一种烟条溯源二维码采集系统 技术领域
本发明涉及烟条检测技术领域,具体为一种烟条溯源二维码采集系统。
背景技术
随着科技的不断进步以及烟草行业市场竞争的加剧,实现全面信息化成为烟草行业一个迫切要求。为了满足这一要求,需要把大数据分析引入烟草行业。获取用于分析的数据是大数据分析的第一步,二维码作为烟包、烟条、烟箱的标识,含有生产日期、批次、品牌、厂家等烟草行业中生产和销售的重要数据信息。在生产端和销售端分别获取二维码信息,并实现烟包、烟条、烟箱的二维码信息关联,有利于全面掌握商品的流向,实现生产和销售的信息联合。
卷烟自动分拣线是我国烟草行业实施现代物流的重大关键设备,用于各级烟草公司卷烟配送中心对零售户订单进行自动处理,对卷烟进行自动分拣、按户分装并自动完成防伪标记等工作。为了把烟厂生产出的商品的生产信息和销售产品的商户信息连接起来,需要在卷烟自动分拣线上采集烟条的二维码信息。
但现有烟条和烟箱传输过程中,由于无法对烟条和烟箱进行限位,导致在传输时,烟条和烟箱会发生偏移,使得烟条和烟箱定位不准,同时对检测相机角度调节复杂,且固定不牢固,影响整体效率。鉴于此,我们提出一种烟条溯源二维码采集系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种烟条溯源二维码采集系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的烟条和烟箱会发生偏移,使得烟条和烟箱定位不准,同时对检测相机角度调节复杂,且固定不牢固,影响整体效率的问题。
为实现上述目的,一方面,本发明提供一种烟条溯源二维码采集系统,包括用于传输烟条的烟条跑道、用于传输烟箱的烟箱跑道以及用于二维码采集的检测平台,所述检测平台的两端设置有一对检测扫描仪,所述检测扫描仪自下到上依次设置有底座、转动块和二维码扫描仪,所述底座的顶部两侧分别设置有弧形板,所述弧形板的中心位置开设有通孔, 所述转动块设置在两个弧形板之间,所述转动块中心位置开设有内孔,所述通孔和内孔之间转动连接有连接件,所述连接件包括与内孔转动连接的连接筒,所述连接筒的内部开设有内螺纹,所述连接筒的两端分别螺纹连接有螺杆,所述螺杆的一端设置有转杆,所述转杆的一端安装有调节板,所述调节板的外表面安装有扭板,所述调节板的内壁安装有压垫。
作为优选,其中一个所述检测扫描仪靠近烟条跑道一侧,另一个所述检测扫描仪靠近烟箱跑道一侧。

S1、调节二维码扫描仪角度:先将二维码扫描仪卡入卡板中,实现二维码扫描仪的固定,此时推动转动块,使得转动块旋转,当转动块转动时,连接筒卡在内孔中,与转动块一起转动,并带动螺杆转动,而转杆在通孔内转动,实现转动块在两个弧形板之间转动,进而完成二维码扫描仪角度的调节;
S2、固定二维码扫描仪角度:通过旋转扭板,带动调节板旋转,而转杆在通孔内转动,并将螺杆螺入至连接筒内,随着螺杆进入至连接筒内,调节板靠近弧形板外壁,当压垫完全卡在弧形板外壁时,通过压垫自身的摩擦阻力,将调节板固定在弧形板外壁,此时转杆无法在通孔内转动,转动块无法转动,实现二维码扫描仪角度的固定;
S3、转运烟条:将烟条放置在第一传输带上,第一传输带将烟条向挡位块一侧运动,在烟条运动过程中,通过二维码扫描仪对烟条上的二维码信息进行扫描,扫描后的烟条运动至挡位块一侧,并受到挡位块阻挡,停留在第一传输带上,此时,通过伸缩电缸带动活塞杆将真空吸盘顶向烟条,当真空吸盘贴合在烟条上时,微型气泵通过抽气管抽出真空吸盘和烟条之间的空气,将真空吸盘和紧密贴合在烟条上,伸缩电缸继续工作,将烟条顶入烟箱内,此时,微型气泵通过出气管向真空吸盘内打气,使得真空吸盘和烟条分离,并通过伸缩电缸带动活塞杆回收,完成烟条转运工作;
S4、烟箱转运:将烟箱防止在第二传输带上,第二传输带将烟箱向检测平台一侧运动,在烟箱运动过程中,通过二维码扫描仪对烟箱上的二维码信息进行扫描,同时当烟箱的一端接触到滚轮时,滚轮受力向内部挤压转轴,此时转轴带动两端的滑头在滑槽内向下滑动,并压缩弹簧,使得滚轮在内槽内向内收缩,便于将滚轮贴合在烟箱一侧,实现烟箱定位传输。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、该烟条溯源二维码采集系统中,通过转动块在两个弧形板之间转动,进而完成二维码扫描仪角度的调节,同时,将螺杆螺入至连接筒内,使得压垫完全卡在弧形板外壁,通过压垫自身的摩擦阻力,将调节板固定在弧形板外壁,并锁定转动转动,实现二维码扫 描仪角度的固定。
2、该烟条溯源二维码采集系统中,通过二维码扫描仪对烟条上的二维码信息进行扫描,并通过伸缩电缸能够将烟条顶入烟箱内,同时采用真空吸盘和烟条进行连接,保障伸缩电缸顶出烟条时,烟条不易错位。
3、该烟条溯源二维码采集系统中,通过滚轮在内槽内向内收缩,能够将滚轮贴合在烟箱一侧,实现烟箱定位传输,防止烟箱在传输时发生偏移。

本实施例中,其中一个检测扫描仪31靠近烟条跑道1一侧,另一个检测扫描仪31靠近烟箱跑道2一侧,通过设置在两端的二维码扫描仪313分别对烟条跑道1和烟箱跑道2上的产品进行二维码扫描,获得烟条跑道1和烟箱跑道2上烟条和烟箱的信息。
具体的,二维码扫描仪313可选用OV7670传感器,OV7670传感器内置感光整列模块、时序发生器模块、模拟信号处理模块、A/D转换模块、测试图案发生器模块、数字处理器模块、缩放功能模块、数字视频接口模块、SCCB接口模块、LED和闪光灯的输出控制模块,完全能够满足二维码扫描工作。
进一步的,连接筒3171穿过内孔316,且连接筒3171和内孔316卡接配合,当转动块312转动时,能够带动连接筒3171转动。
此外,转杆3174的尺寸和通孔315的尺寸相适配,使得转杆3174能够在通孔315内转动。
除此之外,调节板3175位于弧形板314外壁,且调节板3175的尺寸大于通孔315的尺寸,使得调节板3175卡在通孔315外壁,便于安装。
值得说明的是,转动块312的顶部安装有呈“凹”形结构的卡板318,便于二维码扫描仪313和卡板318卡接配合,卡板318的内壁两侧分别设置有多个卡条319,同时卡条319采用橡胶材质制成,当二维码扫描仪313卡入到卡板318内,通过卡条319贴合在二维码扫描仪313上,完成二维码扫描仪313的固定。
此外,压垫3177采用橡胶材质制成,橡胶材质制成的压垫3177摩擦阻力大,便于将压垫3177压紧弧形板314时,调节板3175无法调节,实现连接筒3171的锁止。
本实施例的烟条溯源二维码采集系统对二维码扫描仪313角度调节时,先将二维码扫描仪313卡入卡板318中,实现二维码扫描仪313的固定,此时推动转动块312,使得转动块312旋转,当转动块312转动时,连接筒3171卡在内孔316中,与转动块312一起转动,并带动螺杆3173转动,而转杆3174在通孔315内转动,实现转动块312在两个弧形板314之间转动,进而完成二维码扫描仪313角度的调节;
本实施例的烟条溯源二维码采集系统对二维码扫描仪313角度固定时,通过旋转扭板 3176,带动调节板3175旋转,而转杆3174在通孔315内转动,并将螺杆3173螺入至连接筒3171内,随着螺杆3173进入至连接筒3171内,调节板3175靠近弧形板314外壁,当压垫3177完全卡在弧形板314外壁时,通过压垫3177自身的摩擦阻力,将调节板3175固定在弧形板314外壁,此时转杆3174无法在通孔315内转动,转动块312无法转动,实现二维码扫描仪313角度的固定。
实施例2
作为本发明的第二种实施例,为了便于将检测好的烟条推入烟箱内,本发明人员还设置有推动件32,作为一种优选实施例,如图5所示,检测平台3靠近烟条跑道1一侧还安装有推动件32,推动件32包括伸缩电缸321,伸缩电缸321的一端设置有活塞杆322,活塞杆322的另一端安装有真空吸盘323,伸缩电缸321的顶部设置有微型气泵324,微型气泵324的抽气口通过抽气管325连接至真空吸盘323上,微型气泵324的出气口通过出气管326连接至真空吸盘323上。
本实施例中,抽气管325和出气管326均采为波纹管,一方面,波纹管的密封好,避免发生漏气现象,另一方面,波纹管可以随着活塞杆322的运动,进行伸缩,防止活塞杆322在运动过程中,抽气管325和出气管326发生脱落现象。
进一步的,抽气管325的一端穿过真空吸盘323,便于当真空吸盘323吸附在烟条上时,通过抽气管325抽出真空吸盘323和烟条之间的空气,使得真空吸盘323和烟条连接紧密。
具体的,出气管326的一端也穿过真空吸盘323,便于当真空吸盘323吸附在烟条上时,通过出气管326向真空吸盘323和烟条之间打入气体,使得真空吸盘323和烟条分离。
值得说明的是,微型气泵324的抽气口通过单向阀和抽气管325相通,微型气泵324的出气口也通过单向阀和出气管326相通,使得抽气管325和出气管326内部为单通道,抽气管325只能进行抽气工作,出气管326只能进行出气工作。
在具体实施过程中,为了便于对烟条进行传输,本实施例还设置烟条跑道1,具体如 图5所示,烟条跑道1包括一对第一隔板11,两个第一隔板11之间设置有第一传输带12,第一隔板11的顶部设置有用于烟条定位滑动的定位板13,第一隔板11的一端内壁安装有用于阻挡烟条移动的挡位块14。
本实施例中,第一传输带12采用皮带传输机,皮带传输机采用皮带进行传输,自身的摩擦阻力较大,能够有效防止烟条自身的滑动。
具体的,伸缩电缸321设置在靠近挡位块14一侧,便于通过伸缩电缸321将受到挡位块14限位的烟条推入烟箱中。
本实施例的烟条溯源二维码采集系统对烟条转运时,将烟条放置在第一传输带12上,第一传输带12将烟条向挡位块14一侧运动,在烟条运动过程中,通过二维码扫描仪313对烟条上的二维码信息进行扫描,扫描后的烟条运动至挡位块14一侧,并受到挡位块14阻挡,停留在第一传输带12上,此时将伸缩电缸321接通电源,使其工作,活塞杆322将真空吸盘323顶向烟条,当真空吸盘323贴合在烟条上时,将微型气泵324接通电源,使其工作,微型气泵324通过抽气管325抽出真空吸盘323和烟条之间的空气,将真空吸盘323和紧密贴合在烟条上,伸缩电缸321继续工作,将烟条顶入烟箱内,此时微型气泵324通过出气管326向真空吸盘323内打气,使得真空吸盘323和烟条分离,并通过伸缩电缸321带动活塞杆322回收,完成烟条转运工作。

作为本发明的第三种实施例,为了便于对烟箱进行转运,同时对烟箱进行二维码扫描,本发明还设置有烟箱跑道2,作为一种优选实施例,如图7-9所示,烟箱跑道2包括一对第二隔板21,两个第二隔板21之间设置有第二传输带22,其中一个第二隔板21顶部设置有安装板23,安装板23一侧安装有多个定位轮组件24,定位轮组件24包括安装块241,安装块241的内部开设有内槽242,内槽242内壁两侧分别开设有滑槽243,两个滑槽243之间滑动连接有转动件244,转动件244的两端分别安装有弹簧245,转动件244上转动连接有滚轮246,滚轮246中心位置开设有转孔247。
本实施例中,第二传输带22为滚筒式传输机,滚筒式传输机整体传输平稳,适合箱体传输。
进一步的,安装块241的截面呈梯形,且内部开设内槽242,便于将安装块241固定在安装板23上,同时安装块241内有足够空间便于滚轮246转动。
在具体实施过程中,为了保障滚轮246在安装块241内转动,并且滚轮246能够在安装块241内滑动,本实施例还对转动件244作出改进,具体如图9所示,转动件244包括转轴2441,转轴2441上开设有与转孔247尺寸相适配的连接槽2442,便于滚轮246通过转孔247卡在连接槽2442内,实现滚轮246和转轴2441的安装,转轴2441的两端安装有滑头2443,滑头2443的内部安装有轴承环2444,转轴2441通过轴承环2444与滑头2443转动连接,实现转轴2441在滑头2443内旋转,同时,滑头2443和滑槽243滑动配合,并且弹簧245的一端和滑槽243内壁焊接固定,弹簧245的另一端和滑头2443焊接固定,通过弹簧245自身的弹性,将滑头2443和顶在滑槽243一端,当滑头2443受到压力时,能够压缩弹簧245,并在滑槽243内滑动。
本实施例的烟条溯源二维码采集系统对烟箱转运时,将烟箱防止在第二传输带22上,第二传输带22将烟箱向检测平台3一侧运动,在烟箱运动过程中,通过二维码扫描仪313对烟箱上的二维码信息进行扫描,同时当烟箱的一端接触到滚轮246时,滚轮246受力向内部挤压转轴2441,此时转轴2441带动两端的滑头2443在滑槽243内向下滑动,并压缩弹簧245,使得滚轮246在内槽242内向内收缩,便于将滚轮246贴合在烟箱一侧,实现烟箱定位传输。
另一方面,本发明还提供了该烟条溯源二维码采集系统的操作方法,其操作步骤如下:
S1、调节二维码扫描仪313角度:先将二维码扫描仪313卡入卡板318中,实现二维码扫描仪313的固定,此时推动转动块312,使得转动块312旋转,当转动块312转动时,连接筒3171卡在内孔316中,与转动块312一起转动,并带动螺杆3173转动,而转杆3174在通孔315内转动,实现转动块312在两个弧形板314之间转动,进而完成二维码扫描仪 313角度的调节;
S2、固定二维码扫描仪313角度:通过旋转扭板3176,带动调节板3175旋转,而转杆3174在通孔315内转动,并将螺杆3173螺入至连接筒3171内,随着螺杆3173进入至连接筒3171内,调节板3175靠近弧形板314外壁,当压垫3177完全卡在弧形板314外壁时,通过压垫3177自身的摩擦阻力,将调节板3175固定在弧形板314外壁,此时转杆3174无法在通孔315内转动,转动块312无法转动,实现二维码扫描仪313角度的固定;
S3、转运烟条:将烟条放置在第一传输带12上,第一传输带12将烟条向挡位块14一侧运动,在烟条运动过程中,通过二维码扫描仪313对烟条上的二维码信息进行扫描,扫描后的烟条运动至挡位块14一侧,并受到挡位块14阻挡,停留在第一传输带12上,此时,通过伸缩电缸321带动活塞杆322将真空吸盘323顶向烟条,当真空吸盘323贴合在烟条上时,微型气泵324通过抽气管325抽出真空吸盘323和烟条之间的空气,将真空吸盘323和紧密贴合在烟条上,伸缩电缸321继续工作,将烟条顶入烟箱内,此时,微型气泵324通过出气管326向真空吸盘323内打气,使得真空吸盘323和烟条分离,并通过伸缩电缸321带动活塞杆322回收,完成烟条转运工作;
S4、烟箱转运:将烟箱防止在第二传输带22上,第二传输带22将烟箱向检测平台3一侧运动,在烟箱运动过程中,通过二维码扫描仪313对烟箱上的二维码信息进行扫描,同时当烟箱的一端接触到滚轮246时,滚轮246受力向内部挤压转轴2441,此时转轴2441带动两端的滑头2443在滑槽243内向下滑动,并压缩弹簧245,使得滚轮246在内槽242内向内收缩,便于将滚轮246贴合在烟箱一侧,实现烟箱定位传输。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烟条溯源二维码采集系统,包括用于传输烟条的烟条跑道(1)、用于传输烟箱的烟箱跑道(2)以及用于二维码采集的检测平台(3),其特征在于:所述检测平台(3)的两端设置有一对检测扫描仪(31),所述检测扫描仪(31)自下到上依次设置有底座(311)、转动块(312)和二维码扫描仪(313),所述底座(311)的顶部两侧分别设置有弧形板(314),所述弧形板(314)的中心位置开设有通孔(315),所述转动块(312)设置在两个弧形板(314)之间,所述转动块(312)中心位置开设有内孔(316),所述通孔(315)和内孔(316)之间转动连接有连接件(317),所述连接件(317)包括与内孔(316)转动连接的连接筒(3171),所述连接筒(3171)的内部开设有内螺纹(3172),所述连接筒(3171)的两端分别螺纹连接有螺杆(3173),所述螺杆(3173)的一端设置有转杆(3174),所述转杆(3174)的一端安装有调节板(3175),所述调节板(3175)的外表面安装有扭板(3176),所述调节板(3175)的内壁安装有压垫(3177)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟条溯源二维码采集系统,其特征在于:其中一个所述检测扫描仪(31)靠近烟条跑道(1)一侧,另一个所述检测扫描仪(31)靠近烟箱跑道(2)一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟条溯源二维码采集系统,其特征在于:所述转动块(312)的顶部安装有呈“凹”形结构的卡板(318),所述卡板(318)的内壁两侧分别设置有多个卡条(319),所述二维码扫描仪(313)和卡板(318)卡接配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烟条溯源二维码采集系统,其特征在于:所述检测平台(3)靠近烟条跑道(1)一侧还安装有推动件(32),所述推动件(32)包括伸缩电缸(321),所述伸缩电缸(321)的一端设置有活塞杆(322),所述活塞杆(322)的另一端安装有真空吸盘(323),所述伸缩电缸(321)的顶部设置有微型气泵(324),所述微型气泵(324)的抽气口通过抽气管(325)连接至真空吸盘(323)上,所述微型气泵(324)的出气口通过出气管(326)连接至真空吸盘(323)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烟条溯源二维码采集系统,其特征在于:所述烟条跑道(1)包括一对第一隔板(11),两个所述第一隔板(11)之间设置有第一传输带(12),所述 第一隔板(11)的顶部设置有用于烟条定位滑动的定位板(13),所述第一隔板(11)的一端内壁安装有用于阻挡烟条移动的挡位块(14)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烟条溯源二维码采集系统,其特征在于:所述伸缩电缸(321)设置在靠近挡位块(14)一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烟条溯源二维码采集系统,其特征在于:所述烟箱跑道(2)包括一对第二隔板(21),两个所述第二隔板(21)之间设置有第二传输带(22),其中一个所述第二隔板(21)顶部设置有安装板(23),所述安装板(23)一侧安装有多个定位轮组件(24),所述定位轮组件(24)包括安装块(241),所述安装块(241)的内部开设有内槽(242),所述内槽(242)内壁两侧分别开设有滑槽(243),两个所述滑槽(243)之间滑动连接有转动件(244),所述转动件(244)的两端分别安装有弹簧(245),所述转动件(244)上转动连接有滚轮(246),所述滚轮(246)中心位置开设有转孔(247)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烟条溯源二维码采集系统,其特征在于:所述转动件(244)包括转轴(2441),所述转轴(2441)上开设有与转孔(247)尺寸相适配的连接槽(2442),所述转轴(2441)的两端安装有滑头(2443),所述滑头(2443)的内部安装有轴承环(2444),所述转轴(2441)通过轴承环(2444)与所述滑头(2443)转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烟条溯源二维码采集系统,其特征在于:所述滑头(2443)和滑槽(243)滑动配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的烟条溯源二维码采集系统,其操作步骤如下:
    S1、调节二维码扫描仪(313)角度:先将二维码扫描仪(313)卡入卡板(318)中,实现二维码扫描仪(313)的固定,此时推动转动块(312),使得转动块(312)旋转,当转动块(312)转动时,连接筒(3171)卡在内孔(316)中,与转动块(312)一起转动,并带动螺杆(3173)转动,而转杆(3174)在通孔(315)内转动,实现转动块(312)在两个弧形板(314)之间转动,进而完成二维码扫描仪(313)角度的调节;
    S2、固定二维码扫描仪(313)角度:通过旋转扭板(3176),带动调节板(3175)旋转,而转杆(3174)在通孔(315)内转动,并将螺杆(3173)螺入至连接筒(3171) 内,随着螺杆(3173)进入至连接筒(3171)内,调节板(3175)靠近弧形板(314)外壁,当压垫(3177)完全卡在弧形板(314)外壁时,通过压垫(3177)自身的摩擦阻力,将调节板(3175)固定在弧形板(314)外壁,转杆(3174)无法在通孔(315)内转动,转动块(312)无法转动,实现二维码扫描仪(313)角度的固定;
    S3、转运烟条:将烟条放置在第一传输带(12)上,第一传输带(12)将烟条向挡位块(14)一侧运动,在烟条运动过程中,通过二维码扫描仪(313)对烟条上的二维码信息进行扫描,扫描后的烟条运动至挡位块(14)一侧,并受到挡位块(14)阻挡,停留在第一传输带(12)上,通过伸缩电缸(321)带动活塞杆(322)将真空吸盘(323)顶向烟条,当真空吸盘(323)贴合在烟条上时,微型气泵(324)通过抽气管(325)抽出真空吸盘(323)和烟条之间的空气,将真空吸盘(323)和紧密贴合在烟条上,伸缩电缸(321)继续工作,将烟条顶入烟箱内,微型气泵(324)通过出气管(326)向真空吸盘(323)内打气,使得真空吸盘(323)和烟条分离,并通过伸缩电缸(321)带动活塞杆(322)回收,完成烟条转运工作;
    S4、烟箱转运:将烟箱防止在第二传输带(22)上,第二传输带(22)将烟箱向检测平台(3)一侧运动,在烟箱运动过程中,通过二维码扫描仪(313)对烟箱上的二维码信息进行扫描,同时当烟箱的一端接触到滚轮(246)时,滚轮(246)受力向内部挤压转轴(2441),转轴(2441)带动两端的滑头(2443)在滑槽(243)内向下滑动,并压缩弹簧(245),使得滚轮(246)在内槽(242)内向内收缩,便于将滚轮(246)贴合在烟箱一侧,实现烟箱定位传输。
