本实用新型的工作方式为:如图1、图2所示,在搓背机使用时,将搓澡巾1外套到搓板A3上,搓板A3和搓板B5的一端铰接,搓板A3上铰接端的另一端设置有卡环4,利用卡环4将搓板A3结合在搓板B5上,将搓板A3上的凹槽和搓板B5上的凸槽结合,搓板A3和搓板B5结合成可用于搓澡的搓板,将搓澡巾1上的挂绳2挂在搓板B5上的挂钩6上,使搓澡巾1固定在搓板上;搓板通过铰接件A7和空心管8与连接架10连接,连接架 10通过轴承A13和轴承B14与动力箱24连接,动力箱24通过传动系统带动连接架10转动;在传动系统中,给电机通电,电机带动齿轮C17转动,齿轮C17分别和齿轮A15、齿轮B16啮合,齿轮C17带动齿轮A15和齿轮B16转动,齿轮A15和齿轮B16同向转动,带动连接架10转动,搓板整体跟随连接架10做往复运动;搓板B5的空心管8内设置有弹簧9,在搓澡的过程当中,搓板在背部不平的地方运动时,利用弹簧9的伸缩性,使搓板在不平的背部运动,跟随背部的曲线,弹簧9伸长和压缩,使搓板在人体背部顺利的进行,搓板上上下下的运动,完全搓洗到人的背部。
如图3所示,在传动系统中,给电机通电,电机带动齿轮C17转动,齿轮C17和齿轮A15啮合,齿轮C17带动齿轮A15转动,齿轮A15带动连接架10转动,连接架10带动无齿自由轮22转动,无齿自由轮22和滞速轮23接触,滞速轮23给无齿自由轮22相反的作用力,导致无齿自由轮22的转向和齿轮A15相反,连接架10在齿轮A15和无齿自由轮22的作用下,连接架10做8字往复运动,搓板整体跟随连接架10做8字往复运动;搓板B5的空心管8内设置有弹簧9,在搓澡的过程当中,搓板在背部不平的地方运动时,利用弹簧9的伸缩性,使搓板在不平的背部运动,跟随背部的曲线,弹簧9伸长和压缩,使搓板在人体背部顺利的进行,搓板上上下下的运动,完全搓洗到人的背部。
以上所述,仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,并不是对本实用新型技术方案的限定,应当指出,本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型技术方案的前提下,还可以做出进一步的改进和改变,这些改进和改变都应该涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种花式搓背机,包括搓澡巾(1),搓板,其特征在于:所述搓板包括搓板A(3)、搓板B(5),搓背机使用中,搓澡巾(1)套在搓板A(3)上,搓板A(3)的一端铰接在搓板B(5)的一端,搓背机使用中,搓板A(3)与搓板B(5)闭合,搓板B(5)闭合面的背面设置有至少一根连接件,连接件与连接架(10)连接,连接架(10)的末端通过轴承与动力箱(24)连接,动力箱(24)通过传动系统带动连接架(10)转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的花式搓背机,其特征在于:所述搓板B(5)闭合面背面的中间位置设置一根铰接件A(7),搓板B(5)闭合面背面上以铰接件A(7)为对称点的两点上,分别设置一根空心管(8);所述连接架(10)上设置一根与铰接件A(7)铰接的铰接件B(11),连接架(10)上设置两根与空心管(8)连接的连接轴(12),连接轴(12)插入到空心管(8)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的花式搓背机,其特征在于:所述空心管(8)内设置有弹簧(9)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的花式搓背机,其特征在于:所述轴承包括轴承A(13)和轴承B(14),所述传动系统包括齿轮A(15),齿轮B(16),齿轮C(17),齿轮轴承A(18),齿轮轴承B(19),电机;齿轮A(15)上设置有孔A(20),齿轮B(16)上设置有孔B(21);轴承A(13)固定连接在孔A(20)上,轴承B(14)固定连接到孔B(21)上,齿轮A(15)设置在齿轮轴承A(18)上,齿轮B(16)设置在齿轮轴承B(19)上,孔A(20)的中心点到孔B(21)的中心点的距离等于齿轮A(15)的圆心到齿轮B(16)的圆心的距离,齿轮A(15)和齿轮C(17)啮合,齿轮B(16)和齿轮C(17)啮合,齿轮C(17)和电机输出轴相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的花式搓背机,其特征在于:所述轴承包括轴承A(13)和轴承B(14),所述传动系统包括齿轮A(15),无齿自由轮(22),齿轮C(17),齿轮轴承A(18),齿轮轴承B(19),滞速轮(23),电机;齿轮A(15)上设置有孔A(20),无齿自由轮(22)上设置有孔B(21);轴承A(13)固定连接在孔A(20)上,轴承B(14)固定连接到孔B(21)上,齿轮A(15)设置在齿轮轴承A(18)上,无齿自由轮(22)设置在齿轮轴承B(19)上,孔A(20)的中心点到孔B(21)的中心点的距离等于齿轮A(15)的圆心到无齿自由轮(22)的圆心的距离,齿轮A(15)和齿轮C(17)啮合,齿轮C(17)和电机输出轴相连,无齿自由轮(22)和滞速轮(23)接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的花式搓背机,其特征在于:所述搓板A(3)的闭合面设置为凹槽型,搓板A(3)铰接端的另一端设置有卡环(4),搓板B(5)的闭合面设置为凸槽型,搓板A(3)的凹槽和搓板B(5)的凸槽为榫卯结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的花式搓背机,其特征在于:所述搓澡巾(1)为具有弹性的筒状,两端开口,两端设置有挂绳(2)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的花式搓背机,其特征在于:所述搓板B(5)上设置有挂钩(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的花式搓背机,其特征在于:所述搓板A(3)设置为半圆柱体。
