Definitions
- the electrical device for carburetion and Diesel engine is made up of a battery 7, an electric pump 8, a positive electric cable 9 and a negative electric cable 10 to supply said electric fuel pump 8.
- the gasification device applied to a gasoline and diesel injected engine is shown, with its serpentine connection 2, its tube that collects gasified fuel 3, the connection hose of the round trip radiator 5, the radiator 6, the electric fuel pump 8, an air filter 11, the engine 12, the intake pipe 13, the carburetor or diesel pre-chamber 14, and the round trip connection 20 of the liquid fuel from the fuel tank to the heating tank.
- FIG 7 the device with the use of gases in a carburetted and pre-chamber diesel engine is shown, with its air filter 11, Engine 12, Intake tube 13, Carburetor 14, Factory fuel tank 15, Fuel tank gasified 17, and gasified fuel conveyor tube 18 from fuel tank 15 to the air system.
- the gas utilization device applied in an Injected gasoline and diesel engine is observed, with its air filter 11, Engine 12, Intake tube 13, Carburetor 14, Factory fuel tank 15, Fuel tank gasified 17, and gasified fuel conveyor tube 18 from fuel tank 15 to the air system.
- FIG 9 it is shown the application of the gasified liquid fuel device to a carburetion system or diesel pre-chamber complete with its heating tank 1, the serpentine connection 2, the Tube 3 that collects gasified fuel, the fuel transport hose 4 gasified, the connection hose of the round trip radiator 5, the radiator 6, the battery 7, the electric fuel pump 8 of the device presented in the document, the positive 9 and negative electric cables 10 of the electric fuel pump, the Air filter 11, Engine 12, Intake Pipe 13, Factory fuel tank 16, Tank for gasified fuel 17, Conveyor Pipe 18 for gasified fuel from fuel tank to air system, Fan 19, the Liquid fuel round trip connection 20 from the fuel tank to the heater tank.
- the complete Injection system is shown with its heating tank 1, Serpentine Connection 2, Tube 3 that collects gasified fuel, Hose 4 transporting gasified fuel, the connection hose of the round trip radiator. 5, the radiator 6, the battery 7, the electric fuel pump 8 of the device presented in the document, the positive 9 and negative electric cables 10 of the electric fuel pump, the air filter 11, the Engine 12, the Tube Intake 13, Injectors 15, Factory Fuel Tank 16, Tank for Sparkling Fuel 17, Conveyor Tube for Sparkling Fuel from Fuel Tank to Air System, Fan 19, Out and Back Connection 20 of liquid fuel from the fuel tank to the heater tank.
- the gasification system consists of at least three elements, each of which carries out a stage in order to carry out the desired gasification, the first being heating, in which the fuel increases its temperature by transfer. of heat.
- the heating device can be formed by the radiator 6 and hoses 5, which are connected to the serpentine 2, which is located inside the gasification tank, inside the device.
- heating fluid flows a heating liquid (which in automobiles is usually water or similar liquid for use in radiators), said heating liquid flows in a round trip cycle heating the gasification tank 1.
- the fuel is pumped from the factory fuel tank 16 to the gasification tank 1.
- the pumping device consists of an electric fuel pump 8 connected to the battery of the automotive 7.
- the gasification of the fuel is carried out, being the same when the fuel enters the gasification tank 1, and this is heated up to the temperature of gasification.
- the gasified fuel is found in the upper part of the gasification tank, and exits through a tube that collects the gasified fuel 3, to then be transferred to the combustion chamber entering through the air system or engine manifold 13. If the total of the fuel is not aerated, the remaining hot liquid returns, to the factory fuel tank 16.
- the fuel that enters the air device 13 is connected to one side of this and will carry the gasified fuel mixed with air through the transport channel passing through the carburetor or diesel pre-chamber 14 or the injectors 15, directly to the fuel chamber. combustion where it is going to gasify in its entirety (making complete combustion), leaving through the exhaust device, leaving products that are not pollutants.
- the gasification device can be complemented with the process of collecting gases generated in the factory fuel tank 16. The generated gases are transported from the factory fuel tank 16 to the air device 13.
- the tube or connection 18 contains a gasified fuel tank 17, in which it collects the vapors produced in the tank, and those made by the hot gasoline or diesel that comes from the heating tank, and is directed to the airquel.
- an extra tank is adapted in the conveyor tube, so that the vapors do not remain in the central tank but that it becomes a vapor storage tank and thus the pressure in the central tank is brought to it.
- storage tank and you can have more space to fill the factory central tank with liquid fuel, thus connecting and carrying the vapors that are made in the tank to the air device, with these connections there are two gasified fuel inlets so that Mix them in the combustion chamber and be used, so that they do not enter the atmosphere through the vents that the factory fuel tank brings.
- the fuel travels from the factory tank 16 to the heating tank 1, the gasoline or gasified diesel passes to the air device and mixes immediately, goes to the carburetor or diesel pre-chamber using it as a means of transport to reach the combustion chamber; gasoline or diesel that they are hot and in a liquid state it travels back to the factory fuel tank 16 by cycling back and forth.
