目前传统的发声装置,例如在大喇叭装置中,通常在音圈骨架上固定设定心支片,而且定心支片呈弹波状,传统的定心支片的结构使得在大喇叭沿其振动方向上的高度增加;另外传统的发声装置需要额外设置锦丝线实现音圈与外部电路的电连接,其中锦丝线在顺线过程中需要占据发声装置的内部空间。
因此为了解决上述的任意技术问题,本发明提供一种新型的发声装置。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种发声装置。
根据本发明的第一个方面,提供一种发声装置。所述发声装置包括:
音圈,所述音圈包括音圈本体和骨架,所述音圈本体绕制在所述骨架外;
定心支片,所述定心支片具有第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述音圈固定连接;所述第二连接部固定在所述发声装置上;
在所述第一连接部和第二连接部之间具有平面弹性件,所述平面弹性件从第一连接部向所述第二连接部弯曲延伸;
所述定心支片采用导电材质制成,所述定心支片配置为与所述音圈形成电连通;
所述发声装置在其振动方向上的高度范围为5-200mm。
可选地,所述发声装置还包括壳体,所述第二连接部固定在所述壳体上;
所述壳体上注塑结合有导电端子,所述导电端子被配置为与外部电路连接,所述第二连接部与所述导电端子电性连接。
可选地,所述定心支片为由金属线一体绕制而成的线状结构。
可选地,所述金属线为铜线、铁线、钢线、合金线中的任意一种。
可选地,所述第一连接部连接于所述音圈本体的靠近其端面的侧面,使所述定心支片与所述音圈形成电连通;
或所述第一连接部连接于所述骨架的侧面,使所述定心支片与所述音圈形成电连通。
可选地,至少一个所述定心支片固定在骨架上;所述定心支片的第一连接部与其相邻的其中一个定心支片的第一连接部通过连接桥固定;
其中骨架的侧面对应所述连接桥处设有第二焊盘;
所述连接桥与所述第二焊盘连接以使所述定心支片与所述音圈形成电连通。
可选地,所述音圈本体的靠近其端面的侧面设置内导通结构,所述第一连接部与所述内导通结构固定连接。
可选地,所述发声装置还包括盆型的U铁,所述U铁的盆腔内设有磁铁,所述音圈设置在所述U铁的盆腔内并受到所述磁铁的磁场作用;
所述U铁上开设有缺口,所述定心支片穿过所述缺口连接至所述音圈本体。
可选地,所述定心支片整体为平面结构。
可选地,所述平面弹性件沿第一连接部向第二连接部方向向外扩散,所述平面弹性件形成扩散角度,所述扩散角度不小于10°。
可选地,所述发声装置的谐振频率F0为50~300Hz。
可选地,所述发声装置在振动方向上的高度为17-19mm。
可选地,所述发声装置为圆形发声装置或方形发声装置。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供一种发声装置,其中定心支片具有平面弹性件,其中平面弹性件从第一连接部向第二连接部弯曲延伸;相对于 现有技术,本发明降低了发声装置沿其振动方向上的高度,减少了发声装置的体积,实现了发声装置的轻小化。
本发明提供一种发声装置,其中定心支片一方面能够对音圈的位置起到支持和固定的作用;另一方面所述定心支片采用导电材质制成,所述定心支片配置为与所述音圈形成电连通;本发明与现有技术相比,减少了锦丝线的使用,降低了发声装置在其振动方向的高度。

以下对至少一个示例性实施例的描述实际上仅仅是说明性的,决不作为对本发明及其应用或使用的任何限制。

根据本发明的一个实施例,提供一种发声装置。所述发声装置包括:
音圈,所述音圈包括音圈本体和骨架,所述音圈本体绕制在所述骨架外;
定心支片,所述定心支片具有第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述音圈固定连接;所述第二连接部固定在所述发声装置上;
在所述第一连接部和第二连接部之间具有平面弹性件,所述平面弹性件从第一连接部向所述第二连接部弯曲延伸;
所述定心支片采用导电材质制成,所述定心支片配置为与所述音圈形成电连通;
所述发声装置在其振动方向上的高度范围为5-200mm。
本发明提供一种发声装置,其中定心支片具有平面弹性件,其中平面弹性件从第一连接部向第二连接部弯曲延伸;相对于现有技术,本发明降低了发声装置沿其振动方向上的高度,减少了发声装置的体积,实现了发声装置的轻小化。
本发明提供一种发声装置,其中定心支片一方面能够对音圈的位置起到支持和固定的作用;另一方面所述定心支片通过内导通结构和外导通结构实现音圈与外部电路的电连通;本发明与现有技术相比,减少了锦丝线的使用,降低了发声装置在其振动方向的高度。
在一个例子中,如图1所示为本发明发声装置的结构示意图。
所述发声装置包括音圈,所述音圈包括音圈本体和骨架,所述骨架为圆管形,所述音圈本体绕制在所述骨架外;所述音圈的底端悬置在磁路系统的磁间隙中;
所述发声装置包括定心支片101,所述定心支片101具有与所述音圈固定的第一连接部1011、与所述发声装置固定的第二连接部1013以及位于所述第一连接部1011和所述第二连接部1013之间的平面弹性件1012;其中,如图1所示,所述平面弹性件1012沿S型从第一连接部1011向所 述第二连接部1013弯曲延伸,所述平面弹性件呈平面结构,相对于现有技术中弹波状的定心支片,本例子中定心支片特殊结构的设计,能够降低发声装置在其振动方向的高度。
优选地,所述发声装置还包括壳体100,所述第二连接部1013固定在壳体上。例如,所述壳体100上设置有固定柱102,所述第二连接部1013套设在所述固定柱102上;例如所述第二连接部1013呈弯钩形状,第二连接部1013套设在所述固定柱102上。
在一个例子中,所述第一连接部1011和第二连接部1013之间具有平面弹性件1012,所述平面弹性件1012从第一连接部1011向所述第二连接部1013弯曲延伸;所述定心支片101采用导电材质制成,所述定心支片101配置为与所述音圈形成电连通。
例如,所述壳体100上注塑结合有导电端子,所述导电端子被配置为与外部电路连接,所述第二连接部1013与所述导电端子电性连接。由于定心支片101采用导电材质制成,同时第一连接部1011固定在音圈上,因此本例子中定心支片101实现了音圈与外部电路的电连通。与传统的发声装置需要额外设置锦丝线实现音圈与外部电路的电连接相比,本例子不需要锦丝线,因此节省了锦丝线在顺线过程中占据发声装置的内部空间,即可以降低发声装置在其振动方向的高度。
例如,第一连接部1011通过内导通结构103固定在音圈上,其中所述内导通结构103与音圈本体的漆包线焊接,即实现了第一连接部与音圈的电性连接。
在靠近所述壳体的位置设置有外导通结构104;所述第二连接部1013与外导通结构连接,其中外导通结构配置为与外部电路连接,即实现了第二连接部1013与外部电路的电性连接。
所述定心支片101通过内导通结构103和外导通结构104实现音圈与外部电路的电连通;本发明与现有技术相比,减少了锦丝线的使用,降低了发声装置在其振动方向的高度。
在一个例子中,所述第一连接部1011连接于所述音圈本体的靠近其端面的侧面,使所述定心支片101与所述音圈形成电连通;
或所述第一连接部1011连接于所述骨架的侧面,使所述定心支片101与所述音圈形成电连通。
当第一连接部1011连接于所述音圈本体的靠近其端面的侧面,所述定心支片101的第一连接部1011连接于音圈本体的靠近其底端面的侧面;第二连接部1013连接在所述壳体100上;例如,第一连接部1011通过内导通结构103固定在音圈本体的靠近其底端面的侧面,其中所述内导通结构103与音圈本体的漆包线焊接,即实现了第一连接部与音圈本体的电性连接。
所述壳体100上设置有固定柱102,所述第二连接部1013套设在所述固定柱102上;例如所述第二连接部1013呈弯钩形状,第二连接部1013套设在所述固定柱102上。此处第二连接部1013既可以设置一圈弯钩结构,用以保证产品的平面度(此时整个导电件为一平面结构),也可以设置多圈弯钩结构,其在竖直方向上的正投影重叠。
其中在靠近所述壳体固定柱102的位置设置有外导通结构104;所述第二连接部1013与外导通结构连接,其中外导通结构配置为与外部电路连接,即实现了第二连接部1013与外部电路的电性连接。
其中本例子中,所述第一连接部1011连接于所述音圈本体的靠近其端面的侧面,使所述定心支片101与所述音圈形成电连通;如图3所示为现有发声装置300在其振动方向的高度与本发明发声装置200在其高度对比图;如图3所示,将定心支片101设置在音圈本体的根部区域,同时所述定心支片的第一连接部与所述内导通结构电性连接后,自所述磁路系统的避让部穿出延伸至所述壳体,并且与所述外导通结构电性连接,通过定心支片实现音圈与外部电路的电连通;本发明的发声装置200在其振动方向的高度明显地低于现有发声装置300的高度。其中本发明发声装置200在其振动方向上的高度范围为5-200mm,优选地,发声装置200在振动方向上的高度为17-19mm。本例子使得发声装置更加轻小化。
需要说明的是,此处所界定的5-200㎜,是充分考虑到了目前消费类电子终端以及汽车电子终端中对于发声装置的需求,对于本技术方案而言,既可以应用在车载音响产品中,也可以应用在消费类音响产品中(例如家 用音响、其他智能音响产品等)。
当所述第一连接部1011连接于所述骨架的侧面,所述定心支片101的第一连接部1011连接于骨架的侧面;第二连接部1013连接在所述壳体100上;例如,第一连接部1011通过焊盘固定在骨架的侧面,其中焊盘与音圈本体的漆包线焊接,即实现了第一连接部与音圈本体的电性连接。
当所述第一连接部1011连接于所述骨架的侧面时,至少一个所述定心支片固定在骨架上;所述定心支片的第一连接部与其相邻的其中一个定心支片的第一连接部通过连接桥固定;例如在骨架的侧面固定四个所述定心支片,其中一个定心支片与其相邻的一个定心支片通过连接桥连接;另外两个定心支片的第一连接部也通过连接桥连接。
其中所述连接桥呈凸型结构,所述凸型结构贴合于所述音圈的侧面;具体地,所述凸型结构贴合于所述骨架的侧面。
可选地,所述连接桥还可以呈弧形结构,所述弧形结构贴合于所述骨架的侧面。
优选地,一个定心支片与其相邻的定心支片与连接桥一体成型。
优选地,所述焊盘为第一焊盘和第二焊盘,其中第一焊盘用于固定所述第一连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第一焊盘连接以使所述定心支片与所述音圈形成电连通;第二焊盘用于固定连接桥,所述连接桥与所述第二焊盘连接以使所述定心支片与所述音圈形成电连通。
优选地,所述内导通结构103为固定在所述音圈本体的靠近其底端面的侧面上的第三焊盘,本例子中所述第三焊盘上具有承载部,所述承载部被配置为用于固定第一连接部1011,所述第一连接部1011与所述第三焊盘焊接。所述承载部呈弯折结构,本例子方便了第一连接部1011与第三焊盘的固定。
优选地,在靠近所述壳体的位置设置所述外导通结构104;所述外导通结构104为注塑在所述壳体上的焊片;其中所述焊片裸露在所述壳体的外表面上。本例子中方便了外部电路与发声装置的连接。
在一个例子中,所述磁路系统上对应所述定心支片101设置有避让部;具体地,如图2所示,所述磁路系统包括盆型的U铁105,所述U铁105 的盆腔内设有磁铁;其中本例子中,所述避让部为设置在所述U铁上的缺口1051。
本例子中,当第一连接部1011连接于所述音圈本体的靠近其端面的侧面时,定心支片101配置为能够穿过所述缺口1051连接至音圈本体的靠近其底端面的侧面。即U铁105上开设的缺口1051形成避让空间,使得定心支片101能够产生沿发声装置的振动方向的振动。
其中,所述缺口角度的范围为20°~40°,优选地,所述缺口角度范围为30°。其中在此缺口角度范围内,能够保证定心支片的振动空间,从而不影响发声装置的振动频率和发声装置的声学性能。
所述定心支片为对称设置在所述音圈本体的两侧的两片分体结构;或者,所述定心支片为在所述音圈本体的周向上均匀分布的三片或四片分体结构。其中定心支片呈对称方式布置或呈阵列方式布置,都能够对音圈的位置固定起到良好的支持作用。
优选地,所述U铁105上对应设置缺口的数量与在所述音圈本体上设置定心支片的数量一致。本例子中,定心支片为在所述音圈本体的周向上均匀分布的四片分体结构,其中U铁上对应设置四处缺口。
在一个例子中,所述定心支片101由金属线一体绕制而成,其中金属线可以采用铜线、铁线、钢线、合金线中的任意一种。其中定心支片由金属线一体绕制而成,使得发声装置中的振膜在大位移下振动时能够提供较好的顺性;同时定心支片采用金属材料,使得其受高温高湿环境影响较小,耐疲劳性较优秀,也使得发声装置能够在恶劣环境中工作。
在一个例子中,所述平面弹性件1012沿第一连接部1011向第二连接部1013方向向外扩散,所述平面弹性件1012形成扩散角度,所述扩散角度不小于10°。本发明人发现,随着扩散角度的增加,定心支片的力学劲度值降低,定心支片的力学劲度线性变好。例如,定心支片的力学劲度范围为0.2~2N/mm,优选地,定心支片的力学劲度为0.56N/mm。在此力学劲度范围内,定心支片的性能更加优良,同时对音圈位置的固定起到良好的支持作用。
本发明人发现,采用本发明的所述定心支片101,将所述定心支片固 定在音圈上时,当发声装置在振动位移,同样可以具有较好的顺性;同时也能够降低发声装置失真,提高发声装置的声学性能。
具体地,如图4所示,其中横坐标表示谐振频率F0,曲线b代表传统发声装置的谐振频率F0;曲线c代表本发明实施例发声装置的谐振频率F0。
其中,本发明实施例发声装置的谐振频率F0为50~300Hz,优选地,谐振频率F0为170Hz。其中传统的发声装置的谐振频率F0为195Hz。因此当本发明实施例的定心支片应用到发声装置内,使得发声装置具有良好的低频响应和中频响应,提高了发声装置的声学性能;其中所述发声装置可为大型的低音发声装置或者中音发声装置
同时定心支片应用到发声装置内,能够降低发声装置的总谐波失真THD,提高发声装置的声学性能。具体地,如图5所示,横坐标表示振动频率,纵坐标表示总谐波失真THD;曲线b代表传统的定心支片应用到发声装置中,发声装置的总谐波失真THD,曲线c代表本发明定心支片应用到发声装置中,发声装置的总谐波失真THD。
例如,在100-300Hz频段范围内,本发明发声装置的总谐波失真THD小于10%;具体地,当频率为100Hz时,发声装置的总谐波失真THD小于10%;当频率为200Hz时,发声装置的总谐波失真THD小于2.5%;当频率为300Hz时,发声装置的总谐波失真THD小于2%;
而当发声装置中设置传统的定心支片时,传统的发声装置的总谐波失真THD小于16%;具体地,当频率为100Hz时,发声装置的总谐波失真THD小于16%;当频率为200Hz时,发声装置的总谐波失真THD小于5%;当频率为300Hz时,发声装置的总谐波失真THD小于2.5%;
因此本例子中发声装置具有良好的声学性能。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中仅以圆形的发声装置作为示例进行说明,但在具体应用时,该技术方案同样可以应用于方形的发声装置中,当然,也可以应用在其他形状的装置中,以上并不用于限定本发明。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围 和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声装置包括:
    音圈,所述音圈包括音圈本体和骨架,所述音圈本体绕制在所述骨架外;
    定心支片,所述定心支片具有第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述音圈固定连接;所述第二连接部固定在所述发声装置上;
    在所述第一连接部和第二连接部之间具有平面弹性件,所述平面弹性件从第一连接部向所述第二连接部弯曲延伸;
    所述定心支片采用导电材质制成,所述定心支片配置为与所述音圈形成电连通;
    所述发声装置在其振动方向上的高度范围为5-200mm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声装置还包括壳体,所述第二连接部固定在所述壳体上;
    所述壳体上注塑结合有导电端子,所述导电端子被配置为与外部电路连接,所述第二连接部与所述导电端子电性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述定心支片为由金属线一体绕制而成的线状结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述金属线为铜线、铁线、钢线、合金线中的任意一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接部连接于所述音圈本体的靠近其端面的侧面,使所述定心支片与所述音圈形成电连通;
    或所述第一连接部连接于所述骨架的侧面,使所述定心支片与所述音圈形成电连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声装置,其特征在于,至少一个所述定心支片固定在骨架上;所述定心支片的第一连接部与其相邻的其中一个定心支片的第一连接部通过连接桥固定;
    其中骨架的侧面对应所述连接桥处设有第二焊盘;
    所述连接桥与所述第二焊盘连接以使所述定心支片与所述音圈形成电连通。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述音圈本体的靠近其端面的侧面设置内导通结构,所述第一连接部与所述内导通结构固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声装置还包括盆型的U铁,所述U铁的盆腔内设有磁铁,所述音圈设置在所述U铁的盆腔内并受到所述磁铁的磁场作用;
    所述U铁上开设有缺口,所述定心支片穿过所述缺口连接至所述音圈本体。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述定心支片整体为平面结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述平面弹性件沿第一连接部向第二连接部方向向外扩散,所述平面弹性件形成扩散角度,所述扩散角度不小于10°。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任意一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声装置的谐振频率F0为50~300Hz。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声装置在振动方向上的高度为17-19mm。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声装置为圆形发声装置或方形发声装置。
