技术领域
本发明涉及通信设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电路板装置及电子设备。
背景技术
随着5G手机时代的来临,第一电路板上的器件越来越多。为了解决手机第一电路板空间不足问题,现有的技术采用多层板叠加。利用interpose(中隔板)来对上下板子进行连接。
使用interpose连接,第一电路板上的器件需要多过2次IR炉(贴片),第二电路板上的器件需要多过1次IR炉。对板子上的器件性能要求高,不利于保证可靠性,同时器件单体成本上升;经过多次过IR炉,增加制程工序,成本上升。
发明内容
本发明公开一种电路板装置及电子设备,以解决采用interpose连接的方式会让板子上的器件经过更多次的IR炉的问题。
基于上述的目的,本发明的实施例公开了一种电路板装置,包括:
第一电路板;
第二电路板,第二电路板设置有第一电连接部;以及
连接器,连接器安装于第一电路板,连接器上设置有第二电连接部,第二电连接部能够与第一电连接部之间形成电连接。
基于上述的目的,本发明的实施例还公开了一种电子设备,包括如上所述的电路板装置。
本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本发明公开的电路板装置在第二电路板上设置有第一电连接部,在连接器上设置有第二电连接部,当第二电连接部与第一电连接部连接时,第二电连接部与第一电连接部之间会形成电连接,从而使第一电路板与第二电路板之间形成电连接,这种连接方式可以降低第二电路板与第一电路板之间的间隔高度,从而节约空间。同时,在对第一电路板进行制作时,连接器与第一电路板上的电子元件可以同步进行贴片,从而减少第一电路板的贴片次数,而连接器与第二电路板之间通过第一电连接部和第二电连接部进行连接,也免除了一次贴片,贴片次数的减少,可以保证器件的可靠性,还能降低制作成本。

请参考图1和图2,本发明实施例公开一种电子设备,其包括第一电路板100、第二电路板200和连接器300。
第一电路板100上设置有电子元件,且在第一电路板100上设置有凸台110,凸台110可以是设置在电子元件的周围。
第二电路板200上也设置有电子元件,且在第二电路板200上还设置有与该电子元件电连接的第一电连接部210。
连接器300安装在第一电路板100上,且连接器300与第一电路板100上的电子元件电连接。在连接器300上设置有与第一电连接部210配合的第二电连接部310,在对第一电路板100和第二电路板200进行连接安装时,第二电连接部310与第一电连接部210形成电连接,从而让第二电路板200上的电子元件与第一电路板100上的电子元件形成电连接。此时第二电路板200可以是抵靠在第一电路板100的凸台110上,凸台110可以对第二电路板200形成支撑,同时,避免第二电路板200对第一电路板100上的电子元件造成影响。
本实施例公开的电路板装置在第二电路板200上设置有第一电连接部210,在连接器300上设置有第二电连接部310,当第二电连接部310与第一电连接部210连接时,第二电连接部310与第一电连接部210之间会形成电连接,从而使第一电路板100与第二电路板200之间形成电连接,这种连接方式可以降低第二电路板200与第一电路板100之间的间隔高度,从而节约空间。同时,在对第一电路板100进行制作时,连接器300与第一电路板100上的电子元件可以同步进行贴片,从而减少第一电路板100的贴片次数,而连接器300与第二电路板200之间通过第一电连接部210和第二电连接部310进行连接,也免除了一次贴片,贴片次数的减少,可以保证器件的可靠性,还能降低制作成本。

在一些实施方式中,导电触片211可以是金手指。
在两个导电触片211之间还可以设置第一绝缘部212,第一绝缘部212的设置可以对两个导电触片211形成固定,同时,也能避免两个导电触片211之间误触,从而保证其可靠性和安全性。
请参阅图3至图6,第一绝缘部212可以是呈条状,在其中间位置具有凸出部分,而两个导电触片211分别位于凸出部分的两侧。在进行安装时,操作人员或者机器可以直接通过第一绝缘部212来对第一电连接部210进行位置把控,从而避免对导电触片211造成损伤。
在本实施例的一些实施方式中,第一电连接部210与第二电连接部310是这样配合的:
在连接器300上设置内腔320,将两个导电弹片311分别安装在内腔320 相对的两个侧壁上,当然,导电弹片311的导电部3112分应该至少有一部分是位于内腔320内的。
通过弯曲第一电连接部210,使两个导电触片211位于内腔320的外侧。
将弯曲状的第一电连接部210放入内腔320,此时,位于外侧的两个导电触片211分别与曝露在内腔320内的两个导电弹片311接触,从而形成电连接。
在一些实施方式中,第一电连接部210不弯曲也是可以实现导电触片211与导电弹片311之间的卡接的,请参阅图6,如图6所示,当两个导电触片211分别位于第一绝缘部212的两侧时,直接将第一电连接部210卡入内腔320也是可以的。
为了进一步加强稳固,还以设置固定件400,固定件400用于将第二电路板200设置有第一电连接部210的一端与连接器300固定,从而将第一电连接部210和第二电连接部310固定。
固定件400可以设置一个卡接凸起,在对第一电连接部210和第二电连接部310进行安装时,可以先将第一电连接部210放置于连接器300的上方,让两个导电触片211朝向内腔320放置,此时令固定件400抵接在第一绝缘部212上,向下挤压第一绝缘部212,令第一绝缘部212朝向内腔320发生弯曲,第一绝缘部212在弯曲并向下移动的过程中,可以使导电触片211与导电弹片311接触并导通。固定件400的设置可以导电触片211与导电弹片311之间形成较大的挤压,从而使其固定更加的牢固。
请参阅图11,为了使第一电连接部210可以顺利进入内腔320,导电弹片311可以设计成具有安装部3111和导电部3112,安装部3111安装在连接器300上,导电部3112的一端与安装部3111的一端连接,且导电部3112与安装部3111之间倾斜设置,以使导电部3112的另一端能够朝向安装部3111靠近,且此时导电弹片311内部具有弹性势能。这样在将第一电连接部210卡入内腔320时,可以强制导电弹片311发生形变,以便第一电连接部210顺利进入内腔320,同时,以导电弹片311发生的形变产生的弹性势能来使导电弹片311与导电触 片211之间形成抵接并固定。
或者让第一绝缘部212采用橡胶或者塑胶等弹性绝缘材料制成,也可以使第一电连接部210顺利进入内腔320,且让导电触片211与导电弹片311之间形成挤压的。
以上只是本实施例的一些实施方式,在本实施例的其他实施方式中,如第一电连接部210与第二电连接部310之间可以直接形成卡接,在这种情况下,不设置固定件400也是可以的。而在另一些实施方式中,若第一电连接部210与第二电连接只是一般的接触或者挤压,则需要利用固定件400来进行辅助固定。
第一电连接部210可以设置为多个,第二电连接部310对应的也设置为多个,且第二电连接部310的数量与第一电连接部210的数量可以相等,这样在安装时更加的方便,每个第一电连接部210对应的与一个第二电连接部310配合,其中,多个第二电连接部310可以是沿内腔320的长度方向间隔设置。
请参阅图8和图12,在本实施例的一些实施方式中,可以在连接器300上设置多个第二绝缘部330,多个第二绝缘部330均位于内腔320内,多个第二绝缘部330沿内腔320的长度方向间隔设置,以使内腔320被第二绝缘部330分隔为多个安装槽340,多个第二电连接部310分别位于多个安装槽340内。由第二绝缘部330将相邻的两个第二电连接部310分开,可以避免在第二电连接部310与第一电连接部210时,因其发生形变而导致相邻的两个导电弹片311接触,从而保证其连接的可靠性。
请参阅图7和图9,在本实施例的另一些实施方式中,可以在相邻的第一电连接部210之间设置第三绝缘部220,第三绝缘部220与第一绝缘部212连接,从而将相邻的第一电连接部210分隔开,这样在第一电连接部210与第二电连接部310相互挤压时,也能够避免第二电连接部310在发生形变时导致相连的两个导电弹片311发生接触。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电路板装置,包括:
    第一电路板(100);
    第二电路板(200),所述第二电路板(200)设置有第一电连接部(210);以及
    连接器(300),所述连接器(300)安装于所述第一电路板(100),所述连接器(300)具有内腔(320),所述连接器(300)上设置有第二电连接部(310),所述第二电连接部(310)位于所述内腔(320)内,所述第一电连接部(210)卡接于所述内腔(320)、且所述第一电连接部(210)与第二电连接部(310)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板装置,其中,所述第一电连接部(210)包括间隔设置的两个导电触片(211),所述第二电连接部(310)包括间隔设置的两个导电弹片(311),每个所述导电弹片(311)分别对应地与一个所述导电触片(211)电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电路板装置,其中,所述第一电连接部(210)还包括第一绝缘部(212),所述第一绝缘部(212)位于两个所述导电触片(211)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板装置,其中,所述第一电连接部(210)设置为多个,所述第二电连接部(310)的数量与所述第一电连接部(210)的数量相等,多个所述第二电连接部(310)均位于所述内腔(320)内,每个所述第二电连接部(310)对应地与一个所述第一电连接部(210)配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电路板装置,其中,所述连接器(300)内设置有多个第二绝缘部(330),多个所述第二绝缘部(330)将所述内腔(320)分隔为多个安装槽(340),每个所述安装槽(340)内设置一个所述第二电连接 部(310)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电路板装置,其中,相邻的所述第一电连接部(210)之间设置有第三绝缘部(220),相邻的两个所述第一电连接部(210)通过所述第三绝缘部(220)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板装置,其中,所述电路板装置还包括固定件(400),所述第二电路板(200)通过所述固定件(400)与所述连接器(300)固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的电路板装置,其中,所述第二电路板(200)为柔性电路板。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的电路板装置,其中,所述第一电连接部(210)为金手指。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的电路板装置。
