Abstract

Provided are a denture and a mounting attachment therefor that offer a wearer thereof an excellent wearing feel and a comfortable biting experience during meals, since: even if the wearer applies a strong bite with the denture, a denture engagement protrusion (210) on the upper side of an abutment tooth formed using an implant is configured to slidably come into abutment along an inner peripheral surface of an abutment tooth engagement recess (130) according to the manner in which biting force is applied, thereby allowing the orientation of the denture with respect to the abutment tooth to change within a predetermined range; and, by having at least a portion of a denture base (120) pressed against the gum (800) so as to cause the gum to be compressed, biting can take place as the biting force is absorbed by a compression repulsive force coming from the gum as a result of the gum squashing at least a portion of a bottom surface of the denture base.

Description

Denture and its mounting attachment
The present invention relates to a denture and its attachment.
With the recent aging society, it is difficult to maintain all teeth in a healthy state as we get older, and especially when we get periodontal disease that becomes more likely to occur as we get older and it gets worse, the periodontal ligament shrinks. Tooth mobility begins to occur, and when it becomes severe, the tooth extraction procedure must be taken eventually.
Therefore, if the number of such extracted teeth increases, the number of remaining root teeth will naturally decrease. Therefore, the denture is fitted into the part after the tooth is extracted, but the denture must be attached to the part of the abutment tooth that supports the denture using a clasp (hook), and the mouth is opened. At that time, the metal clasp part becomes conspicuous from the outside, which is aesthetically unpleasant.
On the other hand, if the tooth is left unextracted, the food cannot be chewed sufficiently, and if it is swallowed as it is, it will put a burden on the digestive organs and harm the health. Therefore, in recent years, a procedure for attaching an artificial tooth by implanting a portion where a tooth has been removed has been widely performed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent No. 6383957
When treating implants, it is naturally necessary to implant one implant for each tooth extraction. And since the cost per implant is very high, if the number of missing teeth is large and the implant is used for all of the defective parts, the total cost will increase considerably. Also, as the mandible contracts with age (because it becomes thinner), the suitable sites for implant placement tend to be limited as the age increases.
An object of the present invention is to provide a denture and its attachment attachment that can be easily attached to and detached from the abutment tooth and can give the denture wearer an excellent wearing feeling and a comfortable biting feeling during meals. ..

Further, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a structure of the denture and its attachment attachment according to the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 in a partial cross section along the longitudinal direction of the denture. Only in FIG. 1, the natural teeth arranged on the left side of the denture according to the present embodiment are shown in the order of the premolars 11 and the canines 13. On the other hand, in the drawings according to the first embodiment after FIG. 2, the illustration of these natural teeth is omitted for convenience of explanation.
The denture and its attachment attachment according to the present invention include a denture 100 having an elongated denture base 120 in which at least two dentures are arranged adjacent to each other and a plurality of dentures fixed to the upper part, and a denture 100 as an abutment. A denture having an attachment 200 for mounting on a tooth and its mounting attachment.
In the first embodiment, one premolar 111 (110) and two molars 112, 113 (110) are provided on the denture base 120 as artificial teeth. In the present invention, the types, number, and arrangement forms of the premolars 111 and the molars 112 and 113 provided in the denture base 120 can be combined in various ways within the range in which the effects of the present invention can be exhibited. It can be appropriately selected according to the site to be mounted and the condition of the missing tooth around the implant 50.
The denture 100 is provided with a bottomed abutment tooth engaging recess 130 for inserting and holding the abutment tooth at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction on the bottom surface side in contact with the gingiva 800 of the denture base 120, and also supports the denture 100. Magnets 151, 152 (150) are embedded in the denture base 120 of the denture 100 on both sides of the denture engaging recess 130, respectively.
The attachment 200 includes a denture engaging protrusion 210 attached to the implant 50 to form an abutment tooth and made of a magnetic material, and a fixing member 220 for fixing the denture engaging protrusion 210 to the implant 50.
Specifically, the denture 100 is provided with a magnet holder 160 made of a non-magnetic material inside the denture base 120 of the denture 100, and the bottom of the magnet holder 160, that is, a substantially central portion of the bottom surface 121 in contact with the gingiva 800. A recess 130 for engaging the abutment tooth is provided upward in the above. The bottom surface 131 of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 is formed on the upper side of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 as shown in the drawing.
In the case of the present embodiment, the space formed by the inner peripheral surface of the recessed portion 130 for engaging the abutment tooth has a cylindrical shape. However, in exerting the function of the present invention, the shape is not limited to a cylindrical body, and the inner peripheral surface thereof may be formed so as to form, for example, an elongated quadrangular prism or a polygonal columnar space in end face view. ..
In the present embodiment, the magnet 150 includes a first magnet 151 and a second magnet 152 having the same magnetic force, and as shown in the drawing, the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 is formed inside the magnet holder 160. The first magnet 151 is arranged on the left side of the denture base extending direction and the second magnet 152 is arranged on the right side of the denture base extending direction so as to sandwich the denture base.
Since both the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152 are completely housed in the magnet holder, the magnet is not exposed in the mouth of the denture wearer, and the material of the magnet makes the taste uncomfortable. It prevents the magnet fragments from getting into your mouth.
In the present embodiment, the magnets 151 and 152 are made of rod-shaped magnets, and their longitudinal directions are arranged according to the extending direction of the denture base 120. The magnetic poles on the side of the first magnet 151 near the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 and the magnetic poles on the side of the second magnet 152 near the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 are different magnetic poles. ..
That is, when the magnetic pole on the side of the first magnet 151 near the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 is the N pole, the magnetic pole on the side of the second magnet 152 near the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 is the S pole. Become. Further, when the magnetic pole on the side of the first magnet 151 near the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 is the S pole, the magnetic pole on the side of the second magnet 152 near the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 is the N pole. Become.
As a result, a magnetic tensile force is applied from the magnets 151 and 152 to the portions of the denture engaging protrusion 210 made of a magnetic material facing the magnets 151 and 152, respectively. As a result, when the denture 100 is attached to the denture, a magnetic tensile force always acts from the magnets 151 and 152 to the denture engaging protrusion 210 along the denture base 120 of the denture 100, and the denture 100 is attached to the denture. Can be firmly fixed to.
In the present invention, the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152 have a unique configuration in which the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152 are arranged in the magnet holder inside the denture base 120 in the direction in which the denture base 120 extends. Therefore, the size of the denture 100, that is, the number of denture bodies 110, that is, the number of molars 112 and 113 and the number of premolars 111 provided on the upper part of the denture base 120, their arrangement status, and for abutment tooth engagement. It is possible to change the sizes of the magnets 151 and 152, respectively, based on various factors of the difference in size in the left-right direction sandwiching the recessed portion 130. That is, the form of the denture 100 worn by the denture wearer is completely different for each wearer, but no matter what kind of denture 100 is worn, the denture 100 is firmly held by the abutment tooth. The greatest merit of the present invention is that the size (length and thickness) of the magnet that generates the necessary and sufficient magnetic tensile force can be appropriately selected.
As described above, in the present invention, the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152 do not necessarily have to be the same size, and have different sizes (different lengths and different lengths) depending on the variety of configurations of the denture itself described above. The fact that magnets of different thicknesses) can be appropriately selected and arranged is a configuration peculiar to the present invention, which is not found in the conventional denture 100 equipped with magnets.
In the first embodiment, the magnet holder 160 is provided inside the denture base 120, but a part of the upper portion thereof may be provided inside the denture body 110.
The denture engaging protrusion 210 has an elongated so-called bud shape, and the size thereof is such that the bottom surface 121 of the denture base 120 of the denture 100 is brought into close contact with the gingiva 800 via the saliva layer 810. At that time, the size is such that the denture 100 is accommodated in the abutment tooth engaging recess with a certain margin.
Further, when the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is accommodated in the abutment tooth engaging recess with the denture 100 attached, the tip, that is, the upper end in the drawing is the abutment tooth engaging recess 130. Has a constant space S10 with respect to the bottom surface 131 of the above, that is, the bottom surface 131 of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 shown in the drawing. Further, when the denture 100 is attached and occluded, the denture base 120 is pressed against the gingiva 800 by the occlusal force, and the portion of the gingiva 800 in contact with the denture base 120 is crushed to some extent so that the entire denture is together with the denture 800. Even if it sinks, the size is such that a certain space S20 remains between the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 and the bottom surface 131 of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 (see FIG. 3). That is, the dimensions are determined so that the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 does not hit the bottom surface 131 of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 even if the denture engaging protrusion 210 is occluded with a considerably large force. As a result, it is possible to prevent the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 made of a magnetic material from hitting the bottom surface 131 of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 and being damaged during occlusion.
The denture engaging protrusion 210 has a bud-shaped shape as described above, and is formed so that the outer diameter gradually decreases toward the tip (upper end in the figure). The degree of change in the outer diameter will be described in detail later.
In the case of the present embodiment, a mounting hole 211 for penetrating a part of the fixing member 220 having an elongated bolt shape is formed in the direction of the central axis of the denture engaging protrusion 210. The upper end opening of the mounting hole 211, that is, the opening formed at the upper end of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is formed as a recess portion slightly wider than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 211 below it. This serves as a recess for accommodating the head 221 of the bolt-shaped fixing member 220.
As can be seen from the drawings and the above description, the fixing member 220 is made of an elongated bolt, and a male screw portion is formed by a certain length from the tip portion on the opposite side of the head 221 in terms of the total length thereof. ing. The male threaded portion is screwed into the female threaded portion of the implant 50, and the portion where the male threaded portion is not formed is inserted into the mounting hole 211 of the denture engaging protrusion 210 and the head. The 221 is adapted to fit into a recess formed at the upper end of the denture engaging protrusion 210.
Since the denture engaging protrusion 210 and the fixing member 220 have the above-described configuration, the denture engaging protrusion 210 can be firmly fixed by the fixing member 220 to the portion where the implant 50 of the mandible 900 is planted. It is supposed to be. Then, by attaching the denture engaging protrusion 210 to the implant 50 by the fixing member 220, this portion serves as an abutment tooth.
In the following description, in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, a state in which the denture engaging protrusion 210 is attached to the implant 50 by the fixing member 220 is appropriately described as an “abutment tooth”.
When the denture 100 is attached to the abutment tooth and occluded, the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 does not receive resistance within the range of movement of the denture 100 accompanying the occlusion with the denture 100 as the fulcrum. It is formed as a curved surface that allows the contact surfaces of each other to swing while sliding.
FIG. 3 is a first explanatory view illustrating the operation of the denture shown in FIG. 1 and its attachment. Further, FIG. 4 is a second explanatory view illustrating the operation of the denture shown in FIG. 1 and its attachment. Further, FIG. 5 is a third explanatory view illustrating the operation of the denture shown in FIG. 1 and its attachment.
In FIGS. 3 to 5, arrows F indicating from top to bottom on a total of three denture bodies (artificial teeth) consisting of one premolar 111 and two molars 112 and 113 are occlusal. The occlusal force acting on the main body of each denture is shown in a simplified manner for the sake of facilitating the understanding of the invention. The length of the arrow F indicates the magnitude of the occlusal force acting on each denture body.
According to FIG. 3, each arrow F has an equal length, indicating that the occlusal force acts evenly on each artificial tooth. In this case, as can be understood in comparison with FIG. 1, the entire denture base of the denture 100 is evenly pressed against the gingiva 800 by the occlusal force, and the gingiva 800 is uniformly crushed between the denture base 120 and the gingiva 800. It can be seen that the entire denture is uniformly submerged with respect to the gingiva 800 by extruding the saliva layer 810 intervening in the gingiva. That is, in this state, the entire denture base of the denture 100 crushes the gingiva 800, so that the reaction force received from the gingiva as a whole is balanced with the occlusal force.
In this case, as is clear from FIG. 3, the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152 exert their respective magnetic tensile forces on the denture engaging protrusion 210 made of a magnetic material in the lateral direction in the drawing, that is, in the drawing. It is a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the occlusal force shown in 2 is applied, and is applied in a direction parallel to the bottom surface 121 of the denture base 120. Therefore, the denture engaging protrusion 210 is pulled evenly from the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152, respectively, and is in the direction in which the denture 100 is disengaged, that is, in the direction opposite to the direction in which the occlusal force acts. It can be seen that the gingiva 800 is prevented from being separated from the denture 100 in the direction in which the repulsive reaction force acts.
Further, in a state where the denture 100 is occluded, the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 (upper end in the figure) and the bottom surface 131 of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 (upper bottom in the figure) A certain space S20 remains between them so that the occlusal force does not directly act on the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 during occlusal. As a result, not only the protrusion 210 for engaging the denture but also the implant 50 to which the implant 50 is attached does not exert an unreasonable force in the axial direction, thereby preventing the generation of undesired stresses and moments.
Next, the state shown in FIG. 4 will be described. In FIG. 4, as is clear from the length of the arrow F in the figure, the occlusal force applied to the molars 112 and 113 on the right side in the figure is the largest, and the occlusal force decreases toward the premolars 111 on the left side. There is. As a result, the portion of the denture base 120 on the right side of the entire denture crushes the gingiva 800 and slightly tilts to the right in the figure while taking charge of the occlusal force by the repulsive force received from the gingiva 800 on the right side.
In this case, the entire denture is slightly displaced to the right side in the drawing, and a predetermined portion of the curved surface on the left side of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is in contact with a predetermined position on the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130.
In this case, the first magnet 151 on the left side exerts a strong magnetic tensile force on the left side of the denture engaging protrusion 210, but the magnetic pole on the opposite side is placed on the opposite side of the denture engaging protrusion 210. A magnetic tensile force also acts from the second magnet 152 provided.
That is, as in the state shown in FIG. 3, the magnetic tensile forces generated from the ends of the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152 on the denture engaging protrusion side respectively occlude the denture engaging protrusion 210 with each other. A magnetic tensile force is firmly applied from both the left and right in the direction opposite to the direction in which the denture acts, that is, in the direction opposite to the direction in which the denture 100 comes off when the occlusal force ceases to act.
Further, in a state where the denture 100 is occluded, the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 (upper end in the figure) and the bottom surface 131 of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 (upper bottom in the figure) A certain space S21 remains between them so that the occlusal force does not directly act on the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 during occlusal.
Next, the state shown in FIG. 5 will be described. In FIG. 5, unlike FIG. 4, as is clear from the length of the arrow F in the figure, the occlusal force applied to the premolar 111 on the left side in the figure is the largest, and the occlusal force is increased toward the right molars 112 and 113. Bite force quotient is small. As a result, the portion of the denture base 120 on the left side of the entire denture crushes the gingiva 800 and slightly tilts to the left in the figure while taking charge of the occlusal force by the repulsive force received from the gingiva 800 on the left side.
In this case, the entire denture is slightly displaced to the left side in the drawing, and a predetermined portion of the curved surface on the right side of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is in contact with a predetermined position on the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130.
In this case, the second magnet 152 on the right side exerts a strong magnetic tensile force on the right side of the denture engaging protrusion 210, but the magnetic pole on the opposite side is placed on the opposite side of the denture engaging protrusion 210. A magnetic tensile force also acts from the first magnet 151 provided.
That is, as in the states shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the magnetic tensile forces generated from the ends of the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152 on the denture engaging protrusion side respectively are the denture engaging protrusion 210. The magnetic tensile force is firmly applied from both the left and right in the direction opposite to the direction in which the occlusal force acts, that is, in the direction opposite to the direction in which the denture 100 comes off when the occlusal force ceases to act.
Further, in a state where the denture 100 is occluded, the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 (upper end in the figure) and the bottom surface 131 of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 (upper bottom in the figure) A certain space S22 remains between them so that the occlusal force does not directly act on the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 during occlusal.
FIG. 6 shows the action of occlusal force on the contact surface between the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 and the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 in the denture and its mounting attachment according to the first embodiment. It is explanatory drawing which showed various contact states with the method of. In this drawing, the upper drawing shows a state before the denture 100 is attached to the abutment tooth and occluded. Further, the left and right drawings in the middle show a state in which the denture 100 is lightly occluded after being attached. Further, the left and right drawings on the lower side show a state in which the denture 100 is strongly occluded after being attached.
Below, each drawing will be explained together with the state of occlusion. What should be noted here is that when the predetermined region of the peripheral surface of the protruding portion 210 for engaging the denture is occluded with the denture 100 attached to the abutment tooth, the denture 100 is occluded with the denture as the fulcrum. It is formed as a curved surface that can swing without receiving resistance within the range of movement of the accompanying denture 100.
Specifically, when the molars 112 and 113 on the right side of the figure of the artificial tooth, which is the main body of the denture, are lightly occluded from the state before occlusion on the upper side, the state shifts to the state shown in the drawing on the left side in the middle according to the arrow (R-1). To do. In this state, the inner circumference of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 at the contact point (1-1) at the left base end portion (the portion close to the gingiva 800) of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape. It is in point contact with the surface. That is, the normal direction of the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 at the contact point (1-1) coincides with the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130.
Subsequently, when the molars 112 and 113 on the right side of the artificial tooth are strongly occluded, the state shifts to the state shown in the drawing on the lower left side according to the arrow (R-2). In this state, the denture engaging protrusion 210 has a bud-shaped shape, and the abutment tooth engaging recess is located at the upper contact point (1-2) away from the right base end portion (the portion close to the gingiva 800) in the drawing. It is in point contact with the inner peripheral surface of 130. That is, the normal direction of the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 at the contact point (1-2) coincides with the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130. Then, in the middle drawing and the lower drawing, the denture engaging protrusion 210 is pressed against the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 by the magnetic tensile force of the first magnet 151 shown on the left side of the drawing. You can see that.
Similarly, when lightly occluded with the premolar 111 (see FIG. 1) on the left side of the figure of the artificial tooth which is the main body of the denture from the state before occlusion on the upper side, the state shown in the drawing on the right side in the middle is changed according to the arrow (L-1). Transition. In this state, the inner circumference of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 at the contact point (2-1) at the right base end portion (the portion close to the gingiva 800) of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape. It is in point contact with the surface. That is, the normal direction of the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 at the contact point (2-1) coincides with the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130.
Subsequently, when the artificial tooth is strongly occluded with the premolar 111 (see FIG. 1) on the left side in the drawing, the state shifts to the state shown in the drawing on the lower right side according to the arrow (L-2). In this state, the abutment tooth engaging recess is located at the upper contact point (2-2) away from the right base end (the part close to the gingiva 800) of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape. It is in point contact with the inner peripheral surface of 130. That is, the normal direction of the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 at the contact point (2-2) coincides with the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130.
That is, each contact point shown in each of the above drawings is in the direction of the upper end of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape as the artificial tooth on one end side or the artificial tooth on the other end side of the denture 100 is more strongly occluded. You can see that it is moving toward. In addition to this, the horizontal direction of the normal direction at each contact point, that is, the angle of the gingiva 800 with respect to the extending direction, strongly occludes the artificial tooth on one end side or the artificial tooth on the other end side of the denture 100. You can see that the larger it gets, the bigger it gets.
From the above, the contact region of the denture engaging protrusion 210 with the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 having a bud shape is gentle as the base end side of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is directed toward the tip side. It can be seen that the curved surface gradually changes to a curved surface with a tight bend.
In other words, the curvature at the contact point of the contact region with the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 on the base end side of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is small (the radius of curvature is large), and the denture engaging protrusion 210 It can be seen that the curvature at the contact point of the contact region with the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 changes greatly (the radius of curvature becomes small) toward the tip end side.
Since the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 has the special curved shape as described above, the denture engaging protrusion 210 whose position constantly changes in response to the complicated movement of the denture itself due to occlusion. And the contact point of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 always moves smoothly. As a result, both sides suddenly get caught during occlusal and an unexpected occlusal force acts on the denture engaging protrusion 210, or the inner peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is locally worn by the occlusal force. To prevent.
Here, the advantages of the first embodiment based on the above-mentioned unique configuration will be described. In occlusion, as will be explained in detail later, not only the upper and lower teeth are moved up and down, but also the direction is constantly changing and the size is constantly changing in various directions defined by the Cartesian coordinate system of the XYZ axes. The occlusal force acts as if.
The quotient force is extremely large, about 3 MPa to about 9 MPa (average 30 kg to 90 kg per 1 cm 2 (300 tons to 900 tons per 1 m 2)).
A more detailed explanation will be given regarding the fact that extremely large forces and moments associated with occlusion constantly change as complex vectors when viewed in the XYZ Cartesian coordinate system. When chewing food, the lateral pterygoid muscles, joint heads, and glenoid cavities move with each other in various combinations against the fixed and immobile maxilla to shear the food and bite it into pieces. They perform complicated exercises such as chewing and grinding food.
Then, when chewing food in this way, the food that had the original size is gradually chewed and crushed into small pieces, so these movements are in the process of chewing. It works while changing in a complicated direction. For this reason, even when the denture 100 is attached to the abutment tooth and food is chewed, the occlusal force is a complicated resultant force of the Cartesian coordinate system of XYZ, as in the case of occlusal with a normal natural tooth. It acts as a vector of, constantly changing its magnitude and direction. Considering the mandibular crushing motion that causes the masticatory motion when chewing food in this way, the occlusal motion after the denture 100 is attached becomes a very complicated motion as in the case of the occlusal motion by the natural tooth. I can understand that there is.
Then, in the state shown in FIG. 6, it can be seen that the denture 100 not only performs a simple vertical movement with respect to the gingiva 800, but also swings with the denture engaging protrusion 210 as the center of rotation. In addition to this, which is not shown in FIG. 6, in the actual occlusion, the denture 100 slightly moves in the direction orthogonal to the paper surface in the drawing, that is, toward the inside and outside of the mouth. Further, the right side of the denture 100 in FIG. 6 moves toward the back side of the paper in the drawing (for example, the outside of the mouth), and the left side of the denture 100 moves toward the front side of the paper in the figure (for example, the inside of the mouth). Or If the entire denture is moved up and down in such a state, a very complicated movement as if the entire denture is twisted at the time of occlusion will continue to be performed while changing from moment to moment.
That is, in the case of a vehicle, it can be seen that the occlusal force acts on the denture 100 so that the entire denture is accompanied by extremely complicated movements in which so-called rolling, pitching, and yawing are combined throughout the occlusal period.
Under a special situation where such an occlusal force is applied to the denture 100, each magnet is arranged so as to extend in the extending direction of the abutment tooth of the denture 100, so that the denture main body provided in the denture 100 is provided. The size of the magnet, that is, the size of the magnetic tensile force exerted on the denture engaging protrusion 210 made of a magnetic material can be adjusted according to the number of magnets.
As a result, when the denture 100 having a large number of denture bodies and a long length in the longitudinal direction is attached to the abutment tooth, a sufficiently large magnetic tensile force that does not easily come off can be made of the magnetic material of the abutment tooth. It can act on the protruding portion 210 for engaging the denture.
This is a feature peculiar to the present invention that cannot be seen in the prior art. Specifically, the magnetic tensile force using the magnetic field lines based on the special arrangement structure (arrangement location and arrangement direction) of the magnets arranged inside the denture 100 of the present invention described above matches the longitudinal direction of the denture 100. It can be seen that the denture engaging protrusion 210 made of a magnetic material continues to be pulled from both sides as if it were a so-called tug of war. As a result, once the denture 100 according to the present invention is attached to the abutment tooth, the denture 100 can be firmly attached to the abutment tooth without reducing the attachment force even after long-term use. Can be fully understood.
Further, the denture 100 is firmly fixed to the abutment tooth with the strong magnetic tensile force as described above, and at the same time, a large occlusal force acts on the denture 100 at the time of occlusion, and the denture itself is complicated as described above. The position of the contact point between the inner peripheral surface of the denture engaging recess 130 of the denture 100 and the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protruding portion 210 constituting the upper part of the denture is Since it always moves smoothly without getting caught, the abutment tooth itself can be made to last longer.
On the other hand, for example, if a general denture 100 fixed with a clasp is used for a long period of time, the clasp part is plastically deformed and eventually fatigued and fractured, and the tip of the denture pierces the mucous membrane and tongue in the mouth. They can hurt them or swallow clasp debris with food, leading to accidental ingestion.
However, when the denture and its attachment attachment according to the first embodiment described above are used, the denture itself can be changed without the complicated movement of the denture 100 accompanying such occlusion having a mechanical effect on the denture. It can be retained for a long period of time while maintaining its role, and can be used for a long period of time without damaging the denture itself.
Further, since the entire denture is attached to the abutment tooth with respect to the denture engaging protrusion 210 in the abutment tooth engaging recess inside the denture 100 without using a clasp, a metal member such as a clasp is external. Not exposed to. As a result, the metal part of the clasp is not visible from the outside when the mouth is opened, and at first glance it is not clear that the denture 100 is attached. Therefore, the denture 100 according to the present invention is very aesthetically pleasing. It can be said that it is excellent. In addition, denture wearers can go out from this point of view and enjoy conversations with friends and acquaintances without hesitation, and if questions arise while attending shopping or lectures, the other party will be fully satisfied. It is possible to listen without hesitation with an audible voice.
Further, a permanent magnet is arranged inside the denture 100, and this magnetic tensile force is used so that the denture 100 does not separate from the denture engaging protrusion 210 made of a magnetic material forming a part of the abutment tooth. Therefore, it is possible to exert various advantages peculiar to the present invention as described above.
According to the present embodiment, even when the denture wearer strongly occludes the denture 100, the space between the upper end of the denture engaging protrusion 210 and the bottom surface 131 of the abutment tooth engaging recess 130 is constant. The state in which the space (see, for example, S31 and S32 in FIG. 6) remains is maintained. As a result, at least a part of the denture base 120 is pressed against the gingiva 800 to compress the gingiva 800, and the gingiva 800 crushes at least a part of the bottom surface of the denture base 120 to cause a compression repulsion from the gingiva 800. While absorbing the occlusal force by force, it enables the use of dentures for a long period of time without imposing a burden on the abutment teeth.
Hereinafter, the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Is omitted.

Further, FIG. 9 is a drawing corresponding to the operation shown in FIG. 4 according to the first embodiment. Further, FIG. 10 is a drawing corresponding to the operation shown in FIG. 5 according to the first embodiment. Therefore, since the specific description of these drawings is common, the description thereof will be omitted by adding a reference numeral corresponding to each drawing.
The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 is a curved surface corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210. There is. Other than that, the configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment.
That is, the denture and its attachment attachment according to the second embodiment of the present invention are characterized in that the recessed portion side curved portion is formed even at a predetermined position on the inner surface of the recessed portion 180 for engaging the abutment tooth. .. Then, with the denture 100 attached to the abutment tooth, it is formed in a predetermined region of the peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 that changes according to the degree of inclination and the degree of sinking of the denture 100 that occurs when the denture 100 is occluded. The curved portions are formed so that the curvatures of the curved portions on the protruding portion side and the curved portions on the recessed portion side that are in contact with each other are substantially the same.
Specifically, the shape of the side peripheral surface of the accommodation space surrounded by the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 corresponds to the inner peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape. It has become. That is, when considering the contact point between the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 and the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180, the virtual sphere having a radius of curvature at the contact point of the denture engaging protrusion 210 It has a feature that the center point and the center point of the virtual sphere having a radius of curvature at the contact point of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 coincide with each other.
This will be specifically described with reference to FIG. FIG. 11 shows the action of occlusal force on the contact surface between the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 and the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 in the denture and its mounting attachment according to the second embodiment. It is explanatory drawing which showed various contact states with the method of.
FIG. 11 is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 6 for explaining the operation of the first embodiment, but the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180, which is a feature point in the second embodiment, is the first. Since it is different from the first embodiment, it will be described in detail based on the drawings.
Hereinafter, each drawing in FIG. 11 will be described together with the occlusal state.
In FIG. 11, the upper drawing shows a state before the denture 100 is attached to the abutment tooth and occluded. Further, the left and right drawings in the middle show a state in which the denture 100 is lightly occluded after being attached. Further, the left and right drawings on the lower side show a state in which the denture 100 is strongly occluded after being attached.
Specifically, when the molar tooth 113 (see FIG. 8) on the right side of the figure of the artificial tooth which is the main body of the denture is lightly occluded from the state before occlusion on the upper side, it is shown in the drawing on the left side in the middle according to the arrow (R-1). Move to the state. In this state, the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 at the contact point (1-1) at the left base end portion (the portion close to the gingiva) of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape. Is in point contact with. That is, the normal direction of the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 at the contact point (1-1) is substantially the same as the normal direction of the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180. Then, in this case, the center of the virtual sphere whose part is the contact point of the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 or the curved surface at the extremely local contact surface, and the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210. The centers of the virtual spheres that are part of the curved surface at the contact point or the very local contact surface are approximately aligned with each other.
Subsequently, when the molars 112 and 113 on the right side of the artificial tooth are strongly occluded, the state shifts to the state shown in the drawing on the lower left side according to the arrow (R-2). In this state, the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 at the upper contact point (1-2) away from the right base end (the part close to the gingiva) of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape. Is in point contact with the inner peripheral surface of the. That is, the normal direction of the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 at the contact point (1-2) is substantially the same as the normal direction of the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180. Then, in this case, the center of the virtual sphere whose part is the contact point of the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 or the curved surface at the extremely local contact surface, and the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210. The centers of the virtual spheres that are part of the curved surface at the contact point or the very local contact surface are aligned with each other. Then, in the middle drawing and the lower drawing, the denture engaging protrusion 210 is pressed against the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 by the magnetic tensile force of the first magnet 151 shown on the left side of the drawing. You can see that.
Similarly, when the premolar 111 (see FIG. 8) on the left side of the figure of the artificial tooth which is the main body of the denture is lightly occluded from the state before occlusion on the upper side, the state shown in the drawing on the right side in the middle is changed according to the arrow (L-1). Transition. In this state, the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 at the contact point (2-1) at the left base end portion (the portion close to the gingiva) of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape. Is in point contact with. That is, the normal direction of the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 at the contact point (2-1) is substantially the same as the normal direction of the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180. Then, in this case, the center of the virtual sphere whose part is the contact point on the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 or the curved surface on the extremely local contact surface is the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210. The centers of the virtual spheres that are part of the curved surface at the contact point or the very local contact surface are approximately aligned with each other.
Subsequently, when the artificial tooth is strongly occluded by the premolar on the left side in the drawing, it shifts to the state shown in the drawing on the lower left side according to the arrow (L-2). In this state, the inside of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 at the contact point (2-2) away from the base end portion (the portion close to the gingiva) on the right side in the drawing of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape. It is in point contact with the peripheral surface. That is, the normal direction of the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 at the contact point (2-2) coincides with the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180.
In addition, regardless of the position of the contact point or extremely local contact surface between the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 and the denture engaging protrusion 210, the virtual sphere including the respective contact points or extremely local contact surfaces. The centers will always match.
The contact points shown in the above drawings are directed toward the upper end of the denture engaging protrusion 210 having a bud shape as the artificial tooth on one end side or the artificial tooth on the other end side of the denture 100 is more strongly occluded. You can see that it is moving. In addition to this, the horizontal direction in the normal direction at each contact point, that is, the angle with respect to the extending direction of the gingiva in this case, is determined by strongly occluding the artificial tooth on one end side or the artificial tooth on the other end side of the denture 100. You can see that it gets bigger.
From the above, the contact region of the denture engaging protrusion 210 with the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 having a bud shape is gentle as the base end side of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is directed toward the tip side. It shows that the curved surface is gradually changing from a curved surface with a sharp bend.
This means that the distance between each contact point and the center of the virtual sphere described above becomes smaller as it approaches the tip end side of the denture engaging protrusion 210, that is, as the occlusal force is applied, and the contact point becomes the denture. This contact point tends to move smoothly toward the tip end side of the engaging protrusion 210, and the axial component of the denture engaging protruding portion 210 of the engaging force is prevented from becoming as large as possible.
As described above, the outer peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 and the inner peripheral surface of the abutment tooth engaging recess 180 according to the second embodiment are formed so as to satisfy special conditions at their respective contact points. As a result, more than in the case of the first embodiment, the denture engaging protrusion 210 and the abutment tooth engaging recess whose position always changes in response to the complicated movement of the denture itself due to occlusion as described above. The contact point of the portion 180 always moves smoothly. As a result, both sides suddenly get caught during occlusal and an unexpected occlusal force acts on the denture engaging protrusion 210, or the inner peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is locally worn by the occlusal force. To prevent.
Even if it has the configuration of the first embodiment, it is possible to maintain the state in which the denture 100 is attached to the abutment tooth when the occlusal force acts on the denture 100 in the three-dimensional direction at the time of occlusal. Although sufficiently possible, according to the denture and its attachment attachment according to the second embodiment of the present invention, this effect can be further enhanced by having the above-mentioned configuration.
Subsequently, various modifications of the first and second embodiments described above will be described. FIG. 12 is an explanatory diagram showing a portion including a first modified example (FIG. 12 (a)) of the first embodiment and a first modified example (FIG. 12 (b)) of the second embodiment.
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the recesses 130 and 180 for engaging the abutment teeth were formed at substantially the central portion of the denture base 120 in the longitudinal direction. That is, it was formed on the lower side of the substantially central portion of one premolar 111 and two molars 112 and 113 provided side by side on the upper side of the denture base 120.
However, in this first modification, as shown in FIG. 12, it is formed in a direction away from the two natural teeth consisting of the premolars 11 and the canines 13 shown on the right side in the drawing (FIGS. 1 and 7). Depending on the location of the implant 50 of the actual denture wearer and the condition of the missing tooth around it, the abutment tooth is engaged with respect to the formation position of the abutment tooth and the implant 50 constituting the implant 50 and the protruding portion 210 for engaging the denture. In the present invention, it is possible to change the forming positions of the recesses 130 and 180 to the optimum positions with respect to the longitudinal direction of the denture base 120.
Subsequently, the first embodiment and the second modification of the second embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 13 is an explanatory diagram showing a portion including a second modified example (FIG. 13 (a)) of the first embodiment and a second modified example (FIG. 13 (b)) of the second embodiment.
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the opening on the lower end side of the abutment tooth engaging recesses 130 and 180 whose internal space is cylindrical and fixed to the implant 50 when the denture 100 is attached. A certain amount of gap was formed over the entire circumference between the opening and the facing portion of the denture engaging protrusion 210. As a result, the denture 100 is easily attached, and the denture wearer who has a dull sensation of the fingertip and is unable to move the fingertip can easily attach and detach the denture 100. That is, with such a configuration, the denture has a structure that is very convenient for the denture wearer who cannot dexterously wear the denture 100.
However, as in the second modification shown in FIG. 13, when the denture 100 is attached, the opening on the lower end side of the abutment tooth engaging recesses 130 and 180 and the implant 50 when the denture 100 is attached. The structure may be such that the so-called fitting fitting is performed without forming a gap between the opening of the denture engaging protrusion 210 fixed to the denture and the portion facing the denture.
For example, for a denture wearer who feels comfortable when the fingertips can move freely and can firmly receive such a feeling of fitting fitting when wearing the denture 100, the present invention may be changed to such a structure. It becomes possible to fully exert the action of.
Subsequently, the first embodiment and the third modification of the second embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 14 is an explanatory diagram showing a portion including a third modified example (FIG. 14 (a)) of the first embodiment and a third modified example (FIG. 14 (b)) of the second embodiment.
More specifically, in this third modification, as in each of the above-described embodiments and modifications, the first magnets 151 and the second magnets 151 and the second magnets 151 and the second magnets 151 and the second magnets 151 and 180 are sandwiched between the abutment tooth engaging recesses 130 and 180. Instead of taking the structure in which the magnet 152 is arranged, only one of the first magnets 151 of the abutment tooth engaging recesses 130 and 180 is left, and in the portion where the second magnet 152 is arranged, of this magnet. Instead, it is provided with a latch engaging portion 190. As is clear from the drawings, the latch engaging portion 190 is formed from a predetermined position on the inner peripheral surface of the spring 191 which is an elastic body and the recessed portions 130 and 180 for engaging the abutment teeth by the elastic force from the spring 191. It is composed of a plunger 192 having a spherical member 193 at the tip.
Further, a part of the peripheral surface of the denture engaging protrusion 210 is provided with a latch engaging recess 215. Then, when the denture 100 is attached to the abutment tooth, the latch engaging portion 190 provided on the inner peripheral surfaces of the abutment tooth engaging recesses 130 and 180 engages with the latch engaging recess 215 by elastic force. At the same time, when the denture wearer pulls the denture 100 from the abutment tooth with the force of a finger, the latch engagement is released, and the denture 100 can be removed from the abutment tooth.
With such a configuration, when the denture 100 is mounted, the latch engaging portion 190 fits into the latch engaging recess 215 provided on the peripheral surface of the denture engaging protruding portion 210, thereby passing through the mandible 900. The denture wearer can recognize the sensation of latch engagement of the lever, and even a person with a handicapped fingertip can surely confirm that the denture 100 has been properly worn.
Further, the denture 100 once attached to the abutment tooth does not easily come off due to the engaging force of the latch engaging portion 190, and can be kept firmly attached to the abutment tooth.
Although two magnets were provided in each of the above-described embodiments and modifications, only one magnet was provided in this modification. However, due to the configuration peculiar to the present invention, a magnet having a large size for applying a large magnetic tensile force to the denture engaging protrusion which is a magnetic body can be arranged inside the denture 100 along the longitudinal direction thereof. It is not necessary to cause such a problem that the magnetic tensile force is insufficient.
If the above-mentioned action is exhibited, the latch engaging portion does not necessarily have to have a structure as in this modified example, and for example, an elastic leaf spring may be used, or, for example, a spring steel having abundant elastic force can be used. It is also possible to prevent the denture 100 from coming off from the abutment tooth by applying an elastic force to the protruding portion 210 for engaging the denture in a state where the denture 100 is attached by bending the wire-shaped member.
Further, in the present invention, since the magnet has the special arrangement form as described above in the denture, the degree of freedom in the design of the magnet is increased, and various magnets can be used.
That is, in the case of the present invention, the magnet may be arranged in the form of a permanent magnet as a so-called bar magnet in the above-mentioned special structure, and the magnet itself is an elongated square column bar magnet, a sword-shaped magnet, or the like. It may be in the form of an elongated columnar shape or an elongated columnar shape having a polygonal end face view.
The size of the denture 100, that is, the size and shape of the denture 100, the positions of the abutment tooth engaging recesses 130 and 180, and the diameter, depth, and bud-shaped protrusion of the abutment tooth engaging portion. The size (diameter and height) of the part cannot be exactly the same depending on the shape of the jawbone 900 of the denture wearer and the condition of the missing tooth part, so it is most preferable to examine the denture wearer at the dental clinic. It is necessary to determine the embodiment.
In this case, it differs for each wearer of the denture 100 depending on the long-standing habits associated with mastication and the strength of masticatory force (the degree of development of the lateral pterygoid muscle required for mastication). Therefore, a spacer having an appropriate thickness is sandwiched in this portion so that the tip of the denture engaging protrusion 210 does not hit the bottom surfaces 131 and 181 of the abutment tooth engaging recesses 130 and 180 during chewing, and both at the time of occlusion. It is preferable to individually manufacture the denture 100 after confirming the size of the space formed between the dentures.
According to the present invention, as is clear from each of the above-described embodiments and various modifications thereof, one place is searched for a preferable place for implanting, and one implant is placed in this place, and the present invention is used. By applying the denture according to the invention and its attachment attachment, the implant constituting a part of the abutment tooth can be used continuously for a long period of time, and the missing tooth around the implant can be replaced with the denture. Because it can be done, it is possible to continue using it for a long period of time while keeping costs low with a small number of visits to the dental clinic without suffering the financial, physical and time burden of implanting an implant for each missing tooth. it can.
The quotient force is extremely large, about 3 MPa to about 9 MPa (average 30 kg to 90 kg per 1 cm 2 (300 tons to 900 tons per 1 m 2)). Therefore, by having the configuration as in the present invention, such a large occlusal force is mainly absorbed by the reaction force received from the gingiva when the denture base of the denture is pressed against the left and right gingiva of the abutment tooth and sinks. This allows it to avoid applying excessive stress to the implant, which is an important part of the abutment tooth. This makes it possible to prolong the life of implants that are difficult to replant easily.
In addition, such a large occlusal force that constantly changes in direction and size during occlusal does not act on the clasp part of the denture equipped with the clasp that is generally used in the past, which has become a problem in the past. There is no problem that the clasp part loosens or breaks due to metal fatigue.
Also, unlike the case where a conventional denture with a clasp is attached to the abutment tooth, the clasp does not stand out when the mouth is opened and aesthetic problems do not occur. Furthermore, after long-term use, the clasp loosens and the denture easily comes off, and the denture that is about to come off in the mouth is kept pressed by the tongue, or the denture accidentally comes off due to sneezing and pops out of the mouth. It can be used for a long period of time without causing such a situation, and it will be possible to fully contribute to the improvement of quality of life, which is regarded as important for the advent of an aging society in recent years. ..
Furthermore, when using a denture equipped with a conventional clasp, it is necessary to regularly check whether the clasp part is loose and to perform time-consuming maintenance to restore this part when it is found. Do not. In addition, when removing a denture equipped with a conventional clasp and cleaning it, especially for a denture wearer with a handicapped fingertip, the denture is accidentally dropped on the floor, and the metal clasp part is bent. It may break or break. Even in such a case, if the part of this clasp is restored to its original state, or if it is bent or damaged to the extent that it cannot be repaired, the entire clasp must be replaced with a new one.
And while requesting repair or replacement of the clasp part, the denture cannot be used, which is extremely inconvenient. However, according to the present invention, such inconvenience does not occur at all, and there is a great merit that the denture can be used with confidence with almost no maintenance.
Further, according to the present invention, in addition to being able to arrange a magnet having sufficient magnetic tensile force according to the size of the denture, the outer peripheral surface of the protruding portion for engaging the denture is formed in a bud shape. Therefore, even when the denture is attached / detached, the denture can be attached / detached without damaging the protruding portion for engaging the denture, which is housed in the recess for engaging the abutment tooth. As a result, the denture can be attached and detached very easily, and the denture wearer who cannot move the fingertip dexterously in old age can easily attach and detach the denture from the abutment tooth by himself.
It should be noted that each of the above-described embodiments and various modifications thereof merely shows exemplary contents of the present invention, and within the scope of the present invention, various structures having different shapes, materials, sizes, etc. Needless to say, it may be a denture and its attachment.
