Abstract

L'invention concerne un revêtement anticorrosion à l'eau à base d'oxyde de graphène et un procédé de préparation associé, portant sur le domaine de la technologie de l'ingénierie des surfaces. Le revêtement fourni par la présente invention comprend les constituants suivants, en parties en masse : 40 à 45 parties d'une résine aqueuse, 10 à 12 parties d'oxyde de graphène, 10 à 12 parties de carbure de silicium, 6 à 8 parties d'un agent dispersant, 3 à 5 parties d'une poudre d'aluminium et 120 à 200 parties d'eau. Grâce à l'action combinée de la structure hexagonale en nid d'abeilles de l'oxyde de graphène et de la poudre d'aluminium, la résistance à la corrosion de la couche de revêtement est améliorée dans la présente demande. La poudre d'aluminium et le carbure de silicium sont combinés afin de former une structure hybride aluminium-silicium, ce qui améliore encore plus la compacité, la résistance aux hautes températures et la résistance à la corrosion de la couche de revêtement. En conséquence, le revêtement anticorrosion à l'eau à base d'oxyde de graphène de la présente invention a une excellente capacité anticorrosion et est à l'eau, de sorte qu'il est respectueux de l'environnement et économique. En outre, grâce au procédé de préparation fourni par la présente invention, la cohésion de l'oxyde de graphène et de la poudre d'aluminium est très élevée, ce qui améliore efficacement la capacité anticorrosion du revêtement ; et le procédé est simple et aisé à commander.
