在使用时,使用者将电路板放置在漏箱4内部,然后通过放置槽3与把手6将漏箱4放置在声波清洗机本体1的内部,然后向声波清洗机本体1内部倒入清洗液,盖上盖板2,盖板2通过固定块7挤压把手6,把手6通过漏箱4挤压承重板27与第二压簧26,使第二压簧26储存变形力,同时盖板2 带动插杆11插入固定槽8内部,插杆11通过斜块13推动固定框12向左侧移动,固定框12在移动的同时挤压推板15,推板15挤压第一压簧14,当斜块13与固定框12脱离接触且位于固定框12底部时,第一压簧14通过推板15推动固定框12,从而对盖板2完成固定,然后打开声波清洗机本体1对电路板进行清洗,清洗结束后,推动按压块16,按压块16带动插杆11贯穿通孔9推动固定框12向内侧移动,当固定框12的底部与斜块13的顶部脱离接触时,拉动盖板2使盖板2通过插杆11带动斜块13脱离固定框12内部,同时第二压簧26释放变形力从而通过承重板27将漏箱4抬起,然后将漏箱4取出,达到快速取出电路板的效果。
综上所述,该电动汽车专用的电路板电镀清洗装置,通过推动按压块16,按压块16带动插杆11贯穿通孔9推动固定框12向内侧移动,当固定框12的底部与斜块13的顶部脱离接触时,拉动盖板2使盖板2通过插杆11带动斜块13脱离固定框12内部,然后将漏箱4取出,达到快速取出电路板的效果,解决了现有的清洗装置在清洗结束后多是工作人员使用工具进行手动夹持,电路板在长时间浸泡在酸性清洗液中会导致电路板夹缝出现锈蚀现象,破坏电镀层表面,严重影响产品外观和内在质量,造成大量的经济损失的问题,该电动汽车专用的电路板电镀清洗装置,具备可将电路板快速取出等优点。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种电动汽车专用的电路板电镀清洗装置,包括声波清洗机本体(1),其特征在于:所述声波清洗机本体(1)的顶部活动连接有盖板(2),所述声波清洗机本体(1)内壁的左侧与右侧均开设有放置槽(3),所述声波清洗机本体(1)的内部活动连接有漏箱(4),所述漏箱(4)的内部固定连接有分割板(5),所述漏箱(4)的左侧与右侧均固定连接有把手(6),所述把手(6)远离漏箱(4)的一侧延伸至放置槽(3)的内部,所述盖板(2)内壁的底部固定连接有固定块(7),所述固定块(7)的底部与把手(6)的顶部接触,所述声波清洗机本体(1)顶部的前侧与后侧均开设有固定槽(8),所述声波清洗机本体(1)的正面开设有与固定槽(8)连通的通孔(9),所述盖板(2)的正面与背面均开设有导孔(10),所述盖板(2)内壁顶部的前侧与后侧均固定连接有插杆(11),所述固定槽(8)的内部活动连接有固定框(12),所述插杆(11)的底端贯穿至固定框(12)的底部并固定连接有斜块(13),所述固定槽(8)的内侧固定连接有第一压簧(14),所述第一压簧(14)的外侧固定连接有推板(15),所述盖板(2)的正面与背面均活动连接有位于导孔(10)内部的按压块(16),所述按压块(16)的内侧固定连接有推杆(17),所述导孔(10)的内部固定连接有限位板(18),所述推杆(17)远离按压块(16)的一端依次贯穿限位板(18)与导孔(10)并延伸至盖板(2)的内侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车专用的电路板电镀清洗装置,其特征在于:所述固定槽(8)的底部固定连接有套板(19),所述推板(15)的底部固定连接有滑杆(20),所述滑杆(20)的底端延伸至套板(19)的内部并与套板(19)滑动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车专用的电路板电镀清洗装置,其特征在于:所述固定槽(8)外侧的顶部与底部均固定连接有导杆(21),所述固定框(12)远离推板(15)的一侧固定连接有支撑板(22),所述导杆 (21)远离固定槽(8)的一侧贯穿支撑板(22)并延伸至支撑板(22)的内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车专用的电路板电镀清洗装置,其特征在于:所述推杆(17)的表面固定连接有位于导孔(10)内部的连接板(23),所述连接板(23)的顶部与底部均固定连接有滑块(24),所述盖板(2)的内部开设有与导孔(10)连通的滑槽(25),所述滑槽(25)位于导孔(10)的顶部与底部,所述滑块(24)与滑槽(25)滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车专用的电路板电镀清洗装置,其特征在于:所述连接板(23)的外侧固定连接有拉簧(28),所述拉簧(28)的外侧与限位板(18)远离按压块(16)的一端固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车专用的电路板电镀清洗装置,其特征在于:所述声波清洗机本体(1)内壁底部的四角均固定连接有第二压簧(26),所述第二压簧(26)的顶部固定连接有承重板(27),所述承重板(27)的顶部与漏箱(4)的底部接触。
