Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälterverschluss (11) aus Kunststoff zum Verschluss eines Behälters mit einer Schraubkappe (13), die einen zylindrischen Mantel (15) mit einem Innengewinde (19) und eine an den Mantel (15) anschliessende Deckelscheibe (17) aufweist, und einem Garantiering (25), der über erste Sollbruchstege (27) mit dem freien Rand (29) des Mantels (15) verbunden ist und Eingriffsmittel (35) aufweist, die für einen formschlüssigen Eingriff in ein im Bereich des Behälterhalses (23) angeordnetes Widerlager in Gestalt eines Halterings ausgebildet ist. Der Garantiering (25) weist über den Umfang verteilt angeordnete Schlitze (31) mit einer Oberkante (33) und einer Unterkante (35) auf, wobei die Oberkante (33) durch einen kreisbogenförmig verlaufenden Abschnitt des Garantieringes (25) gebildet ist. Die Unterkante (35) ist durch einen in radialer Richtung nach innen geneigten Wandabschnitt (37) gebildet. Die Unterkante (35) eines jeden Schlitzes (31) bildet das Eingriffsmittel für einen formschlüssigen Eingriff in ein im Bereich des Behälterhalses (23) angeordnetes Widerlager bildet.
