本发明涉及产品包装领域,尤其涉及一种包装用纸膜袋制作工艺。
背景技术
现在的生产生活中,我们都离不开各种包装,无论我们购买什么样的商品,绝大部分都具有外包装,这层外包装基本上都是采用塑料袋、复合塑料膜和淋膜纸制成,但是这种外包装中依旧存在塑料结构,使用塑料膜结构时,无须使用粘合剂,只需高温塑封即可,利用温度对塑料薄膜的影响使其发生交联作用从而达到封口的目的。

技术解决方案
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种包装用纸膜袋制作工艺,最终得到一个用于包装的纸膜袋,完全利用纸张对产品进行包装,而不使用任何的塑料材质,从而被丢弃后,能快速降解,不会产生污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种包装用纸膜袋制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:对纸张进行切割,使其达到合适的尺寸;
S2:对纸张进行印刷处理,正面采用水性油墨印刷;背面使用多座柔版印刷机组进行水性热敏胶粘合剂的添加;
S3:进行高温热压封口,最后得到纸膜袋。
作为最佳选择,所述纸张采用FSC食品级白牛皮纸。
作为最佳选择,在步骤S3中,所述油墨采用无毒的水性油墨进行印刷,且采用柔性印刷机进行印刷处理过程。
作为最佳选择,在步骤S3中,多座柔板印刷机的数量为3-5座,所述柔板印刷机組的座数与所述纸张的表面摩擦系数成正比,即表面越粗糙,所用座數就越多。
作为最佳选择,所述水性热敏粘合剂采用特殊的成分组成,按照质量百分比,所采用的成分如下:丙烯酸脂类乳液:40-60%;水溶性树脂:20-30%;乳化剂:1-3%;剩余组分为去离子水;将所述丙烯酸酯类乳液分成两份,其中一份加入水溶性树脂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得A组份;另外一份添加乳化剂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得B组份,然后组合B滴加到组分A中,最后得到水性热敏粘合剂。
作为最佳选择,所述丙烯酸脂类乳剂为丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯中的一种或几种,所述水溶性树脂为丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种;所述乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂。
作为最佳选择,在步骤S2中,将水性热敏粘合剂采用柔性印刷机组进行印刷,印刷位置單位面積的涂布量为每平方米10-18克。
作为最佳选择,在步骤S3中,在进行封口时,封口的温度为200-300摄氏度,热压时间在0.3-1秒,封口完成后得到包装用纸膜袋。
有益效果
    本发明所得到的纸膜袋完全采用纸包装而可以達到密封效果,杜绝了使用塑料膜所带来的降解问题,使得整个包装更加环保,能充分降解,为了防止在进行热封时粘合剂的扩散,特别在纸膜袋的封口位置采用多座柔性印刷机进行印刷,配合特制的水性热敏胶,从而保证了进行热封时的稳定粘合;纸张的正面采用柔性印刷,配合水性柔版油墨,这样在印刷对应的包装袋时,不会有任何的有毒有害物质,使得对包装物没有任何的影响,即使是食品也能拿来进行包装,使得应用的范围更广。

为了更清楚地表述本发明,下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明作进一步地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明公开了一种包装用纸膜袋制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:对纸张进行切割,使其达到合适的尺寸;
S2:对纸张进行印刷处理,正面采用水性油墨印刷;背面使用多座柔版印刷机组进行水性热敏胶粘合剂的添加;
S3:进行高温热压封口,最后得到纸膜袋。
再经过步骤S1和S2后,将将需要进行包装的产品,放入纸张内,然后经过步骤S3,将产品进行包装,最后得到包装完好的产品。
为了实现上述目的,纸张采用FSC食品级白牛皮纸;在步骤S2中,油墨采用无毒的水性油墨进行印刷,且采用柔性印刷机进行印刷处理过程;多座柔板印刷机組的座数为3-5座,柔板印刷机組的座数与纸张的表面摩擦系数成正比,即表面越粗糙,所用座數就越多。在具体实施例中,由于不同的纸张,表面的摩擦系数是不同的,因此针对不同摩擦系数的纸张,就需要采用不同数量的柔板印刷机进行水性热敏胶的印刷,正因为柔板印刷与凹版印刷存在技术上的不同,无需凹版印刷

,因此为了使得热敏胶能吸附在纸张上,就需要进行反复印刷,从而保证热敏胶的分布均匀,同时粘附量也得到保证,进而使得在进行热压过程中,能实现順利封口。
为了满足对白牛皮纸的粘合需求,特别采用一种特殊成分组成的水性热敏粘合剂,按照质量百分比,所采用的成分如下:丙烯酸脂类乳液:40-60%;水溶性树脂:20-30%;乳化剂:1-3%;剩余组分为去离子水;将所述丙烯酸酯类乳液分成两份,其中一份加入水溶性树脂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得A组份;另外一份添加乳化剂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得B组份,然后组合B滴加到组分A中,最后得到水性热敏粘合剂。更为具体的是,
丙烯酸脂类乳剂为丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯中的一种或几种,水溶性树脂为丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种;乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂,例如对辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚。以配置100g水性热敏粘合剂为例,首先称取丙烯酸脂类乳液50g、水溶性树脂25g、乳化剂2.5g以及22.5g的去离子水,然后将丙烯酸脂类乳液均分为两份,其中一份加入水溶性树脂和少量去离子水,搅拌15分钟,得到组份A;另外一份丙烯酸脂类乳液中加入乳化剂和剩余的去离子水,搅拌20分钟,得到组份B,将组份B滴加到组分A中,滴加的温度控制在50摄氏度左右,滴加的同时不断进行搅拌,需要在半小时内滴加完毕,最后混合均匀得到水性热敏粘合剂。
在具体进行实施时,将水性热敏粘合剂采用柔性印刷机组进行印刷,印刷位置單位面積的涂布量为每平方米10-18克。在进行封口时,封口的温度为200-300摄氏度,热压时间为0.3-1.0秒,封口完成后得到包装用纸膜袋。得到的水性热敏胶在进行涂布时,需要根据白牛皮纸的粗糙程度来进行选择,如果白牛皮纸表面光滑,涂布量就減少,如果表面粗糙,涂布量就增加;在进行热封的过程中,根据涂布的量控制封口的温度,在热压的过程中,热压的时间、温度和压力综合调节,以结合稳固为原则;这样才能有效实现热封,经过上述步骤后,最终得到一个由白牛皮纸进行包装的产品。
工业实用性
本發明的优势在于:
1)完全采用纸张对产品进行包装,不含有任何的塑料薄膜,包装被丢弃后能有效进行回收分解;
2)在纸张的封口位置采用特殊的热敏性粘合剂,使得纸张之间粘合更加稳定。

  1. 一种包装用纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:对纸张进行切割,使其达到合适的尺寸;
    S2:对纸张进行印刷处理,正面采用水性油墨印刷;背面在需要粘合的位置使用多座柔版印刷机组进行水性热敏胶粘合剂的印刷;
    S3:进行高温热压封口,最后得到纸膜袋。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装用纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,所述纸张采用FSC食品级白牛皮纸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装用纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,所述油墨采用无毒的水性油墨进行印刷,且采用柔性印刷机进行印刷处理过程。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的包装用纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,多座柔板印刷机的数量为3-5座,所述柔板印刷机組的座数与所述纸张的表面摩擦系数成正比,即表面越粗糙,所用座數就越多。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装用纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,所述水性热敏粘合剂采用特殊的成分组成,按照质量百分比,所采用的成分如下:丙烯酸脂类乳液:40-60%;水溶性树脂:20-30%;乳化剂:1-3%;剩余组分为去离子水;将所述丙烯酸酯类乳液分成两份,其中一份加入水溶性树脂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得A组份;另外一份添加乳化剂和去离子水,搅拌10-20分钟,获得B组份,然后组合B滴加到组分A中,最后得到水性热敏粘合剂。

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的包装用纸膜袋制作工艺,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,将水性热敏粘合剂采用柔性印刷机组进行印刷,印刷位置單位面積的涂布量为每平方米10-18克。
