发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,成本低,尺寸较小占用空间少,装配容易的金属搭扣组件。

本实用新型一较佳实施方式中,参照图9所示,一种箱体式组合工具5,包括上盖51,中盖52,和箱体53,金属搭扣组件6用于连接中盖52和箱体53,金属搭扣组件7用于连接上盖51和中盖52。具体的,参照图11所示,中盖52上设有连杆59包括杆部59a、59b,中部位置一体成型有筋板59c,筋板59c的作用是加强连杆的强度,连杆较短的时候,强度好的时候则不需要增加筋板, 当连杆较长的时候为了增加连杆的强度需要增加筋板,箱体53的对应位置设有三个凸台58,这三个凸台的形状相同均是由横向筋板和纵向筋板组成,中间凸台的长度小于两边凸台的长度,凸台长度也可以是相同,具体根据空间位置的需要设置。参照图11-13所示,当金属搭扣组件6装配到箱体式组合工具5上时,金属搭扣组件6的上端部62a与中盖52上的连杆59a配合,62b与连杆59b配合,槽62c与筋板59c配合,中盖52上的连杆被卡入金属搭扣6上端部形成的圆弧形槽内,从而金属搭扣组件6即被安装到了中盖52上可以绕中盖52上的连杆旋转,在凸点621的限制下,连杆不会轻易地从圆弧形槽内脱落出且金属搭扣组件可以绕连杆能够随意转动,但只要施加足够的力又能使连杆越过凸点从槽内分离出,从而可以将金属搭扣从中盖上拆下。
参照图18所示,在另一种实施方式中也可以利用钢丝连杆8抵住连杆59使得连杆59不会从金属搭扣组件6上端的圆弧形槽内脱落出。需要拆卸金属搭扣组件时,只需要先把钢丝连杆8拆卸下,即可以解除锁定,然后将金属搭扣组件拆卸下。
参照图13所示,当金属搭扣组件6往箱体方向旋转实现扣合时,金属搭扣组件6上的勾部61与箱体上的凸台58接触配合,勾部61对凸台58起到支撑和扣合的作用,防止上下左右晃动,将中盖52紧密的锁定到箱体53上。
参照图14所示,上盖51上设有连杆54a、54b,中部位置一体成型有筋板54c,筋板54c的作用是加强连杆的强度,中盖52上设置有三个凸台55、56、57,两边的凸台55和57形状相同均是由上筋板和两个侧筋板组成,中间的凸台57也是由上筋板和两个侧筋板组成,但是上筋板中间设有穿孔,凸台的长度和形状可以根据具体的需要作出适应的调整。参照图14-16所示,当金属搭扣组件7装配到箱体式组合工具5上时,金属搭扣组件7的上端部74a、74b、74c相应地与上盖51上的连杆54a、54b、54c对应配合,从而金属搭扣组件7即被安装到了上盖51上,可以绕上盖上的连杆旋转,同样在凸点的作用下防止脱落,同时又可以被拆卸下,当金属搭扣组件7绕连杆往箱体方向旋转直到金属搭扣 组件上的勾部与中盖上的凸台相抵接的时候则实现扣合,参照图16-17所示,扣合时,两边的凸台55、56与金属搭扣组件7两边的勾部73、72配合,此时的凸台55、56对勾部73、72主要起到支撑作用,防止上下晃动,中间的勾部71与凸台57配合,勾部71的顶端部分被卡入57的穿孔内起到锁紧限位的作用,防止上下左右晃动,中间的勾部71主要实现了扣合的作用,从而将上盖51锁紧到中盖52上。
最后应说明的是:以上实施方式仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施方式对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施方式所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施方式技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种金属搭扣组件,其特征在于,包括:
    主板,所述主板上下任意一端设置向内侧面弯曲形成的用于容纳轴的圆弧形槽,所述主板左右两端分别设置向内侧面弯折延伸形成的第一端面和第二端面;扣板,所述扣板与所述主板固定连接,所述扣板的内侧面上设置至少一个勾部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的金属搭扣组件,其特征在于:所述扣板通过压装的方式连接至所述主板上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的金属搭扣组件,其特征在于:所述扣板的左右两端分别形成向其内侧面弯折延伸形成的第三端面和第四端面,所述扣板通过所述第三端面和第四端面与所述主板的第一端面和第二端面分别以铆接的方式连接至所述主板上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的金属搭扣组件,其特征在于:所述圆弧形槽是连续的槽或是部分有断开的槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的金属搭扣组件,其特征在于:所述扣板内侧面上设置的勾部的末端向内折弯一次或两次。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的金属搭扣组件,其特征在于:所述扣板的内侧面上并排设置三个勾部,至少一个勾部末端向内折弯两次。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的金属搭扣组件,其特征在于:在所述并排设置的三个勾部中,中间位置的勾部末端向内折弯两次。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的金属搭扣组件,其特征在于:所述扣板的内侧面上设置三个勾部,至少一个勾部末端向内折弯角度大于90度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的金属搭扣组件,其特征在于:在所述并排设置的三个勾部中,中间位置的勾部末端向内折弯角度大于90度。
  10. 一种箱体式组合工具,包括盖组件,集尘箱组件;其特征在于,所述箱体式组合工具还包括如权利要求1-9任一项中所述的金属搭扣组件,所述盖组 件上设置轴,所述金属搭扣组件的圆弧形槽与所述轴配合,所述集尘箱组件上设有凸台,所述凸台用于与所述金属搭扣组件的勾部配合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种箱体式组合工具,其特征在于:所述圆弧形槽的内表面上设置有至少一个凸点,所述凸点与所述轴过盈配合。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种箱体式组合工具,其特征在于:所述金属搭扣组件还包括连杆,所述连杆具有连接部和抵触部,所述连杆通过所述连接部活动连接于所述主板,并且通过所述抵触部与所述轴相抵触。
