一种注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,包括一支架(5)、沿自动装箱机长度方向上依次设置的一上料流水线(10)、一摆箱组件(30)、一升降流水线(50)与一导向组件(40),上料流水线(10)的下侧设有一下料流水线(20),上料流水线(10)、升降流水线(50)与下料流水线(20)组成装箱流水线,上料流水线(10)、下料流水线(20)、摆箱组件(30)、导向组件(40)与升降流水线(50)设置在支架(5)上。该注塑薄板件的自动装箱机占用空间小,内置包装流水线的一体机自动化程度高,且自动提升旋转包装。

Description

一种注塑薄板件的自动装箱机 技术领域
本发明涉及注塑件装箱机技术领域,特别是一种注塑薄板件的自动装箱机。
背景技术
目前,装箱机是包装机械的一种,有自动装箱机、药用装箱机等。自动装箱机是将药品等和说明书自动装入折叠纸箱中,并完成盖箱动作,部分功能较全的自动装箱机还带有贴封口标签或进行热收缩裹包等附加功能。
以上包装不适用于特定形状的注塑件的自动包装,以上装箱机占用空间较大,不具有自动升降旋转等包装要求。
为此我们研发了一种注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,用以解决以上缺点。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,具有占用空间小,内置流水线一体机自动化程度高,自动提升旋转包装等优点。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,包括一支架,还包括所述自动装箱机长度方向上依次设置的一上料流水线、一摆箱组件、一升降流水线与一导向组件,所述上料流水线的下侧设有一下料流水线,所述上料流水线、所述升降流水线与所述下料流水线组成装箱流水线,所述上料流水线、所述下料 流水线、所述摆箱组件、所述导向组件与所述升降流水线设置在所述支架上。
优选的,所述摆箱组件设置在所述支架的顶端处,所述摆箱组件包括沿支架长度方向平行设置的一第一横向滑轨与一第二横向滑轨,以及架设在所述第一横向滑轨和所述第二横向滑轨上的第一纵向滑轨与第二纵向滑轨,所述第一纵向滑轨与所述第二纵向滑轨平行设置。
优选的,所述摆箱组件还包括一竖向滑轨,所述竖向滑轨与所述第一纵向滑轨和所述第二纵向滑轨通过一竖向连接板滑接,所述竖向连接板上设有带轮,所述竖向滑轨上设有一竖向支柱,所述竖向支柱上固定连接有一齿形皮带,所述齿形皮带与所述带轮滚动连接。
优选的,所述导向组件包括一固定板,以及固定在所述固定板上的顶升旋转机构和推料机构,所述顶升旋转机构与所述推料机构分别设置在所述固定板长度方向的两端,所述固定板与所述支架连接。
优选的,所述顶升旋转机构包括一顶升旋转气缸与一置物板,所述置物板设置在所述顶升旋转气缸的顶端位置处,所述顶升旋转气缸的底端与所述固定板连接。
优选的,所述推料机构包括一推料气缸以及设置在所述推料气缸上的一推板,所述推料气缸的底端与所述固定板连接。
优选的,所述支架长度方向的一侧面上设有一控制面板,所述控制面板靠近所述导向组件设置。
优选的,所述上料流水线设有一第一皮带,所述第一皮带上设有上料箱。
优选的,所述下料流水线设有一第二皮带,所述第二皮带上设有下料箱。
优选的,所述升降流水线通过一竖板与所述支架滑动连接,所述竖板的两端处各设有一挡块。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,具有占用空间小,内置流水线一体机自动化程度高,自动提升旋转包装等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
附图1至附图5中,一种注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,包括自动装箱机长度方向上依次设置的一上料流水线10、一摆箱组件30、一升降流水线50与一导向组件40。上料流水线10的下侧设有一下料流水线20,上料流水线10、升降流水线50与下料流水线20组成装箱流水线,装箱流水线外设有一铝型材的支架5,上料流水线10、下 料流水线20、摆箱组件30、导向组件40与升降流水线50设置在支架5上。上料流水线10设有一第一皮带12。第一皮带12上设有上料箱11。下料流水线20设有一第二皮带22。第二皮带22上设有下料箱21。上料箱11和下料箱21都可循环利用。
摆箱组件30设置在支架5的顶端处。摆箱组件30包括沿支架5长度方向平行设置的一第一横向滑轨34与一第二横向滑轨35,以及架设在第一横向滑轨34和第二横向滑轨35上的第一纵向滑轨36与第二纵向滑轨37。第一纵向滑轨36与第二纵向滑轨37平行设置。摆箱组件30还包括一竖向滑轨31。竖向滑轨31与第一纵向滑轨36和第二纵向滑轨37通过一竖向连接板39滑接。竖向连接板39上设有带轮33,竖向滑轨31上设有一竖向支柱301,竖向支柱301上固定连接有一齿形皮带32,齿形皮带32与带轮33滚动连接。
导向组件40包括一固定板41以及固定在固定板41上的顶升旋转机构和推料机构。顶升旋转机构与推料机构分别设置在固定板41长度方向的两端,固定板41与支架5连接。顶升旋转机构包括一顶升旋转气缸42与一置物板43,置物板43设置在顶升旋转气缸42的顶端位置处,顶升旋转气缸42的底端与固定板41连接,顶升旋转气缸42将置物板43顶升旋转合并。推料机构包括一推料气缸45以及设置在推料气缸45上的一推板46。推料气缸45的底端与固定板41连接。摆箱组件30将每层产品间放置一隔板101,推板46依次将置物板43上的注塑薄板件100装入上料箱11,每层4x6PCS。
支架5长度方向的一侧面上设有一数显的控制面板60。控制面板60靠近导向组件40设置,控制面板60控制自动装箱机的自动运 行。
升降流水线50通过一竖板51与支架5滑动连接。竖板51的两端处各设有一挡块52,挡块52限制下料箱21的行程。
一种注塑薄板件的自动装箱机的操作步骤如下:
1.人工将上料箱放至上料流水线;
2.上料流水线将上料箱导正并上料至升降流水线;
3.注塑机机械手将注塑薄板件放至导向组件;
4.导向组件进行换向合并;
5.摆箱组件将换向合并后的注塑薄板件放至下料箱内;
6.摆箱组件将注塑薄板件按要求摆放并放置隔板;
7.注塑薄板件装满上料箱后升降流水线将满箱送至下料流水线;
8.依次重复循环以上动作。

  1. 一种注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,包括一支架,其特征在于:还包括所述自动装箱机长度方向上依次设置的一上料流水线、一摆箱组件、一升降流水线与一导向组件,所述上料流水线的下侧设有一下料流水线,所述上料流水线、所述升降流水线与所述下料流水线组成装箱流水线,所述上料流水线、所述下料流水线、所述摆箱组件、所述导向组件与所述升降流水线设置在所述支架上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,其特征在于,所述摆箱组件设置在所述支架的顶端处,所述摆箱组件包括沿支架长度方向平行设置的一第一横向滑轨与一第二横向滑轨,以及架设在所述第一横向滑轨和所述第二横向滑轨上的第一纵向滑轨与第二纵向滑轨,所述第一纵向滑轨与所述第二纵向滑轨平行设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,其特征在于,所述摆箱组件还包括一竖向滑轨,所述竖向滑轨与所述第一纵向滑轨和所述第二纵向滑轨通过一竖向连接板滑接,所述竖向连接板上设有带轮,所述竖向滑轨上设有一竖向支柱,所述竖向支柱上固定连接有一齿形皮带,所述齿形皮带与所述带轮滚动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,其特征在于,所述导向组件包括一固定板,以及固定在所述固定板上的顶升旋转机构和推料机构,所述顶升旋转机构与所述推料机构分别设置在所述固定板长度方向的两端,所述固定板与所述支架连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,其特征在于,所述顶升旋转机构包括一顶升旋转气缸与一置物板,所述置物板设置在所述顶升旋转气缸的顶端位置处,所述顶升旋转气缸的底端与所述 固定板连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,其特征在于,所述推料机构包括一推料气缸以及设置在所述推料气缸上的一推板,所述推料气缸的底端与所述固定板连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,其特征在于,所述支架长度方向的一侧面上设有一控制面板,所述控制面板靠近所述导向组件设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,其特征在于,所述上料流水线设有一第一皮带,所述第一皮带上设有上料箱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,其特征在于,所述下料流水线设有一第二皮带,所述第二皮带上设有下料箱。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述注塑薄板件的自动装箱机,其特征在于,所述升降流水线通过一竖板与所述支架滑动连接,所述竖板的两端处各设有一挡块。
