧壁上设置多个料盒码垛导正硅胶条645c,且料盒码垛导正硅胶条的横截面为矩形结构,如此,能够防止高分子面板储料盒在堆叠下落时发生转动,由此使得整体的码垛加工更加稳定,且精度更高。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明的高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备通过设置机架100、料盒输送机构200、料盒搬运机构300、料盒中转定位机构400、料盒移送机构500及料盒码垛机构600,从而能够完成高分子面板储料盒回收存放操作,由此提高生产加工的效率,减少生产加工的成本。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备,其特征在于,包括:机架、料盒输送机构、料盒搬运机构、料盒中转定位机构、料盒移送机构及料盒码垛机构,所述料盒输送机构、所述料盒搬运机构、所述料盒中转定位机构、所述料盒移送机构及所述料盒码垛机构分别设置于所述机架上,所述料盒中转定位机构及所述料盒码垛机构分别位于所述料盒输送机构的一侧,所述料盒搬运机构位于所述料盒输送机构与所述料盒中转定位机构之间,所述料盒移送机构位于所述料盒中转定位机构与所述料盒码垛机构之间;
    所述料盒输送机构用于对料盒进行输送操作,所述料盒搬运机构用于将所述料盒输送机构上的料盒搬运放置在所述料盒中转定位机构上,所述料盒中转定位机构用于对料盒进行中转定位,所述料盒移送机构用于将所述料盒中转定位机构上的料盒搬运放置在所述料盒码垛机构上,所述料盒搬运机构用于对料盒进行码垛操作;
    所述料盒输送机构包括料盒输送平台、料盒输送导向滑轨、料盒输送滑板及料盒输送驱动件,所述料盒输送平台设置于所述机架上,所述料盒输送导向滑轨设置于所述料盒输送平台上,所述料盒输送滑板滑动设置于所述料盒输送平台上,所述料盒输送滑板上开设有料盒输送卡槽,所述料盒输送卡槽与所述料盒输送导向滑轨卡接,所述料盒输送驱动件与所述料盒输送滑板连接,所述料盒输送驱动件用于带动所述料盒输送滑板沿所述料盒输送导向滑轨的延伸方向进行往复式位移;
    所述料盒输送平台的底部设置有料盒滑动限位柱,所述料盒输送滑板的底部设置有料盒滑动限位挡块,所述料盒输送平台上开设有料盒滑动避位槽,所述料盒滑动限位挡块穿设于所述料盒滑动避位槽,且所述料盒滑动限位挡块与所述料盒滑动限位柱相对齐;所述料盒滑动限位柱的表面设置有硅胶防撞弹性层;
    所述料盒输送机构还包括多个料盒输送限位卡板,各所述料盒输送限位卡板间隔设置于所述料盒输送滑板上,相邻两个所述料盒输送限位卡板之间设置有料盒限位区,各所述料盒限位区上开设有料盒固定避位孔,所述料盒固定避位孔位于所述料盒限位区的中心位置处;在一个所述料盒输送限位卡板中,所述料盒输送限位卡板包括料盒限位横条及料盒限位凸块,所述料盒限位凸块垂直设置于所述料盒限位横条的一端;
    所述料盒输送机构还包括多个料盒输送限位组件,各所述料盒输送限位组件一一对应与各所述料盒输送限位卡板连接,且各所述料盒输送限位组件呈“一”字型设置于所述料盒输送滑板上;在一个所述料盒输送限位组件中,所述料盒输送限位组件包括料盒输送限位侧板及料盒输送限位弹片,所述料盒输送限位侧板与所述料盒限位横条远离所述料盒限位凸块的一端连接,所述料盒输送限位弹片倾斜设置于所述料盒输送限位侧板的顶部,所述料盒输送限位弹片上设置有料盒限位卡接部,所述料盒限位卡接部位于所述料盒限位区的上方;
    所述料盒输送限位组件还包括料盒输送限位凸柱,所述料盒输送限位凸柱为橡胶弹性柱,所述料盒输送限位凸柱设置于所述料盒固定避位孔上,且所述料盒输送限位凸柱的一端延伸至所述料盒固定避位孔外;
    所述料盒搬运机构包括料盒搬运固定横板、料盒搬运横移板、料盒搬运横移驱动件、料盒搬运升降滑板、料盒搬运升降驱动件及料盒搬运夹紧组件,所述料盒搬运固定横板设置于所述机架上,所述料盒搬运横移板滑动设置于所述料盒搬运固定横板上,所述料盒搬运横移驱动件与所述料盒搬运横移板连接,所述料盒搬运横移驱动件用于带动所述料盒搬运横移板在所述料盒输送机构与所述料盒中转定位机构之间进行往复式位移,所述料盒搬运升降滑板滑动设置于所述料盒搬运横移板上,所述料盒搬运升降驱动件与所述料盒搬运升降滑板连接,所述料盒搬运升降驱动件用于带动所述料盒搬运升降滑板向所述料盒输送机构的方向进行升降位移,所述料盒搬运夹紧组件与所述料盒搬运升降滑板连接;
    所述料盒搬运横移驱动件包括料盒搬运横移驱动部及料盒搬运横移驱动丝杆,所述料盒搬运横移驱动部设置于所述料盒搬运固定横板上,所述料盒搬运横移驱动丝杆转动设置于所述料盒搬运固定横板上,所述料盒搬运横移驱动部与所述料盒搬运横移驱动丝杆连接,所述料盒搬运横移板与所述料盒搬运横移驱动丝杆连接;
    所述料盒搬运升降驱动件包括料盒搬运升降气缸及料盒搬运升降导轨,所述料盒搬运升降气缸与所述料盒搬运升降滑板连接,所述料盒搬运升降导轨设置于所述料盒搬运横移板上,且所述料盒搬运升降滑板上开设有料盒搬运升降卡槽,所述料盒搬运升降卡槽与所述料盒搬运升降导轨卡接;
    所述料盒搬运夹紧组件包括料盒搬运夹紧定位基板、第一料盒搬运夹紧块、第二料盒搬运夹紧块、第一料盒搬运夹紧气缸及第二搬运夹紧气缸,所述料盒搬运夹紧定位基板与所述料盒搬运升降滑板连接,所述第一料盒搬运夹紧气缸与所述第二搬运夹紧气缸相互对称设置于所述料盒搬运夹紧定位基板上,所述第一料盒搬运夹紧块与所述第一料盒搬运夹紧气缸连接,所述第二料盒搬运夹紧块与所述第二搬运夹紧气缸连接,所述第一料盒搬运夹紧块与所述第二料盒搬运夹紧块分别相互对称位于所述料盒搬运夹紧定位基板的两侧;
    所述料盒搬运夹紧组件还包括第一料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条及多个第一料盒搬运夹紧限位凸粒,所述第一料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条设置于所述第一料盒搬运夹紧块靠近所述第二料盒搬运夹紧块的一侧面上,各所述第一料盒搬运夹紧限位凸粒间隔设置于所述第一料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条上,所述第一料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条的横截面为“凹”字型结构,所述第一料盒搬运夹紧限位凸粒为圆锥形凸粒;
    所述料盒搬运夹紧组件还包括第二料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条及多个第二料盒搬运夹紧限位凸粒,所述第二料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条设置于所述第二料盒搬运夹紧块靠近所述第一料盒搬运夹紧块的一侧面上,各所述第二料盒搬运夹紧限位凸粒间隔设置于所述第二料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条上,所述第二料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条的横截面为“凹”字型结构,第二料盒搬运夹紧限位凸粒为圆锥形凸粒;
    所述料盒中转定位机构包括料盒中转基座、料盒中转横移滑板、料盒中转横移驱动件、料盒中转支撑架、料盒中转限位承载座及料盒中转升降驱动件,所述料盒中转基座设置于所 述机架上,所述料盒中转横移滑板滑动设置于所述料盒中转基座上,所述料盒中转横移驱动件与所述料盒中转横移滑板连接,所述料盒中转支撑架垂直设置于所述料盒中转横移滑板上,所述料盒中转升降驱动件设置于所述料盒中转支撑架上,所述料盒中转限位承载座与所述料盒中转升降驱动件连接,所述料盒中转升降驱动件用于带动所述料盒中转限位承载座向所述料盒搬运机构的方向进行升降运动;
    所述料盒中转定位机构还包括料盒中转限位组件,所述料盒中转限位组件包括料盒中转限位挡板、料盒中转限位推板及料盒中转限位推料气缸,所述料盒中转限位挡板与所述料盒中转限位推板分别设置于所述料盒中转限位承载座的两侧,所述料盒中转限位推料气缸与所述料盒中转限位推板连接,所述料盒中转限位推料气缸用于带动所述料盒中转限位推板向所述料盒中转限位挡板的方向进行往复式位移,所述料盒中转限位挡板的两端分别设置有料盒中转限位凸块,两个所述料盒中转限位凸块分别与所述料盒中转限位挡板相垂直设置;
    所述料盒移送机构包括料盒移送固定板、料盒移送滑板、料盒移送驱动件、料盒移送升降气缸及料盒移送夹爪,所述料盒移送固定板设置于所述机架上,且所述料盒移送固定板位于所述料盒中转定位机构与所述料盒码垛机构之间,所述料盒移送滑板滑动设置于所述料盒移送固定板上,所述料盒移送驱动件与所述料盒移送滑板连接,所述料盒移送驱动件用于带动所述料盒移送滑板在所述料盒中转定位机构与所述料盒码垛机构之间进行往复式位移,所述料盒移送升降气缸设置于所述料盒移送滑板上,所述料盒移送夹爪与所述料盒移送升降气缸连接,所述料盒移送升降气缸用于带动所述料盒移送夹爪进行升降运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备,其特征在于,所述料盒输送导向滑轨设置有两个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备,其特征在于,所述两个料盒输送导向滑轨相平行设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备,其特征在于,所述料盒输送驱动件为输送气缸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备,其特征在于,所述料盒输送限位凸柱为圆柱体结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备,其特征在于,所述料盒搬运横移驱动部为电机。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备,其特征在于,所述第一料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条与所述第二料盒搬运夹紧弹性限位条均为硅胶弹性限位条。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备,其特征在于,所述料盒中转横移驱动件为气缸。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的高分子面板储料盒堆叠设备,其特征在于,所述料盒中转升降驱动件为气缸。
