本实用新型涉及汽车领域,尤其涉及一种车辆照明装置及具有该装置的汽车。
背景技术
由于市场上乘用车用户对于个性化的需求越发凸显,对氛围灯的定制需求也日益增加。而汽车氛围灯是一种起到装饰作用的照明灯,汽车领域部分室内氛围灯采用柔性光纤,而外饰领域基本采用硬质PMMA光纤和乳白色面罩组合的出光方式。而虽然现在车顶上目前有一些外饰氛围灯应用的先例,但是由于氛围灯被放置在车顶上容易受到雨水的侵袭,引发短路的问题,所以如何解决氛围灯的防水问题就成了关键。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型实施例提供一种可以有效防水的充当行李架的车辆照明装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案内容具体如下:
一种车辆照明装置,包括安装架以及光纤,安装架设有第一凹槽以及光纤口,所述光纤口与第一凹槽连通,所述光纤放置在第一凹槽内,部分光纤放置在第一凹槽内且另一部分的光纤穿过光纤口位于第一凹槽外,所述安装架在光纤口的位置处设有第一防水结构。
在其中一种实施例中,所述安装架包括本体以及盖板,所述盖板可拆卸地安装在本体上,所述第一防水结构以及光纤口均设置在盖板上,所述第一凹槽设置在本体上。
在其中一种实施例中,所述盖板上设有排水孔,所述排水孔的一端与第一凹槽相连接,所述排水孔的另一端与外界连接。
在其中一种实施例中,所述安装架为两端低中间高的弧形结构,所述盖板位于安装架的两端,所述排水孔沿安装架延伸方向设置。同时由于安装架 为两端低中间高的弧形结构,从而使得安装架可以很好地替代顶棚上的行李架。应理解安装架无论采用什么形状,本申请亦可用来替代顶棚上的行李架,只是上述结构为优选方案。

如图1所示,一种车辆照明装置,包括安装架以及光纤2,安装架设有第一凹槽3以及一个或多个光纤口4,所述光纤口4与第一凹槽3连通,部分的光纤2放置在第一凹槽3内且另一部分的光纤2穿过光纤口4位于第一凹槽3外,所述光纤2穿过所述光纤口4,所述安装架在光纤口4的位置处设有第一防水结构5。在其中一种实施例中,所述第一凹槽3包括半圆槽以及沿着所述半圆槽的开口一端向下延伸的弧形面,所述半圆槽内嵌入有光导,所述弧形面以光导中心为焦点作为被照面,通过上述方案提供的车辆照明装置,光导和弧形面的设计,构成反射光碗原理,其中凹槽的弧形面以光导中 心为焦点作为被照面,从而优化了光的传输路径,提高了照明的发光效率。应理解第一凹槽3除了上述结构外,其它简单结构只要可以将光纤2的光发射出来亦可。在上述实施例中,部分的光纤2需要穿过光纤口4离开安装架,从而与外界的光源6相配合以实现光纤2的照明,但是由于光纤口4的存在流水容易通过光纤口4流入到光源盒7中,导致光源6短路的问题,因此我方在光纤口4上安装了第一防水结构5以改善整个设备的防水性能。
在其中一种实施例中,所述光纤2包括若干侧向发光玻璃光纤束以及塑料保护套层。
在其中一种实施例中,所述第一防水结构5为密封胶,用于封填光纤2与光纤口4之间的缝隙。
由于光纤2接近光源6的端部的光亮度明显不同,所以为了避免光纤2总体的亮度不均匀的问题,在其中一种实施例中,所述光纤的输入端除输入端的端部外被第一阻光件所包裹。在一些实施例中,所述第一阻光件的材质为塑料、热缩管、不透光玻璃胶、胶带等,只要使得光纤的光无法散发出去即可。输入端的端部是指光纤输入端与光源对接的端面,而输入端的其它位置加入第一阻光件就是避免光纤的光发射出去,减少光纤总体亮度不均匀的问题。同时在一些实施例中,将光纤的输入端放置到车顶棚内,而不外露出来,进一步避免上述的亮度不均匀的问题。
在其中一种实施例中,所述安装架包括本体11以及盖板12,所述盖板12可拆卸地安装在本体11上,所述第一防水结构5以及光纤口4均设置在盖板12上,所述第一凹槽3设置在本体11上。本申请通过将光纤口4设置在盖板12上,以便用户拆掉盖板12后将光纤2从第一凹槽3中取出。
在其中一种实施例中,所述盖板12上设有排水孔,所述排水孔的一端与第一凹槽3相连接,所述排水孔的另一端与外界连接。在其中一种实施例中,所述安装架为两端低中间高的弧形结构,所述盖板12位于安装架的两端,所述排水孔沿安装架延伸方向设置,即排水孔从安装架中间向两侧的方向设置。由于安装架为两端低中间高的弧形结构、而排水孔沿安装架延伸方向设置,所以当安装架内不小心存在积水时,积水也可以随着从中间向两端方向逐渐变低的排水孔流出,避免积水一直停留在第一凹槽3内。所述排水孔与光纤 口4相比更靠近安装架的两端。
在其中一种实施例中,所述安装架还包括光源6以及光源盒7,所述光源6的输出端与光纤2的输入端相对,所述光源6安装在光源盒7内,所述光源盒7内设有散热结构71,所述散热结构71与光源6抵接。应理解光源6的输出端与光纤2的输入端可以为接触式对接或者非接触式对接,本领域技术人员可以根据情况进行位置的调整。应理解光源6未必需要放置在光源盒7上,可以单独设置。应理解所述散热结构71包括散热片以及导热硅胶等一种或多种散热结构71。在上述实施例中,由于安装架的空间有限以及将光源盒和光源放置在车棚内防水性能会更好,所以将光源放置在安装架外。
在其中一种实施例中,所述光源盒7设有第一固定结构72,所述光源盒7通过第一固定结构72安装在车身上。所述第一固定结构72为卡扣结构、螺栓结构或者磁接结构等结构。
在其中一种实施例中,所述光源盒7上设有防水接口,所述光纤2上设有相匹配的防水插头。通过光源盒7与光纤2上设置的相匹配的防水接口与防水插头确保雨滴不会顺着光纤2流入到光源盒7中,导致光源盒7短路。
一种汽车,包括上述任一实施例中所述的车辆照明装置,所述车辆照明装置设置在汽车的顶棚9上。
在其中一种实施例中,所述光源盒7位于顶棚9的内侧,所述安装架位于顶棚9的外侧,所述顶棚9上设有第一通孔,所述光纤2穿过第一通孔,所述第一通孔中设有第二防水结构8。为了避免光源盒7受到外界雨水的冲刷,所以在一些实施例中,所述光源盒7位于顶棚9的内部。为了确保车辆照明装置的防水性,所述第二防水结构8不仅设置在第一通孔中,还可以设置在部分或全部的安装架下方,以防止雨水进入到安装架内部。应理解所述第二防水结构8可以为泡棉、密封胶等密封结构。应理解正常情况下,第一通孔与光纤孔相对设置。
在其中一种实施例中,所述光源盒的散热结构71与顶棚9抵接。在上述方案中,由于散热结构71与光源以及顶棚连接,所以光源的热量可以通过散热结构71传输到顶棚9上,能更快地散热。在其中一种实施例中,所述顶棚9上设有钣金,所述钣金与散热结构71相连接。
上述实施方式仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本实用新型保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本实用新型的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本实用新型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车辆照明装置,其特征在于,包括安装架以及光纤,安装架设有第一凹槽以及光纤口,所述光纤口与第一凹槽连通,部分光纤放置在第一凹槽内且另一部分的光纤穿过光纤口位于第一凹槽外,所述安装架在光纤口的位置处设有第一防水结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆照明装置,其特征在于,所述安装架包括本体以及盖板,所述盖板可拆卸地安装在本体上,所述第一防水结构以及光纤口均设置在盖板上,所述第一凹槽设置在本体上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆照明装置,其特征在于,所述盖板上设有排水孔,所述排水孔的一端与第一凹槽相连接,所述排水孔的另一端与外界连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车辆照明装置,其特征在于,所述安装架为两端低中间高的弧形结构,所述盖板位于安装架的两端,所述排水孔沿安装架延伸方向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆照明装置,其特征在于,所述安装架还包括光源以及光源盒,所述光纤的输入端穿过光纤口与光源的输出端连接,所述光源安装在光源盒内,所述光源盒内设有散热结构,所述散热结构与光源抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车辆照明装置,其特征在于,所述光纤的输入端除输入端的端部外被第一阻光件所包裹。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的车辆照明装置,其特征在于,所述光源盒设有第一固定结构,所述光源盒通过第一固定结构安装在车身上。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的车辆照明装置,其特征在于,所述光源盒上设有防水接口,所述光纤上设有相匹配的防水插头。
  9. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的车辆照明装置,所述车辆照明装置设置在汽车的顶棚上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种汽车,其特征在于,所述安装架还包括光源以及光源盒,所述光源安装在光源盒内,所述光源盒位于顶棚的内侧,所述安装架位于顶棚的外侧,所述顶棚上设有第一通孔,所述光纤穿过第一通孔,所述第一通孔中设有第二防水结构。
