Description

Tooth correction device, correction device set and shell-shaped dental correction system
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the field of medical equipment, a ware, correction ware suit and shelly dentistry system are rescued to tooth is related to.
Background
Malocclusion refers to congenital genetic factors or acquired environmental factors such as diseases, bad habits of the oral cavity, dysdonia of tooth replacement, etc., and may also be caused by trauma and periodontal diseases after growth, such as misalignment of teeth, abnormal occlusion of upper and lower dental arches, abnormal size and position of jaw, facial deformity, etc. The factors and mechanisms of malocclusion are intricate, and the process of occurrence may be effected by a single factor and a single mechanism, or may be the result of multiple factors or multiple mechanisms acting together. The pathogenesis of the malocclusion deformity can be divided into two categories, namely congenital factors and acquired factors, from the time of the formation of the malocclusion deformity, but aiming at the generation mechanism of the individual malocclusion deformity, the pathogenesis of the malocclusion deformity can be divided into internal genetic factors and external environmental factors.
The invisible tooth appliance is comfortable to wear, can be taken off and worn, is attractive, is selected by more and more people, needs to be closely attached to teeth when being worn, and is matched with the attachments stuck to the teeth to be corrected. At present, the purpose of opening occlusion is achieved by a mode of arranging jaw pads on teeth, but the fixed correction aims to open and close by sticking resin plastics and the like on the teeth and fixing the teeth beside by using metal wires, but the mode cannot be applied to invisible correction; for the invisible correction, the adopted method is to stick resin and other intraoral materials on the surface of the invisible corrector, but the combination degree of the two methods is low, and the two methods are easy to fall off, so that the corresponding correction purpose cannot be achieved.
Therefore, the research on the dental instrument which has the functions of safety, comfort and convenience and can adjust the jaw position relation is of great significance.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model provides a technical problem provide a ware is rescued to tooth, can make the patient carry out the interlock and rebuild to reach the establishment of stable interlock relation.
The utility model also solves the technical problem of providing a tooth appliance suit, and the upper and lower jaws wear the tooth appliance simultaneously, so that the patient can establish a stable occlusion relation, and the system is corrected for formation to provide a basis.
The utility model also solves the technical problem of providing a shell-shaped dental appliance system, so that the patient can carry out occlusion reconstruction, and the effect of relieving the anti-jaw or deep covering can be achieved.
The technical scheme of the utility model as follows:
a tooth appliance comprises a shell-shaped body for accommodating teeth, wherein the shell-shaped body is of an integrally formed structure, a protruding part for enabling lower jaw incisors and upper jaw incisors to tend to align is arranged at a position, corresponding to a posterior tooth area, of the shell-shaped body in a protruding mode towards the jaw direction, and a friction part for enabling the upper jaw and the lower jaw to be in stable contact during occlusion reconstruction is arranged on the portion, facing the occlusal surface of a jaw dentition, of the protruding part.
Preferably, the hardness and/or elastic modulus of the friction part of the shell-shaped body is larger than the hardness and/or elastic modulus of other parts of the shell-shaped body. Make the friction part of shell form body is more firm, durable, when the interlock, avoids the bite-force too big and causes the bellying to take place the deformation, influences and rescues the effect.
Preferably, the friction part of the shell-shaped body is one or a combination of two or more of a structure which is matched with the occlusal surface of the opposite jaw teeth in a concave-convex manner, a structure which is matched with the occlusal surface of the opposite jaw teeth in an occlusion manner, a structure with a frosted surface, a structure with convex points, a structure with a hollowed-out surface or a structure with a hole surface.
Preferably, a filling part is further arranged in a gap between the protruding part and the dentition worn by the shell-shaped body, so that a supporting force is provided for the protruding part, and the protruding part is prevented from being deformed due to overlarge biting force when the upper jaw and the lower jaw are occluded.
Preferably, the occlusal surface of the protrusion is different from the occlusal surface of the posterior dentition area worn by the protrusion. When the area of the occlusal surface of the bulge part is larger than that of the occlusal surface of the posterior dental area of the wearing dentition, the bulge part provides a larger contact area with the posterior dental area of the jaw, so that the occlusion after reconstruction is more stable; the area of the occlusal surface of the convex part is smaller than the area of the occlusal surface of the dentition posterior teeth area, and when the teeth are occluded, the teeth are limited by the side wall of the convex part to be limited, and can assist the posterior teeth to be pressed down.
Preferably, the side walls of the projections of the shell-like body extend along the buccal and lingual surfaces of the posterior dental area to which the shell-like body corresponds. The protruding direction of the artificial tooth is the same as the tooth opening direction, and the size of an occlusal surface formed by the extending protruding part is the same as that of the teeth, so that the occlusion of the teeth after occlusion reconstruction can be simulated.
