Description

滚动按摩机芯和按摩设备 技术领域
本申请涉及按摩设备技术领域,具体涉及一种滚动按摩机芯和按摩设备。
背景技术
按摩设备在日程的生活中已经越来越普及,按摩设备的肌肉放松功能可以大幅度改善用户的生活品质。对于每天坐着工作八个小时以上的工作者来说,每天身体承受的压力比其他人多(例如颈肩部),因此需要每隔一段时间来放松按摩。目前市场中很多按摩设备上面的都是采用传统的按摩机芯,按摩机芯放在按摩设备的滑动轨道上,通过按摩滚轮的滑动和振动实现按摩的功能,按摩机芯在滑轨上下滑动实现对用户不同部位的按摩。或者是将按摩机芯放置在固定位置,按摩机芯在固定的颈肩部位按摩。实现以上按摩方式的按摩机芯需要多个驱动装置,相应的按摩机芯体积也很大,导致按摩设备的体积也会变大,按摩设备放置会有很大的障碍。
申请内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本申请的目的在于提供一种滚动按摩机芯,能够实现连续滚动按摩的功能。
为了实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本申请提供了一种滚动按摩机芯,包括主动按摩滚动体、动力单元、和导轨组件;所述动力单元与所述主动按摩滚动体相连接,用于驱动所述主动按摩滚动体自转;所述导轨组件与所述动力单元配合连接,以在所述主动按摩滚动体自转时带动所述主动按摩滚动体沿所述导轨组件运动。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述动力单元包括主动轴、主动组件、和驱动电机,所述主动按摩滚动体固定套装在所述主动轴上;所述主动组件固定套装在所述主动轴的轴端;所述驱动电机与所述主动轴传动连接以驱动所述主动轴进行自转,以带动所述主动组件与所述导轨组件进行移动配合。动力单元设置合理,采用驱动电机直接或间接驱动主动按摩滚动体转动,从而带动主动组件与导轨组件进行移动配合,从而使得主动按摩滚动体能够平稳地、精确地进行移动。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述驱动电机同轴安装在所述主动按摩滚动体之内,并且所述主动轴设置为所述驱动电机的输出轴。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述动力单元还包括驱动传动组件,所述驱动电机通过所述驱动传动组件与所述主动轴传动配合。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述驱动传动组件包括蜗轮、与所述蜗轮啮合的蜗杆,所述蜗轮同轴固定套装在所述主动轴上,所述蜗杆的动力输入端与驱动电机的输出轴传动连接。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述主动组件包括同轴固定套装在所述主动轴上的驱动齿轮。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述驱动齿轮包括第一驱动齿轮和第二驱动齿轮,所述第一驱动齿轮和所述第二驱动齿轮分别固定套装在所述主动轴的两个轴端;所述导轨组件包括第一导向齿条和第二导向齿条,所述第一导向齿条与所述第一驱动齿轮滚动啮合,所述第二导向齿条与所述第二驱动齿轮滚动啮合。利用驱动齿轮在导向齿条上的滚动啮合,可以实现主动按摩滚动体的稳定移动,并且导向性能够得到保证。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述滚动按摩机芯还包括支架和主座;所述第一导向齿条和所述第二导向齿条左右间隔布置在所述支架上,所述主动按摩滚动体位于所述第一导向齿条和所述第二导向齿条之间;所述主座转动连接于所述主动按摩滚动体,用于在所述主动按摩滚动体自转时沿所述导轨组件运动。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述主动轴的两轴端均同轴转动地套设有第一滚轮,所述第一滚轮在按摩时沿设于支架的滚动支撑面滚动。第一滚轮的设置减少了主动按摩滚动体移动时的摩擦阻力。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述滚动按摩机芯还包括从动按摩滚动体,所述从动按摩滚动体转动连接在所述主座上并在按摩时与所述主动按摩滚动体一同在人身上滚动。主动按摩滚动体、从动按摩滚动体一起在人体的需按摩部位滚动,反复挤压使用者的需按摩部位的不同区域,可以起到更好的按摩作用。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述从动按摩滚动体配置有与其对应的从动轴,所述从动轴横穿固定在所述主座上并与所述主动轴平行,所述从动按摩滚动体同轴转动套装在从动轴上。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述从动轴的两轴端均同轴转动地套设有第二滚轮,所述第二滚轮在按摩时沿设于所述支架的滚动支撑面滚动。第二滚轮的设置减少了从动按 摩滚动体移动时的摩擦阻力。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述导轨组件的形状与人体的需按摩区域形状相适配。

于本申请的一些实施例中,所述驱动电机设置为自带角度编码器的伺服驱动电机,且与控制终端通信连接。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述滚动按摩机芯还包括位置反馈系统,其与控制终端通信连接,以调控所述主动轴的公转角度。可以根据按摩需要设定主动轴的公转角度范围,可以利用控制终端直接控制驱动电机的输出转矩,也可以利用位置反馈系统控制转动中心轴的公转角度范围,从而使得主动按摩滚动体的摆动区域被限定在人体的需按摩区域。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述位置反馈系统包括固定设置于所述中心齿轮上的位置反馈板和连杆,所述连杆一端转动套接主动轴,所述连杆另一端转动套接固定中心轴,所述连杆上安装有与控制终端通信连接的位置感应器,所述位置反馈板上设有多个用于与所述位置感应器感应的感应元件。
于本申请的一些实施例中,所述多个感应元件围绕所述固定中心轴的轴线环形排布。

实施例1
本申请提供一种滚动按摩机芯和按摩设备,该机芯内置于按摩设备如椅背的柔性层之内。如图1所示,该机芯包括支架1以及设置在支架1上的活动按摩部2,支架1设有导轨组件3,导轨组件3包括左右间隔布置的第一导向齿条31和第二导向齿条32,活动按摩部2设于第一导向齿条31和第二导向齿条32之间并与第一导向齿条31和第二导向齿条32活动配合。其中,支架1、导轨组件3的形状与人体的颈肩背曲线相似,以使得活动按摩 部2的移动轨迹与人体的颈肩背部曲线相匹配,从而在按摩时获得最佳的按摩效果。活动按摩部2包括:主座201;设置在主座201上的、驱使主座201沿导轨组件3进行运动的动力单元;以及至少一个转动连接在主座201上的、按摩时在人身上滚动的按摩滚动体。优选的,主座201沿上述导轨组件3进行升降移动。上述按摩滚动体包括主动按摩滚动体211和从动按摩滚动体213。
如图1-4所示,本申请涉及的滚动按摩机芯包括主动按摩滚动体211、上述动力单元、以及导轨组件3。上述动力单元与主动按摩滚动体211相连接,用于驱动主动按摩滚动体211自转。导轨组件3与上述动力单元配合连接,以在主动按摩滚动体211自转时带动主动按摩滚动体211沿导轨组件3运动。在按摩时,主动按摩滚动体211受动力单元驱动自转,导轨组件3与动力单元配合连接,以驱使主动按摩滚动体211沿人体的需按摩部位移动,从而实现对人体不同部位的连续按摩。
在一些实施例中,上述动力单元包括主动轴208、主动组件和驱动电机202。主动轴208转动连接于主座201上,并水平延伸。主动按摩滚动体211固定套装在主动轴208上。主动组件固定套装在主动轴208的轴端。驱动电机202与主动轴208传动连接以驱动主动轴208进行自转,以带动上述主动组件与导轨组件3进行移动配合。驱动电机202的受控方式不受限制,可以进行遥控,也可以由安装在椅子上的控制面板控制。按摩时,在驱动电机202的驱动下,主动按摩滚动体211跟随主动轴208一同自转,导轨组件3与动力单元中的主动组件配合连接,在主动按摩滚动体211自转时,导轨组件3带动主动按摩滚动体211沿导轨组件3运动。
在一些实施例中,从动按摩滚动体213转动连接在主座201上,并在按摩时与主动按摩滚动体211一同在人身上滚动。从动按摩滚动体213配置有与其对应的从动轴212,从动轴212横穿固定在主座201上并与主动轴208平行,从动按摩滚动体213同轴转动地套装在从动轴212上。主动按摩滚动体211、从动按摩滚动体213的外周壁上密布有若干按摩凸起214,按摩时,按摩凸起214直接按摩人体。
在一些实施例中,动力单元包括与驱动电机202配套的驱动传动组件,驱动电机202通过驱动传动组件与主动轴208传动配合,以驱使主动按摩滚动体211围绕其轴线进行自转。上述驱动传动组件包括蜗轮207、与蜗轮207啮合的蜗杆206,蜗轮207同轴固定套装在主动轴208上,蜗杆206转动连接在主座201上,蜗杆206的动力输入端与驱动电机202 的输出轴传动连接。通过蜗轮蜗杆传动的方式使得主动轴208的旋转精度以及稳定性能够得以保证。
其中,驱动电机202的输出轴与蜗杆206的动力输入端的传动连接方式分很多种,本实施例中,驱动电机202的输出轴与蜗杆206的动力输入端之间通过皮带传动来形成传动配合关系,以增加传动效率;在驱动电机202的输出轴同轴固定套装驱动皮带轮203,在蜗杆206的动力输入端同轴固定套装从动皮带轮205,驱动皮带轮203和从动皮带轮205套装传动皮带204。
在一些实施例中,主动组件包括同轴固定套装在主动轴208上的驱动齿轮209,驱动齿轮209包括第一驱动齿轮219和第二驱动齿轮229,第一驱动齿轮219和第二驱动齿轮229分别固定套装在主动轴208的两个轴端;导轨组件3包括第一导向齿条31和第二导向齿条32,第一导向齿条31与第一驱动齿轮219滚动啮合,第二导向齿条32与第二驱动齿轮229滚动啮合。导轨组件3的形状与人体背部曲线相似,导轨组件3还起到支撑驱动齿轮209的作用;在按摩时,人体的颈肩背部靠在主动按摩滚动体211、从动按摩滚动体213上,使驱动齿轮209压在导轨组件3上;由于采用了齿轮齿条的传动作为活动按摩部2的移动方式,使得活动按摩部2整体能够平稳地进行升降活动。
导轨组件3可以是一体成型,也可以由若干单元组合拼接而成。
为了减少摩擦作用,上述主动轴208的两轴端均同轴转动地套设有第一滚轮210,第一滚轮210在按摩时沿设于支架1的滚动支撑面101a滚动。
基于同样的目的,从动轴212的两轴端均同轴转动地套设有第二滚轮215,第二滚轮215在按摩时沿设于支架1的滚动支撑面101a滚动。
在一些实施例中,上述支架1设有一对开口相对的侧边槽101,一对侧边槽101分别对应主动轴208两轴端,还分别对应从动轴212两轴端,侧边槽101、支架1的形状与人体的颈肩背曲线相似,滚动支撑面101a是侧边槽101的一部分,第一滚轮210、第二滚轮215伸入侧边槽101内并在滚动支撑面101a上滚动,从而减小活动按摩部2与支架1之间的摩擦力,使得活动按摩部2升降活动的灵活性、可控性得以保证。
在需要按摩时,利用遥控器或安装在椅子上的操作面板启动驱动电机202,驱动电机202输出动力,通过驱动皮带轮203、传动皮带204、从动皮带轮205、蜗杆206、蜗轮207的依次传动,以驱使主动轴208进行旋转,从而使得第一驱动齿轮219和第二驱动齿 轮229分别在第一导向齿条31和第二导向齿条32上滚动,在主动轴208进行旋转时,主动按摩滚动体211也进行同步旋转,以使其外周壁的按摩凸起214反复按摩人体的颈肩背部,在主动按摩滚动体211进行升降、自转运动的同时,从动按摩滚动体213随之在人体的颈肩背部上滚动,也达到了滚动按摩的效果。
实施例2
如图5-6所示,实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:上述驱动电机202同轴安装在主动按摩滚动体211之内,并且主动轴208设置为驱动电机202的输出轴,驱动电机202能够直接驱使主动按摩滚动体211和驱动齿轮209一同转动,传动效率更高。
实施例1与实施例2还存在下述共同点:
上述按摩凸起214设置为可弹性变形的单元,由弹性材料制成,比如PU材料,以便改善按摩的舒适度。
上述主动按摩滚动体211、从动按摩滚动体213均为圆筒结构,即空心结构,以减轻重量,减少动力单元的动力损耗;而且主动按摩滚动体211、从动按摩滚动体213的轴长与人体背部的大体宽度尺寸相近,以使得人体颈肩背部的所有区域都能得到按摩作用。
需要特别说明的是:
该机芯的使用不仅限于办公椅、按摩椅,也可以安装在床头枕或沙发上,还可以安装在飞机、汽车、轨道车辆等公共设施的座椅上,其它类型的按摩设备上也可以安装该机芯。
实施例3
如图7-12所示,本申请提供了一种滚动按摩机芯,安装于办公室座椅的头枕11的壳体13之内,以头枕11的壳体13作为安装基础。该机芯包括主动按摩滚动体211、动力单元、以及导轨组件3。动力单元与主动按摩滚动体211相连接,用于驱动主动按摩滚动体211自转。导轨组件3与上述动力单元配合连接,以在主动按摩滚动体211自转时带动主动按摩滚动体211沿导轨组件3运动。在按摩时,主动按摩滚动体211受动力单元驱动自转,导轨组件3与动力单元配合连接,以驱使主动按摩滚动体211进行连续运动,从而实现对人体不同部位的连续按摩。
在一些实施例中,上述动力单元包括主动轴208、主动组件和驱动电机202。主动按摩滚动体211固定套装在主动轴208上。主动组件固定套装在主动轴208的轴端。驱动电 机202与主动轴208传动连接以驱动主动轴208进行自转,以带动上述主动组件与导轨组件3进行移动配合。主动组件包括同轴固定套装在主动轴208上的驱动齿轮209。
在一些实施例中,上述滚动按摩机芯还包括用于装配在按摩设备上的固定中心轴4;导轨组件3包括中心齿轮5,中心齿轮5同轴固定套装在固定中心轴4上;驱动齿轮209与中心齿轮5滚动啮合,形成传动机构,以使主动按摩滚动体211自转的同时围绕固定中心轴4的轴线在预设的角度内公转,优选在翻转角度和预设角度区间内公转。预设的角度转动范围为0-225度,优选的,翻转角度为135度,按摩时角度为90度。驱动齿轮209和中心齿轮5形成了一套行星齿轮传动组合件。
在一些实施例中,上述滚动按摩机芯还包括转动套装在固定中心轴4上的机芯支架6,主动轴208转动穿装在机芯支架6上。
在一些实施例中,主动按摩滚动体211的旋转轴线与主动轴208的轴线重合,主动按摩滚动体211为圆筒结构,且在其外周壁面上分布有若干按摩凸起214,上述按摩凸起214为凸球状结构,所有按摩凸起214均布在主动按摩滚动体211外周壁上,按摩凸起214由弹性材料制成,本实施例中优选为PU材料。上述主动按摩滚动体211的外周壁结构呈现为环形的曲线凹槽结构并与颈肩部的生理结构相适配,以便托住颈肩部,符合人体工程学原理,从而获得最佳的按摩体验。
在一些实施例中,头枕11设有与壳体13结合安装的柔性按摩支撑层12,本实施例的机芯整体均处于柔性按摩支撑层12内腔中,并且主动按摩滚动体211及其按摩凸起214抵触柔性按摩支撑层12内壁,在按摩时颈肩部靠在柔性按摩支撑层12外壁,随着主动按摩滚动体211围绕固定中心轴4公转,主动按摩滚动体211在颈肩部区域滚动,使得按摩凸起214不断接触颈肩部,而且由于按摩凸起214由弹性材料制成,按摩凸起214可以在按摩时进行自由伸缩变形,因此,按摩凸起214相当于若干柔性按摩浮点并交替接触颈肩部,使得按摩更加舒适,不会造成施力过大的导致不舒适的缺陷。
在一些实施例中,本申请涉及的机芯还包括驱动传动组件,驱动电机202通过驱动传动组件与主动轴208传动配合。驱动传动组件包括驱动轮7、皮带8、从动轮9,由图8可知,驱动轮7同轴固定套装在驱动电机202的输出轴上,从动轮9同轴固定套装在主动轴208上,皮带8套装驱动轮7和从动轮9。为了节约安装空间,本实施例中从动轮9套装在主动轴208的一轴端上,驱动齿轮209套装在主动轴208的另一轴端上,主动按摩滚动 体211处于从动轮9和驱动齿轮209之间的位置,驱动电机202恰好处于机芯支架6内部,以使得按摩时只有主动按摩滚动体211与人体的需按摩区域接触。
在一些实施例中,本申请涉及的机芯还包括与控制终端通信连接的位置反馈系统,以调控主动轴208的公转角度。驱动电机202可以设置为自带编码器的伺服驱动电机,且与控制终端通信连接。编码器主要用于检测电机的位置和速度,可以记录电机的转动角度,获知电机的实时位置。编码器包括光栅编码器等。
在一些实施例中,上述位置反馈系统包括一固定设置的位置反馈板17,还包括一连杆14,本实施例中位置反馈板17固定安装在中心齿轮5的一轴端上,连杆14靠近驱动齿轮209,连杆14一端转动套接主动轴208,连杆14另一端转动套接固定中心轴4,连杆14上安装有与控制终端通信连接的位置感应器15,位置反馈板17上设有多个用于与位置感应器15感应的感应元件16;所有感应元件16围绕固定中心轴4的轴线环形排布;在主动轴208的公转角度的两个极限位置均至少布置一个感应元件16;感应元件16设置为传感器并与控制终端通信连接。位置感应器15包括编码器、接近开关(如霍尔传感器、红外传感器、和机械式接近开关等)、以及角度传感器等。
本实施例涉及的机芯使用原理如下:在驱动电机202的驱动下,主动轴208自转,从而带动驱动齿轮209围绕中心齿轮5作滚动啮合,从而使得主动按摩滚动体211随着主动轴208围绕固定中心轴4作一定角度内的往复式公转运动,使得按摩凸起214在滚动过程中对使用者的颈肩部位不断挤压和滑动。
在需要控制主动轴208的公转角度时,连杆14的摆动角度等于主动轴208的公转角度,在连杆14摆动到其中一个极限角度时,连杆14上的位置感应器15与其中一个感应元件16恰好对应并相互感应,感应信号经控制终端处理后,控制终端向驱动电机202发出停转的信号,从而使得驱动电机202停转,从而达到控制主动轴208的公转角度的目的。
值得一提的是,本实施例中提到的控制终端可以是机芯的控制手柄,如遥控器、手机app、控制面板或其它控制终端类型,控制终端可以采集按键的信息,并向驱动电机202发出动作信号,从而实现通过按键控制机芯。
控制主动轴208的公转角度可以有多种方式,可以单独控制驱动电机202的输出转矩以达到控制主动轴208的公转角度的效果,也可以将驱动电机202与位置反馈系统结合使用。
以上是本申请的优选实施例,本实施例的应用场合为办公座椅,也可以应用于专业按摩床以及各类家用床,也可以与其它按摩设备结合使用,因此,本申请中提到的上位概念安装基础可以是任意按摩设备外壳或框架中的一种,本领域普通技术人员还可以在此基础上进行各种变换或改进,比如主动按摩滚动体211的具体形状、支架1和机芯支架6的结构、位置反馈板17的安装位置等,在不脱离本申请总的构思的前提下,这些变换或改进都应当属于本申请要求保护范围之内。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种滚动按摩机芯,包括:
    主动按摩滚动体(211);
    动力单元,其与所述主动按摩滚动体(211)相连接,用于驱动所述主动按摩滚动体(211)自转;和
    传动装置(3),所述传动装置(3)与所述动力单元配合连接,以在所述主动按摩滚动体(211)自转时带动所述主动按摩滚动体(211)沿所述传动装置(3)自身连续运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述动力单元包括:
    主动轴(208),所述主动按摩滚动体(211)固定套装在所述主动轴(208)上;
    主动组件,其固定套装在所述主动轴(208)的轴端;和
    驱动电机(202),其与所述主动轴(208)传动连接以驱动所述主动轴(208)进行自转,以带动所述主动组件与所述传动装置(3)进行移动配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述驱动电机(202)同轴安装在所述主动按摩滚动体(211)之内,并且所述主动轴(208)设置为所述驱动电机(202)的输出轴。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述动力单元还包括驱动传动组件,所述驱动电机(202)通过所述驱动传动组件与所述主动轴(208)传动配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述驱动传动组件包括蜗轮(207)、与所述蜗轮(207)啮合的蜗杆(206),所述蜗轮(207)同轴固定套装在所述主动轴(208)上,所述蜗杆(206)的动力输入端与驱动电机(202)的输出轴传动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述主动组件包括同轴固定套装在所述主动轴(208)上的驱动齿轮(209)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述传动装置(3)包括导轨组件;所述驱动齿轮(209)包括第一驱动齿轮(219)和第二驱动齿轮(229),所述第一驱动齿轮(219)和所述第二驱动齿轮(229)分别固定套装在所述主动轴(208)的两个轴端;所述导轨组件包括第一导向齿条(31)和第二导向齿条(32),所述第一导向齿条(31)与所述第一驱动齿轮(219)滚动啮合,所述第二导向齿条(32)与所述 第二驱动齿轮(229)滚动啮合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述滚动按摩机芯还包括:
    支架(1),所述第一导向齿条(31)和所述第二导向齿条(32)左右间隔布置在所述支架(1)上,所述主动按摩滚动体(211)位于所述第一导向齿条(31)和所述第二导向齿条(32)之间;
    主座(201),转动连接于所述主动按摩滚动体(211),用于在所述主动按摩滚动体(211)自转时沿所述导轨组件(3)运动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述主动轴(208)的两轴端均同轴转动地套设有第一滚轮(210),所述第一滚轮(210)在按摩时沿设于所述支架(1)的滚动支撑面(101a)滚动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,还包括从动按摩滚动体(213),所述从动按摩滚动体(213)转动连接在所述主座(201)上并在按摩时与所述主动按摩滚动体(211)一同在人身上滚动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述从动按摩滚动体(213)配置有与其对应的从动轴(212),所述从动轴(212)横穿固定在所述主座(201)上并与所述主动轴(208)平行,所述从动按摩滚动体(213)同轴转动套装在从动轴(212)上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述从动轴(212)的两轴端均同轴转动地套设有第二滚轮(215),所述第二滚轮(215)在按摩时沿设于所述支架(1)的滚动支撑面(101a)滚动。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述导轨组件(3)的形状与人体的需按摩区域形状相适配。
  14. 根据权利要求8-12中任一项所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述支架(1)的形状与人体的需按摩区域形状相适配。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述从动按摩滚动体(213)为圆筒结构,且在其外周壁面上分布有一个或多个按摩凸起(10a)。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述滚动按摩机芯还包括用于装配在按摩设备上的固定中心轴(4);所述导轨组件(3)包括中心齿轮(5),所述 中心齿轮(5)同轴固定套装在所述固定中心轴(4)上;所述驱动齿轮(209)与所述中心齿轮(5)滚动啮合,以使所述主动按摩滚动体(211)自转的同时围绕所述固定中心轴(4)的轴线在预设的角度内公转。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,还包括转动套装在所述固定中心轴(4)上的机芯支架(6),所述主动轴(208)转动穿装在所述机芯支架(6)上。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述驱动电机(202)设置为自带编码器的伺服驱动电机,且与控制终端通信连接。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,还包括位置反馈系统,其与控制终端通信连接,以调控所述主动轴(208)的公转角度。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述位置反馈系统包括固定设置于所述中心齿轮(5)上的位置反馈板(17)和连杆(14),所述连杆(14)一端转动套接主动轴(208),所述连杆(14)另一端转动套接固定中心轴(4),所述连杆(14)上安装有与控制终端通信连接的位置感应器(15),所述位置反馈板(17)上设有多个用于与所述位置感应器(15)感应的感应元件(16)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述多个感应元件(16)围绕所述固定中心轴(4)的轴线环形排布。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,在主动轴(208)的公转角度的两个极限位置均至少布置一个感应元件(16)。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述感应元件(16)设置为传感器并与控制终端通信连接。
  24. 根据权利要求1-23中任一项所述的一种滚动按摩机芯,其特征在于,所述主动按摩滚动体(211)为圆筒结构,且在其外周壁面上分布有一个或多个按摩凸起(214)。
  25. 一种按摩设备,包括如权利要求1-24中任一项所述的滚动按摩机芯。
